Sir, i bought a new resmi note 4 mobile on[protected], it got some quick lags very shortly. I consulted and gave to them my mobile for repair, they are saying, that we did, but my mobiles problem isn't solved. Sir, im soo suffered from this inconvenience and i lost my job from this problem. Now my feeling is very bad sir, this company is becoming customers fool sir. Strightly my feeling is they are cheating. Sir, now i want to refund my mobile sir. So please give me a best judgement. Kindly your clint.

    I have purchased mi redmi note 4 on 9th feb 2016 (Mei no [protected]) model no 2016100 from tvs electronics. From past 4 days display is not working. Some time it comes and stay for 5 minutes and goes for minimum 6 to 10 hrs. And also it hangs. I have contacted company service center at kammanahalli (Above kfc) in bangalore on friday on 6th sep 2017and they said it’s an software issue and they have rectified the issue. But again on saturday the same display issue.

    Since issue is repeating feel that it is a fault piece and would request you to replace my mobile with new once. I hope and sure that mi respect customer value for money and trust and will not ignore customer email without any concreted action.

      I was referred by one of my friend who joined this company a week prior before i joined a year ago. They took inr 6000 + other fees overtime as joining fees by promising fake things like profit of lakhs of rupees and showing cars, homes, etc. Which they even don't own.

      The biggest fraudster india have is "deepak bajaj" who makes false promises by speaking non-sense.

      I had purchased this redmi note 4 from flipkart in the month of april. After 4 to 5 days it was automatically restarted many times. I had generated a replacement order for this issue in flipkart. But they had told me that this was a software update problem. I had done all software updates. It was working fine. But after 2 months same thing happened. As my return validity finished i can't do anything for that. I was doing the same thing as previously they had instructed. It was ok for some time only. There is a major issue now that some of my installed app are not working as i had done all required updates. It was showing to send request to mi store to resolve. Please do needful otherwise my money will be waste.

        I went to a mi service center which is located in jayanagar 3rd block bangalore on 9sept 2017 as i was facing a battery issue in my redmi note 4 phone. Thelady at the reception took my phone for diagnosis. I clearly told them that before doing any software update please keep me informed as i need to take my data back up. The lady told me that she will inform me if any software update is required or not. After some time when i ask her that what's the update on my phone, she simply said they are updating the software on my phone. The lady didn't even bothered to keep me informed before doing an update and blamed me that i should have taken the data backup. After that i was unable to activate my mi account as i didn't remember the password. The lady said we need to unlock this account and she took my phone again. After 30min they tell me that i will be charged rs 177 for this. Again doing the same thing, they didn't inform me about the charges before doing the process for unlocking the account. They didn't even bother to inform customer anything and they simply charge even if the device is under warranty. I am very disappointed with the customer service. The customer service is very poor from mi. If this is the case i would never recommend any of my friends to buy this phone. I request the mi team to look into this issue and take required actions against the service center as this kind of poor customer service will surely affect their brand and i hope i get a satisfied resolution for my problem. Hoping a quick response from the mi team.

          Bought r note 4 on 14 aug. When kam listening to songs and watching videos a 1-2 sec lag is coming and its random lag doesn't comes after a certain period. I got my replacement on 2nd of september. But in the new mobile set the same issue is there. And now mi is saying to replace it again. They seem to play a game. I want a refund so that i can by other good phone.

            I am a xiaomi loyal customer for 2 years now sent my xiaomi redmi complain id [protected] for a simple repair on 9th august 2017 with all documents to pickup company with alldocuments, but didn't receive any conformation till 27th august and after that there excuse that came for late repair was they don't have bill i resent them bill by mail and the explanation they give now is they cannt repair even if it is in warranty i have given many calls and sent many mails to servicecenter but no positive responce, i feel completely harassed on the following issues and neglectence of repair staff, that's what they did when i sent my other mi phone last year, is that what the service provided by mi, should a customer think twice before buying any more product? I mean seriously that was hell of a experience this time please take a look in the matter

              I had ordered a redmi note 4 from flipkart. The phone fell down. The led screen broke instead of having a cover and a tempered glass. The screen broke very badly along with tempered glass into pieces. I need to urgently go out of station this week. It would be great if you could replace the phone by this week as it is under 1 year warranty period.

                Sir, today i went to dadar service centre after opening phone they told that your phone mic is broken and you have charged 700 rs for that. So i denied and told him that give me my phone as it is but now they told give 118 rs for diagnosis. After give rs 118 they gave my phone back. But after that when i checked mic is not there in phone. Means they not given mic back.
                Plz solve the issue..

                Please customer please please don't purchase the xiaomi hanset, because xiaomi service is very very poor,
                Warranty meaning is zero, every problem solution is chargeable either within warranty because in service centre, after opening the phone they told your phone is damaged and you have charged for that part. Now if you don't want repair then also you pay for diagnosis charge rs.180/- because they open your phone.
                Chahe phone within warranty ho..
                Samsung micromax centre me to aisa nhi hota. There if we don't want to repair phone they gave back without any charge.
                So please please don't purchase xiaomi phone.

                    Please customer i called you please please don't purchase the xiaomi hanset, because xiaomi service is very very poor,
                    Warranty meaning is zero, every problem solution is chargeable e. G. Battery, heating, speaker, motherboard all types of parts is charge a money.
                    Because i have purchase new phone xiaomi, my phone speaker volume is low, i see the phone in mi service center they not solve the problem, they are speaking to me your phone is liquid problem and avoid the service. And also charged rs.180/- because they are open the your phone.
                    Please please don't purchase xiaomi phone.

                      I'm using mi4 for the past one year. The frequency of the phone heating up has increased over the last 3 to 4 months. Today in the morning it started heating too much and i saw my battery swollen highly heated. I removed the back cover to have a better understanding of the situation but but it continued to heat further and seemed it will blast. I'm attaching the photo of the swollen battery with this mail.

                      I'm highly conscious to use the phone again as it can blast anytime which can lead to any serious injury.

                      I'm highly disappointed and would not recommend this phone to anyone!!

                      This is disgusting that such a big brand and the product quantity is the worst.

                        I buy the phone before 2 month before and its got bant automatically. I called your customer care team and they advice me for going to service center. But your service center team did not give any proper response to me and they ask me to pay 4500 hundreds to repairing the same.

                        Now my question

                        Till the time phone is on warranty, why i going to pay the amount?
                        This is my fault that your phone is got bant?

                        Please help me on this, other wise i am going to media, social media, police station to lock fir and court.

                            I have bought redmi note 3 8 months back. I am facing mute call issue and contacted service centre. They have replaced motherboard but still same issue. I have visited the service centre 5 times in a month but issue still exists. There is mute call issue observed frequently and no permanent resolution provided. Which should be under warranty but they put some water and said its water damage and out of warranty, now its fully not working so dont know what to do now its should be under waranty since just 4 month old.

                                  I have bought a redmi 3s prime product from online shopping. It run good for 2-3 month smoothly but after then i got problem regarding charging issue. I went to nearby service centre, there they told me that charging card problem and they changed it. But after the i got so many problems like overheating during charge the battery and also during use the mobile., andd battery drain issue. When i further went to the service centre they told me there is motherboard problem and told me that some chip is short. I was told that it is not come under warranty issue. Issue, my mobile phone is still on warranty period but it is very disappointing me that there no fault my side but they don't change motherboard under warranty.
                                  Kindly do some thing that's why i always faith on your company.
                                  After updating my phone the android version increase and it became naugat. But afterthat it shows again and again that Google apps are not responding. Give a report to MI. But when i click on report it shows nothing. Plz help me to solve this issue.

                                    I am the one of the person to facing problems in red mi note 3 services and software updates, recently my phone charger is not working when i putting charging its automatically charging and discharging every 5 sec, i given to service center they said its a damaged case sir and its comes under out of warranty. After that service completion that day itself i faced a issue my speakers are not working, which type services you people are providing is that fair to you mi.

                                    * first of all for mi charger there there is no power to stop voltage fluctuations without damaging the hardware,

                                    *in every update software you peoples are putting some bugs, its effecting to software or hardware issue. Why this happening tell me.

                                    * i am using your charger only with that charger only my charging pin port is not working but you peoples are telling its out of service.
                                    Mi4 3gb Ram 32gb internal colur gold problem-hedset battan is not working

                                      Six months back i have purchased mi max, since purchase it was working fine but after six months it has started giving heating problem as well as battey drain very fast, sometimes feels for no charging. Even its get heated more than 40 degree. Which sometimes i feel it very dangerous to keep in pocket.

                                      If this would be case with everyone, you guyz would take hit from the market since the product would be not worth to be taking.

                                      Requesting you to please work on this as soon as possible.
