My hotshot is not working. It is automatically getting on and off within seconds and i am not able to transfer any files by share it applications as hotshot is continously getting on and off by itself. Also there is some file coming in the notification bar reading female for english waiting for wifi which does not go from the screen i don't know why. Please solve my issues.

This is a new phone. Kindly suggest or else i ll return it back.
I am not able to delete or write to the SD card in MI MAX phone. Tried enabling Document, but didn't work.

    Recently i paid for mic (Voice receiver) which costs me around 560 and at first they replaced the component and 2 days after that again it stopped working and since i had exam i couldn't go for the service center for a month since the mic i paid had an warranty for 3 moths i thought i will go as soon as my exams are finished and second time when i went they replaced it and said its working so later that same day in the evening it stopped working and next day when i went they didn't check the phone they kept the phone for a while and said that mother board has the problem and they are like it had a short circuit which is a lie because rest every other function is working fine, after 1 day i went to other service center they were like you need to submit an invoice of the warranty and they dragged about it later when i got the invoice he is like we don't have the component of this model i was angry as hell and some how i convince to check the phone later when they did they are like i don't know whats the problem you should get it rectified from the previous service center
    They are just making me roam and lying with me. If the mother was the problem why in the first place they made me to pay for the component even after completely testing the phone.

      I am mahi akbari from ahmadabad. I have red mi note 4 phone. Within 1 month my phone is damage and i go for service center in bodkdev ahemdabad.
      I pay for 3400 rs for service but no result. And then i am again going to service center. But no replay. And he said your phone is losted. I am going your service center in 6times. Your service center is not provide customer satisfaction.

      I gave you your feed back in my all friend and suggest not purchase mi phone.
      Your service is very worst.

      If you don't get my phone i will complainer in consumer court.
      Please give me solution as soon as possible. And get back to reply in below email id.

        I have ordered the same on 20 july and received on 25 july. The same day i have found some issues with selection button. I report the same to customer service on dated 27 july 2017. He had accepted my replacement request and shared the confirmation code with me. Also told me i might receive a call from the mi team and it will be picked up from your said address. Today when i followed up with them they said it won't be replaced and suggest me to visit service centre. Already visited their service centre on 26 july 2017. Also reported the behaviour of the centre. Again i have requested to refund the amount. They said refund also wouldn't be possible. It is out of their policy. I said, "i have paid for a new one either replace the product else refund". Why should i accept a damaged product?

        Some days ago i purchase mobile and screen protector on mi.com app. Mi screen protector only White transparent paper, this is heavy cost.           My name is suresh chandra pandey, i purchase redmi note 3 (Gold 16gb) phone from flipkart dated: 26aug-2016. Invoice no.#blr_wfld[protected]

          I have faced one issue in apr-may'2017 related to vibration not working when there is an incoming call. So i have taken my mobile and get repaired from mi service centre situated in sec-18, noida. I was happy with the mi work.

          But now, on 26july-2017 onward my phone started creating issue in charging. So i took my phone to nearest service "satguru communication", sec-27, noida on 31st july-2017. That time i was not carrying my bill with me as i have shifted my home so some document misplaced. So the service centre checked my phone and said it is out of warranty and you will be charged with service charge and repairing amount additionally. He said they will inform me via phone call about the estimate repairing amount.in the evening i received a call from them and they told me it will be charged 650 rs/- as charging jack need to be replaced. I was not okay with the amount so next day i took my phone back from them. At this time they charged me 118rs/- as an service charge for only checking the mobile. Service request number: wxin[protected]

          Yesterday i found my flipkart invoice and found my mobile is still under warranty as per date mentioned in invoice. So i again take my mobile to the same service centre today dated: 8aug-2017 and again they are replying that it is out of warranty and i will be charged 118rs apart from repairing charge. They will inform me via a call for the new estimation charge now.

          Now my query to mi is why service centre is charging me if it is under warranty.in service order they have mentioned in cosmetic: no warranty seal or warranty seal damaged. I dont care for this as i have no idea of this seal.
          I have taken my mobile to mi service centre not any local shop so there is no meaning of getting warranty seal damage. Request you to process my work free of cost as it is under warranty as per the date of purchase. Looking for your revert on this.

            I have purchased a new mi4 on 23 march, within 4 months phone speaker stops working and voice was not delivered to other party through speaker. I visited to their near service center "satguru communications, near vinayak hospital, sector 27 noida 201301, on 21st july 2017, they told me to collect it tomorrow i. E. On 22nd july 2017. When i visited they told me that they are not having part and it will take 4-5 days to get it done, then again i visited and told me the same thing. Now it almost 14 days are over and they are repeating the same statements. They have not repaired my phone yet.

              I was submitted my phone on 17 july in mi service center in satguru communication in noida sector 27 but i not get my phone return back they give me excuse that parts are not delivered by mi company i wait 20 day but my phone not repaired and they give me always new date i really irrate with whose mi service center and they mention my job sheet that headset is delivered and ok but its not true they not returned my phone and they not give any type or solution my job sheet no. Is wxin[protected]
              If mi was not able to replair my phone then give me new phone but now i have no more patience for more wait

                But two days back loud speaker and incomming dialing volume not working.
                I have restored factory setting even same problem. And also iam getting some abnormal like sparking sound comming when i use some slides & mesg.

                Hi, I am Rahinur, I use Redmi note 4 from 3 month. Now I recently face some problem.Headphone jack is not working. When I 3.5mm headphone jack is connected in my phone then mobile is off and the main problem is there is no nearest xaiomi service centre.I want to repair my phone.

                  I bought redmi 4, 4gb ram 64 gb internal memory after that we bought 3 phon, all are heating so much. Its looks like that a blast in that phon. So i want to give back my phon to mi, take action against that. I am not happy for that. So do clear that. When i bought this from its first day it's heating so much and i am not satisfying for that, so what can i do against that, can i submit fir against that or go to consumer court

                    When i visited mi service center 1st they told me that currently we have not the parts then someday later i went to mi center because sim slot was not working then they told me we will repair this out of warranty after then when i told them so repair my display and one sim slot is not working then they told me now your mobile is registered out of warranty so you can not take warranty and you warranty expired. It had been only 3 months to buy my phone.
                    I want fair decision.
                    And the behavior of service center incharge of bilaspur is very ill mannerd.

                      The service center would only mislead you and they do not have skilled workers.
                      I am using xiaomi mi4. Day before yesterday it got completely discharged and then it was not getting charged again neither i was able to switch it on.
                      I went to the mi service center, malvianagar, new delhi. After waiting for 2 hours when my ticket no. Came i told them that i believe there is issue with the battery or the charging slot. They said we need to investigate. They looked the phone and told me that there is a bent in the phone and i explained that a year ago it fell off and that time it came but it has never affected the efficiency of the phone nor anything was broken. Before this i had no trailing issues with this phone.
                      After sometime when they again called me to discuss the issue they said that "because of the bent the circuit of the mother has got disrupted so we can change that it would cost 8000". I again told them that being an electronics engineer at least i have this much understanding that if something fell 1 year ago it would not led to the circuit breaking after a year.
                      I took the phone back without repair.

                      Then today i went to a local mobile repair shop he saw my phone checked the charging jack and replaced the charging jack for mere 250 rupees and my phone got perfectly fine.

                      I strongly recommend people not the visit the service centre after your phone gets out of warranty. These people do not check it carefully or i think they do not have skilled professionals. They just know how to give the last solution of changing the motherboard or changing your screen panel. Totally useless unskilled poorly managed and irritating service.
                      They are just misleading the customers.

                        I have redmi note 3 phone, i have purchase around 1 and half year ago, now my charger's adapter is working fine but the cable is not working properly, hence my mobile is not getting charged from that cable. So i tried to buy the cable online from mi portal, amazon, flipkart etc. Everywhere it is showing unavailable. I also opted for the option of notify me, but no notification arrived so far. This whole thing is being happening since 2 months. I have started using another cable for charging, this has damaged my mobile phone. It is not getting charged.

                        Yesterday i also called the customer service center for inquiring about
                        The offline center to buy new cable, she told me to purchase it online only.

                        Now, technically i can not buy online as well as offline. So it is damaged my mobile phone. This is very annoying and shameful that mobile phones can be sold online but its accessories are unavailable all the time. You are responsible for damaging my mobile phone.

                        I regret purchasing this phone.

                            My mobile was burned before one week and i submitted in mi service centre the next day and they are telling me nonsense to wait two three months i bought the mobile just a month ago and how can i be without mobile for two three months. They can do investigation after replacing me a mobile how can i wait??? So please solve this asap. I did not expect this from mi.
                            Asked me to me come after 3 days. I reached there after taking half day leave from office. Then they told me that the mobile is still not ready. Please come again after 3 days. This was unacceptable for me.

                            Also they are asking for 535 rupees, although my mobile is under warranty period.

                              I purchsed a mi redmi note3 phone10 th august 2016, and faced some technical issue. For the resolution i used mi pickmi service in the month of april. Twice a time i didnt get my issue resloved.
                              I made complaints many a time to mi but became useless. While the second time of service they provided me a phone of different serial number, of which i was unknown. From the service centre of city i come to know that the serial number which i am using is of different person and the serial number which there system has for the repair work is mismatched. Theres some thing is kept hidden from me and some where i am being misguided.
                              I want refund now
                              Requests you to get this issue solved as soon as possible.

                                I bought a mi phone since last two months.. The back button of the phone not working since 15 days. The service center is 60 kms from my place. I have already visited ur kharvel nagar centre (Bhubaneswar) three times and unable to get time to have a token... Sometimes unable to have time to stand in a que.. At least 40-50 people were ahead of me at abt 11.30 am. Do i have to incur such experience only to repair your mobile... Can you please arrange to return your mobile and get me at least a 75%-80% refund so that i wouldn't have to be your customer in the future so as to experience your too.. Too... Poor service...

                                  I submit my phone 20 days before in 2 service centre and both centre dont have parts form last 20 days.. What the # is this??? You are launching new phones and you dont have parts for repairing??? Both service center didnt contact me single time about the status of my phone

                                  I want to file case against mi for there services and i want to esclate this so that conpanies shud b customer oriented rather than business oriented.

                                  I am only single person who sue you all just wait and watch.

                                  the body of battery got damaged due to battery peel off and the screen broke spontenously.

                                  it's terrible experience with Mi Phone.

                                    First thing i would like to call mi a big cheat... I have baught a redmi4 3gb ram 32gb storage from mi offline outlet called sangeetha mobiles in marathalli.. The people were very good in terms of selling but once i came home and started up the device the entire background of the display was in yellow colour.. So i panicked and tried to reset the entire device.. Too of no use. So i took it to the service centre the next morning in marathalli (Address marathalli bridge above kazahana jewls) to get device serviced) advisor done a couple of tests and confirmed there is no issues i was really upset about it as only i know what type of problem my device is facing.. They advised me to please go to any other service centre as our manager is not available or if not return after a few days which i am really not happy about it... I have spoken to mi customer care for about 5 to 6 times today date 1/08/2017 complaint ref no:[protected] & they have replied to me stating that they cant help me any further not until & unless i visit the next available service centre... But i am totally go off my head.. I want to make a big issues about this and try and get this service closed down as the advisor over there state that we can help any further as there is no supervisor or manager to assist please help me

                                        Plz take action against service centre located in delhi near cp... They charged me money without repairing my phone and told me your phone is dead no one will repair your phone... But one local mechanics repair my phone... And it was so simple.. He only update my phone software... So plz take action against that mi service centre.. Its located near cp jain marg road... And staff are so rude to customers
