I gave my redmi note 4g to the service centre as it's power button was not working properly. First they said it will take 4-5days but now it's been almost 12days and i need my phone urgently. Whenever i call they say it will take 2-3 days. I called customer car and they said i will get a call but no one called. Please solve my problem as i need to go out of station for some important work...

I bought the phone redmi note 4 phone from ezone (Dombivali branch) on 30-09.2017. Within a week the phone was dead. The phone was dead on 7th october. Since mi service centres are closed on sundays, i visited the nearest service center on monday 09-10.2017.

They ran some software update but it did not worked. They refused to give me doa certificate which is required for replacement request as i was crossed the 7 days policy....

I am complaining about the service of mi phone from 1 year as my mi note 3 mobile under adp not repaired.. I tried to call them several times but they are either rude or not responding or keeping me on hold and then disconnecting the line. Even they are not responding my emails. My concern is if you cannot repair the mobile why are you providing accidental damage protection plan. On top you have charged rs 340 for the repair and rs 600 for...

I ordered redmi 4a 3 gb+32 gb (Rs. 6999) mobile on dated 28/09/2017 and received on 02/10/2017.
Since sunday (08/10/2017) applications get operated by ownself without pressing button.
I called yesterday (09/10/2017) to customer care he replied that i had to go to mi service centre and get job sheet no. Then phone would be replaced.
Inspite of replacement policy of 10 days i got such answer.
Unsatisfactory service...

Dear sir, 3 months ago i brought a redminote4 black colour mobile from bigc mobile centre. Now i am facing problem with the mobile. As the back pouch of the mobile is slightly bending towards battery. I contacted the service centers via call to inquiry if battery for redmi 2 prime was available or not, i contacted 4 service centers but in none of them was the item available, and when i contacted the customer care they asked me the job sheet number but they just act like a fool because i told them that i contacted through call since the service center is far away from my location, they still are asking for job sheet number. Dear sir, i have 3 mobiles of mi in my family. I m satisfied customer of mi. But last month i got some problem in my note 3. I went to the service center located in sector 35 chandigarh india. Redmi 4 phone purchased on 24. May 2017 through amazone network. The phone got damaged on 4 october 2017. Display is not functioning and damaged in small pressing while travelling in bus,.in the incident the phone was bent and there is a small scratch on the screen the guarantee period is not over.

We have done full battery charge but.. It's not giving appropriate backup.
It's giving only 5 hours backup.
Previously we have purchased redmi note 3 32gb. It's giving good backup without any single problem.

Sir i bought a remdi 4a 32 gb gold nearly 1 month ago... I have facing a problem that is when i connect my phone with a redmi charger provided with phone, then my phone and charger both becomes too hot even after 10 minutes. And then my phone becomes hang for 3 to 4 minutes. And even if i use internet or i play a game continue for just 5 minutes then also phone becomes too hot... What should i do...

A month ago my battery doesn't last a day so i went to the service centre and there they fixed the issue however there were some sensor issue and they refused it fixing because they don't know about the gyroscope sensor.. The engineer didn't know what kind of os was installed. After a month i again visited that place and all i got in return was the phone was dropped in water. I purchased mi bluetooth handset worth 899 on 29/9/2017 it delivered on 4/10/2017. When i checked it... It didn't support in other devices except redmi 4.. When i contacted customer service... They refused to accept my return request even after 1 day of delivery. They says that you can replace it from their service center which is 20 km away from me. Please do something to stop this fruading. How can they deny by their return policy....
