I have sent my device for repairing to mi service center by availing the pick mi services (Within warranty),

Its been a 10 days plus, and now they are saying that device has physical damaged which is not fact.

And they are denying from the warranty services saying my device is damaged. However it was not damaged when i gave to pick up guy, pick up guy...

At 27 september morning i got a call from my collegue and my phone fell from my left pocket and it hit the ground and got a
small screen damage .Touch is working properly but the screen has broke.My mom was angry on me my whole family shouted on me it was my first phone .And my last phone may be i[censored] will not repair it.so please do me this favour and repair it as early as u can....

A have bought redmi note 4 handset online few weeks back. Suddenly the touch of the display stopped responding. As i rushed to customer care centre. They don't paid much attention to it and refused to repair the handset with an excuse that "your motherboard is effected by water/liquid so you have to pay 10k to repair this". Jaunpur service center kept my phone more than 50 days and won't repaired the phone. When i complaint customer care they told your device is out of warranty. They used to close the jobsheet without my permission too. I had submitted my final jobsheet on 28/sep /17 but warranty is upto 15/sep/17. They had not repaired the phone properly, when i insist they said its out of warranty now.

I have received 2 redmi note 4a as gift from singapore. One set is working fine.in another set in first slat what ever sim inserted, sim is deducted but service like dialing, internet are not getting. Kindly note that the flagship product of xiaomi the mi5 has major issues in gps. After the andriod ver 7 same majority of the phones started having issues. Even after almost an year xiaomi has not found a solution. You have to be a software developer and do changes in firmware to get this rectified.

When you call the support desk they ask to do a factory reset which is cumbersome. Even after doing that it does not work. Just...

Bought mi4i from xiaomi through amazon in sep 2016 for rs. 13000. The phone has two problems - no space, switches off automatically. Took the same to authorised repair shop in ghatkopar where i was informed that the model has been withdrawn by xiaomi and no spare parts support is available. When contacted their customer service, the same was confirmed and i was offered rs. 1000 in lieu of no support.

By far the worst service experience. Btm service center manager mr k gowda is extremely discourteous and lacks basic customer etiquettes. I have been made to wait for 5 hrs everytime and had to visit 3-4 times just for a simple back cover replacement. They only lie, cheat and dupe unsuspecting customers. Please don't buy the phone cause if you want service, then mi will make your life hell....
