I live in allahabad uttar pradesh
My redmi 2 prime display got broken then i went to authorised xiaomi service center in allahabad for diplay replacement and paid total 3008 rs including gst (Rocket science) actual cost were 2199 + 350 (Service charge) + 18% (Gst)
Then i found that the replaced display have scratches and dent over the corner, in clear words that they replaced display with old part not with the new part as they are charging such a huge amount and inspite of that they are cheating customers
When i asked them that’s it’s an old part you had replaced with then they admitted and said will replace it with new part after diwali
sir have you contacted with the customer care .Kindly contact customer care and they will help you with that.Do not worry sir Xiaomi will help you.

    Dear sir,

    I am facing network issue in my redmi note-4 mobile. I have visited service center for 4 times and the issue is not fixed. I have raised a compliant for the same (Complaint no[protected]. I am unable to use my mobile for more than 15 days. I am calling customer care daily but no proper response from mi side.

    The issue is fixed. But I visited service center for 5 times. Also posted blog about this in my office site. Redmi image is bad among 2, 00, 000 people(number of employees in my India office). Redmi can avoid these kind of bad image/news, if the service center is able to fix the issue in first or second attempt.

    Received a call from Mr. Suresh Kumar from grievance team Bengaluru and was told to visit my nearest service centre for in-warranty repair of my handset. I have been going there since 3 days but they haven't received any confirmation from the headoffice or the grievance team.Lost trust completely in the brand.

      I ordered redmi 4 (Black 32gb, 3gb (Online from mi app. My order id is :[protected]and today was its delivery date and when the delivery boy called me he was not audible to me and when i told him that he is not audible he used abusive language and i refused to take the order and now my order is cancelled. I want it back by some other delivery boy.
      How can i get it back?

        I have purchased a mobile no. Mi. A1 but the mobile networking was found not working the next day itself. Since i was out of station i submitted the said mobile to the servicing center netsol associates guwahatiafter 10 days. They have changed motherboard of the mobile and i have received the cell the yesterday but unfortunately the same problem existed and display blank when call comes. Once again i narrated my problem. Kindly look into the matterand order the service centre to replace the said mobile as soon as possible. 1st motherboard imei no-[protected].[protected]. 2nd motherboard imei no. [protected]. [protected].

          I have perches redmi note 4 mobile in feb 2017. Last week suddenly phone battery is blast and it will damage the screen. I went to service center it will deny the problem. They tell if you want change battery it required rs 1200. And we will not provide the guarantee for that battery.

          I have perched 7-8 redmi phone. But i think it big mistake for me trust on redmi.
          Your service center is creating drama for repairing my phone under warranty. they r crapping tht u should have aadhar name and bill name same but i orderd my phone on my different name which is not my official name. n i dont think is it compulsion to buy any phone on AADHAR's ID. wtf is it.. plz resolve it or i will complain u in consumer forum..

          hi call customer care and raise a complaint, i think any govt photo id will be valid in service center but that name should be match with the id and mi account details.

            I purchased note 4 64gb on 12 october 2017. Delivery received on 17.00 time. Very next day dt.[protected]. Mobile suddenly not work as well as i can't charge. I complaint on customer care two time around time 19.00 and 21.15. Representative of company give me 1 reference no. But they can't register complaint due to terms and conditions is job sheet must be necessary. So next day dt.[protected]. I go to local service station (Which address provided by representative on[protected] i standing in que approx 1 hour. After their process of checking mobile. They issue job sheet. Immediately i send scan copy of invoice and job sheet to registered email of company. On 14th to till date their representative told me that our team will call you and they decide replacement policy. I continued call on customer care no. But result zero. And i have not received any call from company. I don't know why i suffering, why i have to call on customer care. What is my mistake? Pay full amount is my mistake?. No body are responsible person? My order id: [protected]. My customer care complaint no. Is[protected]. When i have received this mobile the price of ra. 10999.00 and before delivery mi offered on big bazar (8, 999.00 with exchange and without exchange 9, 999.00) really i have net 2, 000 loss as well as i can't give gift to my daughter. Because her birthday on[protected]. And also i can't afford rs.2000 loss as well as mentally haresment.

I ordered phone from mi store on 6 october 2017 and today is 16 october 2017 it's been 10 days since i placed my order, but still it has not been delivered to me. The company gave assurance to deliver it within 5 to 7 business days but i have not received it yet. When i tried to contact the courier office at panjim goa, they told me that they have many pending orders, so they can't make it. And asked me to collect it from the office.. Why do you say it will be delivered at home... If you can't be manage to deliver the product at home? I am very disappointed with the courier service... Please deliver my product as soon as possible...

                  I was a big fan of redmi mobiles once upon a time, i had purchased all members of my family with redmi mobiles (Redmi note, redmi note 3, redmi 4a).

                  But after the purchase of my redmi note and redmi note 3 within a span of 1 and half year, the mobiles came up with hardware issues (Wifi not working, bluetooth not working, mobile data not working for redmi note 3 and mobile not getting on for redmi note)

                  Approached the customer care and came to know that mobile is having some motherboard issues and need to repalce it. The cost of motherboard is almost equivalent to almost to the cost mobiles.

                  Why do you sell such cheap quality mobiles which at least dont last for atleast 2 years?.

                    Hi there, i taught to purchase your brand's mobile, redmi note 4 mobile in sangeetha mobiles, but they have denied to offer me to purchase the mobile through bajaj finserv emi card, i had asked the reason, for that they said that its mi brand decision.

                    They are promoting oppo and vivo mobiles instead of giving the right product to the customer.

                      I have ordered a smartphone online in mi.com at the time of order 788701 was shown eligible but when the order is reached the courier service they r asking me to self receive the item and which is 15 to 20 km away from my area pin code. Now the item is in 788713 and i provided 788701 @ time of order. If you are not providing the service in my area then why it showing eligible @ time of order. So i want my product in my area pin code given @ time of placing order.

                        I ordered a usb charger cable and earphones from xiaomi website but only got the correct pairs of earphones along with that wrong mi usb adapter and charger cable was given. Upon filing an exchange, the answer was not subsequent and the customer care executives are not sending an exchange person. It has been more than 7 working days and a long time of mental harassment over the phone calls which are made frequently to the customer service center and no response what so ever is given. The product has still not been exchanged and when we call, they give no assurance for the same. Upon searching the website of xiaomi india, it mentions a 6 months warranty period over the purchased product. To which there is no responsibility taken from the customer end what so ever.

                        Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

But remember no one will buy your idea because you believe it. Just work hard and earn straight money don't take this shortcut and hurt your family, friends and relatives. Trust me, if you sign up for this immediately stop it....

                          I have use mi mobiles from last 2 months. I m big fan of mi.
                          On 12 oct i have issue in redmi 3s prime finger print sensor. They can solve my issue on that (In warranty) but next day again it stops working. When i again go to service centre. They tell your mobile is broken. They say pay rs 8000 for changeing mother board. It cause due to misscare of technician. Sir please solve my problem i have full expectations on mi. Hope you sight on my application and solve my problem.

                            Have been facing serious issues with your customer service and faulty handsets. I have purchased mia1 yesterday (12.10.2017) which was found to be out of shape (Bend) and by reporting the same defect to mi seller, he asked me to take my handset to the service centre and get it replace from there which i did and after waiting for almost three hours, service centre incharge told me to get a new one from aanother service centre and he denied me to give the d. O. A so that it can be bought again from the store.
                            However i had to agree with him as he was continuosly saying that he has done so much extra for me which i deny as he was only performing his job. So i visited your lajpat nagar store as per his instructions which later was found to be the incorrect one and had wasted another one hour then he told me the exact address which i visited and again got the replacement after wasting 4 hours then. At around 4 i have got the handset and which i checked for camera and bending issue. As a human being from naked eye no one can observe a dent which i observed after coming back home while applying the screen guard as while apllyin the same utmost care to be taken and small particles are needed to be removed to avoid any bubbles.
                            Due to this activity i found the defect in your replacement phone as well.
                            The same i reported to the person (Vishvajeet lajpat nagar store) whom i got the handset from. And clearly denied to help me as he already has helped me by my question to him was that whether he was doing it for me or was himself as that is his job to help mi customers.
                            He gave me vague answers and putting the blames on me.
                            After that i called your another service center incharge mr. Rakesh chawdhary who gave me the same answer and denying the fact that its the issue and its me suffering not him. He said i have already suffered for you yesterday and helped you and he also denied that it wasnt his job to provide me customer service. He got so rude that he said i am not going to do anymore and asked me to visit lajpat nagar service center.
                            After talking to the incharge of your two customer service center. I am realising that its not mi they are representing they are representing themselves and making the customer experience of each mi customer very worse.
                            Now after talking to them and not getting any resolution to my issue i want to escalate this to the top level.
                            And being a loyal xiaomi customer i want to get best resolution for this.

                                Sir aapke diye hue mobile ka stock android ko main 7 dino se use kar raha hu but sir ye phone apne aap reboot ho jata hain bina kisi notification diye or koi bhi application use karo apne aap band ho jaty hain kabhi kabhi to hang bhi esa hota hain ki vapas chalu hi ni hota bas... Reboot par rook jata hain muje isme miui daal do ya isi stock android ko thik karke do bahot problem aaty hain

                                  I have purchased redmi 4a through flipkart. Given online order on dated[protected] order id is od[protected], we have received mobile set on dated[protected] vide invoice no. #faba6x[protected]. As per invoice mobile warranty is 1 year on handset and 06 months on accessories. Imei/serial no. Is [protected]/[protected].
                                  Initially we have inserted one sim in slot-1 but after 15 days we have got another sim and inserted in slot-2 but found that slot-2 is not supporting. Whereas same sim is supporting in slot-1. It means that only slot-1 is functioning and slot-2 is not working. Either you replace or rectify.

                                    Such worst experience ever faced on mi.com!!!

                                    I placed an order on mi.com for product "redmi note 4 black 3g+32g" on 20th sep 2017 and pay 10, 999.00 online through my credit card.
                                    But somehow after i placed order i want to cancel my order so, i called to mi india customer care to cancel my order but as an order is already dispatched they can't cancel the order from there end. So they told me that just refuse the order while product delivered to the delivery address. And i refused on 21st sep 2017, and then after i am waiting for the refund.

                                    I contacted to online chat twice called customer care 15+ times but they only told me that team working on it and our representative called you but never got any call and again when i called the same thing they repeat and told wait for next 24 hours but still after 24 days there is no update on the refund.

                                    Really now i feel help less : (

                                      From my point of view this is very bad handset. I had been purchased the phone on month of aug' 2nd and it was delivered to me on 4th aug' 2017. From that day the mobile was heating at the time of charging and i m putting sim on mobile after 10/12 days on airtel network, which is a very good network but maximum time i opened the phone for calling someone at that time the phone showing that emergency call only, then after reboot the phone that working properly.in a day a minimum of 10/15 times i reboot the phone and call some one. So finally the mobile have 3 major issues:-

                                      1. Network is on emergency mode maximum time.
                                      2. Heat at the time of charging.
                                      3. Not audible clearly.

                                      So if possible kindly return back the mobile handset or say the process for returning.
