I bought a redmi note 4 on 12 april 2017 but by the end of may 2017, i observed that mobile phone has started bending in perfect u shape without doing anything by my end then after i took it to service centre at kolkata park street just by seeing the handset without checking it, they ask to pay 4000.00 for repairing since it is external damange and putting the blame me that i did it by droping it. Regarding the issue i compliant to the customer care complaint no.[protected] &[protected] along with the pictures of the handset and i requested them to replace it or repair it company is insisting to pay for repairing. I am trying in may way to convience them that i didnot harm my branch new phone and why should i damage my branch new mobile handset after spending rs.13000.00. I am not getting any solution from the company seem that company is relucant to assist for the exchange or repair and asking money of rs.4000.00 for repairing without the fault of mine. Kindly assist.

Complaint is not yet resolve. Customer communicated me on 03.06.2017 that they will call me up but On Tuesday 06.06.2017 I had to call them up for an update and they ask me to call them back on 07.06.2017 which shows how unprofessional attitute of the company towards there customer. Kindly assist me to resolve the matter on urgent basis.

    Sir i have purchased redmi note 4 on 15 may 2017 at jodhpur from mi store. My call have got damaged and the screen have got damaged. Now the problem to rectify this issue at jodhpur rajasthan but the customer support which is suggested by mi customer support is defusing to rectify it. They are telling that there is no customer support till now.


    Now sir suggest to me what next step will be taken by me. My wife very angey to me she is not to much happy with me.

      Dear sir/madam

      I shopped xiaomi redmi note 4, 32 gb phone through flipkart on march 22nd which was delivered to me by march 25th.
      I was facing heat issues intermittently from the day 1 and suddenly battery got exploded within 15 days of purchase
      When i take this issue to flipkart, they are not ready to replace as they have only 10 days of window period for replacement and suggested to contact xiaomi customer care.
      Hence i reached xiaomi, but they prolonged the issue with no proper response and finally they asked me to handover the mobile phone to their service centre. I hesitated as the phone was the only proof that i had on this issue but they insisted only if i handover the set, they will be able to provide solution.
      After handing over the mobilephone to their service centre, they are closing the issue as customer burnt the battery volunterily.
      Why in the world, a custmer will do this in purpose that too within 15 days of purchase?
      When i asked my mobile back to file complain against xiomi legally, they are not providing me back.

      I kindly request you to take this issue forward and provide me justice for 10, 999rs which i had spent on some fraudulent company handset.
      My phone lost on 1452017 at gudimalkapur vegitable market tallagadda hyderabad (telangana state) india. police complaint given same day. ME1 [protected], ME 2 [protected]. Phone nos with the cell [protected], [protected]. please trace inform this nos. [protected], [protected], [protected]

After 1st service within day phone stopped ditected sim, again after 2nd service within day phone had been restarting automatically without even being operated, so resubmitted 3rd time. Scince 10 may phone at service at udhna, surat whose work is disaster, pls do needful action & reply asap

          Hi, i bought redmi 4 one month back, and for my bad luck i put a password lock. After five minutes when i use the password to unlock it didn't work after trying for some time password got open and entered second space. And again when i switch off and turned on the same complaint persist.. What is happening for mi phone.. So sad... Being no 1 u r sellin the worst technology phones.. Can u help me out of the situation

            As i am complaining from wadala (E) mumbai, pin code 400037
            My mobile model is redmi note 3, "problem plug in socket problem"
            My mobile issue was the "plug in" problem like charging and discharging.
            This mobile issue was happen at the date of 1st june 2017 after i attend my one of the engineering exam.
            After the next day 2nd june 2017, i went to the "mi service centre" in star mall at dadar, mumbai, maharashtra.
            The timing i went to the service centre was around 11:30 am.
            As i said my issue to the service centre member...
            They said it will repair my charging issue with the mobile.
            As they said that it will be repair soon
            So after 45 minute i again came to see my mobile was repair or not.
            As the service centre member said that they will change my motherboard and pcb thing.
            The cost was around 7400 something, so i said not to repair my mobile cause i cant afford to repair it.
            After i said this to them they fooled me and they burn the socket and ic of my mobile to force me to buy new motherboard to my mobile.
            I realised this thing after i left the service centre of mi company.
            At my nearest and most reliable mechanic of the mobile said that they fooled me and force me to buy new motherboard because i said them to not repair my mobile.
            Now the service centre member done this socket problem.
            I need the refund for what they did, the cost is 2500 of it and i want it as soon as possible.
            Please approve my request to the company.
            I placed order for Xiaomi redmi 3s prime on 7th may 2017. But the order not delivered and it refunded on 12 th may. But I have not received the refund in my bank account till 4 th june 2017. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.
            Pathetic services at Xiaomi service center, Ahmdeabad-Bodakdev.

            Wait time more than 1 hour to address customers. only 1 staff available out of 2 to handle the walk-ins..Waste of time.. AC not working in waiting lounge..

            My phone's vibration motor stopped working. So I gave it to the nearest service centre. It's been almost 3 weeks. I have no details of the phone and whenever I call them they say that they are working on it. Mi service centre are the worst
            We have purchased new phone and it is one day old.
            We are not able to set the pictures in gallery of phone as wall paper.
            It says 'can't load image'.
            Please advise silution.

              I have bought Redmi 3s prime in Sep 2016, now in may 2017 this is third time i'm getting issue with my phone and device in warranty. Within warranty thus many problem repeating, so after warranty i can't spend more money for service.They are not even caring about the customer requirements and satisfaction.

                    My name is ranjan kumar nayak. I had purchase the redmi 3s prime phone from flipkart on 28-november-2016 but due to facing battery power storage issue for past 2 to 3 months on 25-march-2017 i have gone to exculsive mi service center. And the exact address: g12, ground floor, alpha mall building, no. 149, montieth road, egmore, chennai, tamil nadu 600008.

                    Sir, my battery was coming under in-warranty but also the technician first of all denied to replace the battery but after requesting them for more then one hour finally they replace the battery after that i told to the technician as well as the senior technician that ok sir we have replace the battery then show me the old battery to me they strictly deny to show me the old battery as well as the new battery which the have change for my phone after that simply they have hand over the phone as it is and told to me that we have replace the battery and then i ask them no problem will be there related to battery further then they reply no so i return.
                    Service request no - wxin[protected].

                    After 10 days due to my father health issue i have came to my home town one day i feel that some thing is shacking and creating noise inside my phone while i am holding or shacking so i guess something is wrong so i manage some days but when my phone is restarting frequently, charging also not supporting i thought battery may be some issue so yesterday i visited to xiaomi mi exclusive service center. Address: 20-h, park street, kolkata, west bengal 700016, after opening my phone they told that we will not accept this pone as in warranty because the imei sticker was not pasted on the battery by your previous service center and the screw was missing due to which the battery was shacking and phone is shutdown frequently and now my battery also not charging so the kolkata service center is expecting that mother board may be affected.

                    Sir, i have also make a call to chennai egmore service center yesterday and they have discuss with kolkata service center manager as well as with me for more then 20 to 30 minutes and to hide there mistake what the chennai service center had done on while service my phone they are telling that you may open out side (Sir practically tell me with in warrenty period who will do paid service outside) so kolkata service center have given your mail id to report you about this problem. And also kolkata service center has understood that it was complete mistake of chennai service center.

                    Sir i have made a complain to mi customer care on[protected] regarding the same but they also not support to me on this i have the complain number with me also i like to share with you[protected]. Sir kindly help me out of this problem as soon as possible and take very strict action to chennai service center.

                        I had bought a new phone and the next day only i got problem with phone like switch on off, charging, power button, volume button, headphone jack. And then contacted cutomer support through chat with in 5 days then they said their is no replacement service, but aftersome days i got a feedback call in which they said there is a replacement service within 10 days.. When i talked to customer call support they said call support and chat support is different department and replacement cannot be done.
                        My redmi note 4 have dead pixels which i brought from Flipkart and i replaced and the one which i replaced also having the same issue, , soo disappointed
                        Servicing agents are fraud especially in the North east. These inexperienced ### if find a problem which they can't solve urges the customer to replace the whole LCD. If the handset is under warranty they would spill some water over the handset by themselves and charge the customer that their negligence voided the warranty. I'm a victim of fake voiding of warranty. If these inexperienced are not fired immediately, then Mi would go from No.1 to zero within a few years. Customers like me are fed up with Mi service. Overall its a no doubt fact that mi phones r outstanding in terms of budget. My previous love towards mi have turned into hatred due to a inexperienced fraudulent ###. Mi please cope up with this persisting problem in quick time.

                            I submitted redminote 3 mobile for repair due to not charging. After return it started new problem. Mobile was hearing more than 50¢ temperature. I again submitted to service center. He returned after 2 days. But again same problem persisted. Again i submitted to service center. He returned me but again persisted. I need replacement of mobile. Otherwise i will sue against you in consumer forum. I am serving in the court. I need mobile for daily contact in the court.

                              I'm having a battery draining in idle issue with my phone within one month after buying it, I went to Fade service center four (4) times four times I said them to change battery as after lots of changing software's the problem didn't solved, so I said them to change battery and I went today also. I said them to change the battery but they are saying they will not change the battery. Worst Xiaomi services, I would be afford for other phones worst Xiaomi. The China phones services are awesome, what the hell ***** 😣😣😣
                              My phone mi 3s is display screen is automatically color changes and he's problem is collected phone and same day problem please solve my problem

                                  On 29-may, 11:30 am, i called the courier company regarding the status of delivery & schedule delivery for 30-may.

                                  On 30-may, i tried to reach again courier company. There statement was "shipper request for return" when trying to contact the customer care of mi, there were no satisfactory answer from them saying "as the number was not reachable, return was initiated and it will be returned back to the warehouse. Once it gets returned to the warehouse, refund will be initiated."

                                    I've got my xiaomi redmi note 4. Whenever someone calls meor i call someone, i can't hear the voice from the caller [the other side] unless i turn on the loud speaker. Any idea?
                                    Where is your service center in jammu, j&k?

                                        I bought a 3S mobile along with Mi Protect from mi.com, it worked for three months without any problem, then oneday it doesn, t switch on, when i gave it service center they changed the mother board with free of cost, then i faced the same problem after two month, again they changed the mother board for free of coast, within a month the same problem exist when contact the service center they said that the mobile is soaked in water so cant claim warrenty, when i have mi protect, they refuse to service it, when contact the oneassist they ask for replacement letter for the mother board change which the service center denies to issue me, without the replacement letter oneassist also rejects my service request, buying a mobile along with protection plan from mi.com is utter waster and the also the mobile

                                        But i am suffer already 2times battery problem. I am visit your Kolkata service center, but they are not give satisfy service.

                                        Now again I am suffering this type of battery problem.
