Your service is very poor, as i am sitting since 11:45 at bapunagar service center also it's covered by so many mi customers in surrounding area nikol, bapunagar, saijpur bogha, rakhial, saraspur, india colony naroda but only 01 service center, its very shame. Phone is available every point in india. But limited service centre. Need one more in nikol. Also, here most of the customers mi 4a. My mobile's touch gone in just 4 months purchased on 11/05/2017.

I visited at centre on 13/9. They made my phone totally dead. I was using this phone regularly but charging was slow.
Model redmi 2. Imei [protected] sn. 11206/20622522. They told me mother board not working. On 23/9 i visited & told me know it's not on. They misbehaved me & my wife. Cheat me as saying battery is not working. They said now charged 67%. But it's none.

I buy redmi note 4 (4_64) from mi store in ₹12999. But flipkart selling redmi note4 for ₹9900 with 10 days of replacing order. &. And also giving better facilities than mi. (Not include her offer) because in this period you responsibility to say your customers to buy from flipkart because it's your mobile company. If any one sell your products less than your own company. It is samless. I buy 6_7 my mi from your site. But next time i never insists anyone to buy from mi store. Pls returns my approx ₹3000.[protected]

Hello sir/madam
Myself mukesh kumar ([protected]) bought redmi note 3 phone before 7 months ago. After 7 month its screen left to work but in this case also getting incoming call but not able to pick due to a minor problem which was a jack problem.
I went to tvs electronic ltd chandigarh which is authorized service centre of mi. They said we will inspect the phone and charge rs118 if any liquid damage.
Additionally rs 177 will take for software password unlock.
These charges was in warranty so you can see what is mi term policy in warranty.
I said ok because i have no option.
After inspection they said it is liquid damage and its motherboard and touch will replace which cost is around 10400.

Can anyone tell me if any phone motherboard get damage how it would be on and will get incoming call but was not able to pick due to that screen jack problem.
At last i decided to take phone back and went to local mobile shop.
Local shop engineer after inspection said that this problem occurred due to jack problem he replace the jack and after it is working fine.

Main thing to notice was that he took only rs 500 as charge.

So what can you expect from redmi and its customer support

I ordered phone on 13 sept.[protected]. My refund status has not yet updated at your service station. Moreover the order was received on 18 sept in morning and from then whenever i am calling customer care.. They say no updated information is there. No action has been taken so far. So please see the matter otherwise i have to take any strict action against your firm.

I am Sunil Kumar i had purchased Note 4 Mi IMEI [protected] sn. 14660/80134828 and after 6 month my phone touch screen is not working and it is in warranty period now but MI authorized office are charging Rs. 8500/- i will not recommend to buy MI Note 4 phone because this company are cheated the people and worst customer care of MI authorized office satguru communication, Shop-1, 1st floor veervati place sector- 27, Noida near vinayak hospital, uttar pradesh,

I purchased a "redmi 4" phone from www.mi.com/in website on 08/09/17. I got the order delivered on 11/09/17. When opened, i found there was a small dent/damage below the power button. So i raised a complaint (Incident:[protected] to replace. They were supposed to replace it within 10 days, but i am yet to get a call back reg the same till today.

There are no service centre or collection centre at bankura district in west bengal. So we cannnot buy any product of redmi phone. Our nearest collection centre has in durgapur (Benachiti) which is near about 60 km from our district. We want to buy mi phone if we get nearest service centre. Please construct service centre or collection centre at bankura district in west bengal.

Redmi 3s prime mobile purchased through online amazon india on 03.02.2017. Imei no. [protected] invoice no:[protected] this mobile was used under normal working conditions.in may 2017, the mobile has stopped working instantly. Repaired by mi service center at vadodara gujarat under warranty terms. The same problem happened to the handset in sept2017, submitted for repair : job card no. Sldin[protected]. Company refuse to cover under warranty and demand the additional charges. Company make the cheating to the customer. Company is not giving the proof for the damage.

I would like to brief you about the incident first.

The REdmi 3s prime mobile has stopped working 11.09.2017
I have submitted it to the Mi pick centre Dahod
on 14.09.2017 i got the message from your service centre about non-warranty and estimate for repair of 6395/-
i have asked how the warranty is disqualified for the said mobile.
I have denied to repair my mobile and asked return it
Unfortunately I have not got any satisfactory reply from your side
I have called so many time and e-mail so many time to the company but again unfortunately no satisfactory response found.
I have submitted my complain to the Customer Forum for the Justice.
From customer forum I got the suggestion to submit the mobile to another authorized service center.
in this Today response, I have gone to the pick mi center Dahod, and collected the mobile without repair by paying Rs. 200/- for
customer handling charges.
I have tried to Switch- on the Mobile, and found it is working. I have reported the matter to the pick mi center dahod officials.
he has confirmed me that the mobile is returned without repair.

Now the questions arise to the service engineer who has inspected the mobile and reported a liquid damage
and given the chargeable estimate of Rs. 6395/-

Whether He is a qualified person or not? what he has inspected? or the company is cheating to the customer??
is the service cener is reliable? is the company is truly serving the customer ???
So many questions??????? is the company is fraud or cheater?????

I am sending the proof of the status of the working mobile

I purchased mi 4a 32 gb from your mi home it has defect thatswhy i went back there from where i bought for replacement after 3 days and i was told that i should go to service center for doa i went 2 times your mi service center and 2 times mi homes i wanted only doa because of defect on sat in malviya nagar at service center they told me that their senior agent is not available so i should visit to center other day and on monday i visited to mg road service center and your technician asked only for updating software not open the device but they opened it inside and what did he do i don't know my device is only 7 days old why is it so now and problem is as it is i called 3 times your call center. And also 2 times wrote a mail but i didn't get any solution i want only either replacement or refund i don't want use such defective device and one more thing your mi home agent tell a lie and make the customer fool.

My xiomi note 3 screen is broken. I went to calicut (Kozhikode) service centre after i was assured about availability. Climbing 3 stories and a lift out of service. A rude manager told me no spare and to leave my phone with him. He took my phone and connected it to his desktop without my permission. I refused to hand over the phone and came back. My screen is still not replaced.

I purchase redmi note 4. 32 gb on 15 feb 2017 by flipcart.. After 2 month phone not doing function properly (Hanging problem).. So i snd phone at service centre mi store ahmedabad - memco (Gujrat) but service centre employee return to my phone after 5 days doing reset only... After the phone gets reset i am not able to activate the device because it requires to login to your mi account. For once if i say i forgot my password i immediately logged into mi account through another device and reset my password but all in vain the mobile device doesnt accepts that password. And this is the second time i am facing this problem.

I visited digitech mi service centre barrackpore on 19/09/2017 at around 4:30 and my problem was regarding camera (Redmi note 3). I waited for almost 3 hours and when they returned my mobile i found there was a scratch on the camera lens. When i complained they completely denied the fact that they had done so rather they were saying it was there before they took the mobile and even saying i made this. When i started arguing they said i had no proof to blame them and started behaving in an uncivilised manner and insinuated me. It was a disgusting experience. I would not recommend any one to go there because they are such fraudulent cheaters. I will never buy a xiaomi product because the service that they provide is worst.

We ordered an xiaomi capsule headset from the mi app. Order # [protected]. We received a package on 7th september 2017. When we opened the package it was well packed and there was no capsule headset. Instead inside the capsule box there was a old and used headset which was kept inside. We took pictures of the same and made complaints to the customer service and the incidence #[protected]. I have spoken to the floor manager mr. Veeranna, tl - karthick and many more.. However according to them the pic which i have sent seems to be a used box and i was told that my headset will not be replaced. This is literally cheating a customer by first sending a sms of the product availability and then after ordering sending a used product and later denying the customer a correct product. If this is the trend of mi india i will would have to take extreme steps to put this on media. The amount maybe small but the dissatisfaction level about ur product delivery and customer service is pathetic and i would want to bring this to the indian public. I would still request you to look into my case and justify.

. In this mobile hardware gose hot when I open internet and apps.my mobile battery back only 3 hours.when I charge phone this battery not charge even down. I want replace my phone.

I purchased mobile xiaomi 3s prime in december 2016, my phone. It is in warranty. While it was with me it suddenly blast and somehow battery swells and comes out at evening of august 2017 because of that my finger also little bit burner main thing is bangalore xiaomi service center they refuse to accept first, how they can refuse it?? Somehow i convey them to accept but also according to them xiaomi will not repair the same. I claim for new phone or refund my money that is 10000 rps. Yet they did not took any action i ask them for refund my money. I request you to take action and have punish xiaomi so they make phone quality batter.

Your executives changed the mother board of my note 3, when only two days or warranty were left. After eight days, motherboard of my phone was again declared damaged by your service providers. I think that they didn't replaced it or provided me a local mother board.

Still im facing problem it did, t resolved it provide very worst service. I will suggest u to do not buy any product from mi store online. And also im not getting any proper feedback from their side.
