I had purchased mi 4 phone 2 months back. But within one week's time i noticed that phone gets switch on/off 2-5 times a day automatically. I have visited the service center three times since then but issue is not resolved yet. The staff there is not co-operative, they talk rude and had kept set for one week each time and asks us to visit at the time it gets off which is not possible for working professionals to spare such time and run to service center every time. They keep the phone and not share job sheet number to avoid any records. I am so frustrated as i am not able to use my phone, that too without any assurance of getting it perfect.

Please provide me solution for this phone so that we don't distrust service of mi.
Hi Kritika even I am facing the exact same issue as you mentioned. Mobile turnsoff automatically and does not boot up. I have raise a complaint to XIAOMI.
Did you raised this issue to their customer care?
I found this when I called my mobile operator customer care service which uses DMT, and suddenly the customer care executive asked me to tell my Sim Message Center Number which I thought to find by typing *#*#4636#*#*.

How to delete the number.

    Dear sir this phone is good but as well as it is over heating so kindly make a solution for it it is heating upto 40 degree i purchased this before 3 months.
    I am feed up of this heating problem. I can't hold the phone after using it for 1 hour

    I also searched many solution for this heating problem in youtube but it's is not working so i am also afraid that the phone might blast. So make a solution for it sir.

      I have a placed a order no:[protected] on mi site. The package has arrived at my place. But the courier partner of mi is not delivering the same and calling us to collect at their office. Even though we are going they are making us visit twice and thrice giving without handing over the product. This is the case not only with me almost everyone here. When complained at the customer care. They are simply telling us to tell a establish a tele-connection between them and their courier partner. Are we supposed to do this. The customer services are not sound and actions are not quick. One guy registers a complaint without entering the details and when called again using the reference no.[protected] of registered compliant the customer care is not aware what is the complaint about. Great service. Mi is doing good in market but if they ensure the customer complaints have been dealt in satisfaction way it would been more better. The courier partner are calling every customer and delivering packages at their office rather than a home delivery. The customer care is unable to solve my issue. I haven't received my order yet.. This is not what expected from a company we like.
      Why mi cutomer care is always busy...network is always busy...

        It is very painful incident happned with us.

        We ordered mi note 4 on 28/07/2017. Through amazon under the scheme which was opened for few hours.

        We have been informed that our order was confirmed as we made online payment of inr 10998 and same shall be delivered to us by 29/07/2017. But same could not happened. When we tried to confirmed about the same we were been informed that it has been misplaced aour money will be returned within 5 working days.
        Kindly tell me is it my fault that it has been misplaced and i lost my handset just because of their irresponsible behavior.

        Why should, i pay for the same? It was not my fault that due the errors of some jokers, i shall be not been given the same product.

        After having knowledge about the whole incident it is obvious that all error got occurred deliberately.
        It was delibrately done by the marketing guys in order to publicize every thing

        I want a ugent resolution, else i shall be making it happened in indian media about the recus created by mi & amazon.

        I have just received the call from [protected].

        I told clearly the person that don"t need my money back, I want my handset for which I have already paid. The person is insisting on refund, where as my point was clear that If i have order a handset, I should be getting the same. and will highlight the issue further. The person said it like.. Sir mein apki complaint cancel kar rha hu joe karna ho kar lijye.

        Is this kind of treatment we are looking from a reputed company to a customer who has already been du[ped .

          From day one, there is a problem of hanging, it hangs every time and i am fed up with this handset.

            I purchased a redmi note 4 mobile some less than three months back through flip kart. It automatically got power off during a video shoot of very important academic research. I have submitted the device to its service centre, and yet not have been rectified. It is almost 17 days since the device was submitted. I have spoken to customer care, written email, followed customer service chat, my voice is heard by deaf ears. Their terms of reference regarding warranty shows of one year. I want to file a legal suit against them for their ineffective service. The company, i believe, is operating on indian soil for only making profit without considering the concerns of consumers. It has incurred a loss of 4.5 lakh accumulated business transactions. I want judicious compensation for the my business translocation loss along with a new hand set of the same specifications. Because there are 6 family members dependent on me. I request the complaint portal to kindly help me address my grievances.

                  I buy redmi note 4 by flipcart on 27jun. It get heat up very much & auto switch off. I take it mi service center of vimannagar pune three times, they all time change the processer but then also it get heat without using it also. I hav get tired of going to service center all time servicecenter said that they will solve my problem but then also it heat up very fast from first day when iu hav buy it then i hav not use it for 12-15 days thats why i cant replace it it was my first redmi phone infortunately i get the defective piece ifell that mi service is not gud i hav done mistake by taking it please prove me wrong andsolve my problem

                    I have cancelled order of product worth 627 rs from xiomi mi.com site (Official)
                    But after 2 days product delivered at my house when i came home and seen then called mi costumer care and he checked and said it was cancelled by you..
                    But not cancelled by our system and now its delivered so cant cancel or refund then i replied what was my fault... System is not mine thats yours... But he said yes its our fault but we cant return it.. When i said i can send you back as packet is sealed not open then he replied no sir.. We cant..
                    Then he said talk to our senior and i hold for more than 1 hour but noone respond and this have done 3 times but same responce so more than 1.30hr i have waited to talk but of nouse.. So its very bad experience with mi.com.. Better to buy things from amazon... As de r the real friends and knows the value of costumer...

                      My order number is[protected], i got vr play product on the date of 25/07/2017. When i open the box i found the button is damaged and not working. Also heard some voice from inside so i call customer care for explain about faulty product and demand replace it. The customer care guy told me that if i got faulty product then i have to go at service center, either they will repair it or replace it. The case id is[protected].

                      After 2 days heavy rain in ahmadabad, today i visit at service center, service center guy told me he is not able to replace or repair it, call only customer care, they will help. So at the same time i called customer care, now i surprised, the customer care guy told me that if i got faulty product i have to make compliant within 24 hours. Sir, i already complaint at the same time when i got the product. I argued with him and asked him that "what is my mistake" but he have no any answer. Now he is also not able to help.

                      When i explain my problem by mail, the reply is

                      Hi vikas,
                      I would like to tell if the physical damage is with the device it will not consider under 10 days replacement and warranty. If got the product damage you have to inform us with in 24 hours.

                      Then i replayed,

                      Why are you people do not trying to understand, i already mention in my 1st mail that i complaint at the same time when i got the physical damaged product. The case id is[protected]. U can check and find that guy who talked with me. You have also call recording system. Please check what i said on call. I already mention about this thing in product review at the same time.
                      Very very worst experience with me

                        My redmi note-4 mobile was having charging problem from 13/7/2017. This mobile i bought on 24/5/2017.

                        I have given it for repair on 14/7/2017 in your service centre at malviya nagar, delhi & i was informed that it will take 10 days for repair as motherboard is not available.
                        Although the reply from your service centre was not acceptable, but as i was having no other choice, i agreed.
                        I use to call your service centre everyday for the status & all the time same reply that motherboard is not available & is under transit.

                        Today morning again same reply, now this is really annoying. First of all a very new mobile is having such a big problem, how it is possible?
                        Why there is no spare available in the service centre??

                        I want you to look into this matter immediately, as a i am suffering a lot.

                          Dear sir,
                          I would like to complain about the worst service which i received from your service centre. I went there yesterday and they asked me to wait for which i waited for around 2 hrs after which they told that my mobile's problem was hardware related. I came the next day and waited for 1hour before i could meet them and hand my phone over to them. They told me that my software needs to be updated and my phone will be wiped out. I wasted around 2hours in creating a backup on my laptop. Thankfully i had my laptop with me. When i was done i gave my mobile to them and was to collect it in 4hrs. I gave them 5hours ans reached the shop. I was asked to wait for another 1hour after which they told me that the spare part which was to be put ran out of stock, and that i have to wait for the new stock to arrive. And moreover they had not updated my software too. My complaint is if they had such a genuine problem they should have informed me via call and i would have collected my handset right away. Making me wait and wasting my time in the end of which they told me they did no work on it. I am a law student, and i am very well aware of my rights. This is no way to behave with a customer. Lastly my warranty ended just yesterday when they were just making me go round and round. I had to pay 650today, which they returned but the point is, making me waste 6 to 7 hours of my good time with no work done is just showing a bad company image. I would like to get a reply for this complaint. And i would share it on other forums too.

                                They demand service charge for screen replacement is rs3300/- i ready to pay
                                But we want to checked our handset its ok on not, they force sir please pay rs3300/- before checking your handset

                                  Hello i am writing about service quality of mi customer care executive and service center technician. I have submitted the phone to one service center in borivali - mumbai for touch pad not working issue. After phone observation one of lady technician informed that need to put some solution in touch pad so it will start working and you have to pay rs. 100+tax. After some time she come to me and explained that phone is out of warranty due to liquid damage, i[censored] want to repair please pay rs.7000.00 [ this is more than new phone cost] because mother board of phone faulty.
                                  My question is my phone was working while submitting for repair then how motherboard went faulty? There were lot of exchange happened but they are hiding the truth, even there way of communication is also worst.
                                  I want to speak to some one who will help me in this case and help to repair mobile. I have purchased this just 3 months before. If mi team is helping then i will have to take help of rti. My complaint no #[protected]
                                  Mi power bank duplicate, and charger is not working, hand free very very poor quality, please change the original working items or refund my cash.

                                    In day time this system have no range... And no net work available in this system.. After evening net get only in 2g... My connection is bsnl 3g... I found this problem with last four days... And still continue... No calls connected either incoming or out going... Iam a government employee and i need connections in all times to get certain clarifications...in day time there is no inter net connection this feel me very sadness

                                      I have submitted my mobile in mi service center, haridwar on 01/07/2017. My complain no. Is wxin[protected]. After completion of 26 days my problem has not rectified. I am talked to xiaomi person for last 15 days, still they have not given any time frame to resolve this problem. After sell service of this co. Is very very poor. I am not suggest any one to buy xiaomi product.
                                      I had ordered a 20000mah power bank 2 from mi store and It shows my order is in delivery vehicle and another day it shows it is in facility from where it left before.
                                      Anyone can tell me what is happening with my product and which day I can get my product delivered.
