Sir I Dipjay Datta has purchase a mobile phone on 18 May 2016. I found problem in this device on 2nd May, 2017 and gone to the service center address mentioned bellow. The service center is xiaomi authorized service center. I have 1yr warranty of my phone. But although that they have demanded Rs. 7000 to make the device work properly. The problem was that the mobile was not getting charged.
So I request you to take it as serious as i am unable to use my phone. Isn't it a big fraud from xiaomi?
