I have given my mobile redmi note 4 (4gb/64gb) on 7th august 2017 for home buttons not working issue in service center mathura.
They told me that they need to change the whole touch screen for fixing this.
As my phone was purchased in april 2017 and it was in warranty period.

That was not a big task for them but till now i did not receive my phone, even i have visited them for more about 5 times till now, but each time they say parts are not available...

I like to drag your kind attention over one incident i see there..
A guy came on 17 aug (When i was there) having same model i. E. Mi note 4 and ask to change whole screen as this have a physical damage so it was not under warranty, i was surprised they replaced it in less then 30 minute...
And for me the parts are not available... Difference is i am not paying to them.
When i intervene to fix my issue also then they asked me to pay rs 1800 for paid services as they will arrange touch screen from their end, because there is delay from redmi to supply parts... I got surprised by this statement.

A # over redmi by their service center as they are making money from their customers and hiding it from your eyes at the name of free services.

I will recommend everyone not to buy their product as they are not able to provide after sell services.

    Hi bought this phone recently i am visiting service centres almost every week with new faults.

    Did'nt expected with the mi as i have switched my preference from samsung to mi for better quality.

    I dont have much time to visit service centre every alternate days.

    I have spent my hard earned money kindly look into the matter and get me a resolution asap.

      I visited MI customer care Delhi Kings way camp -BMCP on 28-08-17 after waiting for 2 hour they attented me. I had a problem of phone not charging and also charger not working and speaker voice low. They told me to wait for an hour and after that they gave me my phone. They said it had water problm and i was charged. My phone is under warranty I was in hurry so i checked charging and left. When i came home and my volume button was not working properly and so i checked it and found phone was not closed properly it was opened slighlty from one side and down near charging. So i again went on 29-08-17. I showed them my phone they told me that it will be done but when they give me phone it was not closed properly and volume button was presses inside so i rejected it. They again gave my phone and said its done mam but it was not so i rejected 6 times and said mam this much only can be done. I said to them when my phone was ok then how can they damage it they gave their logics and argued and said this only can be done. Near volume button phone has space if was goes or anything happens then who is responsible and still from back the body part is out. Also again and again problem comes in phnand i have to go to customer care service centre. Which is very irresponsible and disgusting. Wasted my time and money. I really need help and unhappy with this service. Plz replace my phone. Plz help me.

        Dear xiaomi,

        I had redmi 3s gold model and facing problem since last 1-2 months for screen getting black and overheatting issue.

        I had contacted mi service centre in surat on 26th aug 2017 and they have returned the phone after changing the motherboard. (Thanks for excellent service within 2 hours time duration).

        However when i reached at home and charged (With mi charger only) phone started overheating (45 degree) then i have tried with another mi charger but facing the same problem.

        Hence i revisited mi service centre and techanical team also noticed that phone is overheating issue. Then team told me to keep phone under observations for 2-3 days time. I said ok but give me another instrument for use (Time being) but they refused to do so.

        When i said to him (Mr. Mustak - store incharge) give me in written that neither you are going to give me temporary another instrument nor will keep phone for another 2-3 days time for observations.

        Please look into and attend the customer properly.

          Sir/mam,
          I purchased a brand new redmi note 4 phone32 gb 3 gb ram from flipkart on 4 august 2017. It had been only 14 days since i had received my phone that it stopped working itself. I rushed to the service centre in sector 22 chandigarh and they told me to submit the phone. Neither it was damaged by water nor any physical pressure was put on the phone. My phone is still lying in service centre and they have not been able to detect my phone's issue.
          I am really dissapointed with mi services and their phones. I chose this phone despite having so many other options. Pls help me. It's not been even a month now that i purchased this phone. Pls help me in this regard. Phone is in warranty period. Hope to get help from u soon.

            Hi,

            I visited yesterday mi service at satguru communication noida sector-1noida. My was in warranty. There was a problem in voice hang n one day camera stop working and it was working restart the device. They told me 4300/- exp that there is water in ur device. I can take guarantee that there is no relation of water n my device. And this rubbish only for taking huge charges. As per all customer they tells same issue with all for making charges. Now my camera is not working after service. All customers were not happy at that store. I think they changed my mobile parts bcz my camera not working now. I need new device from mi and i want some action against mi store sector 27 noida.
            After upgrade my redmi note 4 to miui 8.5.4. 0 naughat i am facing bettery dain issue . before update my redmi note 4 give 2hr58min from 100to 81 now it just give 2hr and after update mobile get little slow also...i am humbly requesting plz slove this isssue...
            When I call any number then my network is suddenly out of service I mean no service. It is very important problem to all redmi 2 prime customers. Please solve this quickly

              I have given my mobile on 14th august for charging stuck issue.
              They told me that they will find out my problem and will contact.
              10 days have passed they haven't called me once.
              Firstly they never pick up the call, i tried about 140 calls... I have logs for that.
              I visited them again they told the same reasons no parts available.
              And they asked me to visit on monday.
              I have called them again they have told me that it is not confirm that my phone will be repaired till thursday
              I am fed up now... And thinking to file a fir against them.

                This concern about my one month old mi note 4 mobile liquid damage claim which rejected by due to improper region by one assist. This is not my fault. When i first time call one assist executive i told all the incident clearly when mobile stop working. First i told that their will be excess of sweet comes from my body. When i am going to my class. When sweet comes out from body i talk with my friend approx 15 minutes. I told this region to your executive she clearly told never liquid damage comes from sweet and that time mobile still working till one hour and after that its comes to a reset automatic and after that mobile will off. I also told that when the mobile not working. Before 3-4 days when my sister place a mobile on the table accidentally half glass containing some water that felt on the screen and quickly i dried it up with my towel. But still mobile works properly. That two region can not will be acceptable by one assist executive. Because sweet damage cannot be possible and after liquid fell on mobile, my mobile still works for 2 days
                So one assist executive told that if you are not clear that how the liquid damage happen write "how incident took place i don't know." in description and due to low word limit i removed the full description which i written now. Please accept my claim because this not my fault. What ever one assist executive told i done the same. I totally helpless because what ever oneassist executive told me & guidelines me i done it same. Please grant my claim because i will purchase mi protect policy and that gives me liquid damage claim my mobile no -[protected]

                As I purchased mobile from mi store thought online booking. As mi max2 black has delivered a waste phone were it is getting stuck I between as I got delivery on 21aug 2017, my order no [protected] please try to solve my problem.my request to Indian to never take mi mobiles

                  I ordered for mi power bank and mi 64 gb pendrive and samsung 64 gb memory card. Goods received are not the one i booked. And out of threedelivered goods one is missing. (64 gb pendrive). And the power bank i ordered is mi company. But i received samsung powerbank. And one is missing. (64 gb pendrive). Instead they sent a headphone black colour. It is also not genuine. So i need my amount to be refunded.

                  I am totally disappointed to not repairing my phone purchased in march, 2017 (under warranty). Phone is switched on in FAST BOOT mode 3-4 times in a day. Every service station is diagnosing it differently.
                  How to rectify the problem.

                    This is regarding my device not working properly after i have received it back from the mi service center. Monday (22nd august 2017) i encountered some issues in my phone red mi 3s prime and i went to service center in chandigarh 22b. After initial investigation the engineer called me up and told me that it is water damaged and repairing cost will be around 8000 rs. I refused to repairing and on got my device back on wednesday (23rd august 2017).

                    I came home and charged my device and found out that there was no sound coming from the speaker. This problem was not there when i submitted the phone in service center.

                    My mobile phone touch was not working. The was also getting hang several times. The service centre at Warangal Telangana state was also not good they are not providing proper service. Almost they are collecting money from the 70% of the coustomers by saying that the hand was liquid damaged. How all the 70 % of the handsets will get water in it.
                    Worst phone... don't buy it... after a year I faced mother board problem...my phone is stucked in headphone mode...tried everything...then Went to service center and they said mother board problem need to be replaced and it will cost around 3600...such a bad hardware and software...don't buy this phone there are so many problems with mi phone.
                    I purchased Redmi 4 from xi.com.on 24 July 2017 I received my phone but its screen is broken.I inform to company but today is. 20 august 2017 till this date company can't replace my phone.when I call company says wait some time but how much I wait one month already gone.

                      My name is vivek iam using redmi note 4 since two months.in the first month my mobile is good and after that month i have been facing a lot of heating issues.in this month only there are many complaints with many customers that the mobile is exploding, so i too was afraid of it because some times it heats like anything while charging, i have never used any 3rd party chargers or any else but it was more heating while charging. So i want to change my mobile.

                        In my gallery except for whats app images all the other albums are visible. I even tried out show hidden files option it's not working please help asap. I've been trying to solve it but it's still the same. When i share through whats app the pictures received from the app is seen but when i search in gallery it is not available except for whats app videos and profiles pictures saved. Please please please do help me out with this as soon as possible.
                        I bought a redmi note 3 one month ago from Amazon. Navigation keys did not work, so i showed it to the service centre. Then they say, this phone is 2 services are past and it's been over a year ago. But when i bought this phone the seal did not burst. And sometimes the screen did not respond correctly. What am i supposed to do?
                        Sir from yesterday I m facing problem in battery charging battery is taking too much time for charge that is only 35 percent charged in 3 hours and no remaining time is coming tht how much time battery will take to charge and easily discharging. Only I have bought mobile 5 months back. Please provide a solution so that battery will work better

                          I am shekhar yadav. I purchased xiaomi redmi 3s mobile on 6 october2016 to the flipkart. After 10 months touch problem have created. I have take help service centre in lucknow kapoorthala. Service centre engineer misguide me. He charge me rs 2300 with a receipt and show out of warranty in receipt while my mobile phone is whithin warranty period. I have warranty receipt also. Please give me justice as soon as possible..

                            I am a rugular mi user. I bought a mi note 4 3 moths back and i am having regular problem with the phone.in this 3 months i had to visit the service centres 3-4 times. Going to service centres takes the whole day and i being in the corporate world cannot visit service centres on regualar basis. I visited the service centre recently with the display problem and they assured me that no problem will be arrosed in the future but today again the display is not working. I am very much frustrated with the perfomance of the phone since i paid 13k for the phone. Please tell me what should i do. The condition of the phone is getting worse day by day.
                            Below down i am attaching a copy of my invoice for your reference.

                              Sir, recently have been facing problems in signing to my mi account. Whenever i try to download themes, it asks to sign in to my account and shows one account name. But the password i type is shown to be incorrect so the forgot password link was used which took me to their page. I then changed my password using my mobile number and my account details were shown. But it was a completely different account id. Now i cant change my account even in the settings without the password. Any solutions?
                              We purchased a handset Redmi 4 (Gold, 32 GB) ag. invoice no-BLR5-90662 dtd-20.07.2017. i'm facing problem of over heating of phone when charging, using of internet and when long talking.

                                Please look into the following

                                1. 4g is not working, but in the specification 4g is available
                                2. Service centre is saying hardware and pcb to be change, but they are not sure it will work
                                3. They are charging around rs4000 bcos the device bought 1yr 3 months back
                                4 i was using 2g sim earlier, this problem comes to know only after changed the sim into 4g
                                5. Service centre is saying, you have to check early. I don't know that features of mi products must check in the warranty period. It is pathetic.
                                6. I was not expected mi will cheat me, i didn't checked early
                                7. Why did you sold the product in the name of 4g which actually not in the product.

                                I am expecting proper reply and action plan

                                  Redmi note 4g which i brought through flipkart last year, was working fine till yesterday.
                                  I received a software up gradation and have also performed the same.
                                  Since after up gradation my phone is not getting switched on.

                                  When i try switching on, a light is blinking but i couldn't proceed further.

                                  Please help me to resolve the issue as early as possible.

                                  If something went wrong during update you might have bricked the phone. Can you enter into SafeBoot mode by long press Power + Volume Down or Volume Up Button. If yes then try to clear cache and try again.

                                  If nothing works your last bet is to take it to service center. Trust me you shall be filing yet another complaint here after realizing how pathetic Xiomi service centers are in India.

                                  Well I personally follow a simple procedure --> if it ain't broken don't try to fix it.
                                  I do not update Windows, BIOS, Phone software, working apps on phone and working apps on desktop/laptop at all. It does no good but harm!

                                    No one there to problem resolution even for query

                                    This b2x service have multiple brand so now the center is full of crowd

                                      Redmi care centre employees behaviour is very rude they ask very very rudely also the do not listen any problem about phone only they ask sit sometime they listen problem after about 45 min. Im care centre there is very suffocation even no fan is available there. And they​ do not repair phone easily. Problem in phone of one day they ask collect phone after 10 days.

                                        Hi,

                                        I bought mobile 1.5 years back (Xiaomi mi4i). Now the battery started showing problem.
                                        Contacted service/customer center - they responding like company has stopped manufacturing and could not provide another piece of battery.

                                        Now my mobile of cost rs.12000/- is wasted without the battery.

                                        Please guide me what can be done in this case.
