Sir am calling regularly to customer care and the number is busy. I am facing a problem from last 4-5 days i. E. Battery is not charging properly. I have put on charge for few hours but phone is not charged. The maximum charging is 53%. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. I am too much worried about it. Because it will work for 3-4 hours daily. After that it is switched off. So please provide me a proper solution fir it. I m buying redmi note 4 from flipkart online on 8t of july and there charger is not working they can not charge this handset
this is my first redmi phone and I am very disappointed with this how that company work they not chek there handset charger why u have advertised that bull #### i[censored] not capable to satisfy yours customer how is possible that new handset will be degected with there chargers

Under enquiry no. [protected] my was having charging problem just after few days when it was delivered to me then i talked to one of your customer he told me to send it back as it is in warranty and did nothing with my mobile. I just packed and sent it to you through pickmi. Now r saying it is having liquid problem for which i have to pay rs. 486. When i didn't anything with mobile how can i pay 486 and also itz in warranty. Itz having liquid problem thatz not my fault, itz from your side as it was having charging problem from the beginning when i recieved it. Repair my mobile or refund the amount 9999 else i will register a complaint against you at consumer court as thousands of customers are having the same problem in there redmi note 4.

I have purchased Mi redmy 4 on 8/2/17 through flipkart. Now it's not working properly. one of impotent issue is not charging ( few second charging then stop for few second then again charging and some time not charging at all.
I went to service center in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi and they said they dont have parts and it will take few week to provide the parts or may not.
My request is to solve the problem or replace the mobile soon.

Team, am purchased Redmi Note 4 last month which product i received is damaged than Flipkart gives me replacement but again it's display make big problem am visiting service center 3 times their executive not repair handset only submit and return after a day and said we repaired. But same problem in handset. I want if company unable to repair device give me DOA letter want return money.

I was using my phone today and suddenly my Mi5 32GB device suddenly dead and the area around the front camera gets heated up.I'm totally shocked by this incident.One of the unforgettable device i handled.I feel regretting on choosing xiaomi now.Is this the outcome of your flagship device ?
I have visited one of your service center in VADAKARA, Kozhikode Dist.( RR cellcare). But the staff here says the product cannot be claimed under warranty since a small micro sized crack is seen on the device, i was using this device for past 8 months with this small crack.But the service agent now tells me that the whole device is out of warranty due to this crack. I dont know how on earth the warranty gets void with such issue, because i was using this device since 8 months with the same crack and there was no problem, but suddenly 2 days before the device stopped working and he says it is due to the small crack. I dont know what is xiaomi's ethics behind it ?

I have bought a phone redmi 3s prime on dated 17 feb, 2017. (Invoice attached). Before a weak ago my phone got switched off and it did not started again. I have shown my hand set to nearest mi service centre but my hand set problem was not solved yet. I am really very disappointed. Kindly help me in resolving this issue..

I ordered a Mi phone on June 28 2017.
I haven't received my order yet.Its been 10 days now. Tried calling customer care but it never works(Always Busy) . Online chat services is terrible, didn't give me anything concrete and at last they stopped replying.
Mi assured me that my phone will be delivered with in 5 working days and I don't see that happening.
This was my first experience with Mi and its pathetic.
If you can't full fill your commitment and then you should not promise.
My phone is not even shipped yet, I don't even know whether I am gonna get my phone or not.
I have paid in advance.

For people out there think twice before buying a Mi product.

Poor quality control.

I have received redmi 4 just 5 days back and i have encountered a problem with the sim tray of the device which in not getting extracted and is stuck. Both the sim cards are working but i cannot extract the sim tray.i already visit service centre but they are not providing me the service. I want a replacement fot the device so please. Arrange as soon as possible

My redmi 3s prime gyroscope response is lagging while playing 360 videos and while using vr...but when I clear ram... It works good for sometime but.. Soon the problem continues i had recently bought this phone and now i am totally disappointed with mi ... I was pre ordered a mobile redmi mi 4a at 30th June bt today it's 5th July .it already pass 5 day from placing the order from mi store ...bt till now it shows that DC to ship...and I was already pay the amount for this product by debit card.this is my 1st time in mi store .bt it totally disappointing me.so please can u check what is the problem behind it and fix it as soon as possible.

Mi company is fake.. I call on customer care no.. He said product on shipping.. He gives me a tracking no.. Its fake i check on web.. Its show no order is found...

I gave it nearest service centre, solution care mi service center bhagalpur 812002 on 23 june, 17. But today 5th july. They told that set has not repaired. Also told that a parts requarement mail to head office has been pending. So that parts has not reached due to gst
Employee of mi care solution centre tell me on 23 june 17 that come after the eid festival after the festival visit the centre they said come after a week after a week they said again come after a week and now they saying cause of gst spare part is in pending condition.

I went to customer care (Shop no.- 28 & 29, 1st Floor, Rudra Square, Near IDBI Bank, Opp Kalupur Bank, Judges Bungalow Road, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad) to resolve battery issue of my mobile, which not resolved yet despite of 2 full day visit of customer care. This is absolutely fine, but last day, I submitted the phone and after 30 min, they said "look, the display of your phone is already broken." I was like what the hell???... they display of my phone was new like.And even worse they are not ready to accept that it was broken by them. It was 10 min discussion but they are not accepting and asked me to give charge of that if I want to get it repaired. I dont know what they guys did to my phone. If I can get help on that that will be really good.

I have ordered Redmi 4 Gold 3G+32G on 23rd of June still i did not received my product. When I have check with Customer care of MI then they are saying that we have return that product and your refund started. Please let me know on behalf of what they have returned my product ? I want this product so that why i had booked with pre-paid order. So my money has got stuck No one in customer care are care about my order They are only making fool to me :( :(

My brother bought a Redmi 4 on 30th June. Unfortunately the phone got showered in rain on 3rd July. So he ran to Mi service center in Indira Nagar. And he got shocked by the price to repair the same. He brought it for 7499/- and service charge was 7733/- He could have brought a new phone for the service amount.
I don't know what to say. This is insane. How could service amount is more than mobile phone value. Please don't buy MI. And I saw a queue near mi service centre. I thought mi is best mobile. But service is worst. Dont go for it unless you are ready to pay for service charge.
