I bought a redmi4 in june from amazon.. Starting se he phone operate karte karte off ho jata tha kabhi kabhi.. Ab ye off gya and on nahi ho raha h.. Complaint kari mene nearby authorized service centre me unhone pehle toh kha moisturize hai phone andar se tabhi phir baad me liquid damage ki vajah se out of warranty kehkar vapis kar dia.. Kehre hai motherboard damaged hai uske liye apko pay karna padega.. What my query is na mujse physical damage hua na he liquid damage then why would i pay for this major damage.. On the other hand if there would be minor charges mai pay kar deti but its around 6000,... Phone ki cost he 9000 hai phr mai almost 65% kyu pay karu bina meri galti ke.. I want it to get repair atleast

My redmi note 4 64gb screen was broken. So, it took it to the mi park street service center for repairing.19 days have been passed but till now i didn't received my phone back. Whenever i inquired them about it they always give rubbish type of excuses. The other customers got there phone back within a week.
So, kindly help me out so that i can get my phone back.

They Are told me Phone is repair and cost for repair is Rs 3819
I am agree for the repairing and create my job sheet .
As per the job sheet terms my phone will be Repair in 15 days only .
After 15 days I am visit to Aurangabad service center they are told me Phone is not ready .
Till now phone is not ready/repair
Every day they are told me Phone is not ready
Now I am So Unhappy on your service center Or Brand

Dear sir,

My redmi 3s prime mobile suddenly hanged so i went to mi service center, he just opened the phone and said that it is liquid damage and repair cost is 8000 rs. (New mobile cost is 8500 rs) i refused to repair then i must pay 118 rs. For checking charge.

My phone is under warranty also i must pay 118 rs. Because of monsoon service center is giving this answer to most of customer.

I done this service center complaint to mi customer care, he was also not able to listen us. He said that i checked with service center and your phone is liquid damage.

Unfortunately after one day my phone is working fine without any issue. So dont trust on service center and dont expect you will get proper answer by mi customer care.

The packet was torn and tempered..
Like re-packing or an accidental packing...the condition of the packing was in a very bad shape.We are regular online buyer but this was the worst delivery experience...The order ID was [protected]...the courier man was also reluctant to show the packet first and insisted to give payment (Rs 12999).It was only when demanded repeatedly to see the packet first...

I have purchased minote4 32gb and 3gb ram, 2 months back and all of a sudden it stopped working, there might be some problem with its sim slot because no signals are tracked whenever i insert a sim in it then i went to the service center but got no fruitful result... Its been 15 days since i left my phone there still no positive result, all i got to know is the phone will take more time to fixed... I have never experienced such an awful service before.

When it is placed for charging it will not charged and if we remove charger immediately it is going to switch-off. Only 2 back i received this product. I have called for replacement to the toll free number but they saying our executive will visit and he will replace but since 2 days nobody visited and even they don't call me also.
So i want this issue solved as soon as possible. If not i am directly to the consumer court and complaint about your product.

I had damaged my mobile and got it serviced through your mi service centre in ghatkopar and they repaird and gave it to me by it was told to me not to use my headphone jack as it was the issue which was not fixed and haven't fixed till now. I have mailed you'll many times but there is no reply for this. They didn't tell me when are they going to fix it
First they told me that it's a liquid damage for which i had to pay 650 but on the day of collecting the mobile there were no charges. The service is no at all good they act like they do not know anything about their job. They were telling everyone that it's liquid damage and charging

I purchase redmi 3s prime in september last year but my touch is not working now and when i go to service center they said its moisture problem so your mobile is out of warranty now. I said that show mr the moisture then they denied to show the moisture and return my phone to me ithout service and this is totally wrong and totally fraud plz do some positive thing and take a action..

Hi, i had some mic problem on mi mi 4i phone. So to repaire i went to mi sevice center bangalore (Indira nagar). I waited there for more than 4 hr, bt finally happy that issue got resolved, they changed the mic. But after 7 days again i got the same problem. Again i went d same service center ne waited for 3 hrs. Again they fix the problem nd i came back. They said they have fix the problem properly. Bt now after 10 days again i am facing d same problem. However i m not using d phone roughly. Its really very bad experience nd killing my valuable time. There should b some experienced engineer to fix d bugs. Also they should increase d couter size. It is not at all good to go for same problem many times nd waiting in queue for long time. Plese take proper action. Also please consider my problem. Expecting some positive response from you. Thank you.

My phone give charging problem i go to mi service center and those guyz want 7-8 days bt after 7-8 days they are saying that we don't know how much time in free your phone.
I want my phone soon i don't know how any conditions.. Please take action.

I had purchased mi redmi note-4 through flipkart last month only and started to face charging issue and usb connectivity issue for data transfer. Today as on 22.072.2017, i visited my nearest mi service centre (Vision tech enterprises, pimpri, pune) to show the problem.

After one hour, the executive firstly told that there is liquid damage and it will cost inr 660. When i confirmed them that there is no such issue, they abruptly said that motherboard is damaged and i need to pay 90% of the mobile cost without any basis and about inr 660 was told mistakenly.

They did a lot of argument and they did not repair the mobile and asked me for inr 170 for mobile inspection which i refused to pay.

The same matter they told maximum of customers in front of me.

Later they uploaded some status at their end and i got the message for xiaomi as ‘dear mi customer, your device inspection now has been completed as out of warranty. Please reach out to service center for further details. Thank you.’

When i returned home and kept the mobile in charging, it was behaving more abnormal than earlier.

The response and the money making habit of the executives needs to be taken as serious matter.

I need the replacement of my mobile now and want serious action against these kind of fraud customer services agencies and staff. I have attached the scan copy of the service request slips customer copy and service center copy which clearly demostrate about the corruption.

My phone redmi 3s prime has a problrm of supporter and back cover. 1 month has to be completed but stock is not avilable that centre. Also one time stock is come but they say to me come after 2 days. After 2 days stock is finished and my phond remain dad due to chargeing supporter. Pls help me regarding this. If you have want information you can call me on [protected]

I am having mi 4 i mobile phone, imei ([protected]), which i had submitted on 01/07/2017 service request no. Wxin[protected] for repair at d2 1st floor laxmi nagar delhi 110092 @service centre vikas marg 36p delhi rsi, mobile battery was faulty and need to be replaced but after 21 days & doing so many reminder and call my phone was delivered on 22/07/2017. I was charged rs.1360/= (One thousand three hundred sixty only) for new battery. But sorry to say mobile has same fault no battery back up, i think no battery has replaced this service centre has done this in past also.
Please look into the matter and do the need ful.

And service is not working properly not answer properly saying there put your mobile for 1 months that not way for warranty

Sir, i buy the redmi note 4 mobile. It has mic problem. I also taken to service.
But it happens again. I heard that redmi note 4 mobiles mostly all has mic problem. Redmi company selling this goods with faulty problems.
Please taken this as a serious case.

I want money return back or do any favour step to me.

In urgency i needed a phone, i was not aware about flipkart sale, so i purchase redmi note 4 from ebay in month of april. But in july mobile's battery port gives problem. So i went to mi service center of vashi, there they said ebay is not autorised dealer so they will not repair my mobile. This kind of service is very bad. Mi compnay company manufactures mobile so it should not bother from where i buy the product, warranty is valid for six months.

I went to mi service centre at purnea bihar 20 days ago. My front camera was not working. They took my phone and called me at evening. I went there and they told me to come after few days because they didnt have that particular thing which was required for phone and they told me they had ordered. I went there again after 1 week they told me it is on the way and come after 2 3 days. Today again i went there and they are telling me to again submit the phone and come after 10 days. I told them it has already been 20 days. Ho w many times i will come there. They started arguing with me and my father. They are us to do what u want but they will do as they like. I want to complain against them. Please take some action against them as soon as possible.

This is to inform that i purchased red mi 3s phone last year in aug 2016 and the product is under warranty. My phone's battery got drained out and it got switched off, when i showed in the service center they informed my power button not working, water has gone so no warranty can be claimed. We have not even used the phone for 1 year and we are being told that the phone can be corrected by paying 6k and phone cost is 9k.

Sir bought mi4 3g ram 32gb through amazon on jun 2017. This mobile is too hot, when i speaking and then using the internet. Taking for a while is so hot. Answer it immediately i'm waiting for your reply... Otherwise please change of my handset immediatly sir, actually i have not use this phone many times mentally offset for its. Please help me.
