Charging problm redmi4 2gb name sanjay singh disst kaithal tehsil pundri village karora state haryana...

I buy redmi note 4 by flipcart on 27jun. It get heat up very much & auto switch off. I take it mi service center of vimannagar pune three times, they all time change the processer but then also it get heat without using it also. I hav get tired of going to service center all time servicecenter said that they will solve my problem but then also it heat up very fast from first day when iu hav buy it then i hav not use it for 12-15 days thats...

I have cancelled order of product worth 627 rs from xiomi mi.com site (Official)
But after 2 days product delivered at my house when i came home and seen then called mi costumer care and he checked and said it was cancelled by you..
But not cancelled by our system and now its delivered so cant cancel or refund then i replied what was my fault... System is not mine thats yours... But he said yes its our fault but we cant return...

My order number is[protected], i got vr play product on the date of 25/07/2017. When i open the box i found the button is damaged and not working. Also heard some voice from inside so i call customer care for explain about faulty product and demand replace it. The customer care guy told me that if i got faulty product then i have to go at service center, either they will repair it or replace it. The case id is[protected].br...

My redmi note-4 mobile was having charging problem from 13/7/2017. This mobile i bought on 24/5/2017.

I have given it for repair on 14/7/2017 in your service centre at malviya nagar, delhi & i was informed that it will take 10 days for repair as motherboard is not available.
Although the reply from your service centre was not acceptable, but as i was having no other choice, i agreed.

I would like to complain about the worst service which i received from your service centre. I went there yesterday and they asked me to wait for which i waited for around 2 hrs after which they told that my mobile's problem was hardware related. I came the next day and waited for 1hour before i could meet them and hand my phone over to them. They told me that my software needs to be updated and my phone will be wiped out....

Redmi note 3 navigation keys not working properly sometime it works or sometimes didn't work. I have bought on october 2016
Please let me know if i can claim through warranty or guarantee
If not what is the solution to get rid of this.
Is there any nearest service center of mi.
I have tried to reboot but problem still there.

Sir i have three month old xiaomi redmi 4a phone bought from amazon.com and its date of purchase is 27-april-2017,
My phone battery drain so fast so i was check this in xiaomi service centre and they said to me the battery of your is out of warranty and you can buy new battery...
Kindly please replace my phone battery in warranty...

They demand service charge for screen replacement is rs3300/- i ready to pay
But we want to checked our handset its ok on not, they force sir please pay rs3300/- before checking your handset

Hello i am writing about service quality of mi customer care executive and service center technician. I have submitted the phone to one service center in borivali - mumbai for touch pad not working issue. After phone observation one of lady technician informed that need to put some solution in touch pad so it will start working and you have to pay rs. 100+tax. After some time she come to me and explained that phone is out of warranty due...

In day time this system have no range... And no net work available in this system.. After evening net get only in 2g... My connection is bsnl 3g... I found this problem with last four days... And still continue... No calls connected either incoming or out going... Iam a government employee and i need connections in all times to get certain clarifications...in day time there is no inter net connection this feel me very sadness...

I have submitted my mobile in mi service center, haridwar on 01/07/2017. My complain no. Is wxin[protected]. After completion of 26 days my problem has not rectified. I am talked to xiaomi person for last 15 days, still they have not given any time frame to resolve this problem. After sell service of this co. Is very very poor. I am not suggest any one to buy xiaomi product....

Mi phon is gud but service center k bare mai baat kru to sab service centr ki service bad a... Main to agge se ye bad phon ni lunga aur frnds ko b bolunga k es company ki service bohat gandi a... Jitne b mi customer ja another person ye mera msg pad re a unse request a k mi phon na le its mi service is not gud agar apke phon mai koi problm a jati a to apko bohat pareshani hogi phon thik krne ki bjaye ye mi company phon khrab kr k deti a etni...

I bought a redmi4 in june from amazon.. Starting se he phone operate karte karte off ho jata tha kabhi kabhi.. Ab ye off gya and on nahi ho raha h.. Complaint kari mene nearby authorized service centre me unhone pehle toh kha moisturize hai phone andar se tabhi phir baad me liquid damage ki vajah se out of warranty kehkar vapis kar dia.. Kehre hai motherboard damaged hai uske liye apko pay karna padega.. What my query is na mujse physical...

My redmi note 4 64gb screen was broken. So, it took it to the mi park street service center for repairing.19 days have been passed but till now i didn't received my phone back. Whenever i inquired them about it they always give rubbish type of excuses. The other customers got there phone back within a week.
So, kindly help me out so that i can get my phone back.

I was purchase MI 3sPrime Mobile phone In April Month but due to my mistake phone is water damaged.
Since I was visited in Aurangabad MI Service Center For inquiry
They Are told me Phone is repair and cost for repair is Rs 3819
I am agree for the repairing and create my job sheet .
As per the job sheet terms my phone will be Repair in 15 days only .
After 15 days I am visit to Aurangabad...

My redmi 3s prime mobile suddenly hanged so i went to mi service center, he just opened the phone and said that it is liquid damage and repair cost is 8000 rs. (New mobile cost is 8500 rs) i refused to repair then i must pay 118 rs. For checking charge.

My phone is under warranty also i must pay 118 rs. Because of monsoon service center is giving this answer to most of customer.

The packet was torn and tempered..
Like re-packing or an accidental packing...the condition of the packing was in a very bad shape.We are regular online buyer but this was the worst delivery experience...The order ID was [protected]...the courier man was also reluctant to show the packet first and insisted to give payment (Rs 12999).It was only when demanded repeatedly to see the packet first......

I have purchased minote4 32gb and 3gb ram, 2 months back and all of a sudden it stopped working, there might be some problem with its sim slot because no signals are tracked whenever i insert a sim in it then i went to the service center but got no fruitful result... Its been 15 days since i left my phone there still no positive result, all i got to know is the phone will take more time to fixed... I have never experienced such an awful service...

When it is placed for charging it will not charged and if we remove charger immediately it is going to switch-off. Only 2 back i received this product. I have called for replacement to the toll free number but they saying our executive will visit and he will replace but since 2 days nobody visited and even they don't call me also.
So i want this issue solved as soon as possible....
