After the seller recall the product without informing me. As per there shipping terms company does not have authority to recall the product

This is the worst phone i have ever used.
I had to visit care center every 2nd month. I don't know whom to blame - the engineers there or the handset. Fcaing every day the same issue and as a cheery a new issue!
I am also aware that xiaomi knows the issue the 3s handset/model has.
