Worst customer service at MI service center. My phone started heating up while charging and during use, so I contacted service center near me as it was still in warranty period. But instead of repairing my phone they made it worse. My fingerprint scanner stopped working and now they blame me for that, it was fine before visiting center. I bought xiaomi redmi note 4 mobile on 8 may 2017. After 12 days o[censored]sage mobile started giving problems. It was not charging. I went to xiaomi service center in margao goa. They repaired the mobile. I collected the mobile. Next day same issue came again. Submitted mobile again. And this continued
The mobile is repaired for three times and xiaomi service center were not able to solve the issue.

I asked them to replace...

I had issues in charging my phone (Redmi note 3) and with the headphone jack, i visited the service cenre sector 18, noida. I have been told they will fix the phone in 3 days, but they took more than a week that too i ahd to visit twice for the the same.

However my stopped charging itself just after 20 days. Again i gave it to satguru communication service centre in noida sector 27 and its been 8 days they have not updated...

Screen of the phone started flickering suddenly without any incident. When i visited service center located in ahmedabad, they said it is screen damage and this will not be covered under warranty. How will i know if there is any internal damage in screen. I can not see even a single crack scratch or anything on phone. I use it delicately. However where is it mentioned that any internal issues will not be covered in warranty. They want me...

Despite of launching new products, the services to the customer need to be taken care in quality manner.

I purchased redmi 4 phone on june month and had speaker related issue after using 25 days approx and i submitted the phone to the service centre and more than 15 days are gone and still waiting for my product.

I ordered on 14 july for charger to redmenote 3. Courier refusing to deliver and suggesting to pick up personally, otherwise he will send it back.. We paid delivery charges. So he should definitely deliver it. Please try to deliver it without fail.

Bought a new redmi note 4, 64 gb from flipkart on 22nd february.
The phone stopped charging last friday night so i went to their service center in gtb nagar, delhi.
They said there is some issue with the charging part and it has to be replaced. They said i'll get my phone on tuesday but now it's been more than 15 days and everyday they are just saying that the new charging part has not arrived yet and will arrive in 1-2 days....

I ordered redmi 4 2gb-16gb and it reached at my city at veraval but i am not at home and i say the courier man that he take it self and he replied okay and i said him that i take my mobile at monday and he agreed with me but i reached at monday at delhivery courier he returned my mobile
So i am not satisfied from your service and

One red mi note 4 64 gb smart phone has been deposited vide no wxin[protected], invoice no 00355929 in your bilas pur service centre, hotel mid town, telephone exchange road, bilaspur. The problem was the mobile was not charging. But sorry to say that twelve days have passed neither you have taken any action nor you have given the repaired phone till date though it has purchased recently not more than one...

I bought this phone because of good reviews and after using it for continuous 6 months this handset still behaves abruptly and gives too many problems, some of them listed below

I would like to complaint about the delivery service provided by the Xiaomi for its phone delivery system.
the phone i bought and paid for it on 7th of July on MI website sale.
but it has not been till 12th of July, it started processing on 12th July and then till now it is showing status of DC to ship and not even shipped yet while the 7 day time period of delivery is going over.
i tried to call them number...

I am currently using your phone redmi 3s. Few days back it started giving problems and i visited your service center in chandigarh. The service guy said that water has gone inside and it won't be repaired free of cost. Whereas i keep my phones very safe and with utmost care.
