I boughtredmi note 4 mobile on september 20/2017, from flipkart not even one month, it had a lot of defacts in mobile, then i approach flipkart but they said just ten days replacement, then i went to nearest service centre they charge rs 150 but my problem not yet solved, i had a manufacturer warranty card, mobile invoice, i want a replacement of mobile, i want a quick response from them within 24 hrs otherwise noway for me i will apply a case on court

    I submitted my phone at a service centre in hyderabad after my phone stopped responding to touch. They called me and told me that it's water damage and that i need to replace my motherboard. But the confusing part is my phone has never come in contact with water. They also told me that the motherboard replacement will cost 7500 which is more than the original price of my phone.

      I am really frustrated with my phone. I bought the phone because of its name but i am really very disappointed. For the first few weeks, it's battery life was very good but then it started draining very fast. On visiting service centre, they changed the battery and told it was a defected one. But after that also it did not have good battery life. A phone which need not need to be charged after getting used for 2-3 days has to be charged everday. So why need to say that it has 4100 mah battery.
      Again 3-4 weeks later, it had issue. It started hanging quite a lot. I could not use it. So, i again went to service centre. They told that it had a software problem. So, they again took it for few hours and rebooted my phone. Now, again it started hanging, also it's camera is defected. There are quite minor issues too. I mean all this problem has occurred within 8 months from it's purchase. I really didn't imagined it from mi company.
      Now i want it to exchange my phone or refund me my money.

        When i bought the phone on first week of july battery back up was good.. But from last updates about 15 days ago it's terrible.. Phone is getting discharged in 3 hrs without any internet connectivity too.. Please resolve this as soon as possible.. I don't understand how redmi. Is providing such a cheap service. Its the worst phone i have ever bought.. A great customer dissatisfaction..

          Sir i had brought redmi note 4 from flipcart on 10 october, 2017 (Deliverd to me on this date). It is my 2nd day o[censored]sing the phone and i am facing the problem of heating. Phone heat when i charge it with mi charge even if i don't use it while charging. After the recent cases of explosion of redmi note 4, i am afraid that is it the common issue or the product delivered to me is faulty.

                I gave my redmi note 4g to the service centre as it's power button was not working properly. First they said it will take 4-5days but now it's been almost 12days and i need my phone urgently. Whenever i call they say it will take 2-3 days. I called customer car and they said i will get a call but no one called. Please solve my problem as i need to go out of station for some important work

                  I bought the phone redmi note 4 phone from ezone (Dombivali branch) on 30-09.2017. Within a week the phone was dead. The phone was dead on 7th october. Since mi service centres are closed on sundays, i visited the nearest service center on monday 09-10.2017.

                  They ran some software update but it did not worked. They refused to give me doa certificate which is required for replacement request as i was crossed the 7 days policy. I want a replacement for my phone as it was only 9 days from my purchase that the phone was dead.

                    I am complaining about the service of mi phone from 1 year as my mi note 3 mobile under adp not repaired.. I tried to call them several times but they are either rude or not responding or keeping me on hold and then disconnecting the line. Even they are not responding my emails. My concern is if you cannot repair the mobile why are you providing accidental damage protection plan. On top you have charged rs 340 for the repair and rs 600 for adp plan and also wasted my 12 months time. I have not used the phone for even 9 days and i'm chasing them for 12 months. Too much pathetic service. They don't value one's money or time. Also now they have closed my request without proper reason and telling it cannot be repaired.

                            I ordered redmi 4a 3 gb+32 gb (Rs. 6999) mobile on dated 28/09/2017 and received on 02/10/2017.
                            Since sunday (08/10/2017) applications get operated by ownself without pressing button.
                            I called yesterday (09/10/2017) to customer care he replied that i had to go to mi service centre and get job sheet no. Then phone would be replaced.
                            Inspite of replacement policy of 10 days i got such answer.
                            Unsatisfactory service & unsatisfactory answer.

                              Dear sir, 3 months ago i brought a redminote4 black colour mobile from bigc mobile centre. Now i am facing problem with the mobile. As the back pouch of the mobile is slightly bending towards battery. As i am panicking it may results towards a ballast as the pressure increase in the battery when the pouch touches so please exchange my mobile with the new mobile or check my mobile throughly and ensure me that mobile is in safe condition

                                  I contacted the service centers via call to inquiry if battery for redmi 2 prime was available or not, i contacted 4 service centers but in none of them was the item available, and when i contacted the customer care they asked me the job sheet number but they just act like a fool because i told them that i contacted through call since the service center is far away from my location, they still are asking for job sheet number. But my point is that spare parts must be available at the centers and when i queried about when it would be available again they just denied by saying it won't be available again.

                                    Dear sir, i have 3 mobiles of mi in my family. I m satisfied customer of mi. But last month i got some problem in my note 3. I went to the service center located in sector 35 chandigarh india. They provide me the free under warranty service but after that the prob is not solved and new problems get statted like automatically disconnect by mi band 2, auto mute while calling neither the voice comes nor goes.
                                    And the behavior or system off that care is very bad. I saw them dealing whith coustmers disrespectful.

                                      I have purchased a redmi 4 through amazon on the 8th of august, it arrived on the 9th of august. I found that the sim to be inserted was microsim and took 2 days to get the new sim. After installing it and using it i came to know that the phone mic is defective as all my callers were telling me that they could not hear my voice or my voice was very faint and not audible. I thought it was tower problem and was still using the phone and informed amazon and they told me to download smart check app and check it passed through without complaints and the 10day replacement window closed both amazon and redmi staff started to dodge me and so i sent back the phone to green mobiles c/o amazon seller services vide dtdc courier and the courier did not give me receipt and after 10days i emailed amazon about the status and they are telling me they have not received the phone. Then after collecting it i spoke to customer care amazon and they told me to take it to redmi service center in indiranagar. I went to the service center and was given a token as 117 at 2 pm and by the time my turn came it was 2 hours. I was informed that if the phone is registered for repair it will be void of warranty so i came back home and called amazon because their toll free number was not working. Amazon tells me that you just give the phone and give us a receipt and we will handle it from there.
                                      The redmi story: i was shocked to see that people had come there with their brand new phones and sitting with their families and the service center has clearly displayed the price list of items frequently changed for the phone. It included mother board, mic, speaker, charging port, etc. Most of the people sitting there were having new phones. One more customer had given the phone for repair and they have damaged her screen and they want her to replace the screen at a cost. Phones bought on ebay are avoided etc and by the time i came out the token had reached and 170 and then the server went down etc. I am a person who frequents the military hotel and in those hotels you will see a board items available like head curry; liver fry, intestine, brain fry, mutton ball. I felt that the redmi service center was as crowded as the military hotel.
                                      Now i am again forced to back to the service center take a token and then get a receipt for my phone and i think this will go on and on. I really admire the patience of the 100 customers waiting patiently to get their turn and then weather warranty or no warranty you need to pay inspection charge and give your phone.
                                      The dtdc story:
                                      The dtdc person went there to their office and gave a call and then staff of amazon tells me this is not the address and we cannot accept the phone as return window is closed. I asked dtdc for a tracking id and they had also cheated me as the franchise in order to make more money did not log the consignment so they did not have tracking id and after getting in touch with dtdc mr. Shivam with mobile number [protected] initially was very cooperative then he told me just collect the phone back and then we will solve the problem. After collecting the phone he is telling me you do what you want. My franchise has cheated not me so handle with the franchise. I told him that the franchise represents you and if franchise cheats then it amounts to you cheating me. Ultimately, he told me to do whatever i want this is how we work.
                                      I purchased one Mi 10000mAh Power Bank 2 Black ₹899 from offical MI.COM
                                      site on 28th sep 2017 and i realised that i don't need it( i purchased same product few months ago). So, i cancelled the order.And on 29th Sep, it's shows that Purchase refunded. But i have not yet received the money.Please help.

                                        Address of the two service centres i visited :
                                        1:xiomi exclusive, 20h, park street, kolkata, west bengal, 700016

                                        2:mi exclusive service centre, arya regency building, no1, andul raj road, near hazra crossing, behind jatindas park metro station, kolkata, west bengal, india, 700026.

                                        Im a resident of kolkata.. Im very very dissatisfied with the service of the authorised service centre of xiomi mi. This is not the first time im dis satisfied. I have been using mi mobile phones frm long time. And whenever i approach service center with my mobile phones under warranty i face harassment from the members of the service centre. They dont help us. They fraud and cheat us..
                                        This time on 05.10.2017 i went wid my new redmi 4 (Under warranty) because it was not switching on.. They kept me waiting for 3 hours and after that they told me that it will cost me rs. 8510.16 to repair the mobile which is more than the price at which i purchased that mobile. I purchased it at rs8481.25. They told me lie that liquid has entered in the pcb.. No liquid has ever fallen on the mobile.. I kept my mobile in the sun light after few minutes when i charged it it got switched on..
                                        Next day i found that my wifi connectivity was not working properly. I went to another service centre. They made me wait for 4 hours and while examining it when they coudnt find the problem they said that problems like that doesnt come under the warranty. I fell so cheated.
                                        Its not only me who faced this kind of harassment from the service centres.. There were many customers who were dis satisfied with the service because they were made to stay for 3-4 hours and after that they were bluffed that their problem doesnt come under warranty.

                                        I request you to please look in to the matter as soon as possible. And if your respected company cannot provide warranty in reality then plz stop bluffing and cheating ur customers in the name of warranty. Please stop cheating your customers and stop harassing them. Please revert back.
