My redmi note 4 is 3months old and touch not working but they say fungus formed due to water entry.

I have purchased redmi note 4 mobile during may month. The mobile is having issue from the day 1 and it is frequently getting switch off wen ever i get a call. I have visited mi service centre 4times but still issued has not been resolved and i asked for a replacement for this mobile. But there is no proper response from them. Sir, today i went to dadar service centre after opening phone they told that your phone mic is broken and you have charged 700 rs for that. So i denied and told him that give me my phone as it is but now they told give 118 rs for diagnosis. After give rs 118 they gave my phone back. Please customer i called you please please don't purchase the xiaomi hanset, because xiaomi service is very very poor,
Warranty meaning is zero, every problem solution is chargeable e. G. Battery, heating, speaker, motherboard all types of parts is charge a money.

I'm using mi4 for the past one year. The frequency of the phone heating up has increased over the last 3 to 4 months. Today in the morning it started heating too much and i saw my battery swollen highly heated. I removed the back cover to have a better understanding of the situation but but it continued to heat further and seemed it will blast. I'm attaching the photo of the swollen battery with this mail.

I have bought redmi note 3 8 months back. I am facing mute call issue and contacted service centre. They have replaced motherboard but still same issue.
