I am facing problem in my mi 3s prime phone since 8 months. Gallery doesn't opens sometimes and sometimes it takes too long. There is lagging problem also. And i have visited service centre for 5 times. Their services are worst. Three time they have flashed and updated my phone but still i am get that problem after 1 week. I'm not able to use 4g deta facility since i purchased this phone.in phone setting there is no any option for 4g, the only option for 2g and 3g service.
Please resolve it as soon as possible. Because i have not purchased this phone to waste my time and efforts.
And don't advise me to visit our service centre, and all that, etc...

Bought redmi note 3 with insurance from mi.com. Got defective product so replaced it. Asked mi to transfer insurance to new phone and they said they will do it. After few months new phone dropped in water but is still under insurance so asked them to repair it but they said insurance is not transferred to new device. Till now no solution and insurance date is going to get over in few days. I think they are waiting for it to get over....
