I have a problems with redmi 3s prime as follows:-

1. Getting Hang - (I have to restart the cell phone 4-6 times in a day.)
2. Problem with GPS system...

As I have shown above issues with service center till I have no results.
and I have problem with phone from 4th day of purchase to till.
Today i had lost my redmi 3s prime phone at 5 o clock in my office i want to get back my phone.

    My phone got hanged since yesterday, touched stopped working . When I sent it to service center they are saying that there is problem in MOTHERBOARD of phone and cost is more than 7000 rs. to resolve touch issue .
    My phone is one month old and is in warranty but they are not listening my words.

    Even before closing time service center in Vashi is not issuing token and ready to serve. I reached in the office 10 minutes before the closing time on 3rd Jul 2017., But they have closed the token machine and not issuing tokens.

      On 1st july i went to mi park street service center for upgrading software of my mobile. Before that on 30th june over the phone i confirmed from this service center that my warranty period is over, the representative replied me that it will charge rs 173/- and he will upgrade it immidiately. On 1st july atleast 10 to 12 times i give the rang, no body picks up the phone so i went there, i took the manual token, that time the lady representative didnot asked me regarding warranty card. More than 1and a half hour, i spent there for waiting my turn. Suddenly i came to know through one customer whom they refused to provide service because he wont have a warranty card. When i shouted what is this why have not you told me earlier this thing then the manager mr rahul, asked me if i want i can submit my mobile but after 4th june only i will get the service due to gst issues. When i asked them then why your representative over the phone disclosed this thing, he was not at all bothered about that. Apart from that the especially the behaviour of floor manager mr. Bhasker bashim was very rude, unethical he was not all co-operative, nither the number displayed there for hazra service center was correct i got a very bad experience after visting your service centers. Without having proper details your representative misguide and harres and waste the customer's time and won't care the customer issues. Third class service center ever come acoss in my life. Thanks.

        Microphone is faulty.

        I bought a redmi note 4 last monday offline from ezone retail in kolkata.

        Unfortunately, the microphone happened to be faulty. The voice gets scattered and becomes inaudible.

        I have been a big fan of xiaomi products and even possess a redmi note 3. Earlier i have purchased the phone from amazon.in this case i couldn't even get this phone exchanged because the customer care official did not take my problem seriously

        Please provide me a solution to get my handset replaced.

          There are several time mobile set become very hot about 45 degree temparature. Sometimes the temparature increase about 50 degree centegrate. In charging time and others the set become very hot. So i face this problem since 15 days. When mobile handset used like web browsing then this heating problem is also create. In this situation i dont know what i do? So please sir solve my problem as soon as possible.
          I placed this order on 8 jun 2017 .Set was delivered by BRAJESH KUMAR KUSHWAHA on 12 jun 2017.The set was used by someone there was an MI account which was created by someone in this device.We have proof th at your device is used.So please kindly exchange this set with the other set otherwise we can take strict action against your company.

            I submitted my mi4i phone imei [protected] to tanishq connect service centre for display reparing dt. 10.4.17 &paid rs. 500 advance & then paid remaining rs. 4400 (Total rs. 4900). I received my phone after 2 months in dead condition. They damaged connector during repairing. From last 24 hours i am charging phone but unable to do. Fraud service.

              BTM Bangalore service center damaged the motherboard while changing the USB port which had issues and claimed they will change the mother board free of cost and after changing the mother board, they are charging me. Without my consent they changed the mother board, and now they are not handing over the devise in the condition i gave to them, as they have changed the mother board, altered my mobile's original motherboard. If they had any issues with motherboard, they should have told me before altering it, I would have taken back my mobile. Neither they are giving me my mobile in the condition I gave them, neither they obtained consent to change the motherboard. When raised complaint with MI customer services, they are backing the service center personnel without answering why they changed the motherboard without my consent, and why they didnt informed me of any issues in motherboard before they altered it. This is an act of fraudsters

                Redmi 4a is good phone but service is very bad my phone is 3 month old and first time i have to go to the service center for a replacement of charger they gave me a new one but after one day they only call me and told me to return the charger because they given me a wrong one i thought again they will give me a new charger but they give me a old charger I ask him that why u r giving me old charger they told me rudely that i[censored] want then take it or eels wait for 10 days but I agree but know again my phone is not working I am facing a great problem that suddenly my phone display touch is not working .on the screen there was not even a single scratch and then also it not working .then suddenly I was gone to my nearest service center and told that my phone is not working he open the phone and told me that there was two litmus one is up and the another is down the down litmus is red they told it is liquid damage we will not give you warranty .then I told that no I haven’t dep’t in water or any liquid they told me few day back you have so I told that whenever any phone is dep’t in water it suddenly not working. when I haven dep’t in liquid why should I agree. if the litmus is red it have many reasons like sweating in pocket or etc .service center take the charge from me Rs 200 and gave my phone in 2 hours correctly .and gain in 12 hours it has same problem then he told me to change the display of Rs 2400 . I ask the company why should u get the warranty to making pools I waste my RS 200 also if I know that I would wasting the money I should through this phone in dustbin I am not satisfied by a warranty.

                  Xiaomi is cheating people by doing the fake online sale of It's variant Redmi 4A & Redmi 4. The company is doing the flash sale every 7-10 days. I am not able to understand if there is enough stocks then what is the point of doing flash sales and cheating the customers. They are just wasting someone's time by doing this kind of fake sale. I tried around 10 times ordering the phone but failed as it is showing out of stock after few seconds of sale start. The company is also doing a pre order sale every 5-6 days. This shows that they have enough stocks and they are just playing with the customers. They are just faking the people and making them fools by doing this kind of fake sales.
                  Therefore I request you to look into this matter and take strict actions against the company so as to help the people being aware about this kind of cheap selling strategies and to save the interests of the common man 👨. They are just playing with the emotions.

                    I submitted my Redmi 3s prime device at the service center on June 21, 2017 due to issue with the display and I was given a complaint letter with all the details. I was told that I had to pay INR 2, 212 due to some internal damage although it was in warranty. I received my phone on June 27, 2017 and the display issue was resolved and I paid the full amount.

                    The employee at the helpdesk told me that they would email me the receipt for the payment and the warranty of 1 year still continues. The complaint letter was also taken back and I only have the sms that I received from the company.

                    I would request to please look into the issue and help to get the receipt for the payment or otherwise the full refund of amount in case of fraudulent.

                    I received a call from the company saying that they have emailed the receipt to the another email address(the one that I told them to change). Further, they said that I have to visit the service center to receive the hardcopy of the receipt as they cannot resend it on the correct email. I am not satisfied with the service as the service center never picks up calls and visiting them was the last option anyways.

                        Dear sir,
                        My mi 2 started malfunctioning so i went to service center at hazratganj (Tejkumarplaza) firstly the executive asked for the bill which i did not have so i went to mobile store to receive a duplicate copy of bill then next day i again went to service center and then executive said please come after 3rd july. He suggested that touch of screen is not working which has to replaced so i asked for the amount to be charged which he denies to quote. I am not sure what kind for service you guys provide if i have to invest 5k in the old mobile i rather buy a new one but to be frank not a xiaomi again if you guys have same attitude towards customers.

My very bad experience from your side one of my hanset mi note 3 32gb golden colour has been damage but d hardware part which is damage is now repried by service centre now the problem i face is i forgot my mi account n password as well as so many times i try the process which is told ur mi executive in mi customercare but i didn't find it resolved so your executive told me to go to the nearest service centre n tell them about the issue the update d software by sending some mail to your cloud team the all time in this process need is 3to 4working days but now it's one week completed still my handset on service centre n they can't able to solve my problm. So many times i called your customers care no but they don't give me satisfy answers also they misbehave me by rude language. It's request u to pls take this to seriously n on urgent beases. I send u all the details of my hanset like jobsheet no which is provide by your authorized service centre which is very bad there tech support executive they don't answers my phone calls they never pic my ph. It's a warm request to u pls take this seriously they don't have sense how to treat h customers n also your customers care executive they talk me very rudely n nonsense. I attached all the document that can be help to solve me problem pls reply me as soon as possible i want my complain soon resolution otherwise i will take another action

                            I have faced problem with redmi 4 black model which was purchased on 23rd of may'17.

                            # phone not vibrate when message coming from whats app, wechat, facebook etc third party apps and also from normal text.

                            Options ok from my side as below mention.

                            Silent - on.

                            Vibrate - on.

                            Settings-sound & vibrate - vibrate when silent (On).

                            Settings-sound & vibrate - also vibrate on calls (On).

                            Please help me regarding my issue as shared above & give solution on the same if possible.

                            Note: i have check same settings on my redmi 3 s prime # working fine in this.

                            Please solve immedietly because i have face some problems in messaging.

                            I have already used these steps factory data reset and my hand set is up to date. At 8.2.10 version.

                            I have faced a same problem in 6 to 7 redmi 4 cell phones. I think this issue is resolved with updation of miui. So please forward my concern to our developer team or technical team, so minimization of complaint regarding this issue which you have faced in future. Kindly keep work on the same and provide updation for that on hands of redmi 4 device. I trust you have working on it and come back with a great solution with updation.

                              I am using mi4 32gb with 3gb ram, this is the world's worst phone i had used ever, this phone had lost my business data completely, it merge the contact numbers automatically and when you dial a number, it will connect to person whom you don't want to connect, when you see the contact details you will find 10 - 12 number saved in one name and one number in 10 - 12 names, it will confuse you totally, and don't remember which number should dial for the right person.

                              I planing to lodge a case in consumer forum if didn't get the solution within the set time

                              Please take action against the nonsense company. People in the call center are not supportive. When they have no answer put the call on hold and didn't come back.
                              Caller will wait for half an hour or one hour may be but no result.

                                As i received damage product, i have raised compliant within half an hour after receiving product. Compliant no.[protected] item des:[protected] as mi company policy, i can replace product within 10 days. But no action on mi side. Since 8 days am trying to contact 'mi', but they are fraud and they are try to escaping.                                   Hello Mi Team,
                                  This is regarding my issue with Redmi4 mobile (3GB/32GBBlack), I brought this mobile from Mi store, Phoenix Market city Bangalore on[protected]. I started using this phone before 3 weeks and last one week I am facing Auto restart issue with this phone.
                                  I called 5 times the customer care executives to resolve the issue, Initially they told me to clear the cache memory and reboot the phone this will fix the issue 100%.I did the same and again within 3 hours it started auto reboot
                                  Again Called the same and they suggested to check the software update, but it was not available online, they told it will get within some days
                                  3 rd call they asked me to take backup of all data and do the factory reset, I did the same, again same problem, next call they suggested to visit the Service center with mobile, and today (24th June) I took leave and visited the service center, the again flashed my mobile and I lost all the data and they simply given the phone back to me after long waiting time 2 hours, for giving the phone itself it took 1 and half hour, still I am facing the same issue even after visiting the service center .they did not check the phone after repairing,
                                  within 3 week of time I faced this much issue with new Redmi phone, in fact my all friend suggested me as Redmi is the best, I cant visit service center again as this issue is not related to Software and it is purely with hardware, I cant take leave again and give the phone to open as it is brand new and did not complete 1 month .
                                  I need a replacement of my mobile as I cant give the phone to open it and repair,

                                  In some cases my camera isn't working when I open camera it shows that "Still can't connect to camera Try restart your device" i restarted

                                      I got an new handset (Xiaomi redmi note 4) which was accidentally water damaged, the phone screen was not responding but there was an red light on the top right of the screen which used to beep when the phone was kept on charge, i took my phone to the service center where they analysed my phone and returned me back with the quotation of 12500 while the phone was for rs.13000.
                                      After getting it from service center the red light which was beeping earlier was not responding.
                                      Later on, i got it checked with an local technician, he too analysed the phone in front of me where i came to knew that the phone's battery was been replaced with some other model's battery.
                                      The service center guys theft the original battery of my phone.

                                      I have purchase a mi 4 on last 13 th on debit card payment sucsessfuly but when bluedart boy come to delivery on the packet show me cash on delivery how, please give me refund my money or my product without cod othervise i was complaint in grahak suraksha this is my last warning for your company...

                                        My phone is xaomi redmi3s prime which touch was not responding it was in warranty but issue is that phone hs has break its edges they inspected phone completely and now it is out of warranty
