I bought "mi router 3c" at 10th june 2017 in mi.com. After purchasing i understand it not suppported for bsnl, i called and complained to customer care they said like ask your service provider "rj45". I asked the same to my service provider, they told me, we dont have "rj45" in your area.

Again i called customer care and i informed that "rj45" not available in my area kindly take return and refund my money. But they didnt take return and keep me telling we dont have return policy. They said, we will arrange call back and take return. But i didnt received any call, so again i called informed, finally arranged callback. Callback customer care also said same thing. I am frustrated, i called customer care more than 9 times. Every time i talked more than 30 mins. Still my issue is not resolved.

Even nowhere in site not mentioned that return policy not available. It is worst thing, all the shopping sites providing return. How can they say return policy not available without mentioning anywhere in the site.

Please help me someone to get my money.

      I purchased power bank which was 20000mah costing 2100 with warranty of 6 months.in 7th month it stopped working then i went to service centre.

      Me : i want to repair my power bank
      Lady : is it in warranty period?
      Me : no
      Lady : it can't be replaced.
      Me: ok then kindly repair it.
      Lady : it can't be replaced neither be repaired.
      Me : this product's cost is 2100 + taxes how you can say that it can't be repaired, i am ready to pay repair amount.
      Lady : can't help you.

      So basically this mi people are selling cheap products and they program their product in such a way that it should stop working after few months and their job is over.

      I bet, they will not survive in indian market. I will also put this on twitter and facebook.

      I will try my best to spread this information to maximum people i can and i have already started doing that.
      The same thing happened with me. My mi power bank 10400 mah stopped working in 7months and i had the exact same conversation as above with the service centre lady- Can't be replaced can't be repaired. Really disappointed. Never trusting mi products ever again!

          I had given my xiaomi mi5 for servicing at an authorized service centre. After initial inspection they told me that it would cost me rs10000 to resolve it. I decided to take it to another place just to cross verify. The service centre informed me that some part has been removed from the phone. The worst after service ever seen. If you cant provide a decent service atleast dont resort to something as cheap as stealing from the customer. Really disappointing.
          I have purchased Redimi 4A mobile on 30th March 2017 from amazon.in
          Though we are not using it for continually for long call than also it use to HEAT alot.
          This heating issue is very frequent even I have notice this problem in my Redimi note 3 mobile.

          Pls resolve this issue asap

            Hello sir please fix the issue of redmi note 4 display colour reproduction quality, because i am purchase this phone in may 10 and i will see a big problem in this phone that is its display colour reproduction quality and really it's display colour reproduction quality is very low and seriously it's very disappointed so i request u please fix this issue

              I have visited service centre situated at kankarbagh rajendra nagar patna on 10.06.2016. I reached there around 2pm and asked for token but the person who is taking care deny to give me token. After that i notice that he is giving token by taking some bribe say 10 to 20 rupee. I also manage to get token and wait for my turn. Screen on my phone was damaged and i am working in midnapore west bengal where i did not found any service centre and i come patna for only one day so i have no option to except waiting for my turn. After 2 hour i notice the number which was displayed at screen didn't change for last two hour. I asked one of their staff why it is not working and how much i have to wait. He replied me very rude as i have done something wrong to purchase mi4 or you can say your product. I am very much depressed of your service condition and decided not to visit again in your service centre again in future. It is better to throw my phone is garbage than to visit your service centre.
              Service Centres in chembur, Mumbai. They are not responding well to the customers, Talking rudely & Not interestingly. They are taking Unnecessary High Charges From Customers. They are converting our original Handset parts into duplicate, Please take action against them, i[censored] will not I will register a complain in Police Station

                The mobile number that i had logged in using my xiaomi account earlier got closed because i didn't use it for a long time and when i tried to use my account to back up data into my phone, the xiaomi account asked for a code sent on my old number which i am not using now. I tried to ask for password reset many times but it only said that it'd send me a mail but i still haven't got any. Please help me reset my password. I have a lot of backed up data on that account.
                Also i had memory issue on my phone twice so my phone automatically deleted the downloaded folder completely both the times. That is another folder (Data) i want to back up in my phone. Help me asap please. Would be of great help.
                And stop saying on your site that xiaomi will send a mail within 3 working days. It has been more than a month that i have received any sort of mail or even message. Stop with the false and misleading response, instead help please.

                At malviya nagar new Delhi add D-25 is giving very poor service where two contours are available but only one executive is dealing to all customers. One customer is spending 20 minutes to next customer. They are not telling about second executive. Plz enquiry to this care

                Your product is not good i want my money back i booked mi powebank 20000mah. Mi charger. Mi cable mi connector but every one is duplicate i want my money back tomorrow no need that product i don't like it is not branded company everyone is fake samsung charger is send to me. No need i want my money every one will be local company not a good products i want my money

                  I had bought redmi note 3 in oct 2016 from amazon. Phone started giving problem of not charging since feb 2017. Visited customer care center and got the mother board and charging tray changed. Same prob occurred again in april and same process of mother board changing happened at customer service center.in may again the phone stuck with same problem and i got that fixed by changing motherboard at a service center. Got agitated with this phone and requested the company to replace the phone but they refused to do so by saying we are servicing you free of cost and that is the best we can do. I told them very categorically that this problem will resurface again very soon as there is some prob with this handset but to they did not heed to that. Now today on 14th june again i faced same problem of phone not getting charged and visited their esteemed service centre only to be told that the motherboard needs to be changed. I just do not understand what this warranty means in legal perspective and customer service perspective!! Warranty doesnt mean i visit every month to the service center for repair of a product with same problem... Just in case when the warrannty will expire in oct 2017 and i get this same problem the it will cost me huge 6500 rupees to get the motherboard changed... So on a phone of rs. 11k can xiaomi suggests one person from their own company who can afford to spend 6.5k every month to change the motherboard for the same problem??? Hope to get the resolution... Ad surely i would not take the same phone back this time.. It has to get replaced or else i will take a legal recourse and take it to the conclusion..                     I brought a redmi 4a from amazon in last week of april (Invoice attached) and it got delivered in the first week of may. After using it for less than a week, i noticed the capacitative touch keys were not working.
                    I took the phone to the service centre in malviya nagar, new delhi and they accepted the problem and asked to submit the phone. I did so, and got the phone back within 24 hours. Upon using for 1-2 days, i realised i was not receivig any calls and make any calls despite there being network reception.
                    I took it to the centre again and they claimed it was a problem with the sim. I went to my service provider and got a new sim. Upon still facing the issue of not being able to make or receive calls, i tried to make the phone work with several other sims which worked fine in other handsets.
                    I took the set back to the service centre on 3rd june, and they accepted the problem upon examining. They were having some kind of outage and refused to admit the phone that day and asked me to come on monday.
                    Finally, i was able to submit the phone for service on tuesday, 6th june, and they fixed it the same day.
                    This time, there seemed to be a problem with the screen brightness and i took the phone back to them next day (Thursday, 7th june). They accepted the problem and asked me to come back within two days to collect it.
                    As of now, i've burned 6000 rs and a sim card, besides 2 months because xiaomi does not care enough to manufacture defect free phones, and has no concept of customer service.
                    I want a full refund, and an apology.
                    Screen of my cell is having a mark on right side. But service centre refused to replace it in warranty. They termed it out of warranty due to a mark on edge. Mark on edge has what relation with screen. They called it company policy. So consider my grievance and do the needful.

                      Why cant i able to buy redmi note 4 on your site, if i you don't want to sale the product don't sale it. I always try to buy the phone and i always fail to buy. The product is out of stock in just 1 min, how is this possible? Even i think that the railways ticket tatkal booking is nothing in front of this phone. So i hope u understand your customer's problem and try to solve it.

                        When i kept charing to my mobile it was brunt and some smoke came from my mobile i have a fire extinguisher in my office and done the process if it is not don't done that the mobile will blast immediately. Otherwise if it is burnt in my hand who is responsible person if anything happen to me.

                        And service people are not responding and customer care also not properly answering they are telling it is under progress.

                          I have placed an order for "red mi note 4g -64gb' version on 19th of may. They delivered the product on 22nd of may, i have received a damaged piece and raised a complaint on the same day and sent all the details they have asked for on the following days. Almost send 5 to 10 emails, shouted on social networks.
                          But these people are so lazy to even notice and reply to any of the posts, even the takla kumar jain also not responded to any messages.

                          I wonder how these stupid people are running this company in india.

                          Till now they have not replaced that damage piece but i have paid the first emi.

                          Today is 13th of june still no sign of any update email or response.

                              Service center people damaged mother board, and assured of free replacement and after replacing the mother board, claimed that the mother board was damaged before i deposited it to the center, hence i have to pay for motherboard, incident number[protected], raised too, but even the customer center takes side of the service center and totally unprofessional, impractical suggestions provided instead of taking action, fraudulent chinese company, and fraudulent acts of the employees too, watch out for the product

I want co to take back this thing but customer care says they can not do it. I want to return this phone. This phone is below minimum standards expected. Order no[protected] received on 12/6. Camera shows a circular photo as oval and orange colour as yellow.

                                  My name is vimal kumar, i have recently purchased mi max prime phone from mi.com website on monday 5th june, with order # [protected]. My phone worked for 3 days after which my phone was shutting down abruptly and this is happening every 10 mins.

                                  I contacted mi care on 9th june and requested for support for which a complaint id[protected] was raised. I first spoke to ms lalitha who asked me to downgrade the miui from version 8.2.3 to 8.1.6 stable rom. I tried doing the same and it didnt work out, so i contacted next day and spoke to heena who advised to downgrade to developer rom version 7.2.5 which i tried that also didnt work out.

                                  After that i called back again on 10th june and spoke to wasim who promised me that the case will be escalated to l2 team and informed that i will get a call back on monday that is on 12th june before 8 pm.

                                  I waited till 5 pm yesterday no response from your team, hence i called back again and spoke to narasimma reddy who promised a call back before 8 pm and asked to wait. I waited till 8 pm sine there was no response i spoke to karan and asked for explanation. He requested for one last oppurtunity and promised that i will get a call back today before 12 pm without fail.

                                  I waited again till 12 pm, no call received. I called back again and spoke to mr. Khasif who then transferred the call to floor supervisor mr. Ranjeet, now he has promised me that i will get a call back by tomorrow before 2 pm and had no answers on why there was no call back which i was promised earlier.

                                  Now i am left with no option than to wait till tomorrow 2 pm for call back, failing which i will forced to approach consumer forum/court.

                                  I am writing this deep pain, with a hope that my issue will get rectified and my phone to be replaced earliest possible. I will never come back to buy a xiaomi brand again. Please help to get this addressed for one last time.

                                    Sir, i have purchased redmi 3s prime on 14 march 2017 of order id : [protected]. But soon i faced a huge heating issue in my phone and suddenly stopped working, we tried to charge but it doesn't start. Then i visited service centre. They checked my phone first into their service room refused to take my phone and said that your phone's battery has become dry so we can't accept your phone. Then i went to another service centre there i realised that my phone's battery has been replaced with odd one. So that service centre also refused to receive my phone.
                                    Sir, only 1 month i have used my phone, till now i am wandering one centre to another. And still i didn't get any solution.
                                    I want you to get me solve this issue.
                                    I have Redmi note 4, it was working fine for 2 months. But now the phone doesn't ring when i get call, and even the alarm doesn't ring. Well the speakers are working fine i can play songs, but phone doesnt ring when i get calls...
                                    Please solve the problem..

                                      Yesterday i got the mobile from mi store. Yesterday it's voice was fine from incoming call. But from today on wards i can't hear voice from other side calling me. Can't even hear the dialer tone or message as well.
                                      My mobile sound is at high mode then also can't hear the voice. I have checked my setting as well. Can't able to hear a bit of voice from calling person. Other side people hearing me clearly.
                                      My sim is working fine in other mobile and not a network issue as well. Its defect on mi note4 so solve the problem.
                                      I can hear voice fine from head phone and speaker both but can't hear in normal mode. Other all the functionality is fine. So please help to solve problem as soon as possible.
