I ordered a Mi phone on June 28 2017.
I haven't received my order yet.Its been 10 days now. Tried calling customer care but it never works(Always Busy) . Online chat services is terrible, didn't give me anything concrete and at last they stopped replying.
Mi assured me that my phone will be delivered with in 5 working days and I don't see that happening.
This was my first experience with Mi and its pathetic.

I have received redmi 4 just 5 days back and i have encountered a problem with the sim tray of the device which in not getting extracted and is stuck. Both the sim cards are working but i cannot extract the sim tray.i already visit service centre but they are not providing me the service. I want a replacement fot the device so please. Arrange as soon as possible

Myself Sameer L. Sakhalkar From Nagpur. My handset redmi 3 has been heated automatically n get cracked and it is in warrenty period n no one is helping me in your service center preasent at Nagpur Maharashtra thats why i am complaining you so plz give me feedback of my msg...
And in your service center is very helpless and they are so rude in talking so plz help me to repair my cell...

My redmi 3s prime gyroscope response is lagging while playing 360 videos and while using vr...but when I clear ram... It works good for sometime but.. Soon the problem continues i had recently bought this phone and now i am totally disappointed with mi ... Mi company is fake.. I call on customer care no.. He said product on shipping.. He gives me a tracking no.. Its fake i check on web.. Its show no order is found...

My brother bought a Redmi 4 on 30th June. Unfortunately the phone got showered in rain on 3rd July. So he ran to Mi service center in Indira Nagar. And he got shocked by the price to repair the same. He brought it for 7499/- and service charge was 7733/- He could have brought a new phone for the service amount.
I don't know what to say. This is insane. How could service amount is more than mobile phone value. Please don't...

My phone got hanged since yesterday, touched stopped working . When I sent it to service center they are saying that there is problem in MOTHERBOARD of phone and cost is more than 7000 rs. to resolve touch issue .

On 1st july i went to mi park street service center for upgrading software of my mobile. Before that on 30th june over the phone i confirmed from this service center that my warranty period is over, the representative replied me that it will charge rs 173/- and he will upgrade it immidiately. Microphone is faulty.

I bought a redmi note 4 last monday offline from ezone retail in kolkata.

Unfortunately, the microphone happened to be faulty. The voice gets scattered and becomes inaudible.

There are several time mobile set become very hot about 45 degree temparature. Sometimes the temparature increase about 50 degree centegrate. In charging time and others the set become very hot. So i face this problem since 15 days. When mobile handset used like web browsing then this heating problem is also create. In this situation i dont know what i do? I submitted my mi4i phone imei [protected] to tanishq connect service centre for display reparing dt. 10.4.17 &paid rs. 500 advance & then paid remaining rs. 4400 (Total rs. 4900). BTM Bangalore service center damaged the motherboard while changing the USB port which had issues and claimed they will change the mother board free of cost and after changing the mother board, they are charging me. Without my consent they changed the mother board, and now they are not handing over the devise in the condition i gave to them, as they have changed the mother board, altered my mobile's original motherboard.
