Hello sir my name is ramesh patel
I i have submitted my mobile redmi note 4 on 26th of august 2017 which is under warranty
I was informed to collect my mobiles after 2 days and (The number which was provided from service centre was also the wrong number)
So i had coordination with customer care the update which was given from customer care was that your mobile is ready for delivery and collect it
After that i had more than 7 visits at service centre but till now my mobile is not been repaired and
I am kept at waiting for more than 60 minutes and later i am been informed that your mobile is not being prepared today and i am being given the same reasons that your mobile will be repaired till evening 5 o'clock please come and it
The update which they have provided to the company from service centre is that the mobile is being ready for delivery and collect which is fake so they can prove to the company that the work is being done and the customer has not been collected his cell phone till now
I'm facing problems till now date

    Dear sir,
    This is in due respect that i have purchased redmi 4a from amazon before 3 weeks. From the past 2 days the touch screen is not working properly. I am really fed up with your customer care service as your executives don't even know a # about the product you are selling and fooling and making money. I went to your dirty service centre and there those illiterate manager and staff which you have kept as employees for customer are saying that again i've to change the display. This would be the third time i am changing the display since i purchased your useless mobile. I've already paid rs 1700 for 2 times for changing the display. This is what the # service and quality you are giving to the people and charging high amount of money?
    Whenever i call your customer care they keep on telling the same thing again and again to perform the hardware test. What the # is that? Should i spend my whole day time in this only? I am very disappointed. I am really fed up with you guys. I don't want to say this but i have to because this is my hard earned money. We don't fool people and make money like you... You'll earn money by cheating people right?
    I swear to both god and devil that you die slow. I'll make sure all your kids don't grow. My four four make sure all your kids don't grow. I curse you and your company from the deepest of my heart. Mote it be.

          I have purchased, note 4 mobile on 5august2017 for my uncle (Aged55), within 20days phone was self dead on 28august2017. I went to the service center at chennai on 9th sept. I was told mother board is gone & much more.
          It would take them time to replace all the internal parts.
          I raised a complaint to mi service center on this, told them i dont want my phone to be repaired. I wanted a replacement phone. Customer care floor manager was kind enough to me & gave me assurance that he will discuss with his higher ups & get back to me on monday (11-sept-17).
          As per his commitment, i received call from customer care arrogant girl. She was so damn arrogant. Doesnt want to listen to my heeds. She kept on saying same thing. Phone cannot be replaced, if required goto service centre & take your phone.
          I have instructed service centre folks, not to replace anything until i confirm the same. Which they obliged to that.
          This girl, was so arrogant & started pushing me to go & take the phone or do whatever i would like you.
          Request you to please look into this.

            To whom it may concern

            Sir / madam,

            My wife bought a xiaomi redmi 3s 4g 2 gb ram 16 gb rom mobile phone online on 14 th september 2016 (Imei 1: [protected], imei 2: [protected]).
            The phone was working fine until last august 2017.
            Then some troubles began to appear (Like restarting automatically 2 to 4 time daily, phone hang / screen freezes - average once in 3-4 days) and ultimately yesterday the capacitive touch buttons i. E. Recent app button, home button, back button stopped working.
            So, today, my wife took the phone to the mi service centre (Digitech services, 115 / b cannel street, sreebhumi, kolkata, west bengal 700048, india). There was a huge crowd. During waiting for her turn, my wife could not stop noticing that the phone inspecting person was giving the verdict to almost every customer that the phone is liquid damaged and it will not be covered under warranty. It's repair cost will be almost as much as the price of buying a new phone and to no surprise, he gave the same verdict for my wife's phone.
            My wife took back the phone without repair. When she power on the phone and tried to communicate with me, to our ultimate surprise, the phone's ear piece was not working (Which was working fine before submitting it to the service centre).
            With my absolute grivance, i want to tell you that, i smell foul play here. How is it possible for almost every phone gets damaged by liquid?! The phones were not opened in front of customers. I don't know what they did to the phone inside the room. The doubt doubles when my wife gave them a phone which ear piece was working fine and received a phone which earpeace is defective, that too just in one hour and in the hand of your certified efficient (!!) engineer.
            I am writing this letter to get justice. I know that my phone was not liquid damaged. (How can everybody's phone become liquid damaged!!!).
            This is a nasty business. Instead of repairing a small issue, you are trying to compel the customers to buy your phone motherboards which is almost the price of a new phone. By doing this, you people are actually selling the mobile on double of it's mrp. Once when you are selling the mobile and again, when you are compelling the customers to buy the motherboard.
            I am requesting you to stop this dangerous business. Till date mi products advertisement is largely dependent on mi loyal customer's (Us) recommendation to the possible buyers. If you continue this dirty game you will lose us. I will definitely not recommend xiaomi to my family, friend and relatives.in fact, i will discourage themto buy xiaomi products (Is not that natural?) and they will spread the same words to others. The chain, the bonding that make you so big will start to collapse. This not the word of me alone. My wife spoke to several other customers. All of those dissatisfied customers told the same.

            Xiaomi, there is still time. Change. Change your policy. Repair your loopholes. We like mi products. That is why we are so hurtened. Take necessary steps at the earliest.

              My mi max handset was repaired under the service ref number wxin[protected] at 102 piyuraj chamber swastik cross road next to honda bike showroom c g road ahmedabad. I received the handset on 09.09.2017 by fedex courier. I checked it and found that the sim tray was missing. I talked to customer care help line of company but no solution. I talked to service station person but he even didnt answer properly. How can i use my mobile without sim tray. I request you to arrange sim tray to be delivered to my registered address wlith the service ref number.
              Very frustrating!! The volume just goes down all the time, and song stops automatically sometimes. Please do something about it.
              I ordered a redmi note 4 on 23rd August 2017 but didn't yet received. When i asked for a reason for delay they said wait for 24 hrs you will get your shipment. But it was too delay for any product to deliver ao i ask for cancellation but they said when courier boy arrives you decline and your order will be cancel. My order no is [protected].

                My redmi note 4 is 3months old and touch not working but they say fungus formed due to water entry.
                Its a surprise story for me as i neither put my phone on rain or water. May be i have kept on my shirt pocket when there is drizziling which i have done in my previous phone like samsung, apple, panasonic. Nothing has happened.
                Now mi service center says warranty void and need to change mother board which is 9000inr.
                I had changed the broken glass one month before with a bill of 3000.
                Mi is cheating indians with cheap mobile non reliable phones at higher cost.

                  When i put my phone it's was working properly.. But when i remove my phone from charging its speakers are not working.. The phone lock which i put was removed i turn off my phone and open it the lock came back but.. 😈😈😈my phone speaker is not working properly... I had contact customer.. Care so they said me our team will call u within 2 hrs.. But they won't called me.. Again. I called customer care... And again they said me our team will call u within 2hrs.. No call... Again i called them..😤😤😤😈😈 but no reply.. I[censored] don't able to handel customers stop.. The.. I will complain about ur company in police station.. I[censored] won't take any action😈😈😈😤😤😠😠...

                    I have purchased redmi note 4 mobile during may month. The mobile is having issue from the day 1 and it is frequently getting switch off wen ever i get a call. I have visited mi service centre 4times but still issued has not been resolved and i asked for a replacement for this mobile. But there is no proper response from them. How can i visit service centre often and i am not able to use this mobile.

I consulted and gave to them my mobile for repair, they are saying, that we did, but my mobiles problem isn't solved. Sir, im soo suffered from this inconvenience and i lost my job from this problem. Now my feeling is very bad sir, this company is becoming customers fool sir. Strightly my feeling is they are cheating. Sir, now i want to refund my mobile sir. So please give me a best judgement. Some time it comes and stay for 5 minutes and goes for minimum 6 to 10 hrs. And also it hangs.                           I was referred by one of my friend who joined this company a week prior before i joined a year ago. They took inr 6000 + other fees overtime as joining fees by promising fake things like profit of lakhs of rupees and showing cars, homes, etc. Which they even don't own.

                          The biggest fraudster india have is "deepak bajaj" who makes false promises by speaking non-sense.

                          I had purchased this redmi note 4 from flipkart in the month of april. After 4 to 5 days it was automatically restarted many times. I had generated a replacement order for this issue in flipkart. But they had told me that this was a software update problem. I had done all software updates. It was working fine. But after 2 months same thing happened. As my return validity finished i can't do anything for that. I was doing the same thing as previously they had instructed. It was ok for some time only. There is a major issue now that some of my installed app are not working as i had done all required updates. It was showing to send request to mi store to resolve. Please do needful otherwise my money will be waste.

                            I went to a mi service center which is located in jayanagar 3rd block bangalore on 9sept 2017 as i was facing a battery issue in my redmi note 4 phone. Thelady at the reception took my phone for diagnosis. I clearly told them that before doing any software update please keep me informed as i need to take my data back up. The lady told me that she will inform me if any software update is required or not. After some time when i ask her that what's the update on my phone, she simply said they are updating the software on my phone. The lady didn't even bothered to keep me informed before doing an update and blamed me that i should have taken the data backup. After that i was unable to activate my mi account as i didn't remember the password. The lady said we need to unlock this account and she took my phone again. After 30min they tell me that i will be charged rs 177 for this. Again doing the same thing, they didn't inform me about the charges before doing the process for unlocking the account. They didn't even bother to inform customer anything and they simply charge even if the device is under warranty. I am very disappointed with the customer service. The customer service is very poor from mi. If this is the case i would never recommend any of my friends to buy this phone. I request the mi team to look into this issue and take required actions against the service center as this kind of poor customer service will surely affect their brand and i hope i get a satisfied resolution for my problem. Hoping a quick response from the mi team.

                              Bought r note 4 on 14 aug. When kam listening to songs and watching videos a 1-2 sec lag is coming and its random lag doesn't comes after a certain period. I got my replacement on 2nd of september. But in the new mobile set the same issue is there. And now mi is saying to replace it again. They seem to play a game. I want a refund so that i can by other good phone.

                                I am a xiaomi loyal customer for 2 years now sent my xiaomi redmi complain id [protected] for a simple repair on 9th august 2017 with all documents to pickup company with alldocuments, but didn't receive any conformation till 27th august and after that there excuse that came for late repair was they don't have bill i resent them bill by mail and the explanation they give now is they cannt repair even if it is in warranty i have given many calls and sent many mails to servicecenter but no positive responce, i feel completely harassed on the following issues and neglectence of repair staff, that's what they did when i sent my other mi phone last year, is that what the service provided by mi, should a customer think twice before buying any more product? I mean seriously that was hell of a experience this time please take a look in the matter

                                  I had ordered a redmi note 4 from flipkart. The phone fell down. The led screen broke instead of having a cover and a tempered glass. The screen broke very badly along with tempered glass into pieces. I need to urgently go out of station this week. It would be great if you could replace the phone by this week as it is under 1 year warranty period.

                                    Sir, today i went to dadar service centre after opening phone they told that your phone mic is broken and you have charged 700 rs for that. So i denied and told him that give me my phone as it is but now they told give 118 rs for diagnosis. After give rs 118 they gave my phone back. But after that when i checked mic is not there in phone. Means they not given mic back.
                                    Plz solve the issue..

                                    Please customer please please don't purchase the xiaomi hanset, because xiaomi service is very very poor,
                                    Warranty meaning is zero, every problem solution is chargeable either within warranty because in service centre, after opening the phone they told your phone is damaged and you have charged for that part. Now if you don't want repair then also you pay for diagnosis charge rs.180/- because they open your phone.
                                    Chahe phone within warranty ho..
                                    Samsung micromax centre me to aisa nhi hota. There if we don't want to repair phone they gave back without any charge.
                                    So please please don't purchase xiaomi phone.

                                      I bought new redmi note4 sealed box on 5/9/2017 from annex computers samarala chownk ludhiana. But there is problem in phn as back button light os not on and rest of buttons light is on and when i purchased it there are some numbers which are saved on this phone
