Hello,
I have redmi note 3 phone, i have purchase around 1 and half year ago, now my charger's adapter is working fine but the cable is not working properly, hence my mobile is not getting charged from that cable. So i tried to buy the cable online from mi portal, amazon, flipkart etc. Everywhere it is showing unavailable. I also opted for the option of notify me, but no notification arrived so far. This whole thing is being happening since 2 months. I have started using another cable for charging, this has damaged my mobile phone. It is not getting charged.

Yesterday i also called the customer service center for inquiring about
The offline center to buy new cable, she told me to purchase it online only.

Now, technically i can not buy online as well as offline. So it is damaged my mobile phone. This is very annoying and shameful that mobile phones can be sold online but its accessories are unavailable all the time. You are responsible for damaging my mobile phone.

I regret purchasing this phone.

      My mobile was burned before one week and i submitted in mi service centre the next day and they are telling me nonsense to wait two three months i bought the mobile just a month ago and how can i be without mobile for two three months. They can do investigation after replacing me a mobile how can i wait??? So please solve this asap. I did not expect this from mi.
      Asked me to me come after 3 days. I reached there after taking half day leave from office. Then they told me that the mobile is still not ready. Please come again after 3 days. This was unacceptable for me.

      Also they are asking for 535 rupees, although my mobile is under warranty period.

        Dear sir,
        I purchsed a mi redmi note3 phone10 th august 2016, and faced some technical issue. For the resolution i used mi pickmi service in the month of april. Twice a time i didnt get my issue resloved.
        I made complaints many a time to mi but became useless. While the second time of service they provided me a phone of different serial number, of which i was unknown. From the service centre of city i come to know that the serial number which i am using is of different person and the serial number which there system has for the repair work is mismatched. Theres some thing is kept hidden from me and some where i am being misguided.
        I want refund now
        Requests you to get this issue solved as soon as possible.

          I bought a mi phone since last two months.. The back button of the phone not working since 15 days. The service center is 60 kms from my place. I have already visited ur kharvel nagar centre (Bhubaneswar) three times and unable to get time to have a token... Sometimes unable to have time to stand in a que.. At least 40-50 people were ahead of me at abt 11.30 am. Do i have to incur such experience only to repair your mobile... Can you please arrange to return your mobile and get me at least a 75%-80% refund so that i wouldn't have to be your customer in the future so as to experience your too.. Too... Poor service...

            I submit my phone 20 days before in 2 service centre and both centre dont have parts form last 20 days.. What the # is this??? You are launching new phones and you dont have parts for repairing??? Both service center didnt contact me single time about the status of my phone

            I want to file case against mi for there services and i want to esclate this so that conpanies shud b customer oriented rather than business oriented.

            the battery got peel off in month of June 2017.

            the body of battery got damaged due to battery peel off and the screen broke spontenously.

            it's terrible experience with Mi Phone.

              First thing i would like to call mi a big cheat... I have baught a redmi4 3gb ram 32gb storage from mi offline outlet called sangeetha mobiles in marathalli.. The people were very good in terms of selling but once i came home and started up the device the entire background of the display was in yellow colour.. So i panicked and tried to reset the entire device.. Too of no use. So i took it to the service centre the next morning in marathalli (Address marathalli bridge above kazahana jewls) to get device serviced) advisor done a couple of tests and confirmed there is no issues i was really upset about it as only i know what type of problem my device is facing.. They advised me to please go to any other service centre as our manager is not available or if not return after a few days which i am really not happy about it... I have spoken to mi customer care for about 5 to 6 times today date 1/08/2017 complaint ref no:[protected] & they have replied to me stating that they cant help me any further not until & unless i visit the next available service centre... But i am totally go off my head.. I want to make a big issues about this and try and get this service closed down as the advisor over there state that we can help any further as there is no supervisor or manager to assist please help me

                I have purchased a xiaomi redmi 4a phone in may'17, after 01 month phone statrted giving problems like network issue and hanging any time and on july 9th it has stopped working as phone was not able to catch any network.

But one local mechanics repair my phone... And it was so simple.. He only update my phone software... So plz take action against that mi service centre.. Its located near cp jain marg road...                     It is been a long time since i have been asking for help from mi, But mi did not help me yet.

                    I Place an order for "Xiaomi Redmi Note 4" on 05-MAY-17, I was happy for placing an order, I received the phone and i started using it, In the beginning of June month, I tried to make a conference call but there was some issue, my phone was unable to connect, Mobile was having issue, I was unable to make any conference call, Once i get to know about this, I visited near by service center on "15-June-17" i.e Narayana, New Delhi. i showed them my mobile phone they told me, Sir we do not have required parts for this at this moment kindly come back to us after a week. after a week when i again visited they told me the same line.

                    I was upset by such a service, then come one more issue and that was of charging, there was some issue i was unable to charge mobile phone the phone was not getting charged, I again visited near by service center they told my sir the parts will arrive on 06-July-17, you can visit us, we will replace the parts and your phone will get ok.

                    On "01-JULY-2017" online through chat i raised a complaint - Incident:[protected], they provided me this number, and told me we will help you.

                    I went out of town due to some urgent work, When i come back my mobile phone was off as it was not charged, due to charging issue. I visited NARAYANA NEW DELHI service center on "25-JULY-17" and demanded help, they were having server issue they told to wait i waited for around 2-3 hours then they told to visit JANAKPURI, New Delhi service center, I Visited the service center and told them about the issue they took my phone and told me sir please wait for an hour your phone will get repaired.

                    After an hour they told to me sir please visit tomorrow your phone will get ok till tomorrow and your will have updated software as well.

                    I said that's nice thank you, same day at 7:53PM, I received a call from the same service center and they told me we have found water/liquid in your phone and we will take Rs 8447.00 for fixing the same issue, I was shocked how can this is possible, How can my phone can damaged through water, I kept my phone always safe, I care about my phone.

                    Same day i Email to customer service team of Mi for the help. I told them this is not possible my phone can never be damaged through water.

                    I email them 3 times, I received a reply on "29-JUL-17" and that was written by Mi service team, I have attached a copy of the same.

                    Same day i visited to service center and pickup my phone back, i told them my phone is okhay do not try to make me fool, this is not possible that my phone can get infected by water.

                    I come back home i plugged my phone on charging the whole night, In the morning my PHONE WAS showing 100% charged i TURNED ON my phone and it get turned on, as it was before, my phone is ON it is working as it was working earlier, my phone is not effecting by water.

                    Mi was demanding charges to fix CONFERENCE CALL AND BATTERY CHARGING ISSUE, they still demanding instead my phone is on warranty.

                    It's my kind request to you please help me, i want all the issue to get resolve i want conference call issue to get fixed and charging issue fix. please help me.

                    I have attached snapshot regarding the same, i have attached copy of "JOB SHEET", "SNAPSHOT OF EMAIL FROM MI" and " MY PHONE'S RECENT PHOTOGRAPH".

                      I had purchased mi 4 phone 2 months back. But within one week's time i noticed that phone gets switch on/off 2-5 times a day automatically. I have visited the service center three times since then but issue is not resolved yet. The staff there is not co-operative, they talk rude and had kept set for one week each time and asks us to visit at the time it gets off which is not possible for working professionals to spare such time and run to service center every time. They keep the phone and not share job sheet number to avoid any records. I am so frustrated as i am not able to use my phone, that too without any assurance of getting it perfect.

                      Please provide me solution for this phone so that we don't distrust service of mi.
                      Hi Kritika even I am facing the exact same issue as you mentioned. Mobile turnsoff automatically and does not boot up. I have raise a complaint to XIAOMI.
                      Did you raised this issue to their customer care?
                      I found this when I called my mobile operator customer care service which uses DMT, and suddenly the customer care executive asked me to tell my Sim Message Center Number which I thought to find by typing *#*#4636#*#*.

                        Dear sir this phone is good but as well as it is over heating so kindly make a solution for it it is heating upto 40 degree i purchased this before 3 months.
                        I am feed up of this heating problem. I can't hold the phone after using it for 1 hour

                          I have a placed a order no:[protected] on mi site. The package has arrived at my place. But the courier partner of mi is not delivering the same and calling us to collect at their office. Even though we are going they are making us visit twice and thrice giving without handing over the product. This is the case not only with me almost everyone here. When complained at the customer care. They are simply telling us to tell a establish a tele-connection between them and their courier partner. Are we supposed to do this. The customer services are not sound and actions are not quick. One guy registers a complaint without entering the details and when called again using the reference no.[protected] of registered compliant the customer care is not aware what is the complaint about. Great service. Mi is doing good in market but if they ensure the customer complaints have been dealt in satisfaction way it would been more better. The courier partner are calling every customer and delivering packages at their office rather than a home delivery. The customer care is unable to solve my issue. I haven't received my order yet.. This is not what expected from a company we like.
                          Why mi cutomer care is always busy...network is always busy...

                            It is very painful incident happned with us.

                            We ordered mi note 4 on 28/07/2017. Through amazon under the scheme which was opened for few hours.

                            We have been informed that our order was confirmed as we made online payment of inr 10998 and same shall be delivered to us by 29/07/2017. But same could not happened. When we tried to confirmed about the same we were been informed that it has been misplaced aour money will be returned within 5 working days.
                            Kindly tell me is it my fault that it has been misplaced and i lost my handset just because of their irresponsible behavior.

                            Why should, i pay for the same? It was not my fault that due the errors of some jokers, i shall be not been given the same product.

                            After having knowledge about the whole incident it is obvious that all error got occurred deliberately.
                            It was delibrately done by the marketing guys in order to publicize every thing

                            I want a ugent resolution, else i shall be making it happened in indian media about the recus created by mi & amazon.

                            I have just received the call from [protected].

                            I told clearly the person that don"t need my money back, I want my handset for which I have already paid. The person is insisting on refund, where as my point was clear that If i have order a handset, I should be getting the same. and will highlight the issue further. The person said it like.. Sir mein apki complaint cancel kar rha hu joe karna ho kar lijye.

                            Is this kind of treatment we are looking from a reputed company to a customer who has already been du[ped .

                              From day one, there is a problem of hanging, it hangs every time and i am fed up with this handset.

                                I purchased a redmi note 4 mobile some less than three months back through flip kart. It automatically got power off during a video shoot of very important academic research. I have submitted the device to its service centre, and yet not have been rectified. It is almost 17 days since the device was submitted. I have spoken to customer care, written email, followed customer service chat, my voice is heard by deaf ears. Their terms of reference regarding warranty shows of one year. I want to file a legal suit against them for their ineffective service. The company, i believe, is operating on indian soil for only making profit without considering the concerns of consumers. It has incurred a loss of 4.5 lakh accumulated business transactions. I want judicious compensation for the my business translocation loss along with a new hand set of the same specifications. Because there are 6 family members dependent on me. I request the complaint portal to kindly help me address my grievances.

                                      I buy redmi note 4 by flipcart on 27jun. It get heat up very much & auto switch off. I take it mi service center of vimannagar pune three times, they all time change the processer but then also it get heat without using it also. I hav get tired of going to service center all time servicecenter said that they will solve my problem but then also it heat up very fast from first day when iu hav buy it then i hav not use it for 12-15 days thats why i cant replace it it was my first redmi phone infortunately i get the defective piece ifell that mi service is not gud i hav done mistake by taking it please prove me wrong andsolve my problem

                                        But after 2 days product delivered at my house when i came home and seen then called mi costumer care and he checked and said it was cancelled by you..
                                        But not cancelled by our system and now its delivered so cant cancel or refund then i replied what was my fault... System is not mine thats yours... But he said yes its our fault but we cant return it.. When i said i can send you back as packet is sealed not open then he replied no sir.. We cant..
                                        Then he said talk to our senior and i hold for more than 1 hour but noone respond and this have done 3 times but same responce so more than 1.30hr i have waited to talk but of nouse.. So its very bad experience with mi.com.. Better to buy things from amazon... As de r the real friends and knows the value of costumer...
