Hi,

I am a vodafone customer since last one year and have not faced any issue while using my old handset. I am using redmi 3s since last two months and facing network issue severely. Most of the time there is call set up problem, having full network symbol showing in the handset. Can you please suggest me a probable solution for this. I think this is complete waste of my money buying this handset. Is there any option to change my product as i have already used it. Please reply asap, as i have no other option to go.

But i am suffer already 2times battery problem. I am visit your Kolkata service center, but they are not give satisfy service.

Now again I am suffering this type of battery problem.

Kindly replace my phone.

    I had purchased a redmi note 4 mobile phone from mi site. And received a defective one. Initially, the icons are activated when i double click on it. Within an hour i unable swipe up the phone. Immediate after that i mail to customer care. Up to 4days, i communicated with them to solve the problem. Lastly, they accept the replacement request but told me to send the product with own cost and own risk. They neither help nor support me. I am staying in shillong. I first went to blue dart office as they told it is their courier partner but they refuse to courier it. They told if mi office mail them then only they will accept. I contacted and request them to put the mail. But no one listens and told me to send through any other courier. Then i went to fedexpress, they also refused told that it has the laminated battery so we don't take. Again i communicate to mi and ask for a solution but no use. I had no option left to send the defective product because keeping with me is waste one. Then again i tried with dtdc they allowed but asked me to take on own risk. I paid all charges (Courier+packaging+insurance=rs.910) and finally with lot mental torcher i sent to mi office but i don't know whether it will reach to them or i will get a good phone. Lets hope for best.

    The worst experience that I ever with any shopping. Worst customer care. No help no support for the pickup of the defective product delivered by Mi. Customer executive told that there is no blue dart courier service facility at my place that's why they can't help me. But in Shillong there is a blue dart office. and Blue Dart is their courier partner. They also told that I have sent the courier with my cost and risk. I request much time but the same answer that I have send by own. Then first I went to blue dart office for courier. They simply refused me to accept the product for the courier. Then they asked me if company office put a mail then they can. Immediately I made a call to customer care [protected]. we converse with them for a long time. neither they solve the problem not they help. Not even they send mail. simply told me I have to send anyway. Then I went to FedExpress, they also refuse to take as mobile has a laminated battery. Again I make a call I talk for a long time even with the senior executive they connect my call to him. But again no use. They again repeat the same I have to send anyway. Then I went to DTDC office. They agreed with a condition that I have to send with own risk. I had no option without sending the defective product anyway back to Mi office. I should I do with the defective product. That's why finally I took a decision to send that with own risk. I paid rs.910 (courier charge+ packaging charge+ insurance) and finally, I send. I mentally torched lot with the behavior of Mi. I have never expected this kind of behavior. forget about money, I waste my valuable time after this product and mentally torched. This worst experience I will never forget in my life. I learn a lot from the this. Don't trust any company like Mi who promise something for service and provide something. Product I can't say because I have not experienced may be by chance it is a defective one but definitely, I say about the service, that is worst to worst service

    Without any help for pickup of the defective Redmi Note 4 I had to courier that to Mi office in the address provided by the customer service office. Yesterday by 2:30 pm they had already received that courier but till now no response. I personally called them, chat with the customer service and put a mail to them but till now no response when they will send back the product. can any one help me how to handle this situation? I am thinking of taking the legal action.

    In spite of writing many emails they are not responding. The courier already received at their end but they are not doing anything. Very very irresponsible customer service team.

        I have purchased Mi note 4 along with the handset i have also bought mi protect plan, unfortunately hanset hads damaged and raised the claim for the same Service request number 1953622. and membership id :[protected]

        according to the policy they have to give the handset witin 15 days but it has been 3 weeks no updae from one assit when ihave tried to call them claim relationship officer ms.Jyothi shetty either doesnot respond to call or giving false promises and cuts the call in between.and threatens to give the handset without repair if we follow up for more

        Till date it is pending with insurance company and not specifing when i will get the handset.

        you are selling good phones but dont tieup with this kind of cheaters who not at all care for the customers.you should also be responsible when you sell insurance plans.we buy insurance looking at your name not cheaters like oneassist.

          Hah not even a month n just abit of water split.. Not even drowned n just within 15 minutes it blasted.. And all went black n melted in few minutes..
          Beware of such.. Highly hazardous product.. N recomment never ever to buy spend abit more on good phone rather than a life threat. Wish could post photos of the fully blasted phone.
          Shame on this company.
          N let them n ppl n users know about this life-hazardous device
          With cheap material usa people wait for this product mi note 4 on flipkart n other for sale. N this happens.

            I had ordered Remi Note 4 smartphone from Xiami India direct from the company and instead of phone i received a stone.
            My Mi Order # [protected] shipped on 'May-02', via Fedex (shipping partner) and AWB number[protected].
            When i received the order just within one hour i sent a mail to the company regarding that, but then also they behaved very rudely and told that they cannot help in this context.

            Its really really bad way of working from such a big company.

              The problem is started before this month. For that time our phone is not working properly some time its hang badly, or not charging. Than i go to the customer care on dated 22/04/2017 hazrat ganj, lucknow. But problem is same.
              Now i have faced a lot of difficulties for that reason. Right now my phone is working at lucknow in uttar pradesh.

              So i request you to please solved my problem or change my hand set.

                Sir this is ramesh from karnataka gulbarga. Recently my phone got complaint that not charging and showing 0% charging anytime. When i gave it to nearby service centre checked and saying tha mother board complaint it will cost around rs:6000/- and one more thing i have to say battery issue there not giving better better backup. So i have changed my battery in servicing centre paid 600/ even it is in warranty. If the servicing centre are pathatic condition to whom we have to ask and where we rectify the complaint. We are humans without problem can't design a phone. There is a option of rectifing the problem. Csc arenot taking the issue, the why we have take ur phone. Where customer service is good we go for that. Pls take up the issue and rectify the problem.

                  I bought mi 3s its been 3 months, from a shop nearby my house as it was not available on that time, he gave me the bill of amazon of ₹7000, but he gave me it for ₹7400but the problems starts now, the phone power button was not working I took it to service center first they added many formalities and after 2-3 days they returned the phone saying that there was dust, for 1 or 2 days it worked but after that problem occured again, 2nd problem my memory card does not works in this phone, 3rd problem I noticed today that left side speaker is not working, 4th problem camera takes a lot time to focus, I want replacement for this product or send mi executives to my house so that they can repair and my phone is in warranty

                    Dear sir,
                    As i am holder of readme note 3, i have a problem in wifi connection of my phone. Wifi is disconnected when i take that mobile away from the router.
                    For resolve this problem i approached radient service centre of your authorised centre.
                    The mobile has a warrant period upto 27thjuly 2017.

                    On inspecting the instrument they told that there is an wifi antenna problem. It has to be replaced. They showed me a small shade of dried water near the charging socket. And told me hence the warranty is not applicable. And i have to pay for that.

                    They also asked whether any problem with charging or volume of calls. I said no.
                    I asked that the xiomi product are not so easily prone to the water entering. Even if it is so, water shade is in the bottom corner and wifi antenna is in top. How could it be related that the fault is due that. They told me that after opening the set if we find any shade of water the warranty is not applicable even though the repairing part is different.

                    I argued to cover it with warranty. Or else i will complain to the mi xiomi authorities and for legal claim also.
                    They are not hearing my words and billed rs.470/-.

                    Kindly take necessary steps to refund the billed amount to me.

                      I have purchased 1 no. Of redmi 2 prime mobile thro flipkart on 27.05.2016, in starting 3 months mobile is working fine. After i have serviced the mobile phone 4 times for various problems. Mi store people not resolved any type of issue. Each visited problem is different with frequent months. I have very unsatisfied the brand. I have complaint against toll free number they won't replacemy handset during 4 times problem, they suggest to repair my phone only. But still now problem yet to resolve permanently. Pls replace my handset w/o further any delay. I was very struggle to handle this mobile phone.

                        My xiaomi note 3 in warranty period.and the problem with my cell phone is changed it shape because of heating and today i visited dwarka service center and they didn't given me genuine reason they told me due to your jeans pocket it happened and if you want to send it service center then you have to pay 115 for service . please provide a solution otherwise i will claim for this in consumer forum

                        My phone was broken and was given for repair at Sector 14, Faridabad, India service centre. It has been more than 10 days. I haven't got any update or any information from it. On calling the service centre people are highly unresponsive and unprofessional. They use derogatory language.

                          I had order MI PRIME 3S against Order ID #[protected] on dated 16th MAY 2017. i didn't receive any parcel till yet. i got a confirmation msg or mail from MI courier agency dated on 17th May 2017 and also confirm live chat on mi website on dated 19th may 2017. today, 23rd may 2017 i called on MI customer service center they told me your order is cancel they provide me reason they don't have stock of this product. i didn't get any cancellation mail from MI.
                          I have seen many of the stores charging

                            Hello i bought redmi note 3 around 2.5 mnths ago from amazon and in this tenure i took the phone thrice to service centre of which i m attaching the service record also there is a lot of issues with the phone on the first time they changed the speaker which wasnt working, second time they put the software again... And again there is a lot of problem with the phone it gets heated a lot, data gets deleted on its own i reside in faizabad and service centre is in lucknow the travel charge is costing me more than the phone.. The service centre person is telling you file a complaint we cant do anything else.. We have done what we could neither they are agreeing to replace a phone nd that too with a very rude behaviour totally disappointed by this product i want this phone to be replaced or else i need a refund.. Totally frustrated i m sending the invoice alongwith the service record

                                  I bought redmi note 3 32 gb
                                  Within 3 month it abruptly and without any reason or season got dead.
                                  Kept it working in night in morning it was not responding no display nothing

                                  I took to mipick up service since it has no customer care in dehradun.
                                  On
                                  29th march
                                  Awb [protected] pick mi took it for repair, now its 60 days and no follow up, no call back, no responsible answer, nothing at all.
                                  Evertym i call they say matter is escalated??? You ll get a call back??? Phone is in production??? Nobody is replying where is my phone...
                                  It is really getting me mad and furious!!!

                                  Their must be some turn around time
                                  60 days to repair a phone

                                    My redmi note 3 was facing problem regarding its fingerprint sensor. So i gave it to the mi service center, but when they returned it, my redmi note 3 was not working as it should be. Its problem was not solved as its fingerprint sensor is still not working and now it get switch off automatically then it takes hours to switch on. I have visited to mi service center atleast 3 times but they take my phone, update its software and give it back but its problem is not solved. I have frustrated by thier service as they only update the software, doing the formalities only

                                      Hello I am Dipesh from Ahmedabad I purchased Redmi Note 4 got delivered on 15th of April 2017. The phone was working in good condition only the problem was of battery whenever it was kept for charging it was getting switched off automatically being in warranty period I approached Mi service center at Bodakdev in Ahmedabad the lady on counter gave me a job sheet with very very least visibility and asked me that the problem will be solved in half an hour and asked me to wait so I waited there and even asked that the terms and conditions are not visible before signing but she asked me a not to worry it was just a mere formality now I was waiting butt not turning on for half an hour I left the store after 40 minutes getting late for office thinking to collect the phone in evening as was a small problem and may get solved soon but at 2 pm same day the person called and told me that the phone was water damage and I must pay 10000 /- to get it repaired the phone costs 11000 /-. Now on complaining higher authorities initially they mailed me and wasted time but then after I approached other authorities then they replied well but ultimately today they called me asked me that they follow only job sheet of their service centre nothing else. I asked means customer is wrong and only the right person is service centre on this he tried "yes" that they consider only job sheet.

                                      THE PHONE WHICH WAS PERFECTLY RUNNING OKAY TURNS WATER DAMAGE AFTER 4/5 HOURS HOW?

                                      BEING TOLD THE PROBLEM IS SMALL AND WILL BE SOLVED SOON BUT NOT PROVIDING ANY INFORMATION..HOW????

                                      THE COMPANY ONLY THINKS OF JOBSHEET FRIENDS NOT OF CUSTOMERS AND EVEN THE COMPANY REPRENTATIVE AGREES THIS. HOW????

                                      COSTING OF PHONE IS 11 K THEY ASK 10 K FOR REPAIRING BEING IN WARRANTY PERIOD. HOW???

                                      THEY PROVIDE US FAKE UNREADABLE DOCUMENTS​ AND WE ARE ALSO FRAUDLY TOLD THAT IT IS JUST A FORMALITY...FRIENDS THIS IS HIGH TIME NOW TO RAISE THE VOICE AS THIS IS WITH ME TODAY TOMORROW AND DAILY THERE ARE MANY IN THEIR TRAP..

                                      THIS CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE I GOT HEARD THE INSIDE STORE THAT CLAIMING HANDSET WATER DAMAGE LIKE THIS THEY EARN IN LAKHS PER MONTH AND THEY ALSO DON'T RETURN INTERNAL ASSECORIES IF A WE ASK THEM TO CHANGE THEY KEEP THAT WITH THEMSELF AS THEIR ARE ONLY FEW PEOPLE TO OPPOSE OTHERS DONT HAVE TIME SO MANY FALL IN THEIR TRAP.

                                        Hi,
                                        I have a MI MAX 128 GB, but my phone locked by MI acciunt, and now its not open.
                                        So for this yesterday I have visited vapi service center with bill, but vapi service center executive Mr. Mustak denied to open lock with misbehavior.

                                        Its so bad, and I will complain regarding same to consumer court, and never will use MI phine, I will suggest to every one that please don't use MI phone dye very pathetic service of service centers.
