I bought redme note 4 last week.It was going perfectly fine.But today while I was calling phone went off.Then it went ON and then display went OFF.I just can't think how should I tolerate when my phone's display went OFF that also after just 1 week.I just need another phone.There is no other remedy for this.I need a new phone of same category or else I will complaint against the company in the consumer court....

my cellphone ran out of battery yesterday, when i charged it back it was not accepting my PIN (correct PIN as far as my memory goes).

I buyer redemi2. It's has problem it's speaker is not working. I went to service centre they told to change mother board. But from last 15 days mother board is not there in service centre at jamshedpur gurudurara basti o road bistupur. So provide service as soon as possible. Mother botad is not there in service centre. They told every time that's part is not coming from company

I received my redmi 4a on sept 14, 2017. It's good but from the first day after when i upgraded its miui8 for 'bug fixes' it shows a notification "female for english (United..." "waiting for wi-fi". Clicking on it open downloads but is empty. Everytime i clear it, it comes again. It's irritating. Please do something with it or send a procedure for removing it....

Respected sir and mam . my phone xiaomi note 3 was damaged . it going delay to repair it service centers are unwanted way demanding lumsum amount . for me its getting disgusting. iam also facing problem wen my handset got repaired instead they are not properly giving positive response . its now headache that service center of MI is the most worst of all. its one month my phone still not get repaired . simply they are showing sluggish attitude....

Mobile(red mi) charging issue under warranty period. service center opened panel after seeing water indication litmus paper, he said mobile doesn't cover under warranty due to water exposed.
indeed i didn't expose to device to any water related, more ever there are 2 indicators one has changed color and other didn't. he said we "don't know those all" despite he is technical person therefore i raise a complaint to customer care after...

I purchased a redmi note 4 in june and in august my charger suddenly stopped working. I took it to mi service center, velachery (Chennai) and they bluntly refused to replace the charger. I tried to reason with them but they were adamant. It was very disappointing.

I am desatisfied about your sevice.
1. Staff attitude is very rudd and they have not known how to behave customers.
2. Now a days all are in cashless tranction but you have demanding that card tranction are not avilable. If you have cash we have repair or else you can arrange cash.

costumer, so please don't offer any kind of warrant in our devices.
i will submit my phone in authorize service center of mi in Raipur C.G since 14 Day for audio jack problem and taking follow up ever day and your service provider are unable to tell me the date when the phone will be repaired .

My mobile is 9000 rs only the the touch making charge demand 9600 rs. And service center visiting charge demand 118rs.

I have red mi note 4 (4/64)... My cellphone's display is cracked... After that i went to service centre... They told me the total repair cost of display is 4170 rs.

So that i called on customer care service no. N get talk with ur executive about whole problem.. They told me the total cost of display about 3000 rs..

Now the confusion is who is right feom both... The service centre told me the total cost 4170 rs....

I am having a redmi 4 phone black colour 3gb varient..... After some days i found that there is a blackness or black spot in the upper right corner of my phone's display... I have purchased, note 4 mobile on 5august2017 for my uncle (Aged55), within 20days phone was self dead on 28august2017. I went to the service center at chennai on 9th sept. I was told mother board is gone & much more.
It would take them time to replace all the internal parts.

My wife bought a xiaomi redmi 3s 4g 2 gb ram 16 gb rom mobile phone online on 14 th september 2016 (Imei 1: [protected], imei 2: [protected]).
The phone was working fine until last august 2017.
Then some troubles began to appear (Like restarting automatically 2 to 4 time daily, phone hang / screen freezes - average once in 3-4 days) and ultimately yesterday...
