Sir, I purchased Redmi note 4 black since 1 month ago. At first I saw there was internet issue with the handset as every time while browsing the data always got on and off automatically still the mobile data option is on. After that I went to nearest service centre and they told to get a software update. After that when I used my mobile the issue w wasn't solved otherwise another issue was found, i.e after using 2-3 apps for atleast 1 hr when I cleanup the Ram use after that there is a clearly visible whitish shadow of recently used apps like if I was downloading something the download page will show up, other wise UC browser page or WhatsApp or Facebook every page is showing like a white shadow in the Ram clear page. Even sometime when I play f fps games after1 hr playing the bullet sign and the blood symbol of the game page still showed on screen after closing the game too. When I further went to service centre and asked they said there is no perform with it, it's like some new feature. How ridiculous is that to hear, even who else want to see some blur whitesh shadow on mobile screen after use. So, please sir reply me to something about this. Eveni have reseted phone still 3 times...
My redmi 4 which i had bought a month ago. So the problem is i was playing a game 8 ball pool yesterday and suddenly the phone get restarted pls tell what shkuld i do tell me any solution to get my phone better experience

    Dear sir,

    1. I the above named indian bought a redmi note 4 (Variant of 4 gb ram & 64 gb internal memory) through online by flipkart on 10th jun 2017 vide invoice no – foyqg[protected]. (Copy attached).

    2. Today (14 aug 2017) in the morning hours, i was noticed that my phone was looking uneven as slightly bent itself without any fall, hit, compress and i was surprised because i never seen nor listen a mobile phone can bend itself without any physical action. I thought, it can be any internal problem of the mobile and i was wait till my lunch break and then had a call to mi india customer care executive with toll free no ([protected]) at 1430 hrs around.

    3. I had a conversation with your executive regarding the issue. He told me that he can’t say anything without physical verification/checking and advised me to visit nearest mi service centre.

    4. By the evening time i went to the mi service centre (1170/21, revenue colony, near shivajinagar post office, shivajinagar, pune – 411005) and had a token no b201. Service centre executive examine the mobile and said it was totally occurred by physical damage either fallen some ware or by the cause of keeping mobile pressing in the pocket regularly.

    5. Once again i was shocked. If the mobile fell down, either it will broken or some scratches will be occurs on the body/ screen. I’m sure about it was never fell down till date. Second thing is if the mobile will not be kept in the pocket, tell me where can it be keep. It’s not feasible that you can hold your mobile round the clock. If some gadget is bending by keeping in your pocket, it is completely foolishness i think. Is it a plastic or a toy??? Tell me one thing, who can use the mobile without keeping in the pockets. Each and every one are keeping mobiles in the pocket. Then each and every phone should bend gradually it self.

    6. I argued with the technician all these things, finally he refused to do anything with in the warranty and he is willing to do with cash payment. Then i asked him to give me in written the same that they can’t do anything with in the warranty as the phone was damaged physically. Once again he refused to give anything by written.

    7. Then i called up again to your customer care executive ([protected]) name (Arti) around 0700 pm and details was explain her regarding conversation between me and service centre executive and also she
    Talked to the service centre executive. She also advised me to repair the mobile by cash payment. I asked her to how can i get this by written that the phone is physically damaged and can’t be repair within the warranty. She also refused and tell that, we hadn’t any such type of policies and can’t be given anything in written.

    8. Now i wish to know, if you are not given in written anything, how can i move legally for my justice.

    9. In view of the above you are requested to repair/change my phone or give me in written that, you can’t be repair within the warranty as the phone is physically damaged.

      I have my redmi note 4 before 2month i use many it is very good and not giving any prblmes.. When i shifted my ph to marshmallow to noughat it giving me hanging n heating prblm.. So i go custome service it will be a manufacturer defect they there is water in that n told out of warranty this is very bad service from mi.. Only 2 months have gone to take me ph.. So plz help me do my ph in warranty.. Thank you
      Mi4i has no android updation and volte support yet even it holds 1.7ghz processor.next models are having android 6 and volte support even it has 1.4ghz processor.Else exchange the handset to the suitable price model like mi note 4 or something like.satisfy your customer requirements. Thank u

        I have purchased Redmi note 4 on 18th May 2017 from flipkart.com. I noticed battery drainage issue post 2.5 months. I went to the service centre to report this issue, service centre executives checked the phone and found battery inside is swellon. When i asked them to replace battery they denied and told that phone is either water dammaged so there is no waranty. I could not understand the reasoning and logic of Service executive guys since my phone never got into the water or any type of lequid. This is very frustrating for a customer and this is very poor service from Xiaomi company.

        Please took action on these kind of companies which are making fool of people and looting them.

          I had placed an order of 3 products of MI on 29 July. I also paid for that product so that is my prepaid order. They had promised me that I will get my ordered product with in 7 days but it's been 16 days and still I am not able to get my product. That hv sended me that product via courier service DELHIVERY and even they updating unsatisfied tracking details from last 7 days.
          I don't know if this is the way of MI to treat their customers? This is the way to broke their promises by not delivering the product with in the time that have mentioned while product ordered by customers? I am really exhausted because of continuously waiting for my product. Even Delhivery people is not even giving any satisfactory answer. They answered that... Your product will be delivered with in 24 hours and I am listening these words 4 times from past 1 week. Help me out please... Please value your customer... I[censored] are really able to deliver my product then deliver that to me with in 24 hrs otherwise please give my money back and I will promise you not to order any single product from your company MI.

            I have a mi max prime, which is after purchasing was not upto the mark in battery performance. And any way nw after one month the battery is bulging and. No battery is available in kerala... Thrissur it started getting off in between, likee it's out of charge, while battery shows 40 percent. But to make it switched on i need to connect to a charger
            Today i went to xiaomi service centre iasked them to unlock my phone that was got locked and it was in warranty . I bought the phone just few days before. When i said them to repair it they asked me give give money if my phone is in warrany so why should i give him money i think i should give advice to people not to buy xiaomi phone
            I have given my cell wide job sheet no WXIN[protected] at kolkata park street branch on 24th July 17. They have confirmed me to return my mobile within 7 days but after 15 days they are telling me 15 day more will take. I am agree to pay charge despite it's not my fault. Really upset with xiomi phone and service centre.

              This complain is to inform u that my mi note 4 motherboard is not working problem service centre asked 10 days for repair. I m facing lots of problem many of my work get stopped. I purchased it 3 months ago. I trusted the company but after such problem i don't believe that i should buy more products of mi. I request you to either exchange my phone or tell the service center to repair it in a day or 2.

                Mimax2 received defective phone today (12/8/17) by bluedart courier i told the courier person that i will open and check but he insisted without paying you cannot open the parcel like this mi is cheating their customers with there hard earned money. MI worst quality check in india. There is no sim tray in the phone means outer sim slot is missing . my order number is[protected] i need a complete replacement or refund i have paid rs. 17000 cash on delivery.                   My phone is in my pocket... And automatically my phones not worked... While i m visit to service centre next day... Staff said the display is bend and u have to pay for that... Without any internal and external damage display can't be bend... It would be possible in the process of checking my phones display bend by those staff... And they are not accepted their mistake and charged amount for that... I have a word with supervisor and senior staff, they also told mistake is mine... How it can be possible a mobile's screen bend in hand without any damage... I m very disappointed now... I am always advice my friends to buy mi... Very poor and unsatisfactory reply from seniors... They are try to overcome with his mistakes and charged me unnecessarily

                  Its almost one year of taking phone and i got a problem of phone getting switched off everytime. I went to mi service centre for this problem atleast three times but still my problem is not solved.

                    I Ravinder kumar has ordered a new redmi note 4 which delivered to me in defective camera condition which was not replaced and that i submitted in durga communication shop no 48, kingsway camp with invoice no [protected] on 05 of Aug 17. The mobile is lying with the service center since than and the manager giving me again and again the fresh dates of completion of the job. i paid the money 1 month back but still i have nothing in hand till date.
                    very disappointed of the working culture of the service center.

                      I have purchased mi note 4 64gb on 6th april 2017.
                      But i received defect product.
                      Mic not working properly.

                      I guess many of the phones havibg same problem.
                      But my question is company distributed this handsets to market. And when i approached customer care they are saying like mic need to be changed.

                      How can a new phone spare part will be changed with no problem from my side.

                      I want urgent resolution for this.

                        Two days before, my phone stopped working then i took that to mi showroom, begumpet. There, they told that board got damaged due to water stagnancy inside and they told to change the board and all and it will take almost the price as new one as.
                        I lost all hopes on my phone but when i came home and put in charge and it started working after some time.
                        I'm so angry at the showroom guys as if i believed and leave the phone as it is.. I would have lose it.. What kind of info they give to customers???
                        I literally don't understand..

                          After one month uses my phone
                          Not working properly.
                          And after 2-3 days my phone automatically switch off so i go to mi service center and my problem solved but after some day again same problem happen with me.
                          So as above i go to mi center and my problem solved
                          But after some day its again happen with me
                          So in short this problem not yet solve
                          How many time i go to center

                          Please give me proper solution against this problem

And said if you want to solve your problem go to delhi.
                              If the administration don't take any action against nawaz saifi.
                              I will sell my all 3 mi phones and never will buy again... Thank you

                                Hello,

                                I have purchased 3S prime through Amazon.com.

                                Purchase Date 24 Feb 2017

                                From the purchase date itself, cellphone was not working properly.

                                Whenever GPS start, phone gets heated and eventually it hangs.

                                Few days back when I visited one of the service centre in surat, they have

                                said motherboard need to be replaced.

                                As per company warranty rules, motherboard must have be repaired.

                                Instead of that, service centre charged me around 180 INR and said nothing

                                can be done to this.

                                My phone is under 6 month warranty period.

                                I want to my cellphone to be repaired. I suggest don't buy this company cellphone
                                I didn't get my money back that I had been paid for redmi 4a in pre order because i didn't get the handset which i had ordered.. Actually the MI STORE APP the status is processing return but they don refund my money till now..

                                  I Have Purchased new redmi note 4 64 gb rom varrieant .
                                  But using those days i feel heavy battery draining problem in my phone.
                                  I checked in some sites that the phones usually gives 2 days full backup.
                                  But some other redmi note 4 users saying that miui 8 (v 8.2.10.0) update is causing heavy battery draining issue and many more bugs on this UI.
                                  So humbly request to you Kindly solve this Problems.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had purchased Redmi Note 4 64GB Gold from Sangeetha mobile store in Hyderabad on 22nd April 2017.

                                    Its been just 3 months and my phone suddenly started to seem swollen and the battery also started draining faster. We visited MI Authorized Service centre located in Madhapur, Hyderabad, 500081. The technician there named 'J James' said that the battery is a physical damage and they won't replace it. I am attaching the battery images. You can clearly see that the battery has melted and its swollen because of that which is completely an internal battery defect! We can't open the phone nowadays so it obviously can't be a physical damage. And the images clearly show the melted plastic.

                                    In spite of all this they denied to replace the battery or phone. I got a call from MI saying melted or swollen battery won't be covered under warranty. The battery could have exploded on my ear while using the phone and still they don't understand the risk and criticality of the situation.

                                    Since MI is denying a replacement of the battery, I am left with no option but to escalate this issue. I am posting these details along with the battery images to the consumer court and all social media websites. Since MI phone has an ISI mark I am also mailing the head of BIS (Bureau of Indian standards) demanding on how they passed quality check of such a product.

                                    Highly disappointed and will make sure I do not recommend anyone to buy MI products.

                                    This will have severe consequences because of the unjustified and invalid response provided by MI over this issue.

                                      Sir, i have a complain about your xiaomi sevice center, 501, unit-3, kharvel nagar, bhubaneswar, odisha store, contact no of store-[protected].
                                      Sir for your kind information the opening time of this store is 10:30a. M. Which is already mentioned at store and in google search also but the staffs of this store distribute serial number tokens from 9:00a. M., before opening the store.
                                      So when i reached there at 10:15a. M. To repair my mi note 4 phone, they told me that the token distribute time is 9:00a. M. And we cann't give you any more token because it's already 120 tokens in queue.

                                      So sir, my complain is how can they distribute tokens before store's original opening time?, the people like me who donn't know about this are suffers due to this irregularity. I came today from 120km away to repair my phone and also reached at store before it's opening time (10:30a. M.) but it's really embarrassing that they refused me and told me to came tomorrow again. It's really cheap service of xiomi mi service centers, it totally change my point of view about mi phones.
                                      So sir, please solve this issue before an anathor customer suffers the same otherwise further i never buy a mi phone in my life and suggest everyone not to buy the mi phones and also share this issue at facebook.

                                      Fake forum, after register complain, they call you and ask for your card details and otp also to still money from your account
                                      I had submitted a complain in this consumer complain forum against xiomi mi service center's irregularity and in just few minute i got a phone call from [protected] and he told me that it's a call from mi.com but my true caller shows me that it was from paytm and then he told me that give me your card details and i will refund your phone's price(12999) and pickup the phone from your door step.then i gave my sbi debit card number and after that he asked for my expiry date and cvv of the card, then i doubted about him but also given these details then i got an otp after that and again he called me and asked for the otp and after that i was sure that it's a fraud call and didn't share that otp and also delete that otp from my message list and also went to nearest police station to register a complain against that number and this site also
                                      I am using Red mi note 4 mobile for about 4 months..all the features are good..sometimes phone is struck up with following image..after rebooting phone is working fine.this is for your information and necessary action. Thank u

                                        It is worst experience because they theft my mi mobile sim tray by service center.

                                        At the time of delivery of mobile they shown me charging of mobile but when i was gone out of service centre then found sim tray is missing.

                                        Due to sunday on 06th aug-17 & holiday on 07th aug 17, i was gone once again to mi service center on 08thaug'17 but the behavior of mi service center guys said this is not their responsibility & their way of taking is now changed..

                                        I have tried to request them 2-3 times, please check fault at their end as they had forget to provide sim tray.

                                        Instead of helping us, they try to blaming on us that we have misplaced the sim tray, so my question is that why mi service center guys not support to check the sim tray also at the time of delivery...

                                        Finally i have purchased sim tray from local market as i already suffered mobile phone switch-off from 05-aug-17 to 8th-aug-17 till evening due to sim tray not provided by service center..

                                        So my experience is very worst with people at mi service center... They need to educate about customer service...
