I purchased mi 4a 32 gb from your mi home it has defect thatswhy i went back there from where i bought for replacement after 3 days and i was told that i should go to service center for doa i went 2 times your mi service center and 2 times mi homes i wanted only doa because of defect on sat in malviya nagar at service center they told me that their senior agent is not available so i should visit to center other day and on monday i visited to mg road service center and your technician asked only for updating software not open the device but they opened it inside and what did he do i don't know my device is only 7 days old why is it so now and problem is as it is i called 3 times your call center. And also 2 times wrote a mail but i didn't get any solution i want only either replacement or refund i don't want use such defective device and one more thing your mi home agent tell a lie and make the customer fool.

    My xiomi note 3 screen is broken. I went to calicut (Kozhikode) service centre after i was assured about availability. Climbing 3 stories and a lift out of service. A rude manager told me no spare and to leave my phone with him. He took my phone and connected it to his desktop without my permission. I refused to hand over the phone and came back. My screen is still not replaced.

      I purchase redmi note 4. 32 gb on 15 feb 2017 by flipcart.. After 2 month phone not doing function properly (Hanging problem).. So i snd phone at service centre mi store ahmedabad - memco (Gujrat) but service centre employee return to my phone after 5 days doing reset only... So after 1 month its doing function vry bad & hanging problem vry much... I also complaint at customer care.. My complaint no.[protected] but not found any solution.. Pls help me..

        After the phone gets reset i am not able to activate the device because it requires to login to your mi account. For once if i say i forgot my password i immediately logged into mi account through another device and reset my password but all in vain the mobile device doesnt accepts that password. And this is the second time i am facing this problem.

          I visited digitech mi service centre barrackpore on 19/09/2017 at around 4:30 and my problem was regarding camera (Redmi note 3). I waited for almost 3 hours and when they returned my mobile i found there was a scratch on the camera lens. When i complained they completely denied the fact that they had done so rather they were saying it was there before they took the mobile and even saying i made this. When i started arguing they said i had no proof to blame them and started behaving in an uncivilised manner and insinuated me. It was a disgusting experience. I would not recommend any one to go there because they are such fraudulent cheaters. I will never buy a xiaomi product because the service that they provide is worst.

            We ordered an xiaomi capsule headset from the mi app. Order # [protected]. We received a package on 7th september 2017. When we opened the package it was well packed and there was no capsule headset. Instead inside the capsule box there was a old and used headset which was kept inside. We took pictures of the same and made complaints to the customer service and the incidence #[protected]. I have spoken to the floor manager mr. Veeranna, tl - karthick and many more.. However according to them the pic which i have sent seems to be a used box and i was told that my headset will not be replaced. This is literally cheating a customer by first sending a sms of the product availability and then after ordering sending a used product and later denying the customer a correct product. If this is the trend of mi india i will would have to take extreme steps to put this on media. The amount maybe small but the dissatisfaction level about ur product delivery and customer service is pathetic and i would want to bring this to the indian public. I would still request you to look into my case and justify.

              This is hardly 2 month old new pioneer p7 grey phone, completely dead one fine day, lodged complaint since 13/9 still they could not import mother board (Such a large company do not have a single mother board as spare??) i do not know how they are managing their services, the shopkeeper told they will replace it on the spot but i am running around pillar ro post

                I don't know why they ask money for warranty period and also they don't provide me job sheet. Very worst performance in theni mi service center. My mobile display is blinking but all them shows fine i m also working in service. They lie me that your display in is problem and they charged 2400 rs. I want the proper answer from xiaomi. And also i want what they fill in job sheet.
                Mi mobile 4 very useless.because
                . In this mobile hardware gose hot when I open internet and apps.my mobile battery back only 3 hours.when I charge phone this battery not charge even down. I want replace my phone.

                  I purchased mobile xiaomi 3s prime in december 2016, my phone. It is in warranty. While it was with me it suddenly blast and somehow battery swells and comes out at evening of august 2017 because of that my finger also little bit burner main thing is bangalore xiaomi service center they refuse to accept first, how they can refuse it?? Somehow i convey them to accept but also according to them xiaomi will not repair the same. I claim for new phone or refund my money that is 10000 rps. Yet they did not took any action i ask them for refund my money. I request you to take action and have punish xiaomi so they make phone quality batter.

                  Your executives changed the mother board of my note 3, when only two days or warranty were left. After eight days, motherboard of my phone was again declared damaged by your service providers. I think that they didn't replaced it or provided me a local mother board.

                      I bought a new xiaomi mi a1 from oxygen store @ palarivattom jn, eranakulam, kerala. It works fine when you have a very good signal but the moment you try to receive a call at a low signal area it just restarts. So basically we cannot receive any calls at home if the signal is bit low. I went back to oxygen showroom expecting it to be replaced, but to my surprise they said they will send it to mi service center and fix if it can be. I had bit of argument them with but without much choice i left my mobile there. I called them in the evening to get the status, the response was bit of a non-sense, it looks like mi service center has given a feedback to use a new sim. I informed them that i already got a new 4 g sim and asked them to explain what do they mean by a new sim. They didn't say much, just said give 2-3 days and will let me know the status. I am not able to understand when i am under replacement guarantee period why should i take a serviced phone

                        My phone is restarting without my permission and touch is not working after locking phone in sometimes.
                        The restarting problem is very disgusting for me this is the 4th mnth after purchasing this phone. I want a clarification for this problem. Touch problem is also a major problem because when some one calls to my number i can't attend the call due to the touch problem. Please resolve this as soon as possible. Otherwise i want to change this phone.

                          I have bought redmi 3sprime from flipkart in august 2016 order date[protected]after 2 month i started facing battery issue, the battery was getting drain very fast for which i visited your service center thrice and issue got resolved
                          In the month of april phone sensor stopped working fro which agaion i vsisited your service center
                          On 27 june 2017 finger, print scanner stopped working and charging issue, lcd issue which was resolved but in the month august the issue started again by mobile phone lcd screen is not working

                          I was busy in my studies because of my exams and didn't get the time to visit your service center
                          I had visited your service center on 7th eptember they had refused to service my phone because the warranty is expired which is incorrect
                          My phone was serviced by your technician in the month of june and the phone again stop working from august not even it work for 3 months
                          As per the law you should give me the extended warranty for the replacement parts because there is a fault in your device

                          I am very dissatisfied with your service as my phone not even work for 1 year

                          And i want my phone to be replaced without any charges

                            I bought redmi 4 on 25th may 2017 from amazone. From last 2-3 month i was suffering problem with phone. Touch was not working properly, phone is going to hang continuously, it takes more than 8 hrs to charge the same. I was getting problem from the set provided by amazone. Please resolve it on urgent basis. I am having problem from the same device.

                              Dear mi team,

                              With respect to trailing mail and poor service from your centre meanwhile i got call from mr. Madan shanbhag ([protected]), but he is not able to reply properly against to my describe problem and can't give his contact, office address, employee id, superior contact for further escalate problem. Even didn't give direct contact where i can call back.
                              Further he told in terms of threat to do every thing what i can do.

                              Dose this way to serve and revert to customer?

                              Let me have replacement else i have to move consumer court.

                              New problem arise: mobile screen left side it spotted and became colourless.

Now I want to replace it with another one with head belt. I made a call to them but they are saying it comes without head belt. But in original set headbelt is attached . now they are making fool selling a copy product

                                  I have placed an order of redmi 4a on yesterday 30/8/2017, 12.00 pm (Prepaid) with the above order id.

                                  I was trying to cancel the order from the day of order itself. But i couldn't able to cancel. Then i contacted mi customer service twice, as per their instructions i have refused to accept the order from delivery man. After that again i contacted mi customer service, then they assured that my amount will be refunded within 1 week. But still i haven't received any notification regarding cancellation and refund. Kindly look into this issue and solve it.

                                    I bought redme note 4 last week.It was going perfectly fine.But today while I was calling phone went off.Then it went ON and then display went OFF.I just can't think how should I tolerate when my phone's display went OFF that also after just 1 week.I just need another phone.There is no other remedy for this.I need a new phone of same category or else I will complaint against the company in the consumer court.

                                      #Regarding Password Reset at service Center

                                      i am owner of XioMi redmi4 3/32GB (inWarranty device)
                                      my cellphone ran out of battery yesterday, when i charged it back it was not accepting my PIN (correct PIN as far as my memory goes).
                                      i had no option but to visit XiaoMi Service center today Morning here in Lalbag, Mumbai.

                                      For Password reset they are charging me Rs. 177
                                      (even if my device is in warranty)

                                      FIRSTLY I FEEL PASSWORD-RESET/SOFTWARE UPDATE should be FREE OF COST IF DEVICE IS IN WARRANTY.

                                      SECONDLY THERE HAS TO BE SOME OFFICIAL LINKS/DOCUMENTS SPECIFYING THE "EVERY ISSUES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE CHARGES THAT EVERY SERVICE CENTER IS FOLLOWING"

                                      And please appoint some smart and quick people offline at Service centers who Knows about technology, the people who will call MIUI9 update as NOUGAT UPDATE not NOUGATS UPDATE.

                                      I have spoke with support chat service but there no way i can attach the whole conversation as .doc file. if possible take care of that @ITSUPPORT

                                      Not satisfied with XiaoMi Service Centers for sure.

                                        I buyer redemi2. It's has problem it's speaker is not working. I went to service centre they told to change mother board. But from last 15 days mother board is not there in service centre at jamshedpur gurudurara basti o road bistupur. So provide service as soon as possible. Mother botad is not there in service centre. They told every time that's part is not coming from company
