I have booked a order mi note 4 on 17 oct 2017, order id [protected]. Order hasn't come on my provided adress but on my mi app id there are showing now that we refused to accept order but there is no one from bluedart company man to give my order. There is not coming after ajmer e tail office it's gone out to ship.
Please send my mi note 4 phone on the same price that i have been booked.
As many time i connected costumer care service executive of MI but no positive response is received from them. I wish to return the phone.
(High Heating issue during use or charging)

    I had kept my phone on charge while i was sleeping. When i woke up. The speaker and mic and charging port was a little melted and the battery was overheating. I unplugged it immidiately and waited for it to cooldown. It's working fine but the body is damaged from below and a little from behind. I had ordered it from amazon with order id[protected] on 24th september.

      My redmi 3s primemobile was dead, therefore i went to repair it to the mi service center. There, after a long standing in queue for 1 hrs the engineer took the handset for repairing and told to wait till it get repaired. They changed my mobile battery with another mobile. Now they are not giving my original battery. This battery drains off in 2-3 hours.

      The log of calls (call register) function of this mobile phone seems to be defective.Sometimes the "answered call" log doesn't show a received call.The call register must show all calls made, received or missed chronologically.It is quite frustrating when the machine seems to falter and misguide.

        Dear sir\madam
        I have order mobile mi 4 in mi store on 5th aug 2017 and i have received it on 07th aug 2017. From the date i received the mobile itself i facing problem in mobile
        I) mobile not charging and charge drained very quickly
        Ii) mobile hanged during oncall or attending the call
        Iii) mobile get much heat i used headphone to attend the calls

        For the above complaint i try to return back still 14th aug 2017 but ther is no option in mi store site within 2 days i got mobile.

        After this i went to mi service center in chennai anna nagar radiant on 18th aug 2017 to enquiry about return but without my knowledge they change the charging board in mobile. So i ask why you changed spare they said this is issue so we changed it here after no problem, i accept it and get my mobile from them.

        After this i have checked in my home by using but still the same issue exist so again i went to same service center on 19th aug 2017 05 pm to 8.30 pm. They did mobile flash and new version of software changed in complaint id they give previously.

        After this i have checked again same issue exist, again i went to same service center on 24th aug 2017 till now the mobile is in service center.

        I contact mi toll free no on 25th aug 2017 regarding this complaint that person said that you don't receive the mobile till the technical team give information and he didn't give any complaint ref no.

        Again i call toll free on 28th aug 2017 they said wait for 24 hrs the technical team will contact you.

        Again i call toll free on 29th aug 2017 they said wait for 24 hrs the technical team will contact you

        Again i call toll free on 30th aug 2017 they said wait for 24 hrs the technical team will contact you

        Technical person contact me on 06th sep 2017 and asking the job sheet, i send job sheet on the same day

        After wait for 2 days i again call toll free no ask about status they said wait for 24 hrs

        After wait for 1 day i again call toll free no ask about status they said wait for 24 hrs and request job sheet again

        Still the status is same i. E they require job sheet no

        I send job sheet again on 11th, 14th oct 2017

        Again i call toll free on 16th oct 2017 they said wait for 24 hrs the technical team will contact you

        Again i call toll free on 17th oct 2017 they said they need job sheet we didn't receive your mail clearly
        Again i send mail with job sheet on 20th three times with job sheet attachment and type as text job sheet number

        Again i call toll free for confirmation of mail they said still not get clearly

        For my conformation i have send all the mail to service mail id and to my friend and check in my friend the mail receive clearly with all detail what i send

          I ordered redmi note 4 there is microphone and camera issue in the phone... The voice is breaking during the call and the camera picture are very blurred and very unclear.
          I want a refund for my orders but flipkart is denied for that. I visited customer service center but they providing ths resolution that are not useful.

          I visit kolkata service center today. My note 4 chager showing prblm. It is undr warrenty period. Customer service executive will not replace the charger by tell various issue and excuse. After i tell her to proof her excuse she chnge the charger by saying after 1 mnth we will not take any guarantee of your phn as well as charger.

              My redmi 4 finger print sensor is not working from the first day, when the device received. I want to replace that defective device. I made call to customer service but no step has been taken yet. I also went to redmi service center for 2 days but nothing happened. I want to here by inform you that i am pranab ghosh belong to nadia, west bengal. I placed a order a redmi 4gold 4gb+64gb at mi store on 11th october. The phone was delivered on 14th october2017. As soon as i have started the phone, the fingerprint sensor is not working. So, i have called to the mi customer service center for 2 days (16.10.2017&17.10.2017) but no action is taken by them. They suggest me to go to near by mi service center to replace it but they didn't. Now i am facing many problems with my defective phone and also helpless. I went to habra service center near jessore road and salt lake city service center (Infotel services). I did not get any good response from mi for two days and my replacement period will be over. As per mi terms "we will arrange for a pickup of the old product/device from your address registered with our website at the time of purchase of the product". So why did customer service executive suggest me to go to near by service center? I am harassed by mi. I want that mi employer should come to the place where the device delivered and replace the defective device.

                Mi give responsibility to www.delhivery.com but there courier service is very very very bad.
                Please friends ignore www.delhivery.com courier service. If you buy anything in any online
                Store pls ignore www.delhivery.com. Worst courier service. I received a message
                Regarding out for delivery but didn't get a single call from the delivery boy.
                Also they updated a false statement that consignee unavailable. I think they making any fraud with redmi cutomers. This is the last tracking statement

                  My redmi 4a was dead, therefore i went to repair it to the mi service center. There, after a long standing in queue for 3 hrs the engineer took the handset for repairing and told to wait till it get repaired. Then i waited for more 2 hrs, and then the engineer gave the phone. At that time the mobile was perfectly working and then when i came home the handset was automatically switching off and again restarting for mostly 10 times. The next day again i went to the center and again waited for 3 hrs and the engineer gave the handset and told there, it is repaired and at there only itself i used it and after 4 to 5 minutes it again switched off. Then the engineer told to keep it for a day so i again went next day to collect it but he told that it isn't repaired yet. He gave the handset and told to come after 6 days because of diwali holidays. Now whole the day should we waste our time in this only?
                  Sir have you informed the customer care regarding this issue.
                  Your customer care person member are not co operate for customer .
                  he open any quires & send to back, & he says not our problem, customers problem .personally i am facing this experience

                      I had purchased redmi 4 on august 2017. Last week only i noticed the issue in audio quality while taking video. It is not properly hearing while playing the file.

                      On[protected], i checked through xiomi service center & they asked me to replace the card by saying that the card have liquid damage. There is no way to enter water in it, since i can make calls & play apps from it.

                      Replace the card under warranty at the earliest.

                        I live in allahabad uttar pradesh
                        My redmi 2 prime display got broken then i went to authorised xiaomi service center in allahabad for diplay replacement and paid total 3008 rs including gst (Rocket science) actual cost were 2199 + 350 (Service charge) + 18% (Gst)
                        Then i found that the replaced display have scratches and dent over the corner, in clear words that they replaced display with old part not with the new part as they are charging such a huge amount and inspite of that they are cheating customers
                        When i asked them that’s it’s an old part you had replaced with then they admitted and said will replace it with new part after diwali
                        sir have you contacted with the customer care .Kindly contact customer care and they will help you with that.Do not worry sir Xiaomi will help you.

                          The issue is fixed. But I visited service center for 5 times. Also posted blog about this in my office site. Redmi image is bad among 2, 00, 000 people(number of employees in my India office). Redmi can avoid these kind of bad image/news, if the service center is able to fix the issue in first or second attempt.

                          Received a call from Mr. Suresh Kumar from grievance team Bengaluru and was told to visit my nearest service centre for in-warranty repair of my handset. I have been going there since 3 days but they haven't received any confirmation from the headoffice or the grievance team.Lost trust completely in the brand.

                            I ordered redmi 4 (Black 32gb, 3gb (Online from mi app. My order id is :[protected]and today was its delivery date and when the delivery boy called me he was not audible to me and when i told him that he is not audible he used abusive language and i refused to take the order and now my order is cancelled. I want it back by some other delivery boy.
                            How can i get it back?

                              I have purchased a mobile no. Mi. A1 but the mobile networking was found not working the next day itself. Since i was out of station i submitted the said mobile to the servicing center netsol associates guwahatiafter 10 days. They have changed motherboard of the mobile and i have received the cell the yesterday but unfortunately the same problem existed and display blank when call comes. Once again i narrated my problem. Kindly look into the matterand order the service centre to replace the said mobile as soon as possible. 1st motherboard imei no-[protected].[protected]. 2nd motherboard imei no. [protected].                                 I have perches redmi note 4 mobile in feb 2017. Last week suddenly phone battery is blast and it will damage the screen. I went to service center it will deny the problem. They tell if you want change battery it required rs 1200. And we will not provide the guarantee for that battery.

                                I have perched 7-8 redmi phone. But i think it big mistake for me trust on redmi.
                                Your service center is creating drama for repairing my phone under warranty. they r crapping tht u should have aadhar name and bill name same but i orderd my phone on my different name which is not my official name. n i dont think is it compulsion to buy any phone on AADHAR's ID. wtf is it.. plz resolve it or i will complain u in consumer forum..

                                hi call customer care and raise a complaint, i think any govt photo id will be valid in service center but that name should be match with the id and mi account details.

                                  I purchased note 4 64gb on 12 october 2017. Delivery received on 17.00 time. Very next day dt.[protected]. Mobile suddenly not work as well as i can't charge. I complaint on customer care two time around time 19.00 and 21.15. Representative of company give me 1 reference no. But they can't register complaint due to terms and conditions is job sheet must be necessary. So next day dt.[protected]. I go to local service station (Which address provided by representative on[protected] i standing in que approx 1 hour. After their process of checking mobile. They issue job sheet. Immediately i send scan copy of invoice and job sheet to registered email of company. On 14th to till date their representative told me that our team will call you and they decide replacement policy. I continued call on customer care no. But result zero. And i have not received any call from company. I don't know why i suffering, why i have to call on customer care. What is my mistake? Pay full amount is my mistake?. No body are responsible person? My order id: [protected]. My customer care complaint no. Is[protected]. When i have received this mobile the price of ra. 10999.00 and before delivery mi offered on big bazar (8, 999.00 with exchange and without exchange 9, 999.00) really i have net 2, 000 loss as well as i can't give gift to my daughter. Because her birthday on[protected]. And also i can't afford rs.2000 loss as well as mentally haresment.

                                      My order id is [protected] and the tracking number is[protected]. I ordered phone from mi store on 6 october 2017 and today is 16 october 2017 it's been 10 days since i placed my order, but still it has not been delivered to me. The company gave assurance to deliver it within 5 to 7 business days but i have not received it yet. When i tried to contact the courier office at panjim goa, they told me that they have many pending orders, so they can't make it. And asked me to collect it from the office.. Why do you say it will be delivered at home... If you can't be manage to deliver the product at home? I am very disappointed with the courier service... Please deliver my product as soon as possible...

                                        I was a big fan of redmi mobiles once upon a time, i had purchased all members of my family with redmi mobiles (Redmi note, redmi note 3, redmi 4a).

                                        But after the purchase of my redmi note and redmi note 3 within a span of 1 and half year, the mobiles came up with hardware issues (Wifi not working, bluetooth not working, mobile data not working for redmi note 3 and mobile not getting on for redmi note)

                                        Approached the customer care and came to know that mobile is having some motherboard issues and need to repalce it. The cost of motherboard is almost equivalent to almost to the cost mobiles.

                                        Why do you sell such cheap quality mobiles which at least dont last for atleast 2 years?.
