Hi,

I have purchased redmi 4a mobile through amazon site and got delivered on may 21 2017. Exactly after 15 days (1st june 2017) display is not working. I have reached local (Velachery) mi service center, they have checked my mobile and told that lcd is gone. I asked how it is gone, they replied that it may be due to pressure while you are keeping mobile in pocket. I just got frustrated by this answer.

My question is 1. Whether mi is providing mobile in this kind of cheap quality
Or else amazon gave me defective one to me.

In mi service center they have asked me to reach amazon regarding this. So i have contacted amazon customer care about the issue. Amazon asking me denial letter from mi service center to replace redmi 4a mobile.

So again i reached to mi service center velachery and asked denial letter for the mobile. They told as per policy we wont give denial letter for amazon.

After running behind multiple people i got lot of frustation, because both amzon and mi service center pointing each of them and not resolving my problem.

I have wasted my time and health by running multiple times to mi service center and reaching amazon customer care. I have attached picture of redmi 4a.

    Mi in ear pro hd earphones (₹ 1999/-) have poor sound quality compared to the cheaper mi earphones (₹ 999/-).
    We have tried to return it or ask for replacement (Within 10 days of purchase, as per mi policy). But we have got no response from them regarding this.

    I went to the mi authorized service centre. But the service centre people tell us to speak on the hotline number and the person behind the hotline number tells us to speak to the service centre. And this goes on.

                Followings are the problems observed during use of the mobile.

                1. TP is not working.
                2. Appearance of corrosion spot over the screen.
                3. While in use; all of a sudden switched over to auto mode and save the files, names in contact list with notations like( ., ;’, ..., , , 000)
                4. Same thing happened during massaging.
                5. Images or files expands it views without giving any commands for expand the view.
                6. Display screen is constantly moving for the sub options. For e.g. while searching for the contact the screen automatically shows the ringtone selection, current dialled numbers etc.

                Watching the big advertisements and the features of the mobile and in addition to that the Chinese product made in India My wife and younger son decided to gift me the mobile Red mi note 3 on my birthday accordingly I purchased MI Red mi note 3 through Amazon in last April 28th'2016 with invoice no 8184. As my phone was working nicely there were no issues for operating the mobile; considering the smooth functioning recently I bought new mobile phone Red mi note 4 for my father. Before a few days a colour spot developed over a screen and TP is not working. I immediately contacted through phone on 24 x 7 helpline centre. I was advised to contact service centre at Surat. Vide service request no "WXIN[protected]" dated 06.04.2017 I lodge the service request. Later I was told that the body is having dents and it is out of warranty from the service centre at Katargam. THE EMI number of my mobile phone [protected] & SN no:12665/20055172.
                Sir, If the mobile phone having aluminium body and the dents over the aluminium body disable the working functions of the mobile phone is not agreeable to me. You are requested to look and intervene in the matter and solve my problem with repaired handset. Sir, for a common man a price of Rs.13000.00 always values and that is also by means of the gift to loved ones
                I feel that you would not disappoint me in the matter and feel proud for the “Make of India”.

                  I'm plugging in the charger pin, but the phone is seldom responding to the charger. I have checked it with other charger, the result is same. There is no fault with the charger. What should i do??
                  (And now this page asking me to make it longer... If i just have one problem, can you tell me how can make it bigger and wider, which i already mentioned.. Such annoying...)
                  I have baught my redmi note 3 phone about 7 months ago. But it has heating issues and niw my charger has stopped working it is taking around 4.30 hours to charge.. i have used otger chargers too, and they are working accordingly good. And the other thing is and i may be disillusion is that my phone is discgarging its battery more rapidly than before. Please tell me what to as this mobile is still looks new as before..

                      I ordered for router via order no[protected] which is received on 16th june 2017. All the present day routers are having built in modems but when i saw the fact i was surprised that it didn't contain a built in modem and an outdated product was supplied to me. I didn't even open the package and it is in the original sealed condition. Your customer care officials have refused to replace or refund the cost the product. Your product warranty on the internet clearly says, "https://www.google.co.in/search?client=safari&channel=iphone_bm&biw=770&bih=512... i requested the customer care staff on 19th june 2017 via reference no[protected] and today also via reference no-6901. But the staff says that this product is not covered under return or exchange. I am of the view that your officials are dilly - dallying the issue in company's favor and are diverting from company's own policy. At the bottom of my invoice their is a clear mention of refund/replacement of he product (Photo enclosed). I have also requested to escalate my complaint to the senior executives, in case my genuine concern is not resolved in 48 hours i shall be reluctantly compelled to adopt legal recourse and negative reviews against the policies of the company.

                        I, ratan pal residing in coochbehar had given my mobile (Redmi 2) at the mentioned centre for repair on18-07-16. Thereafter i asked for my repaired status several times till now. But neither they are able to give the status or the mobile till day. Now i am left without any mobile in my hand as i am a service class person with very little salary. People in your service centre reply very roughly and are not able to give any answer to the mobile given to them. The mobile is in the name of the owner roshan jain, where i work.

                          I bought xiaomi redmi note 3 mobile phone on 03-10-16. Mobile functioning was good for 2-3 months. But after that screen touch problem arises 3-4 times which corrects automatically by rebooting. 2-3 back same problem occurred i tried to solve it by rebooting but problem not solved. Then i took it to mi service station after standing in queue for 1 hour when i went to counter the person in the counter without any checking said i have emerged my mobile in water due to which motherboard has burn and screen touch also damaged and to repair this rs 6000/- i will have to pay.
                          I said how can you say i have emerged my mobile in water by seeing it naked eyes please first check it there may be other problem.
                          Then he said pay rs 115/- for checking mobile.
                          Here my question is why should i pay rs 115/- for checking mobile which is in warranty period.
                          I experienced one thing that xiaomi is actually running mobile repairing center by taking money from customer not a service center.

                          Simply xiaomi warranty has no meaning...

Last night suddenly all xiomi mobile connected with wi fi but no all web site opened.. However in both auxus mobile all web site opened.. What is the problem with xiomi mobile??? 18 hours gone no result from all xiomi phone... Plz reply me

                              Your service center in vellore told me that my phone was all right although i was having some charging issues. So i ordered a new charger bt the problem is still there and now this guy is telling me that the problem is with my phone. And now the warranty has just expired. Why dont ur service center guy listen to the customer and they ask for photocopies of invoice.
                              I gave them one, he said he needs one more. What's this all about if he needs photocopies he needs to stick up a notice outside his service center telling how many copies one needs for a particular problem. My sister's mobile is also having the same problem and i bet he will say the same thing when i will bring the phone here.

                                Order was shipped on 05.06.2017 when i tracked shipment on 12.06.2017 and went to collect courier told company have cancelled your order. I have not received the refund yet.

                                I purchase xiaomi mi phone note 4 on 4th july online ..But my phone is defective . Its a hole on screen and it is not charged properly..So I complaint is on company but they do not give any response with respect of this pjone.. and I want to replace this phone with new one. I many time told company costumer care but they never want to help me.
                                It's been almost a month, I purchased Redmi Note 4 from Flipkart and I am facing screen burn issues from last night. It's not very serious now but i am not feeling right regarding this and getting worried. Please Xiaomi take a note of this for the next update.

                                    I purchased redmi note-3 on 04 may 2016 through mi store flash sale.
                                    I use mobile for call/rare browsing only. Till date the piece was running absolutely fine. A four days before for the first time i put on airplane mode. It was in that state for an hour. When i brought it to normal mode, astonishingly seen that 2nd sim is not detected.
                                    Approached service centre it was told that hardware may needs​ to be replaced that to at cost (Since it is out of warranty). The approximate cost may be around 70% as told by service advisor.
                                    Then i called customer care where they gave a number for testing a piece (*#*#6484#*#*) sim test.
                                    Done that result came as failed.
                                    Then they have also told that hardware need to be replaced.
                                    The point is - i hardly open sim port. Then how it suddenly a stopped detecting a 2nd sim.
                                    And if hardware to be replaced then why the cost to be borne by customer. I read the reviews where i came across enormous complaints of such nature.
                                    The question is, don't you think it must be proudct issue? If so why the corrective measures were not initiated.
                                    I too look after the service department where we come across some of these types of complaints, which is studied case to case. And many a times it's considered under goodwill & replaced the affected part on free of cost.

                                    I would request please check my case​ & revert asap.

                                    For your information i have four redmi mobiles in my own family & total of eight in entire family.

                                      I purchased redmi note 4 on 31st may, 2017. This phone has battery issues like if i plugged in the charger, the handset gets too hot as if it can be exploded if not unplug.

                                      If i choose, not to unplug, it gets too hot and stuck at a point of charging. The handset gets cool after that but the charging also stopped.

                                      I had done factory data reset several times on the instructions of flipkart but the problem is still not resolved.

                                      I had requested for the exchange of the product on flipkart for two times firstly i had requested on 6th june and second on 11th june. But they rejected my request both times. Is it not harassing??

                                      I will be constraint to file complaint in consumer forum in case my grievance is not resolved up to my satisfaction.
                                      When i connect charge in my phone shown 100% charging and when i disconnect charger then my phone was switch off
                                      my phone was 5 month old
                                      plese solve my problem

                                        I order redmi 4 on 11/6/2017.. They ship the item via blue dart, when i track the item i saw on tracking is reached in place of delivery but no one call me to collect the product,

                                        It mention in the ending of shipment that "undelivered shipment held at location". What does it means " undelivered shipment held at location? Please help me i am seriously

                                        the status is "undelived held at location" .. it makes me confuse and unbeliveable, how come brue dart wrote the status without any call, any information .

                                        Please resolved my problem and give me my phone as well as possible... I hope you are understand my problem ...customer care office laxmi nagar piller no 46 your team not response good as well as not talk and hear customer care person every time say dial customer care number but customer care number never connected I am trying many times
