    Issue faced - the device is damaged, the bidding from the side is coming out, the power button is broken, the back of the phone is dented, the touch is not responsive and the phone is slightly bent.
    I received the phone on 6th june at 2pm and i mailed xiaomi customer care within 15 mins of receiving the parcel.
    In response to my first mail the company replied that the issue has been escalated but after that they have stopped responding to my mails.
    Please help me with this.

    I have booked my Redmi Note 4 4GB RAM/ 64 GB ROM on online flash sale on last wednesday & received the consignment on friday 2/6/2017.
    It was observed that the phone is defective. It, s touch screen is not fixed properly & it is due to swelling of battery inside the phone.
    Kindly replace it with new one.

      Hi team,

      I own a redmi 3s prime which i bought in nov'16. From last 2 months my device is getting overheated whenever under the sun. It automatically gets turned off and didn't start up for 3-4 hours. For starting it up, i need to start device in bootloader mode. It doesn't start normally. I am facing these issues mainly after updating it.
      I also tried resetting the device but it didn't help much.
      Please see what can be done to sort the issue out.

        I bought mi note 4 15 days ago. Since bought, when I opens contact it crashs and close the contact now it's unable to do any call and it also crashs many apps like WhatsApp and fb massanger and many other apps. Its just like a box please suggest me what I have to do otherwise I have to sell this phone.
        Today 9 June 2017 I am at home and my handset fall down from my back pocket at around 12:45 pm on floor . Screen of my mobile damaged from right side for that I am complaining. Images attached below.

          I m krishan kant sharma, i send my redmi 3s prime to service centre for its concern about some charging problem on 08/06/2017 but they return my set & said that there is no problem in ur set. On 10/06/2016 i walked to service centre and describe the problem. They told me that ur takes some time & it will repair by evening 6:00 pm. I confirm by call at 4:00 pm and walked to service centre on 06:15 pm but i still waiting there for two & half hours. When i checked my phone at home it is in previous condition. My issue is still unsolved.

              As per the above mentioned, subject i have bought a redmi note 3 on 3 0ctober, 2016, under warranty of one year.in about six months time its providing charging problem.
              1/05/2017
              Service centere they repaired it for the first time but to in 10 days it again gave the same problem.
              11/05/2017
              Second time also given for repair but in 13 says same problem arrived again.
              24/05/2017
              Third time in a duration of 24 days given in service centre with the same problem for the third time., from than on till date 10/06/2017 there is no rosponse whahtsoever. The phone is in sevice centere for oven 15 days now. I am not in been able to use my phone. This product is abo[censored]e faulty and they should replace it.

                  Redmi note 4 iis not working in half of India and not supporting 4G network in too many telecom circles in India.
                  Mi must have to stop selling of Redmi note 4/ Redmi 4A/ Redmi 3S etc...
                  It has only 3 bands​ for supporting 4G.
                  If your mobile is not supporting all telecom operators in India den what is the use of mobile which are design for India.

                    Today i went to mi service center in guwahati to repair my phone. I'm highly unsatisfied with the service center. They didn't give me a good response and told to come tomorrow without properly looking into my matter. This behaviour of service centres is really not acceptable. I went to many service centers but the amount of response they give to their customers is really praiseworthy. But mi you have disappointed me.

                      I purchased my redmi note 3 last july 2016. I had sky high expectations on the performance and to be honest it was highly performing upto my expectation level. Very soon display had a colour change of yellow and start spreading in the top left corner. Since it was not disturbing my day to day phone activities i didnt bother. Couple of weeks ago dispaly started hanging up, taking photos as its own like abnormal things started happening and i went to service center at thrissur, kearala which is nearest to me. It was around 2 weeks back.

                      They checked my phone and said it has a display problem they will replace it free of cost. They said they dont have the display in stock and will contact you in a week. By that time my phone was unusable and could not do a single function properly. I patiently waited and i got a call from them two days ago saying that display stock has arrived. Unfortunately yesterday something dropped on my phone display and it broke. Today when i went to the service center they are refusing to do free of cost as it is broken.

                      I told them when i came and checked last time, you had agreed the fact that display is complaint and now they have a reason to charge me. What kind of ethics is this? I am supposed to get it free of cost two weeks ago and just because u didnt have the stock, i had to wait and now it has been picturing like it is complete customer fault and to be paid for the service.

                      Please explain..
                      Dear smiju,

                      Just make a case against service center those who made a fault. Also at the time of submitting your phone in service centers they would give the job card for your service. In that they must mention that whether it is manufacturing defect or consumer fault. If you have the same means suite them a case in consumer court and explore the feasible solution against this issue.

                        I ordered new mi note 4 from mi.com/in [online], i got delivery in time. But they sent defect mobile.

                        Defect: i am not able to make out going call from sim2.

                        I have approached customer care center for replacement, but they guide me to reach mi service center.

                        Since there is 10 days replacement policy, still they are asking to reach out service center.

                        So be careful about this mi india online store, they are cheating the customers

                          Miui system update is always still pending. We waiting for miui 9 android 7 nougut.

                          And i reports a problem when i hate miui 8 recent panel design its design eligible for old phones not this. I hate this recent panel animation. Do the animation like google pixel.

                          And i used this phone for 4 months it is heating too while charging. And while charging it spent 2½ hours my god!!! It is too time to full charge how to fix that problem? Help me!!!
                          Phone data deleted automatically ; this happens third time since i brought my phone "Xiaomi 3s prime". this happens when phone space is almost full, but this is really disappointing. How to recover this data because it includes all photos, Docs, videos..

                            I am tanishqa jain. I purchased the xiomi redmi 3s prime smartphone on 12th september 2016 fr flipkart.
                            It automatically gets switch off and on.
                            Sometimes it shows blue screen while am working and sometime it shows blurry coloured screen.
                            Now today my all data was reset automatically. I lost my very important and confidential data. I was also having proofs of a fraud i was victim of. Now i have nothing as a proof. That fraud costed me near around 15k inr. Now i lost everything.
                            I want a valid action to be taken as soon as possible.
                            Am leaving with my contact belowas a backup i did jave mi cloud but it is also not woriking properly now.
                            Thanks to this stupid phone.
                            Please take a valid action as soon as possible.

                              Iam neena from kerala, my phone is redmi 3s prime. On[protected] monday at 1.00 pm i went to mi service center at m. G road ravipuram, ernakulam with my phone complaint because it couldn't power on. The people there checked my phone and separate it parts and they said it has board complaint because of my phone was bought from e-bay before 10 months they gave an estimate of ₹5751.08. Also they gave an additional expense bill for inspection of ₹115, also their behavior towards me is very bad and i paid the inspection bill and due to lack of ₹5751.08 at that time, i returned to my native place and showed my phone to local service station and they checked without open the parts they said it about the power switch. They repaired it in front of me without opening its parts. I paid only ₹200 rupees for it. Now the front camera of my phone is not working properly which means it turned into black shade. And i called the service center at ernakulam again because iam sure about that its because only of them, they behaved very rudely. Again they said it will cost ₹1000 for replacing the camera. Can i get a solution to this? I have the proofs and evidences with me.

                                  I have a Redmi 3s, 8 months old and still under warranty. The phone was working fine until suddenly nit stopped charging and then dies because o[censored]ncharged battery. I took it to customer care at TVS service center in Ahmedabad. After waiting for 4 hours, they finally took my phone and made me write the problems, along with my information on a small slip of paper.

                                  After another 2 hours of waiting, they tell me that the motherboard would have to be replaced and would cost me Rs. 6000. Amazed, that for an ini-warraanty phone costing Rs. 7000, they r asking me to cough up Rs. 6000.

                                  I politely declined to get it repaired...so now a new problem. They wanted to charge me Rs. 115 for inspecting the phone...Inspecting charges on an in-warranty phone???? I have never faced that before. I argues with them a little bit about the charges, and they tell me that they will not give me the phone and i was free to go to the police station or consumer or do whatever
                                  In could, in a very very threatening tone. Theyt also show me the fine priont on the back of the slip where they made me write my information, where, in a complicated way it was written about the inspection charges. 99% of the people would not get this fine print and this gives the service center a weapon to fire at its customers.
                                  Sensing I was on the backfoot, i paid the amount of Rs. 115 and took the phone from them. After this, I went to a local mobile repairing shop and showed them the phone. They checked it and said it was a problem with the charging socket and they fixed it the other day, charged me Rs. 350...

                                  Xiaomi service centers make fool of people and want to extort money from customers, threaten them in the most abusive way possible. How do I sue this company and the service center for trying to fool me and try and rob me for Rs. 6000?

But after one year when it fall down at my floor the display doesn't work then i have ordered one display with touch pad online and after it recicieving it installed but within 15 days i have to changed 3 display with touchpad beacause it's only last for 1 or 2 days beacause without falling down and intense care somehowe display got break and touchpad doesn't work

                                      I m no max user. I m cmplt about slow charging and heating and also to change display bcos front glass is broken. They tell me to come 7pm but the guard say come on next day at 12 o 🕒 i came in 1pm they said ur handset is not ready stay for 20 min i m stand for 1 hour but they say come on 5 pm then i take my hand set and watch it's software is not updates then i ask they said wait for min then they go inside with me and said there is no problem don't update ur software. Bcoz software is lower version. So i went at my home after at home i'm open sim slot tray and it not open and 3rd time at 6:50pm i come at service center so i requested u to plz take care of customer time i m student i don't that much time to spend in service center..

                                        I bought a redmi note 4 on 12 april 2017 but by the end of may 2017, i observed that mobile phone has started bending in perfect u shape without doing anything by my end then after i took it to service centre at kolkata park street just by seeing the handset without checking it, they ask to pay 4000.00 for repairing since it is external damange and putting the blame me that i did it by droping it. Regarding the issue i compliant to the customer care complaint no.[protected] &[protected] along with the pictures of the handset and i requested them to replace it or repair it company is insisting to pay for repairing. I am trying in may way to convience them that i didnot harm my branch new phone and why should i damage my branch new mobile handset after spending rs.13000.00. I am not getting any solution from the company seem that company is relucant to assist for the exchange or repair and asking money of rs.4000.00 for repairing without the fault of mine. Kindly assist.

Customer communicated me on 03.06.2017 that they will call me up but On Tuesday 06.06.2017 I had to call them up for an update and they ask me to call them back on 07.06.2017 which shows how unprofessional attitute of the company towards there customer. Kindly assist me to resolve the matter on urgent basis.
