Hi sir,
My name is shashank, i bought mi redmi 4 contains 4gb ram and 64 gb hard disk i used my mobile from past 3 months but while switch on the mobile, i regularly got below error i. E
“com. Android. Systemui has stopped” error, an error in which the entire user interface of a device stops responding, sometimes for as long as an hour.
It tooks long time to respond, sometimes the mobile will restart it takes long time my contact number is [[protected]], i just captured the screenshots which contains the details of the bug as i m a valuable customer i would like to report the bug, please go through it, because mi has lot of customers and it is one of the largest selling android mobile in india

    I have purchased redmi note 4, 04 gb-64gb through flipkart on 09.10.2017, invoice number - fabagd[protected] but within 01 month i started facing problem of the phone, the phone is not getting switched on. After that i have contacted at mi service centre, smart phone solution at balurghat (Pin code - 733101) on 02.11.17 for repairing within warranty period (Customer information slip number-1292). They told me that after checking they will repair the phone within 3-4 days. But when i again visited on 06.11.17 they replied me that the board has got damaged & they can't assure how many days it will take to repair the phone. It's not a professional reply & if i doesn't get my phone repired/replaced within reasonable time period, then i will be compelled to lodge complaint against mi in consumer forum.

      Hiii
      Recently i buy a phone redmi note 4 after using phone only 20 days phone one time when i was sleeping my phone is going full charged so i unplug then i slept. 2nd day tommorrow when i pick my phone i see its display is full cracked. I was in shock when i see that what happened firstly only on edges then automatically going full cracked. Is this a manufacture default or what can i do know.

        Recently i have bought this mobile. I feel so glad with this product from you. But after being spent about 2 weeks with it, i found that even though i am not turning off the data connection it automatically turning off without any warning to me. With this stupid activity, many of my important works on online are being interrupted. Please help me.

          I am the user of mi note 4 dated 22/10/17
          After using this device once i charged the 100%then when i sleep that was ok after wake up early in the morning when i see it was cracked only edges then automatically all the display were involved. This phone is fresh only 20 days phone.
          So it's humble request to you that this phone is under warranty. So i want new phone or cash. I never ever buy a xiaomi mi phones. First when my frnds told about mi that these phones are too good and frnds told get a mi. Big mistake for my side that why i buy this xiaomi redmi note 4.

            In "6-10-17" i had buy a new xiaomi mi max 2 at 15900 and 2 day ago i had updated to miui 9 and i got 3 issues of
            1. Notification light not working anymore
            2. Auto brightness is also not working
            3. Some apps closed it self or getting lag.
            Mi service center has told it has some system part issue so in 1 month i could a new phone damage so they told me wait for 1 week and when i asked them what's the exact issue but they only says that system part is not available. It was a new phone i am very disappointed this company phone's
            MI Phones are bad and there' no after sales support. IMI sells these inferior phones at a cheaper rate than other counterparts in flash sales. Indians don't realize this and tend to buy these phones in less than one second on flash sales.
            Moreover the newer versions of MIUI is not properly tested. It does more damage than any good.

              Team, i have mi5 which i'm using from around two years without any issues. But my recent purchase of mi a1 for my wife is having some serious trouble with network reception.in room where my mi5 pickup good coverage, mi a1 cannot even connect to network. But outdoor coverage is ok. But i cannot always be outdoors to attend calls! I have been to service centre but they are of no use. I have tried all possible options to fix the issue but nothing helps. It seems like some hardware issue rather than os. I'm on nov patch level which is latest. Please fix the issue or refund the money back!

              Damage phone recieved, complaint registered NO-DSP(INCIDENT[protected] PHONE RECALL ALSO AND RECIEVED BY MI WAREHOUSE ON 29 SEP MANY PHONE CALLS MAILS NO RESPONE TILL NOW AFTER 46 DAYS .many emails but till now no response

                Sir my name is vinod. I having redmi note 4 handset which hang in frequently and if we attached a headset after we remove the headset symbol on screen long time due to that voice also didn't come.
                Other problem is both keys volume n lock key didn't work properly in frequently.
                And the service also is very bad...
                This is second complaint regarding same problem but not any kind of response given to us... Please slove the problem..

                  I am using a redmi prime phone from more than a year. Battery of the phone started problem within a 6 months o[censored]se. So i visited a mi service centre in aligarh (U. P) for replacement of the battery, the behaviour of the staff was there very rude.in first instance they said company discontinued this phone so battery not available and after that they said you have to leave your phone here for 15 days for getting the new battery. They said this is our policy. Is it so? For getting a battery why i leave my phone there. The service staff's need some lesson how to talk to the customers.
                  Bro your phone is too old, Need to change and buy redmi 4 for good battery life

                    This is purely based on consumer experience. Today (04th november 2017) i thought to buy a air purifier. On checking google, i found one ad from mi.com which says "rs 1000 off" and get the air purifier at inr 8, 999 (Refer to the photos that i have attached). On checking their website it showed that there is no offer.

                    To my surprise, i reached to customer support team and they first denied it and asked for screenshots, links and on giving them all the proofs they said probably this is an ad error. Ad error? Well if this would have happened in a market like usa then they would have been sued. But we are indians. Right?

                    On top of this he said it would take few days to rectify the ad and when i asked them what about the issue that i have faced then they just shared me a link to explore their current offers and said you should check this before reaching out to us.

                    Im so amazed that this is how customer support is handled in india.

                    Sharing the above, so that we indians can boycott these chinese who are neither friendly on borders nor in their customer support.

                      I have clled tooll free no lots of time for mobile issue this is followed from last 2months

                      For my complaint check previous mail
                      I don't have knowledge to communicate through mail each and every time i depend on my friend to type mail so i ask customer care person in toll free number to contact in tamil by your technical team.

                      Even i ask toll free no many times but not get proper solution for my complaint.

                      I need to contact your technical team person through mobile and not in mail regarding this i ask the person from toll free they said there is no option to contact through mobile and you can contact through only by mail.

                      Oct 31st service center manager called me and ask about the status of my mobile form company side and request me to shar if any info from your side ie is from company

                      And one day i got call from xiaomi india on oct 31 evening 4 pm said that your mobile returned to company from service center because the mobile not holding in service center for long time. And immediatle i called toll free no and ask about status they said that the mobile is in service center

                      I need a proper solution for my complaint or else i deal with consumer court

                        I am currently using miui 8.5 in my redmi note 3 phone, but unable to decrypt and play or see the encrypted files in hidden folder. How to resolve this problem? Even unable to delete the files.

                        Cant view & decrypt encrypted hidden files in (Fileexplorer/. Safebox) in xiaomi fileexplorer section. I can only view hidden files in other fileexplorer but i can't decrypt the encrypted hidden files to restore it to its original state where i can view it. Please help!!!

                        All hidden files in this folder were encrypted. There is no way to decrypt it.
                        The file formats (Example) shown were 32alpha-numeric

                          Hello,
                          I had bought redmi note 4, and i am facing an issue with the calls i. E network problem. I have a vodafone sim and it doesn't work it show no network or very low range where in you can't here any voice of the person on the other side, so i tried with other sim cards for eg. Airtel, even it din't worked (Airtel sim dint even showed up any network. Zero netwrk.
                          I guess it's the issue with the sim slot or may be sound i don't know exactly. But i need you to work on it or try and exchange my phone with some other model.

                            I am using mi 3s prime. It's warranty last date is 8/11/2017. I had submitted my phone today (02/11/2017) in service centre for software and some hardware problem. The person said that ur product is not under warranty because it's not having moisture sticker below ldi. It was open first time today, it was sealed pack..

                            It is manufacturer defect it's not my fault.. Service provider is not willing to take my phone in under warrenty. He is saying i don`t know anything, i didn`t found moisture stricker under ldi so your phone is not in warrenty and asking 6425.79 rs. This is clearly manufacturing defect so this type of reason not acceptable so you are requested to pls give me service at free of cost and extend my phone warranty. Otherwise this type of manufacturing defect can cause your company a lot..

                              thus i declared that mi have no quality product . i spent 13000 on my phone but i feel it just wasteage. mi phone quality is such a poor that i will not suggest any to buy mi phone nd also take a legal action about it's such poor quality

                                  Hlo sir maine 19 oct ko redmi 4a buy kiya thaa shop se. Ussi day se usme battery ki problem aa rhi hai. Mai mi care center b gya. Unhone mere ko software update krke mobile bapis kr diya. But problem ka koi solution nhi nikla. Battery bahut jaldi khatam ho jatti hai. Maine galati krdi mi ka phone buy krke.                                     I bought mi in ear headphones about 2 months back. I loved the product and they worked well for 2 months. Then suddenly the amount of sound became drastically low in left side of headphones. Then i contacted mi customer care and they suggested me to go in mi service centre with the bill. When i went there, it took me about 1 hour to tell them about my complaint. Then the girl who was talking with customer told me that we can't replace them as they are having physical damage. I told them again and again that there is no physical damage and although a physical damage will be resulting in either both sides of headphones to stop working or even the left side should have fully stopped working. But they not listened to me. Then i decided of calling mi customer care again and told them every thing frankly. But then they talked with me so badly and told me that every thing which service centre tells is correct and you can't question their service. Then i decided of getting in again and i asked them that according to rti, i am asking you for the proof that on what bases they said that it is an physical damage. But that girl ignored me. Then i forcefully went to the head of the office and asked her the same thing. When that head asked the girl to prove it to me, the girl changed her statement and said that the engineer told this. Then the officer went to the engineer and came with the good news that the ear phones are not physically damaged. But there is a twist. They said that the product is not in stock and asked me to submit your product and we will call you when the product is back in stock. Today is 5th day and neither i got any call and nor i am able to contact them. And when i call mi customer care, they just go on putting me at hold. Please help me in getting my product back soon.

                                      I bought this product from xiaomi india via their app on 17th oct 2017 the product was delivered to me on 19th oct 2017. I was out of station so i could check the product on 23rd oct and found that it is not working and i placed a complaint via email to them. Incident no.[protected] was raised by them for replacement of the product, one mr. Sandesh sahu from their team spoke to me on phone on the 25th oct and promised that it will be replaced and he said that their replacement team will get in touch with me. They did initiate a pickup through bluedart bu the request was cancelled from their end on the 30th oct. I am still waiting for a replacement till 1st nov 2017. Their customer service is hopeless

                                        I ordered a redmi note 4 mobile from their online mi store on sep 20, 2017. I have cancelled the order #[protected]. Since i didn't like the colour, as per the instruction given by the customer care executive, i didn't receive the delivery and returned the product. I m fed up of making continuous effort to get the refund.
                                        Even after making continuous effort to get the refund - #[protected]. [incident:[protected]], its a failure only

                                        I m making continuous calls to customer care, but all are in vain. I m not getting proper response

                                        I m getting a response mail saying that somebody will call me within 24 he's, only time is running

                                        Customer care executive says the complaint is escalated. But what is outcome of escalating the complaint, nothing

                                        So please help me to get my money back
