Sir bought mi4 3g ram 32gb through amazon on jun 2017. This mobile is too hot, when i speaking and then using the internet. Taking for a while is so hot. Answer it immediately i'm waiting for your reply... Otherwise please change of my handset immediatly sir, actually i have not use this phone many times mentally offset for its. Please help me.     I am setu maheshwari using an mi note 4 mobile phone which is under warranty period but it's not charging by its charger i went to mi customer care store they said it's spare parts are out of stock, already one month completed but they have not done anything until now. I went to them they said till next 15 days they can not do anything but 20 days already passed still they have not processed my complaints.

      Whenever i try to connect my redmi note 3 to the pc using the usb cable to use wondershare - mirror go app, the device seems to have a certain security system, that doesn't allow the device to connect to the pc. Please tell me the solution for this problem, as i have to make a video using this app for my youtube channel. Please help me tackle this problem and please reply to this as soon as possible!

        I bought xiamo note 3, in december and now within less than an year the phone's motherboard is not working.
        1. Cannot hear the noise when speaking on phone.
        2. Not able to connect to wifi.
        3. Display isn't proper.

        The phone is still under warranty and still mi is not willing to fix the issue.

        I am from it background so i could figure out the reason for failure.
        Is there any solution to this? It is still under warranty fyi.
        Its very shameful for Xiaomi . It is a big growing mobile brand in India but 4G services of IDEA can't work on any their mobile phones...which was a huge defect... IDEA is a leading telecommunication in India
        What 4G Band used by Xiaomi i don't know..but can't work on IDEA 4G network...

                  Worst customer service at MI service center. My phone started heating up while charging and during use, so I contacted service center near me as it was still in warranty period. But instead of repairing my phone they made it worse. My fingerprint scanner stopped working and now they blame me for that, it was fine before visiting center. For repairing fingerprint scanner they said it will charge extra. Even after service my phone is still getting hot and takes 6 to 8 hours to charge fully. It is the worse service ever done and there is no official available to complain, only technician are present and they ignore any request made by me.

                    I bought xiaomi redmi note 4 mobile on 8 may 2017. After 12 days o[censored]sage mobile started giving problems. It was not charging. I went to xiaomi service center in margao goa. They repaired the mobile. I collected the mobile. Next day same issue came again. Submitted mobile again. And this continued
                    The mobile is repaired for three times and xiaomi service center were not able to solve the issue.

                    I asked them to replace mobile or return money back but they did not do it. I could not use the mobile for more than 2 months. For this two months the mobile is with service center guys and the issue is still not resolved after multiple complains.

                    As per consumer rights i am not getting proper service from company after investing big amount. Below are my complaint details for same issue.

                      I had issues in charging my phone (Redmi note 3) and with the headphone jack, i visited the service cenre sector 18, noida. I have been told they will fix the phone in 3 days, but they took more than a week that too i ahd to visit twice for the the same.

                      However my stopped charging itself just after 20 days. Again i gave it to satguru communication service centre in noida sector 27 and its been 8 days they have not updated me with any solution. There landline phone rarely connects and when it connect they never pic up. How we can get the update on the phone repair status if they will not answer the calls.?

                        Screen of the phone started flickering suddenly without any incident. When i visited service center located in ahmedabad, they said it is screen damage and this will not be covered under warranty. How will i know if there is any internal damage in screen. I can not see even a single crack scratch or anything on phone. I use it delicately. However where is it mentioned that any internal issues will not be covered in warranty. They want me to spend 2200 for screen replacement. If i only had to pay for any internal issues in phone then why did the company provide warranty.

                          Despite of launching new products, the services to the customer need to be taken care in quality manner.

                          I purchased redmi 4 phone on june month and had speaker related issue after using 25 days approx and i submitted the phone to the service centre and more than 15 days are gone and still waiting for my product.

                          I had below mentioned issues, my mail is to get my product back asap and other customer didn't have to suffer by this type of service issue in future.

                          1. Phone submitted to the centre with request no - wxin[protected]
                          2. Phone submitted to orbit mall service centre indore.
                          3. I am told to get phone call for further update on day of submitting the phone but i received the call from centre on 14th, as a customer which is not accepted.
                          4. On phone call i am updated to wait for more 7 days to get an update on this.
                          5. The support from the call support - [protected] is always contradicted.
                          6. As per update provided or as my interaction, is this worth to wait for 3 weeks for phone fix for non availability of spare parts. This is how mi is managing or providing the services to the customer?
                          7. Does this centre should not be banned or customer need to change his phone to other manufacturer?

                          I hope my issue or customer like me issues will be sorted out soon and action against the centre will be strictly taken or new centre will be open in the replacement.

                              Bought a new redmi note 4, 64 gb from flipkart on 22nd february.
                              The phone stopped charging last friday night so i went to their service center in gtb nagar, delhi.
                              They said there is some issue with the charging part and it has to be replaced. They said i'll get my phone on tuesday but now it's been more than 15 days and everyday they are just saying that the new charging part has not arrived yet and will arrive in 1-2 days. They are saying the same line everyday.
                              So i decided to call the customer care today, they said that the charging part might not be able to arrive because of gst but if gst is the main issue then how come are they selling new phones in india. If the part is not able to arrive because of gst then how come new phones are able to arrive and sold everyday?
                              Customer care executive also said that we are not able to help you in this case as we can't co-ordinate with the service centre, you yourself have to co-ordinate with them and wait for the part to arrive.
                              Is it my fault that i bought this phone and trusted xiaomi?

                              If my issued is not resolved this week, then i shall proceed to consumer court.
                              Waiting for reply and expecting help from your side.
                              My phone is not charging.. What should i do now..before this my phone was charging so well and i update latest version and then i have to face problms please try to improve your services and i have to do many works with my phone try to understand and Kindly provide me solution of this problem

                                  I have purchase a mobile “redmi 3s-sim free-in-gray” serial no - [protected] on dated[protected], order id-od[protected] through flip kart, at shipping address d. C. Sharma, flat-102, pramukh nagar, isnapur, patancharu. Since starting i have facing heating problem during charging that we think due to metal body. On 12th april’17 morning, due to i have plan to go early in a marriage function so approx. At 4.45am put on charging and a have been busy freshness. Approx. 5.15am i have seen phone was off condition. When, i have done set on some, charr-charr sound comes from inside. Phone is fully in-close so no option to see / open as i can see what happen.
                                  Next day i have searched service center to nearest my address.
                                  On my weekly off day 15th april’2017 i have gone to mi exclusive service center-kukatpally, hyderabad and deposit mobile against service order - wxin[protected]. Service madam tell that for inspection taken more than 4hrs. So i have left service center to come back after inspection.
                                  Same time one service engineer quarrel with other lady customer regarding out of service and charges that ic damaged and will be charges. I am feeling that problem can come like this.
                                  I have dial phone[protected] on 12th april after 4pm many times but nobody received call. At 7.20pm i have received a sms that inspection is completed and out of warranty come to service center.
                                  When i have meet at service center on 17th april, service madam tell us that mobile ic damage due to water it is out of warranty, service charge is rs.7900 (Seven thousand nine hundred) but i have purchase of r.6999 (Six thousand nine hundred ninety nine). Sir, i am heartily say some internal problem was inside set. But your service engineer told that moisture that can be environmental moisture. This reason, i am not understood. I am only thinking that example of good service of mi redmi style. This is only for not giving customer service/ warrantee. But, this mobile is from my hard working money so i do not rest. I have done at last position.
                                  At 5.00am no chance of water i have told that it has damaged due to overheating due to metal body. I am also electrical & electronics engineer working since 30years.
                                  I have request to your kind self to look into the matter seriously for repairing or replacing mobile set. My mobile is with service center till to date not ok condition. I have sent mails to customer care but no solution till now/ to date.

                                  Sir, till to date no solution of service of my mobile phone. Today, I have recieved phone call from +918067486601 from MI office he said that as per service center mobile has moisture damage that can be atmospheric. and not under warranty repairing charge are more than purchase price we can consider 20% rivet in service charge Rs 8000/- against purchase cost I told him that in morning has damage during charging that have hotting condition in morning no chance of water. If mobile can damaged due to atmospheric moisture that case mobile component should be work in atmospheric moisture because we can control only physical from water, We can not control atmospheric moisture. I can safe mobile from direct/physically from water. I say that mobile has not fall in water. If mobile can damaged due to atmospheric moisture. This is not my fault. MI person tell us only what Service center person give report, They can not think what cause are possible. As per my servery maximum complain happen in same condition. So request to you to be consider for best at your end.

                                  Sir, This matter is very important to us as service center person chitting us. My case is actual that not fall in water service engineer give wrong report they have give a general report as water is also one cause of damaged the mobile. If atmospheric moisture is a cause that is not my fault that component is not suffer in that condition.
                                  First is this no moisture that time But if we believe then Mobile components should be suitable in moisture atmosphere.

                                    My name is vaibhav raval. And i have purchase 10000 mi power bank. Invoice date is 05th may 2017.
                                    After one month it is not in working.in a power bank there is charging issue.
                                    So i have visit mi service center which is located in judges bungalow bodakdev ahmadabad.
                                    Now i m suffering without my gadgets and till date they are no any response.
                                    I have visit several times physically but every time they gave some reason.
                                    Now one month’s is completed. My gadgets warranty is also passing
                                    And in chat session your agent gave me all time wrong date and till date no any response from your side
                                    Your all service person gave me wrong information provide.
                                    I have ordered one phone "redmi 4" and while doing payment the amount has been deducted twice for only one item and I have complaint to them but have not taken any action about it and they are not giving my money back.
                                    It was of 8, 999 and they have deducted this amount twice for only one item.
                                    I had asked the customer care officials to upgrade software of my Redmi 3S Prime. But they denied and said they dont provide this services. I am not happy with this and request to add to the notice of the respective officials.
                                    I have one redmi 2 prime and used it 5 months. But after back camera was not functioning and displayed like this "can't connect to camera". And another thing is that network is automatically in emergency call until i reboot it. What is the exact sortage is that. Pliz

                                      My name is vaibhav raval. And i have purchase 10000 mi power bank. Invoice date is 05th may 2017.
                                      After one month it is not in working.in a power bank there is charging issue.
                                      First of all i have very dissatisfied if the mi product is not working after one month. Mi is a brand name.
                                      So i have visit mi service center which is located in judges bungalow bodakdev ahmadabad.
                                      And they check my power bank and reveal me after one week we replace and give it new power bank.
                                      Now i m suffering without my gadgets and till date they are no any response.
                                      I have visit several times physically but every time they gave some reason.
                                      Now one month’s is completed. My gadgets warranty is also passing. Can u extend my warranty because i have not use one month my gadgets.
                                      Mi is very brand name. If i purchase new one mi gadgets then it will come in only 5 days so why if the product is under warranty parts is not available
                                      I have so many gadgets of mi. But this experience is very bad for me and in future i have not suggest any one who purchase mi product.
                                      I hope you take some action of my issues and revert to me via mail.

                                        One red mi note 4 64 gb smart phone has been deposited vide no wxin[protected], invoice no 00355929 in your bilas pur service centre, hotel mid town, telephone exchange road, bilaspur. The problem was the mobile was not charging. But sorry to say that twelve days have passed neither you have taken any action nor you have given the repaired phone till date though it has purchased recently not more than one month simply asking feedback & company reputation but you are not thinking the company reputation is deteriorating due to negligence in your part not to repair the new phone. I thought i have purchased another red mi note 4 64 g phone & accordingly ordered but afraid of your
                                        Poor service centre. I had contacted to your service centre at 12.150 pm today regrding reparing the charging point of my new red mi note 4 64 g. Simply they answered it will be repaired very soon.
                                        Therefore you are again requested to repair the phone or do something so that the customer are not dissatisfied.. Hope you will do the needful and take necessary action please.

                                        I am not able to buy redmi 4 in both mi.com as well as in amazon.in because the sale ends in few seconds why the hell are you giving less products for sale? yesterday in amazon the flash sale date shown is 12th july now it showing 20 july why this things are happening? if you dont have required numbers of products then dont give it on sale...😈😈😈
                                        I have bought redmi note 4 64 GB 2 months back and now this phone has charging issue so I gave to mi service centre last week and now they are saying that we don't have a part to repair your device, so please help me out with this issue as I don't have any phone right now and I am suffering like anything.
