I have purchased MI3 phone when it newly came to market. After using the phone for 2 years, my phone's battery is not working. I went to service center and told them to change the battery and they refused commenting that this phone is out of stock and battery won't be available from now onwards.
So according to them use any MI phone for some time period only. And if your phone is out of stock you will be screwed by MI service center.br...

Received defective product from mi.com on 13.04.2017. ordered a redmi note 4 and it had a hump near speaker grill. Called customer care for replacement & they told issue will be resolved within 48 hours. It's already 48 houts after raising a complaint but still haven't received any call. 3rd class service by mi.com
Customers are being cheated literally.

I have purchased Red mi note 3 through flip cart on 18.10.2016 vice invoice no.[protected] and order no [protected].
The device started malfunctioning ie autometically rebooting very often on and from Feb 2017.
The device was placed to your service centre B2X at 115B Canel Street, Sreebhumi, Kolkata-700048 on 02.04.2017.
There it was attend and reported sub pcb liquid damage. The same was replaced with cost...

I have been trying to order the product in both Flipkart and Mi site for the past two months. Not even ordering, I can't even see the 'Place Order' option. Within seconds, the product is being out of stock. Sir/madam I want one say that my phone is hanging very much. It is not the storage problem . I had issue with display touch, Display light and everything was working well, Just touch was not in a working condition. And product was in warranty. A engineer from service center told me, Connecting chip of display s damaged so it's not be a part of warranty. And your screen is working properly because of this chip, Touch is not working.

I gautam modi have a mi max, i was continuously using it smoothly but suddenly i got issue in charging this mobile was not getting charged while switch on but in switch off it was easily getting charged.
