Hi,

I bought mobile 1.5 years back (Xiaomi mi4i). Now the battery started showing problem.
Contacted service/customer center - they responding like company has stopped manufacturing and could not provide another piece of battery.

Now my mobile of cost rs.12000/- is wasted without the battery.

Please guide me what can be done in this case.

    Sir i purchased redmi note 4 four months ago. Battery started expanding. Although there is a six months guarantee on battery service centre refused to replace. They wanted to purchase new battery. I am sending the image of my mobile. Gap started between screen and the body of mobile. The attitude of the service centre is poor.
    Kindly solve the problem.

      Sub: pathetic service and product quality.

      Dear sir

      This letter is to notify you about a problem i am having with the m/s b2x rohini, sec-9 rohini. I purchased a redmi note - 3 mobile dated[protected] from amazon and i have been facing a problem of charging from day one. I visited b2x rohini dated[protected] as per engineer charger cable, subboard #. & mainboard #. Are defective due to some moisture and it will be charged rs. 7726.64. I did not understand, i never dropped mobile in water or wet in rain then how is it possible enter moisture into the mobile. Once again i want to tell you that i have been facing charging issue from day one. Still my mobile is working but charger connectivity problem. I am totally dissatisfied with your quality of product, service and service provider because i have been suffering from day one. I have already attempted to resolve this problem by service center end but till date my problem has not been resolved. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. I am hereby mentioning the problems from very 1st day.

      1) i visited with a complaint of charging problem dated[protected] against complaint no - wxin[protected]. As per engineer, there is no charging issue and mobile is ok. But mobile was still creating problem of charging.
      2) again i visited dated[protected], engineer inspected the mobile and charger cable was replaced this time against complaint no - wxin[protected] and wxin[protected] respectively. He told me, now your mobile is ok and charging issue will never happen again. But mobile started creating problem of charging again after one month.
      3) again i visited dated[protected], engineer inspected the mobile. As per him, charger cable is defective and cable was replaced again against complaint no - wxin[protected] and promised charging problem will not happen again. But problem was not resolved. Again mobile was started creating problem of charging after two or three months. This time i could not visit service center on time because i was out of station.

      4) again i visited dated[protected], engineer inspected the mobile against complaint no. Wxin[protected]. As per him, charger cable, subboard #. & mainboard #. Are defective due to moisture and you have to pay rs. 7726.64 for the same in warranty period. I was shocked that i have been facing problem of charging from day one and your service engineer was not able to diagnose problem of charging. Every time they inspected the mobile and replaced the charger cable. But unable to resolve the problem. Now your service provider making us fool and try to divert the problem that problem is happening due to moisture. But fact is that charging problem was happening from day one.

      I don't know, either your quality of mobile or quality of engineer is not good. It's totally embarr#ed me; such a reputed company likes xiaomi technology india private limited which known for their name and services. But your service partner and service engineer provide such a pathetic service, i can’t imagine. Now i am totally fed up with your after sale and service. Kindly refund my payment as soon as possible. I have no interest in xiaomi mobile and will never suggest any person to buy a mobile of xiaomi after this horrible experience.

      Now i am looking forward for refund. Otherwise you force me to take legal action …

        I ordered redmi 4a on[protected] at 12 noo n but the order was not confirmed and the amount of money for the phone is deducted from my bank account but i don't get the phone or refund for the phone. I gave already sent the snapshot of my account from my email ([protected]@gmail.com) to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com but they only teii me to wail for 5to 7 working days but this is 11th day from the date of order but i still don't get my refund till now.

          Hi team,

          I have a mobile redmi note3 which is in warranty period. I was facing charging issue in my mobile so i have visited service center for recovery and they have told that it is physical damage while it is not actually and they have charged me service tax of rs. 350 and sub board of rs. 199 so i have paid total 648 rs.in warranty period. So could you please tell me what is use of warranty.
          Please find the attachment for bill, tax, invoice and replaced old device.

              Hey!!! My mobile takes too much time to charge up, it takes minimum 5-6 hours, that's happening from last 4-5 days, charging also decrease speedy. I purchased it before 3 months... Please help me. I had reset it but problem not solved, i upgrade it's software still i have problem with the bettery.
              I want best support from mi, overall performance is good but some problem with the bettery.

                I was facing problem of high radiation so i made a complaint to vijay sales from where i purchased mobile. They ask me to visit your auth. Service center. I did that and came to know that phone is actually having high radiation issue so i asked for phone replacement but they refused by saying we don't have right to do such. And changed internal part.
                As this is serious issue because of which i was facing headache and problem with ear.

                  I had given an mi max phone in the service center 2 weeks ago because the lower part of the screen wasn't working, so the guy there told that it will be done next day but it has been two weeks and the phone is not fixed yet. I called them so many times and they only told that it will be ready i 1 or 2 days and now they are telling that it will be done in this week. I didn't expect such a poor service from xiaomi.
                  I request you to please take some action
                  I had booked my phn on 13 aug but it was not deliverd by blue dart when i have got another mi phn from same date by express line courier service plss help me

                    Phone model: redmi note4

                    With due respect,
                    1 i keep my phone on charging whole night.. I got afraid of charging my phone, after getting blast information.
                    2 performance seems to be very low after using 3 months period... Its not upto the mark. (Eg. Stress testing)
                    3 no app supported, more than 3 days, i have to re-install it again and again (Eg: facebook messenger)

                    Please refund my money back. I am not interested to use mi phone more, i am afraid o[censored]sing it.

                      I'v redmi note 4 which got charging issue. On reaching mi help centre on 2/7/17 they said your mobile has it charging port issue need to be replaced. But it' waswas out of stock. They said try again later. I visited 6 times but port was not in stock. I tried to contact mi customer care. They told me to submit the phone at local help center and create a job sheet. While reaching local help centre they told me that charging port is out of stock and wil be back in stock after 15 days. Til then we can't take your phone in our custody. After constant complaining through email and phone they checked my phone again on 31/7/17 and found that my mobile charging port is okay but my mobile charger is not working proper. Charger need to be replaced. My charger was out of warranty on 23/7/17. They were not able to identify the problem intialy. Now they are saying to pay for the charger as it's our or warranty. It they could have checked my phone properly i would have save my time and could have my charger replaced. Can you help me out with this issue?
                      Today I received my MI Note 4 from MI store after completing my activation process I put the charger in the phone but it doesn't work . I wish to return my product please help me out . the customer service representative are also not supported me to return this product .

                        I had purchased mi 4 phone from flipkart and within 1 month, it did not function,. I went to btm authorized centre managed by tvs electronics. After 3 months, they replaced mother board. But they didnt do the complete repair as parts were not available. They promised phone replacement, which never happened.
                        They have mentioned on the document that phone is being returned without repairs. Again, phone is not working, now they are mentioning i need to pay around rs 10, 000 for repairs. I must have visited around 50 times to btm centre but there is no help from them. I have sent emails to their supervisors and they to don't respond.

From few days so many of redmi users are complaing about redmi note 4 mobiles are exploding so, i am afraid of that and there os any solution like replacing phones any of that and this is complaint.                         My redmi note 3 cell phone is gng best about 6 months after that one day my mobiles charging connector not working the i visited mi service center, after 2 days they will gave my mobile back, after that day my mobiles microphone gets very faulty and mobile Also getting struck and suddenly gone switch off
                        I just bought Xiaomi redmi note 4 from Flipkart on 9 August 2017 but there is too many issues in device. Like system crashes too much. Device overheats while it is not in use. Battery is not as described as in description. And much problems in device I want refund and my money back.

                          Good morning, my name is david and i bought a redmi note 4 on 14th august unfortunately the piece is bent i didn't realize it until i went to get a tampered on it as expected i was shocked and devastated that a new piece was defective, ive visited your service center and they want me to pay 4312 to correct the defect.                             I am using xiaomi's redmi note 4 mobile for last 3-4 months and using vodafone 4g sim in it. But i never got 4g signal. For this reason i have called mi customer care center[protected] around 5 times to solve vodafone 4g signal issue on my redmi note 4 mobile.

                            Each time they were providing different different solutions to solve my issue, but my issue is not yet resolved.

                                I had purchased mi mobile redmi note 4 (3gb 32gb) on[protected] of amount - rs.10999.
                                Just after the use of one month my phone starts some pathetic problems like hanging, call breaking, voice hearing and going, call automatically linked to other, and one red color line on right side of mobile.
                                I have visited your service center so many times, but am not satisfied with your service.
                                Now i want to replace my phone.

Just had words with mr robin (Floor supervisor) is also one of the arrogant person to talk and no idea of the status of phone. No idea to whom should i contact further. I am very sad that my complaints are not addressed from 29th july till today. I am very disatisfied with the services of mi.

                                    I have brought redmi note4 last month and working experience is good.
                                    But i'm facing the software problem from initial days.
                                    At first i assumed that over use of data problem, and then i checked there was good amount of space in memory.
                                    I also noticed that i'm getting this issue on redmi note 4 only.
                                    While playing the apps display turns down to black what to do please help and some times an undefined sound coming, also some time they can't able to here my voice.

                                    Kindly help us to rectify this issue. Since this issue decreasing the phone quality.

                                    The alarm does not go off at specified time. I bought an analog alarm clock finally
                                    GPS does not work. It takes years to fix your co-ordinates
                                    Ringtone audio is too low even at full volume
                                    There are irritating sharp clicks heard when switching on/off audio apps like FM or Audio Player
                                    All Redmi phone CPUs are overclocked out of the box, so phone heats up a lot
                                    list is endless. I would never recommend Redmi phones to anyone

                                      I received this phone on 11th August 2017, i didnt open the box as xioami didnt update my "delivered" status so because of that i wasnt able to activaye my MI protect insurance, finally after calling Xiaomi helpline regularly for 3 days i got my status updated and my insurance activated too. When i opened the box today it didn't obviously had a tampered on it. I took my device to gaffar market so that i could get a tampered on, when i reached the shop. He couldn't put the tamoered on he tried several of them but couldnt. After rotating the phone he showed me a deformation on the left side. Right side was all good. When i left for gaffar market i'd the device in my pants so either youre display material is so frgaile that it bent in the pants or the handset was already defected. Called MI hotline several times for a replacement they asked me to visit the service center, took the token had to wait for an hr for my turn. Finally when i gave my phone they asked me wait for half n hr but apparently it took them 3hrs to inspect. Finally they told me it cant get replaced as it my negligence. Its not my fault, if it was the display would get damage too theres not even a single crack thn how come your display get deformed. However i did a long complaint and finally the told me they'll get back to me in the next 24hrs. If i dont get a replacement ill surely go to consumer court or publish this story in news. Xioami is cheating his customers or the service center is. This is so not fair . The job sheet reference is WXIN[protected]

                                        I have purchased redmi note 4 in march 2017 and start getting battery backup problem in the month of august battery gets complete discharged within 4-5hours and a white spot also appeared on the display i moved to mi service center ambala city there they people said submit your phone here it will take around 3 hours to check u can come tomorrow for getting details regarding phone they checked phone physically and issued me service order. On next day when i moved to centre they said someone has tried to remove it's battery there are spots on battery. I said when i handed over phone to you at that time it was sealed. Secondly when i am getting free of cost battery because of warranty why should any one move outside for repair.. But the important question is that if service center people are doing such forjury we should trust whom. I am herewith attaching images of service order and battery. Please replace my phone's display and battery at the earliest because i am facing many problems without my phone. I shall be highly thankful
