Kindly note that the flagship product of xiaomi the mi5 has major issues in gps. After the andriod ver 7 same majority of the phones started having issues. Even after almost an year xiaomi has not found a solution. You have to be a software developer and do changes in firmware to get this rectified.

When you call the support desk they ask to do a factory reset which is cumbersome. Even after doing that it does not work. Just type "gps not working mi" and you will see the complaints from world over. Read the frustration and you will not dare buy mi products.
They are busy only selling and not even bothered to give fixes to existing customers.in today's world service is most important, companies have collapsed only because of poor service, and hope the ceo mr. Manu jain takes note of this.

So even if your mi is working today, you never know the compability status when new version of andriods are launched.

    Bought mi4i from xiaomi through amazon in sep 2016 for rs. 13000. The phone has two problems - no space, switches off automatically. Took the same to authorised repair shop in ghatkopar where i was informed that the model has been withdrawn by xiaomi and no spare parts support is available. When contacted their customer service, the same was confirmed and i was offered rs. 1000 in lieu of no support.

    This is unacceptable as i was not informed about the strategy of the company when the purchase was made. Withdrawing support without notice is illegal and the company should be taken to the court in india. They are giving phones at lower rate and then extracting money by making sure that you have to purchase another handset after 1 to 2 years.

      By far the worst service experience. Btm service center manager mr k gowda is extremely discourteous and lacks basic customer etiquettes. I have been made to wait for 5 hrs everytime and had to visit 3-4 times just for a simple back cover replacement. They only lie, cheat and dupe unsuspecting customers. Please don't buy the phone cause if you want service, then mi will make your life hell.

        I purchased mi note 4 around 6 months before and i have been to service center twice for the same issue and now it is for the third time. They changed the charging jeck twice and now its the same problem for the third time. Please don't buy mi products. Please help me with the same. For the first time i went to vashi service center in mumbai, there they kept my phone for a week and second time i went to ghatkopar where they took almost 3hours to replace the charging jeck and now i can't bear the same problem for the third time. I would prefer people not to buy mi products.

          Dear sir,

          I perched note 3 in month of march, after 6 month i faced charging port and ear phone plug not work. When i have reach to customer care they told me this problem comes due water interrupting in mobile and charged me rupee 648 they also known mobile is in warranty period, according to me said issue comes due to power fluctuation not due to water. How could they charged me in warranty kindly focus on it and confirm. Care in vadodara near red course.

            On 19th september 2017 i gave my redmi note 3 phone to service centre located at star city mall mayur vihar as my earphone jack was not working the service centre guys replaced my motherboard but the sim tray was not working properly, they fixed it for the time being but it stopped working very next day but my warranty got expired at that time... So i request you to repair my mi phone free of cost because it is not working because of the faulty part which you mi service centre replaced

              As per my complaint regarding with my hand set it got damaged and gave it to authorised mi service centre to get repaired and im assured dat within one week i will get my phone but no it shifted to 10 days and now it going to be one month. Not at all aproper positive response i got from service center. They are demanding lum sum amount and nonsense reasons. Its now getting disgusting for me such a worst service and worst output of mi. Wat should i do know should i take some stong action to mi service center to harass us. Or took some strong step to close servive centre. Contact [protected].

                I bought mi 5 in october 2016, it worked fine for.6 months then it started showing patches on its display screen. I submit my phone to mi centre jodhpur for repairing when they return me the the display quality is lower now, the phone screen has to tap 2 to 3 time on icon to use it, it hangs with more than 20 times in day. I had spent 25000 on this worst piece. I want a refund or replacement. I have filed a complain in consumer court also.

                  I have given my redmi 3s under warranty at above mention authorized service center ajmer on date 16th sep to display not working related issue, i have called after a week to collect my device, they told me issues are fixed we have not faulty combo issue is still exist, they told me when your mobile get ready we call you but today 28th sep i didn't get any update from them.
                  I am a mi user and my phone automatically switches itself off whenever i open WhatsApp

                    I have given my redmi note 4 under warranty at above mention authorized service center on date 16th sep to fix gps and charging related issue, i have visited the store after a week to collect my device, they told me issues are fixed when i have checked, i found that gps related issue is still exist, then they try many solutions but issue didn't get fixed by them. I was there at service centre for almost 5 hrs as they told me to wait, but no luck. Today 27th sep i didn't get any update from them.

                    I need to call them 3 to 4 time in a day to get update status, in 12 days not even a single time they called me to give update about the device.

                    They told me that we have tried all possible solution we are not able to fix this, even they asked me to collect faulty device as they cant provide fix.

                    My device is under warranty, i have ask them to proceed for replacement but no response.

                    It is my humble request to look in to this and help me to get out of this.

                      I had bought a redmi 4 from online sale along with that i had bought mi protect accidental insurance. Unfortunately my phone got wet in rain accidentally but your cheater company rejected my insurnce claim by saying that i was not cautious about its handling. Nobody is careless about its things for which they have given their hard earning money.

                        I was bought mi5 - the most expensive mobile set in india by mi xiaomi on 18th oct 2016 but in only 10 months mobile is not in working condition. I was submitted mobile to service center but they have taken approx 22 days but still mobile is at service center.

                        Whenever i was entered in service center approx 50-70 customers standing there to get there issue resolved.

                        Mi pls give some good quality atleast on your expensive models.

                        Other some good companies they offered new phone with in 15 days if problem not resolved but mi u dont care about your customers.

                        I believe that i have chosen a wrong brand because chinese jyada din nahin chalta.

                        After this type of service & quality will never recommend mi mobile phones to any one. Was also planning to buy mi6 but sorry not now.

                        MY redmi 3s prime phone 1 sim card slot was not working . I go to the Kamla nagar service center in delhi. They took 118Rs. For do nothing They say give 658rs. for the slot repair but i deny. so they say give 118rs. either your phone was not given to you.

                            Mic is echoing my own voice after a few minutes into a call... Seems to be a common issue with mi phones from what i could find over the internet.. The product is not even a month old.. For the first few weeks things were fine... Started experiencing this issue for the last 2 days... Would request some remedial measures from xiaomi or a product replace

                              On friday 22.07.2017 i got the message that the product is delivered.

                              Till now i have not received my product.

                              I have called customer care several times but not responding properly.

                              And customer care is just saying it will be delivered.

                                I am using redmi note 4 and vodafone sim this doesnt support 4g network (Fq 2100) as vodafone network works on 2100 frequency and the speed is very low, unable to browse. Lodged complaint with vodafone they say my handset doesnt support the required frequency. I bought this handset vide bill f0yqg[protected] dt 30.04.17 pl. Configure by handset or arrange for replacement.
                                There is bugs found in mi note 4 new update 7.0 like its automatically stops music player when i'll pressed back button to exit any app the home screen will appear after 3 to 5 second.t he mobile is working to slow.please resolve this problem faster b'coz we are facing to much problem to using ur product.

                                    I placed order redmi note 4 through flipkart dated 25.08.2017. I received the product 28.08.2017. But 10.09.17 my handset cannot power on. So i hand over the set at service centre 11.09.17. They taken the product and they said main board problem and rectified the problem and hand over to me same day evening after receiving my hand set the phone was signal problem and not clarity voices and also breaking voices after several times i walk in the service centre but my problem still holding on. So please do needful help for me. And also i attached all my details please resolve.

                                      They are told mi your mobile is water damage but my mobile is not water damage.
                                      Mi services is very bad
                                      And that are fake news are provided.
                                      I am not interested mi mobile.
                                      My mobile is warranted.
                                      They are told pay the money.
                                      Why are mi mobile warranty are provided.
                                      Previously i know that these mobile i am not buy the mi mobile.
                                      3months ago, I purchased a Redmi Note 4 from Flip kart. Last day I found that the phone is not get charged by using the charger. So I am currently charging the fone by another redmi Note 4charger(Roommate). So I request you to take an immediate action for the replacement.

                                        Dear sir/mam i am a mi 3s user of your smart phones and i purchased it from flip cart in feb 2017, and my phone is still in warranty. And i went to your customers services centre in bahadurgarh haryana pin (124507) which is near carnival cinema. Sir i went there for show my speakers problem in handset, there r not talking in good behaviour they use abusive language.. Amd make my phone out of warranty after giving water damage. They tell me your handset mother board is will be changed because of my sweat going to phone and and because of this now its is in water damage conditions. Its totally wrong sir, i know one of your technician in service center he is not well qualified for services and giving wrong solutions and use abusive language seniors also. My phone is in good condition and i want a good resolution from your side.
