I bought mi in ear headphones about 2 months back. I loved the product and they worked well for 2 months. Then suddenly the amount of sound became drastically low in left side of headphones. Then i contacted mi customer care and they suggested me to go in mi service centre with the bill. When i went there, it took me about 1 hour to tell them about my complaint. Then the girl who was talking with customer told me that we can't replace them...

I bought this product from xiaomi india via their app on 17th oct 2017 the product was delivered to me on 19th oct 2017. I was out of station so i could check the product on 23rd oct and found that it is not working and i placed a complaint via email to them. Incident no.[protected] was raised by them for replacement of the product, one mr. Sandesh sahu from their team spoke to me on phone on the 25th oct and promised that it will be replaced...

Jo 8th oct ko automatically switch off ho gya, phir dubara on nhi hua. Phir maine 9th oct ko sasaram k service center main diye toh wahan check kar k bole ki mobile dead ho gya h, motherboard change karna hoga.
Usdin (09th oct) k baad se abhi tak mujhe mobile nhi mila kewal date mil rha h....

It was the worst experience i've ever had before. This service center don't deserve even a star. Even without seeing the product they deny to do the service.

My problem with the phone was its speaker was not working and also it was hanging with the nominal use.

They ask you to never come back to the centre. They take their customers for granted.

And waiting time... Omg for even a single simple...

But on 26.10.2017, there is some display problem for which i have contacted the authorized service centre of xiaomi in silchar on 27.10.2017. But unfortunately they told me that my mobile can not be repaired under warranty. But muje lagta h unhone sirf glass change kia hai phon ka dispay nhi

I have bought redmi 4 from mi india on 14th sep, 2017 and delivered on 9th sep, 2017. It has a sim card slot issue, so that i request replacement. They pick up the device got replacement of device on 9th oct, 2017. It has a screen defect. Second time i got defective mobile. I complaint for this. They called me and agrees to give me refund. Refund request initialised on 11th oct, 2017 and today is 31st oct, 2017. Still not got...

It is not connecting to my mobile app please do something. Any part of band does not working properly. Time is stoped at 4:04pm steps are not counting nothing is showing properly please do something fast. It is not connecting to mi fit app since it was long time to connect through my phone. I was surprised listening to this and said i want my handset replaced instead of motherboard as it motherboard is a key part of the phone and it should not be dead within 2 weeks. I recently bought mobile phone from mi store. The charger was working fine for 2 days then it stopped working. I called the customer care at first they told me we will replace your charger. After couple of weeks they told me we can't replace only charger we have to replace whole mobile, but if you visit service centre which is 300 km far away from srinagar then we can replace your charger even though this statement is not written anywhere...

I am not able to understand for a cell phone product cost which is around rs 15, 000/-, the lcd display replacement cost is rs 6000/-, what kind of logic is this and is this fair way of making business in india. This is pure exploitation, utter killer, you sell whole product at cheaper cost and later you want sell and make money out of spare parts sell?

I have ordered redmi 4 phone on 25th september 2017 and received on 1st october 2017. I started using it only from 15th october 2017. I took mi5 on december 2016.. The screen is showing some white lines.. I took it to the service centre but they told no warranty will be applicable since the back of my phone have cracks.. The cracks came 8 months back on falling from my hand.. It have nothing to do with the screen and if you want proof i can show the cracks photos taken 7 or 8 months back.. I want to replace the screen.....

I bought this mi note4 last 3 months before,.
The phone is working good. But there are some issues regarding the 4g slot.
Specially vodafone 4g is not working, and there are no updates also.
I tried to contact with the customer care service but the response is not to the marks.
Try to resolve this as soon as possible or get an update to resolve this....

Sir i bought redmi 4a then on the very next day i noticed that its flashlight was not working. I went to redmi service centre. After checking my mobile they told me that the ic on my motherboard are damaged and they need to replace the motherboard. But they told me that i will have to pay rs4500 for it because the motherboard dies not comes in redmi warranty... I just used that mobile for only one day... What can i do... Please tell me......
