    Mera MI mobile fon ka display minor accident k wajah se break ho gaya tha to maine service center ko jama kar diya tha muze mera fon 10 din me milega aisa bataya gaya tha lekin abhi take uska display available nahi huwa 11/5/17 ko Maine use submit kiya tha fast kar do ye sub ka plz fast now request abhi 10 days ho gaye abhi tak repair nahi huwa plz fast kar do.aapko agar aisi hi service deni he to itne mehange fon kyu bechate ho jiske parts hi jaldi available nhi hote apne spare me parts rakhana chahiye.

    I bought mi 3s gray .. my mobile suddenly shutdown so I given to mi service center trichy (b2x) . They burn out my mobile in front of me then they told that we il replace new mobile but 3 months gone still they did not . They are cheating me

      I bought redmi3s mobile on 23oct, 2016. Later mobile not works good n mobile was getting heat badly itself, even not on charging. I gave my defective mob in service centre on feb 2nd 2017, same day i received regsn no msg in my mob no. Next i have recvd a msg, Dear Mi customer, your device inspection has now been completed as out of warranty. Please reach out to Service Center for further details.From that m going to service centre, they has been saying u gave but that labour not working now, wait for few days. Your mob service in process.how long i should wait for my mobile n who ll pay for this expenses of going to service centre. 3 months gone.I dont want this nonsense product(xiami) mobile, i need a perfect solution n refund my money which i paid for mobile purchase. And take a severe action on that service centre(B2x, tennur high road, trichy, tamilnadu).

        I had requested for earphone (Mi basic earphone) exchange on 15 April 2017 from MI SERVICE CENTER, BTM LAYOUT as from one side sound I was not coming. Service Request Number is HHIN[protected].Since earphone was out of stock they told I will be informed when they will get new stock. Since that day, neither I received any call nor message from them. Even after calling, I am not getting any response.

        Please look into the matter.

          I have purchased mi protect along with the phone (Note 3) from mi website which was automatically then registered with oneassist. My handset was repaired by mi service centre, and they had replaced its motherboard, since the repair was done by authorised service centre of mi, i believe they have updated the new imei number of my device in their records.

          Now when i applied for the claim of my mobile, one assist said, that the imei number of my mobile is not registered, and they have rejected my claim.

          If the imei had to be updated, then i should have been informed to do the same, by mi service centre that the imei number needs to be updated with oneassist at the time of replacement. this information has also not been mentioned in the replacement letter given by mi service centre. Hence, the complete responsibility of lack of giving information to the customer, lies with mi. Since mi-protect was purchased from mi and the product was repaired by mi service center, mi has all the details of new and old imei number which should have been updated in their system and the corresponding teams including oneassist.

          I have been chasing mi for the solution but instead of providing solution they are harrasing me with unnecessary calls.

          Claim filed on with one assist - 28th feb 17, ticket number 1807946
          Handset picked by one assist - 9th march 17
          Handset condition - only screen broken
          Claim rejected - 17th march
          Handset returned - 21th march
          Informed to xiaomi about the case - 22 march
          No action has been taken be xiaomi till date (16-may-17)

          And also, the device sent back by one assist is in very poor condition. Earlier, before sending only screen was broken and when received along with broken screen :-
          1- sim tray of device was missing
          2- back panel was not fixed properly.
          3- huge dent on one side of the phone near the sim slot

            Mobile is not getting charged through power bank
            Led light of power bank is not getting close. It is remaining on only.
            Bad burning smell of wire is coming from inside.
            Power bank is not getting charged and when putted in charge gets over heated. Please kindly return back our money we don't want to continue replace order. Kindly please do as early as possible

              I bought this phone 3 months back, it's touch screen had problems since 1month's usage and eventually bottom sensors not working at all. I went to service center and they said the touch screen will be changed. Then realised the card slot only is not opening. Service center says, if they open slot, it may damage motherboard, which is my risk and not theirs. Similar problem happened with my MI 3 and 4 three months back. I have these 3 phone lying dead with me. I have my money stuck and had it been any other company, I would have got my phone replaced. Never buy MI phone's, go for any brand but MI. Service centers attitude too is very rude here in Gurgaon, Palam Vihar.
              Sir i brought mi 3s prime from shope. In 3s prime all phones have 3 GB Ram but in my phone only 2 GB ram is there. What should I do, and when i start using camera some time suddenly camera is stop. Please tell me what i do.

                They are making fools of customer. I Tried buying phone several times. But that dark grey color of RN4 was out of stock the next second it came. If you don't have stock why conduct a sale!!
                Ok i know they mention limited stock, but tell me one thing can you make payment of a product in less than a second??
                Why fooling customers?
                Serious action must be taken against them.
                Company is cheat.

                  I had purchased a redmi note 3 from flipcart.com with order id od[protected] on wed, nov 2nd '16 and since december i am facing problem with its rear camera lenses. It was a complete miss fit with the phones outer body which made the fitting with an opening which not air tight and the moist kept on settling on the camera glasses making the pictures taken by them blurred and hazy. I went to the park street (Kolkata) service center on the very first day i had faced the issuethey just merely cleaned the glasses but the fault was s it was. I had visited ever since the service center thrice but of no use. According to xiaomi helpline i purchased it from flipcart so thaey can help me where as the warranty card doesnt says so. This was disgusting and disheartening. Service center throughout didnt even accept that it was a device issue. I have completely wasted my money buy buying it.

                    I have bought mi 3s 2 months ago. Suddenly the battery stopped charging. When contacted service center they said this is out of warranty as they have detected water drops in it. It was the most lame reason to charge extra money from customer. This is a loop hole that mi need to fix as client can't fight with service center on technical front. Can you please look into it. My service request no is wxin[protected]. Service center person has outrighted rejected to repair/replace battery without payment.

                      The service provided in the above mentioned service center is not of good quality. It is not an authorized service center but, it is mentioned as mi xiaomi service center in the internet. I have experienced problem with my phone with in a week of service. I have a very bad experience over here.

                      When asked for a proper service i have been treated without respect.

                        This is Dinesh sending a mail against the poor service provided by your team where I have attached the job sheet which has been submitted by your service center.

                        As on 11 I have submitted my data cable for replacement but they didn't replaced the same. After that when today I called customer care now they are asking about Job Sheet number. Please tell me how I can be supported when neither I can able to charge my mobile phone nor I can able to give you my job sheet number where you people have given a sheet which does not have job sheet number.
                        This is something very worst service that you people are providing and now you want me to visit there for job Sheet and to understand what is the status of my complain regarding the replacement of data cabke.
                        Customer support has been given my Himani today, I fail to understand what support she has given to me.

                          I have purchased my Redmi note 3 few months before.
                          But unfortunately, i have two problems in my phone
                          1. The battery is taking lot of time to charge, even in one hour only 1% is increasing.
                          2. The normal speaker for listening the voice calls is not working, whenever i am getting a call, i need to listen, either through loudspeaker or through the earphones.
                          Could u please solve my issue a.s.a.p.

                                I, purchased Redme 4a from amazon online and paid through credit card Rs 5998 on 20 april 2017 received shipment on 26th april 2017, since than mobile was getting heatup and hanging. On 10 MAY screen touch stop working I couldnot operate handset, unable to switch off.
                                On 12th May I went to Star sercive center at Indore. i complaint about screen touch problem, beofre opeing on customer care representative told its software problem, after some time another representative came and without opening he told its liquid damage case, we will open the set and see. After opeing the set he took the pick and put remark of Wear and Tear, (Handset Liquid Damage). He said its out of warranty.
                                Its very strange that how its out of warranty when first time I visted service center. and only 15 days before I received the handset.
                                Either service center is minting money with false statement.
                                It should be checked by the company and if my set is not repaired or replace than I will go to consumer forum, I will apply for chargeback to visa credit card and complaint in online PMO.
                                Please revert with positive resolution.

                                    Mi service is very poor,

                                    They sell an accidental coverage warranty with the product (One assist) but when you actually contact them for reporting an issue they direct you to a website to upload photos and details of issue
                                    What ever you try to or however you try explain them about the issue they keep responding asking

                                    ". Detailed description of loss/damage mentioned : mention the damages in the handset.". Again and again

                                    Not sure if this is way to trick and frustrate the customer to get rid of them

                                    In addition this the product quality is not that great its a typical chinese device with made in india logo the adapter failed within a year

                                      On august 2016 i bought mi redmi note 3, on december the processor of the device got damaged and my phone got dead. Now my battery charge doesnt sustain 30 mins also and the battery has swallon up.
                                      I want a replacement thought mi to be a very reputed brand. Very dissapointed with the conpany. Please i need an urgent replacement, this wont be tolerated that phone will cause problem so frequently.

                                        I am viren jani working with reliance industries ltd jamnagar. I had purchased Xiaomi redmi note 3 on 19th may 2016. And as on date 8th may 11.47am handset was blast that's why I had gone at service centre of mi in jamnagar diya communication but they had not accepting my issues in warranty, I read all the documentation about warranty and if handset is not physically or liqudation issues they must considered in warranty period but still service center executive not understand and not accepting my handset.
                                        Pls give me forward path hope you give my positive.
