Redmi 4 phone purchased on 24. May 2017 through amazone network. The phone got damaged on 4 october 2017. Display is not functioning and damaged in small pressing while travelling in bus,.in the incident the phone was bent and there is a small scratch on the screen the guarantee period is not over.

      Sir i bought a remdi 4a 32 gb gold nearly 1 month ago... I have facing a problem that is when i connect my phone with a redmi charger provided with phone, then my phone and charger both becomes too hot even after 10 minutes. And then my phone becomes hang for 3 to 4 minutes. And even if i use internet or i play a game continue for just 5 minutes then also phone becomes too hot... What should i do...
      How my problems finished...

        I bought this mi5 phone. A month ago my battery doesn't last a day so i went to the service centre and there they fixed the issue however there were some sensor issue and they refused it fixing because they don't know about the gyroscope sensor.. The engineer didn't know what kind of os was installed. After a month i again visited that place and all i got in return was the phone was dropped in water. Everything works fine just the gyroscope sensor doesn't work
        Actually MI Phones are very bad. This company has fooled Indians to believe that their phones are the best by lowering the price and packing great (?) features in it but the phones are very substandard quality.

        On my MI Phone the navigation buttons stopped working. Service center said it will take 2 months to get it fixed as the board is not available. On my MI phone many a times GPS simply does not work or it takes 15 - 20 minutes to get the co-ordinates, by then I have somehow found and reached the destination.

        On my friends phone, the screen does not lock when calling and holding the phone close to ears i.e. the proximity sensor does not work.

        Secondly all MI phones are overclocked resulting into more heat dissipation to extract max juice out of the CPU.

        Indian consumers shall not budge, they shall continue to buy this cheap crap in less than one second in the flash sales on places like Flipkart & Amazon.

          I have purchased redmi note 4 64 gb from sangeetha mobiles, chennai on 22/07/2017. I was using the mobile and faced below issues and visited the service centre at anna nagar, chennai 3 times for the same issue dates and type of complaint detailed below.

          Issue : black screen, mic low sound in non calling

          Remarks : the service executive shared that he has updated software, in the mobile and will not be facing any more issues

            I purchased mi bluetooth handset worth 899 on 29/9/2017 it delivered on 4/10/2017. When i checked it... It didn't support in other devices except redmi 4.. When i contacted customer service... They refused to accept my return request even after 1 day of delivery. They says that you can replace it from their service center which is 20 km away from me. Please do something to stop this fruading. How can they deny by their return policy.

              I bought mi max prime before 8 month ago and in between one time mother board damage according to service center it was damage by liquid then i replaced it by 12k now it power switch not work and again went to alwar rajasthan service center again they told that it is damage but there was no scratch marks in phone now they close it and when i check my phone there was one issue came that volume switch also not work and they deny to repair it...

                  I am a student, studying at bangalore
                  I have sent my device for repairing to mi service center by availing the pick mi services (Within warranty),

                  Its been a 10 days plus, and now they are saying that device has physical damaged which is not fact.

                  And they are denying from the warranty services saying my device is damaged. However it was not damaged when i gave to pick up guy, pick up guy has physically checked the device, and then he took.

                  They tell us that device will get repaired within 7 days.
                  Its very tough to do follow up more than 15 days and finally getting nothing for a student as i cant call them everyday and emailing everyday.

                  Kindly do the needful,

                      I would like to register a complaint against xiaomi servicing centre. I am a user of xiaomi mi max (32gb gold) which i bought from snapdeal on 27th sept, 2016.in a month of august, 2017, i noticed a discolor spot on lower part of the display that's the only issue and phone was perfectly ok while sending it to xiaomi servicing centre. Since the phone hasn't crossed one year and there is no xiaomi servicing centre available in imphal-795001, i thought that it would be best to consult xiaomi customer care about the issue. After discussing with the customer care they provided a complaint no.[protected] and i was told to send it to hetal patel c/o qarmatek services pvt. Ltd. 123/b-1, phase 1, near pushpak estate, ahmedabad, gu 382445 in and they arranged a pick up service and on 25th aug, 2017 my phone was picked up by fedex courier (Tracking number:[protected]. Few days after reaching xiaomi servicing centre on 7th sept, 2017, i received a mail saying phone is declared out of warranty and asked me to pay rs. 7170/- for the repairing. I would like emphasize one thing here i never raised a request to repair the battery. It never had any issue with the battery but they asked me to replace the battery by paying the charges.in the mean time i also contacted snapdeal customer service about the issue. They told me to get the mail confirmation why my phone is declared out of warranty. So, i requested xiaomi customer care to confirm me through mail why the phone has been declared out of warranty and what is the issue with the phone in mail but despite my repeated request they didn't provide anything. During the process on 17th sept, 2017 xiaomi servicing centre returned the phone without repairing. I was helpless and have no other choice but to wait for the phone to arrive. On 19th sept, 2017, i have received the phone in terrible condition. It was completely visible that phone was stripped and roughly handled in xiaomi serving centre. Now the phone is dead. I tried charging the phone but it doesn't starts up and some part of the display got lose. If i have to repair the phone by paying the charges it's my choice whether to repair it or not. If the customer doesn't want to repair it then they should have returned the phone in same condition as it was before. I would have used the phone without complain. Now the xiaomi servicing centre has destroyed the phone. They are the responsible for my loss. I want to take the legal action against xiaomi servicing centre.
                      I have purchased Redmi 3s prime on 10/02/2017 .I am facing some issues in handset lock button I went to service centre in Anantapur Andhrapradesh they told that liquid contact activated that's why no warranty.i have warranty give your service in the warranty ..Thank you..

                        A have bought redmi note 4 handset online few weeks back. Suddenly the touch of the display stopped responding. As i rushed to customer care centre. They don't paid much attention to it and refused to repair the handset with an excuse that "your motherboard is effected by water/liquid so you have to pay 10k to repair this". There is no such instance infact. I am very upset by the callous behaviour of the staff as well as the after purchase service of xiaomi. So i humbly request you to kindly repair it completely or replace it.

                          Jaunpur service center kept my phone more than 50 days and won't repaired the phone. When i complaint customer care they told your device is out of warranty. They used to close the jobsheet without my permission too. I had submitted my final jobsheet on 28/sep /17 but warranty is upto 15/sep/17. They had not repaired the phone properly, when i insist they said its out of warranty now.
                          The customer care also not provided any proper resolution i keep on mailing. Due to delay in response by them. Now they also told its out of warranty and making excuses why had you collected the phone. Earlier they used to called and said"sir apka phone ban gaya hai jakr leliye" jab leliya tb bol rhe hai out of warranty ho gaya.
                          I checked infront of their engineer too they told "ab kya kre sb to badal diya, isse koi diwqat to ni hai" hadd hai.

                            I buy charger from mi, (Order number: [protected]) i request i don't want to buy anymore but due to it is already shipped they ask to refuge product at time of delivery. But at time of delivery delivery person deliver to my neighbor without call me (Even i request to bluedart do not come for deliver more then 10 times). Later on after 10-15 call and chat finally mi ask bluedart to pickup but he is not provide any tracking number and after 15-17 days after pickup still i have not received refund. I am doing daily chat with them and they only replied that our escalation team is working on it. It's already 40 days. Complaint no.[protected]
                            My phone is in warranty period. I went to service station at dhanbad. They charged my 750 rupees by stating that it's a liquid damage but didn't give any bill for that. When asked about that they said bill will be emailed but I didn't get any email containing bill.
                            My redmi note 3 battery drain faster and it reach around 40% it will automatically switch off with some sound

                              After updating my mi not 4 to miui 8.5.8.0 charing problem started sometimes it connects and disconnects than again connects disconnects i changed my charger than also same problem appears i think company should take some action it means new update this problem appear only when i updated please fix my problem

                                      When I bought the mobile for the first time, it's battery was shaking and the sound could be heard. When we went to a mobile shop to know what the problem is, They told us that someone tried to open it. And it's battery is bulged out now even without using.
                                      There is big spot on my screen look like a bubble but in this region my touch is working.
                                      when I show it to customer care center they where told me that unless and until your touch completely stopped we can not repairing . it mean I have to wait till my device get completely stop.

                                        I have received 2 redmi note 4a as gift from singapore. One set is working fine.in another set in first slat what ever sim inserted, sim is deducted but service like dialing, internet are not getting. One jio sim, which is working in other phone and in other redmi 4a, put in first slat. No dialing and no internet service is getting. I contacted in toll free number as adviced first mi update is installed and then reset to factory setting. Even after i could not get any service. Your technician told that there may be hardware problem. But he did not suggest any solution to the problem. I could not use new phone even after 3 months. Hence i request you to replace the device or set right issue.

                                        mobile charger is not working properly it is connecting and disconnecting randomly, software and hardware issue. please help me to resolve this.
