I would like to brief you about the incident first.
The REdmi 3s prime mobile has stopped working 11.09.2017
I have submitted it to the Mi pick centre Dahod
on 14.09.2017 i got the message from your service centre about non-warranty and estimate for repair of 6395/-
i have asked how the warranty is disqualified for the said mobile.
I have denied to repair my mobile and asked return it
Unfortunately I have not got any satisfactory reply from your side
I have called so many time and e-mail so many time to the company but again unfortunately no satisfactory response found.
I have submitted my complain to the Customer Forum for the Justice.
From customer forum I got the suggestion to submit the mobile to another authorized service center.
in this Today response, I have gone to the pick mi center Dahod, and collected the mobile without repair by paying Rs. 200/- for
customer handling charges.
I have tried to Switch- on the Mobile, and found it is working. I have reported the matter to the pick mi center dahod officials.
he has confirmed me that the mobile is returned without repair.
Now the questions arise to the service engineer who has inspected the mobile and reported a liquid damage
and given the chargeable estimate of Rs. 6395/-
Whether He is a qualified person or not? what he has inspected? or the company is cheating to the customer??
is the service cener is reliable? is the company is truly serving the customer ???
So many questions??????? is the company is fraud or cheater?????
