The service provided in the above mentioned service center is not of good quality. It is not an authorized service center but, it is mentioned as mi xiaomi service center in the internet. I have experienced problem with my phone with in a week of service. I have a very bad experience over here.

When asked for a proper service i have been treated without respect.

    This is Dinesh sending a mail against the poor service provided by your team where I have attached the job sheet which has been submitted by your service center.

    As on 11 I have submitted my data cable for replacement but they didn't replaced the same. After that when today I called customer care now they are asking about Job Sheet number. Please tell me how I can be supported when neither I can able to charge my mobile phone nor I can able to give you my job sheet number where you people have given a sheet which does not have job sheet number.
    This is something very worst service that you people are providing and now you want me to visit there for job Sheet and to understand what is the status of my complain regarding the replacement of data cabke.
    Customer support has been given my Himani today, I fail to understand what support she has given to me.

      I have purchased my Redmi note 3 few months before.
      But unfortunately, i have two problems in my phone
      1. The battery is taking lot of time to charge, even in one hour only 1% is increasing.
      2. The normal speaker for listening the voice calls is not working, whenever i am getting a call, i need to listen, either through loudspeaker or through the earphones.
      Could u please solve my issue a.s.a.p.

        My newly bought redmi 3s battery get damaged within 10 days of purchase i tried to replace it but nothing happened now i'm continuosly trying to repair it's battery at mi service center but they always postpone the plan of changing battery by saying that redmi 3s battery isn't available at current... It's happening for more than 16 days now... Somebody help...

            I, purchased Redme 4a from amazon online and paid through credit card Rs 5998 on 20 april 2017 received shipment on 26th april 2017, since than mobile was getting heatup and hanging. On 10 MAY screen touch stop working I couldnot operate handset, unable to switch off.
            On 12th May I went to Star sercive center at Indore. i complaint about screen touch problem, beofre opeing on customer care representative told its software problem, after some time another representative came and without opening he told its liquid damage case, we will open the set and see. After opeing the set he took the pick and put remark of Wear and Tear, (Handset Liquid Damage). He said its out of warranty.
            Its very strange that how its out of warranty when first time I visted service center. and only 15 days before I received the handset.
            Either service center is minting money with false statement.
            It should be checked by the company and if my set is not repaired or replace than I will go to consumer forum, I will apply for chargeback to visa credit card and complaint in online PMO.
            Please revert with positive resolution.

Whenever I am trying to open the Explorer folder on my phone it is not opening and a notification saying 'Unfortunately Explorer has stopped' and 'Send bug report to mi' are flashing.                 Mi service is very poor,

                They sell an accidental coverage warranty with the product (One assist) but when you actually contact them for reporting an issue they direct you to a website to upload photos and details of issue
                What ever you try to or however you try explain them about the issue they keep responding asking

                ". Detailed description of loss/damage mentioned : mention the damages in the handset.". Again and again

                Not sure if this is way to trick and frustrate the customer to get rid of them

                In addition this the product quality is not that great its a typical chinese device with made in india logo the adapter failed within a year

                I think software got expired, My mobile is not getting ON. I given to MI service centre, They told me to put new software. I dont know how to rectify this issue, so Kindly help me to overcome this problem.

                  On august 2016 i bought mi redmi note 3, on december the processor of the device got damaged and my phone got dead. Now my battery charge doesnt sustain 30 mins also and the battery has swallon up.
                  I want a replacement thought mi to be a very reputed brand. Very dissapointed with the conpany. Please i need an urgent replacement, this wont be tolerated that phone will cause problem so frequently.
                  I have bought the mi max 4gb phone rs. 20000/_ on 03/05/17

                  But iIhave faces that galary not opening. It shows message that closed. No require permission

                    I am viren jani working with reliance industries ltd jamnagar. I had purchased Xiaomi redmi note 3 on 19th may 2016. And as on date 8th may 11.47am handset was blast that's why I had gone at service centre of mi in jamnagar diya communication but they had not accepting my issues in warranty, I read all the documentation about warranty and if handset is not physically or liqudation issues they must considered in warranty period but still service center executive not understand and not accepting my handset.
                    Pls give me forward path hope you give my positive.

                      I have purchased xiaomi redmi note 3 (Gold, 32gb) on 03-dec-2016. (Amazon order:[protected]. ​ i continuously getting issues with this product and continuously visiting service center, but no resolution i got.

                      ​please find below details of my visits to the service center velacherry. But still issue not resolved.

                      ​9th feb 2017​- proxy sensor fault - serviced
                      ​​4th mar - 2017​ serviced again for the same proxy sensor fault
                      ​1​8th mar 2017​- mother board replaced
                      ​​01st-april-2017​- phone got very hot, could not switch off, went to switch off mode automatically
                      ​1​5 april 2017​- ​phone went to switch off mode automatically, ​ kept for further service &​ observation.
                      ​​20th april 2017​, collected the device, since issue was not resolved, immediately deposited the device to the service center on the same day for further service and observation.
                      26th april 2017- advised me got the collect the phone after service.
                      28th april 2017​-​ same issue ​is persisting. My phone moved to dead mode​ automatically even the battery is more than 90%​.​

                      ​05th may 2017- previous version software reloaded, but proxy sensor issue came again

                      I have been advising by the customer care team to visit service center again and again whenever I faces in this defective device. I clearly informed that, i have visited more than 7 times to the service center for multiple issues in my device, there is no use on visiting the service center again. The MI India customer support team is not ready to accept the quality issue in the devise. This was not rectified even after 7 services with in 6 months.

                        Accessories like a head phone are bad quality not worth to spend, if you will buy, you will find product quality like a road side seller. No one will handle your calls on complain and simply you will get answer we do not have return policy as MI knows that customer will return product after looking. MI is a cheater. Be careful before you buy any accessories. Better Amazon to buy anything.. I think all reviews created by MI them self So, customer can place orders.

                          My charger is faulty under warranty, i submitted faulty charger to service center which request number is hhin[protected] on dated 07.03.2017. Unfortunately the paper is missed by me. I was going to service center for receiving the material on dated 06.05.2017, service center executive told us, your material is deliver to you. I told him, please give proof for this. He has unable to give proof. Please give us paper, then i will do. No body taken the charger. As per my opinion, due to my delay pickup. Mi service center executive sell my charger.
                          I am using redmi note 4 in miui 8.2.4.0 and it can't hide my images. Sometimes i hid my images and they became lost and i couldn't also find in trash(mi cloud) and sometimes it occurs error in hiding. I can't find out the reason.I have also searched on the internet but i can't find the solution. PLEASE give me a solution.

                            I got my phone in jan, 2017,
                            By month of february i had the following issues,
                            Heating up
                            Internet accessing problem
                            Apps crashing very often
                            Brightness problem

                            On 4th may, 2017 battery wasn't charging therefore gave the phone for service on may 5th.

                            Though i got it serviced (Motherboard replaced on warranty) on 5th may, 2017 morning, evening i am again facing the same issues except for battery charging.

                            Also the service desk employees were not friendly and showed no interest in providing the service at 100 feet road, bangalore.

                              Blue dart botad unit harrashing me to deliver my consignment awb#[protected].in spite of giving delivery he speak lie with me and blue dart head. Also make fake progress of this item. Because i am a so longer customer with mi and all pkgs delivered me at my default address. But todays intention of blue dart botad is seems to be suspected and make fool to all o[censored]s.

                                Sir I Dipjay Datta has purchase a mobile phone on 18 May 2016. I found problem in this device on 2nd May, 2017 and gone to the service center address mentioned bellow. The service center is xiaomi authorized service center. I have 1yr warranty of my phone. But although that they have demanded Rs. 7000 to make the device work properly. The problem was that the mobile was not getting charged.

                                  I purchased this set on 12th august 2016. It is still in warranty. My phone stop charging when i visited the service centre they told me that device is opened somewhere else. It is not in warranty now but truth is not that. When i know that product is in warranty how can i go somewhere else. Our whole family is a regular customer of your;s but totally disappointed when this is my first time of complaining and you people are charging money from me.                                     I got the phone on 11/03/17 and after only 15 days i face the problem of screen flickering & i have given my phone to flex centre in kormangla 5th block bangalore on 21/04/17. After two days i went to collect the phone after replacing the screen they said its fixed (How can you replace a phones screen without knowing the problem you guys really have some professionally trained people) but when i checked it had the same problem & they said they need 2 more days. From thereon the 2 two day story continues till now. Is it the level of your service. This was the first time i got a mi phone & is the worst experience of my life. Will never recommend it to anyone.

                                        i have a common problem for this smartphone and it will be fixed in 3 months.

                                        my name is Omri Danka, im a tourist in mexico city, i baught in mexico city at wallmart store a xiaomi redmi 2 pro model smartphone less than 3 months ago.
                                        I sent the smartphone to the guarantee company (Brightstar Company) diagnostic, and they ltold me the problem is with the camera device and explained to me its common problem, they said that in order to fix it they need to order a new camera device from china, and it will be delivered and will be fixed in around 2 months or even later, they arent sure yet.
