Dear sir
This letter is to notify you about a problem i am having with the m/s b2x rohini, sec-9 rohini. I purchased a redmi note - 3 mobile dated[protected] from amazon and i have been facing a problem of charging from day one. I visited b2x rohini dated[protected] as per engineer charger cable, subboard #. & mainboard #. Are defective due to some moisture and it will be charged rs. 7726.64. I did not understand, i never dropped mobile in water or wet in rain then how is it possible enter moisture into the mobile. Once again i want to tell you that i have been facing charging issue from day one. Still my mobile is working but charger connectivity problem. I am totally dissatisfied with your quality of product, service and service provider because i have been suffering from day one. I have already attempted to resolve this problem by service center end but till date my problem has not been resolved. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. I am hereby mentioning the problems from very 1st day.
1) i visited with a complaint of charging problem dated[protected] against complaint no - wxin[protected]. As per engineer, there is no charging issue and mobile is ok. But mobile was still creating problem of charging.
2) again i visited dated[protected], engineer inspected the mobile and charger cable was replaced this time against complaint no - wxin[protected] and wxin[protected] respectively. He told me, now your mobile is ok and charging issue will never happen again. But mobile started creating problem of charging again after one month.
3) again i visited dated[protected], engineer inspected the mobile. As per him, charger cable is defective and cable was replaced again against complaint no - wxin[protected] and promised charging problem will not happen again. But problem was not resolved. Again mobile was started creating problem of charging after two or three months. This time i could not visit service center on time because i was out of station.
4) again i visited dated[protected], engineer inspected the mobile against complaint no. Wxin[protected]. As per him, charger cable, subboard #. & mainboard #. Are defective due to moisture and you have to pay rs. 7726.64 for the same in warranty period. I was shocked that i have been facing problem of charging from day one and your service engineer was not able to diagnose problem of charging. Every time they inspected the mobile and replaced the charger cable. But unable to resolve the problem. Now your service provider making us fool and try to divert the problem that problem is happening due to moisture. But fact is that charging problem was happening from day one.
I don't know, either your quality of mobile or quality of engineer is not good. It's totally embarr#ed me; such a reputed company likes xiaomi technology india private limited which known for their name and services. But your service partner and service engineer provide such a pathetic service, i canât imagine. Now i am totally fed up with your after sale and service. Kindly refund my payment as soon as possible. I have no interest in xiaomi mobile and will never suggest any person to buy a mobile of xiaomi after this horrible experience.
Now i am looking forward for refund. Otherwise you force me to take legal action â¦
