I have redmi note 3 phone, i have purchase around 1 and half year ago, now my charger's adapter is working fine but the cable is not working properly, hence my mobile is not getting charged from that cable. So i tried to buy the cable online from mi portal, amazon, flipkart etc. Everywhere it is showing unavailable. I also opted for the option of notify me, but no notification arrived so far. This whole thing is being happening since 2 months. I have started using another cable for charging, this has damaged my mobile phone. It is not getting charged.

The offline center to buy new cable, she told me to purchase it online only.
Now, technically i can not buy online as well as offline. So it is damaged my mobile phone. This is very annoying and shameful that mobile phones can be sold online but its accessories are unavailable all the time. You are responsible for damaging my mobile phone.
I regret purchasing this phone.
