I have ordered a smartphone online in mi.com at the time of order 788701 was shown eligible but when the order is reached the courier service they r asking me to self receive the item and which is 15 to 20 km away from my area pin code. Now the item is in 788713 and i provided 788701 @ time of order. If you are not providing the service in my area then why it showing eligible @ time of order. So i want my product in my area pin code given @ time of placing order.

    I ordered a usb charger cable and earphones from xiaomi website but only got the correct pairs of earphones along with that wrong mi usb adapter and charger cable was given. Upon filing an exchange, the answer was not subsequent and the customer care executives are not sending an exchange person. It has been more than 7 working days and a long time of mental harassment over the phone calls which are made frequently to the customer service center and no response what so ever is given. The product has still not been exchanged and when we call, they give no assurance for the same. Upon searching the website of xiaomi india, it mentions a 6 months warranty period over the purchased product. To which there is no responsibility taken from the customer end what so ever.

    Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

      This people are pro frauds. Wolf of wall streets. First they will call you to attend their meetings and brainwash you. They promise to solve all your problems. But remember no one will buy your idea because you believe it. Just work hard and earn straight money don't take this shortcut and hurt your family, friends and relatives. Trust me, if you sign up for this immediately stop it....

      I have use mi mobiles from last 2 months. I m big fan of mi.
      On 12 oct i have issue in redmi 3s prime finger print sensor. They can solve my issue on that (In warranty) but next day again it stops working. When i again go to service centre. They tell your mobile is broken. They say pay rs 8000 for changeing mother board. It cause due to misscare of technician. Sir please solve my problem i have full expectations on mi. Hope you sight on my application and solve my problem.

        Have been facing serious issues with your customer service and faulty handsets. I have purchased mia1 yesterday (12.10.2017) which was found to be out of shape (Bend) and by reporting the same defect to mi seller, he asked me to take my handset to the service centre and get it replace from there which i did and after waiting for almost three hours, service centre incharge told me to get a new one from aanother service centre and he denied me to give the d. O. A so that it can be bought again from the store.
        However i had to agree with him as he was continuosly saying that he has done so much extra for me which i deny as he was only performing his job. So i visited your lajpat nagar store as per his instructions which later was found to be the incorrect one and had wasted another one hour then he told me the exact address which i visited and again got the replacement after wasting 4 hours then. At around 4 i have got the handset and which i checked for camera and bending issue. As a human being from naked eye no one can observe a dent which i observed after coming back home while applying the screen guard as while apllyin the same utmost care to be taken and small particles are needed to be removed to avoid any bubbles.
        Due to this activity i found the defect in your replacement phone as well.
        The same i reported to the person (Vishvajeet lajpat nagar store) whom i got the handset from. And clearly denied to help me as he already has helped me by my question to him was that whether he was doing it for me or was himself as that is his job to help mi customers.
        He gave me vague answers and putting the blames on me.
        After that i called your another service center incharge mr. Rakesh chawdhary who gave me the same answer and denying the fact that its the issue and its me suffering not him. He said i have already suffered for you yesterday and helped you and he also denied that it wasnt his job to provide me customer service. He got so rude that he said i am not going to do anymore and asked me to visit lajpat nagar service center.
        After talking to the incharge of your two customer service center. I am realising that its not mi they are representing they are representing themselves and making the customer experience of each mi customer very worse.
        Now after talking to them and not getting any resolution to my issue i want to escalate this to the top level.
        And being a loyal xiaomi customer i want to get best resolution for this.

            Sir aapke diye hue mobile ka stock android ko main 7 dino se use kar raha hu but sir ye phone apne aap reboot ho jata hain bina kisi notification diye or koi bhi application use karo apne aap band ho jaty hain kabhi kabhi to hang bhi esa hota hain ki vapas chalu hi ni hota bas... Reboot par rook jata hain muje isme miui daal do ya isi stock android ko thik karke do bahot problem aaty hain

              I have purchased redmi 4a through flipkart. Given online order on dated[protected] order id is od[protected], we have received mobile set on dated[protected] vide invoice no. #faba6x[protected]. As per invoice mobile warranty is 1 year on handset and 06 months on accessories. Imei/serial no. Is [protected]/[protected].
              Initially we have inserted one sim in slot-1 but after 15 days we have got another sim and inserted in slot-2 but found that slot-2 is not supporting. Whereas same sim is supporting in slot-1. It means that only slot-1 is functioning and slot-2 is not working. Either you replace or rectify.

                Such worst experience ever faced on mi.com!!!

                I placed an order on mi.com for product "redmi note 4 black 3g+32g" on 20th sep 2017 and pay 10, 999.00 online through my credit card.
                But somehow after i placed order i want to cancel my order so, i called to mi india customer care to cancel my order but as an order is already dispatched they can't cancel the order from there end. So they told me that just refuse the order while product delivered to the delivery address. And i refused on 21st sep 2017, and then after i am waiting for the refund.

                I contacted to online chat twice called customer care 15+ times but they only told me that team working on it and our representative called you but never got any call and again when i called the same thing they repeat and told wait for next 24 hours but still after 24 days there is no update on the refund.

                Really now i feel help less : (

                  From my point of view this is very bad handset. I had been purchased the phone on month of aug' 2nd and it was delivered to me on 4th aug' 2017. From that day the mobile was heating at the time of charging and i m putting sim on mobile after 10/12 days on airtel network, which is a very good network but maximum time i opened the phone for calling someone at that time the phone showing that emergency call only, then after reboot the phone that working properly.in a day a minimum of 10/15 times i reboot the phone and call some one. So finally the mobile have 3 major issues:-

                  1. Network is on emergency mode maximum time.
                  2. Heat at the time of charging.
                  3. Not audible clearly.

                  So if possible kindly return back the mobile handset or say the process for returning.

                    I have ordered xiaomi note 4 grey 4g+64gb amouting rs.12, 999/- from mi store on 13/09/2017 order id is[protected]. Because of wrong address i've cancelled the order within 10 to 12 days. But till date my refund is not came whenever i call to mi customer care they tell me that your order price will refund in 4 to 5 working days but till day i haven't got my refund and i've called mi customer care about 6 to 7 times but they have same reply and not any updates. I've also recorded the call with mi customer care so please help me.

                      This is to inform you that i am registering this complaint because the insurance company/policy u provide is #. My phone is under a liquid damage and its still in warranty, i am ready to pay the 10% or whatever it is i need my phone repaired any how. Due to rains one part of my display has stop working. So what is the use for liquid damage insurance? I need my phone to be replaced or i need my phone to be repaired anyhow!

                        The phone was purchase on two month before, This is regarding having issue in 4G network of Vodafone services. we are not receiving any support from yours service center.
                        Please resolve this issue or provide in update ASAP.
                        Phone is working good conduction but 4G slot not working, market rating is low. We request you to go kindly look after thru this issue.

                          Lately i am very disappointed with my redmi note 4g phone. This is not the first time that i m facing such an issue. It's the third time now that photos from my camera roll disappeared automatically. Selective pictures clicked very recently gets deleted by itself. Old pictures exists though. I would be thankful enough if the bug is being fixed. I need to recover the lost datas. It is annoying to lose the picture each time that you click. Please help me recover the datas and fix my problem.

                            I understand that "all the glitters are not gold" through worst redmi brand. Very worst service centre and back end team. I kept my mobile in pant pocket for one hour. I didn't used it. After that i noticed no call or message in my mobile, at that time when i took my mobile i noticed oil like fluid is found in back of mobile and display is not functioning. I know the difference between a water and oil. Hope i you guys especially mi team will also know. Both service centre and back end team forcing me to believe that water or varnish like material is entered into my mobile. But i am the user, i know whether water entered or not. U guys please shut up just understand what i am saying. This is my mobile and i am the user. Mobile is under warranty period i am trying to find the root cause. They are telling, this is not covered under warranty so u need to pay ₹600 for this. Though 600 is not a big amount i can afford that. But the problem is not with me they y i need to pay the amount when there is issue with mobile and mobile is under warranty.

                              I have bought redmi 4 from a retailer shop at jagdalpur cg but as i open the box and switch on the device the screen was not usual the touch was not responsive everytime i don't know what is the reason then i contact with the shopkeeper about this problem and he say that he cant do any thing with it now i don't know what to do what should i do? The retailer said me this is not a fault of the software or the hardware so we cant do any thing? Now i dont know what to do with the handset because the screen is responding only for some thime and then start not responding..
                              On your keypad dial this code as it is *#*#6484#*#*
                              This will open the hidden hardware test menu. Now test your touch screen by selecting the applicable menu.
                              If it fails, you might have an issue with Touch Screen. Also try cleaning the screen using IPA cleaner and see if that makes any difference.

                              MI phones are indeed of very poor quality, still Indians buy them in one second in Flash Sales on ecom sites!

                              You are not alone. Everyone who buys the phone from a retailer and faces out of the box faulty piece gets the same reply from the retailer, as what you got, "this is not hardware or software fault, we can't do anything"

                              If retailer has given you the warranty, take it to service center and pray to God that at least within 2 months the MI Service center shall repair the same.

                                I had received a Mi Band 2 as a gift. It was purchased form Amazon.in on 14th October, 2016. According to Mi India website, warranty for the Band is for 1 Year. There was some problem with the Band and when I visited the authorised service center in Durgapur (Microsys, 2nd Floor, Kanak Bhawan, Nachan Road, Benachity, Durgapur - 713213, Opposite Indian Overseas Bank) they told me that my warranty was for only 6 months as I had purchased the device from Amazon and they refused to provide service for the defect. I repeatedly showed the service agent that on the Mi India website, Warranty is listed for 1 year, but he refused to understand.

                                When I came home and chatted with Mi customer service agent online, he reassured me that the warranty is for 1 year and requested me to visit another authorised service center.
                                Both the service centers are very far from my home and it is not possible to go to service centers everyday and when authorized service centers are denying service, why will they listen to me?
                                I want replacement/ refund of the damaged product as my warranty will expire soon and the service center did not take my product when it was within warranty. I have attached a copy of the invoice.

                                  I am satisfied with redmi note 4 but with one thing i'm getting annoyed. Whenever i call anybody or anybody call's me the person can't listen my voice. It is the most bad thing as we are getting more clear voice in lower prices as well i'm not talking about smartphone just a simple phone. So i request you to look at this case please that it is a bug or there is any problem in my handset. I will be very thankful to you.
                                  My mobile phone redmi note 4 is getting hanged after the updates..It's just 3 mnths I bought it

                                    I had submit my hand set for display change only at asc jamal road but they had change some other parts also whiout any information and when i asked for bill then they replied we had not told to provide bill after argument of minutes they provide me bill and i saw there was two more parts which was also replace and total amount was less than they charge vocally when i asked why did you change these two they replied it was also defective so i replace it without inform you where as hand set was under warranty that this service centre is not just service centre its place to loot the customer on any how not only dozen of customer has shout here in front of me by 12.10.2017
