Ref to mi. Complain no[protected]. Dated 18-04-17..
Due to wrongly updated imei in record by a service center, after change of mother board so other service center not providing worrenty services to my phone.
After along wait since 18th april17.. We r now planing to file aleagal complaint against service center and company.. Is it only option remains open?
Or else any one from service team not bothers to resolve company mistake...

The fonts updated for MIUI 8 is very poor... I love Vir Mix Theme N1 which is not available in recent days... Plz bring it back!!!

    I hv given my red mi note 3 to nearest service center.. It has mother board problem and it comes under warranty period... One month has been passed but they have not yet repaired my mobile.. And when i call them the cut my my phone.. This is ridiculous sir... They don't listen our problems rather they cut our calls.. Plzzz take immediate action against them..
    When I click "Add account and device" in "Mi unlock status" under "Developer options", it displays a tooltip saying "86012: Device doesn't exist" (It says this in chinese, this is translated version)
    And i have also permission for unlock bootloader

      I placed order on MI redmi Note 4 mobile on 21, April, as per company policy they will delivered with in 5 day, on Sunday I got message form Bluedart they will delivered on 24 April that's by I planned to go my home and apply for leave Friday I am traveling to my home but still I didn't get my mobile there is same status from Saturday I try to contact to Mi team but The have no satisfactory answers but I will really heart If I did no;t get my mobile on time what should I do they told only sorry for any inconvenience but that is not satisfactory for me I request to team i want my Mobile till Friday otherwise I need Compensation still they don't know when product will be delivered I fell being cheated Hope so After My this complaint company will take action otherwise they don't care of government policy

      Still I didn't get any response from MI side I talk a one hours from Mi CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND connect last one week but they have no solution finally I am traveling today without mobile .I am so much irritated by MI and waste my lot of time to connect them but they are not supporting I request to please Solve my issues
      I Purchased Redmi Note 4 Thorught Mi Pre - Order And When I Got My Phone That I Found That The LED Flash Light Was Not Lit.
      I Took My Mobilr To The The Nearby Service Center (Madhuban Electronics Kota) Then They Told Me That They Fixed It In 2hours But All They Do Is Making Excuses Since 2 Weeks But My Phone Was Not Fixed. ..

        I made purchase of redmi note 4 (4gb ram/64 gb in build) on march 01, 2017. Since the very next day i plugged in my earphone it did not detect. I try to restart the device and plugin once again but no help!.. I visited to nearest authorized xiaomi service center in malad (W) which was not organized and the staff was rude to provide correct reason for the fault. After submitting the phone to technical support they performed factory reset and after 1 hour they asked to check if it is working fine... It worked fine then and after 1 week same issue occurred. I emailed my concern to xiaomi and also visited the service center and same whole process took place and somehow it worked... To my anxious i asked the staff at service center for root cause of this issue, he said it needed the update to be installed which they did and told me if the issue persist then we have to replace the motherboard.
        I was shocked with the answer of replacement of motherboard for 1 week old phone which really disappointed me to the core.
        I received callback from technical support team of xiaomi technical support team asking about the issue... I explained the entire scenario of how i been dealt with the service center staff and unsatisfied resolution given to me for changing motherboard.

        Today april 26, 2017 after 1 month 26 days of my purchase of this device, now my phone has new problem wherein whether the earphone is plugged in or not it always shows the sign of earphone been plugged on notification bar... I am very sad with such kind of experience with xiaomi... I tried to several time to restart my phone but no good...

        Now my only appeal to xiaomi is to offer me replacement phone as i have lost trust with the device that i purchased from xiaomi or else to refund my hard earned money which i wasted behind this useless product which never come to standard expectation of consumer.
        I purchased redmi prime 2 from snap deal.Now it showing heating problem.I went to kaushlya state service center 19.04.2017. but no any improvement in my device.on the other hand decreased quality of the back speaker.

          I purchased an Mi ear phone worth Rs. 999/-, however the same got defected after few days and was not replaced/repaired as I had lost the box of the ear phone, however, i had the original copy of Tax Invoice but the company denied me on the basis of their internal policy. When i asked for a hard copy/soft copy of the policy document, on the basis of which my ear phone was not replaced, I was denied to be provided by the same.

            My purchase redmi note 4 mobile device in 10 days back, but device bottom side problem in bottom back side on the mobile, my complaint in redmi customer care and my nearest service center, not responsible in service center and careless answer and tell me to talk to redmi customer care persons, my purchase in mobile kadapa district main showroom in big c mobiles, i disappointed mobile charging is slow and display is very very poor performance in mobile. Speaker sound is no clarity and distant bent. Pls slow my problems.

              I am unable to service my mobile due to the service center represented that the mobile was broken and it was not going through under warranty. But i was not broken. There was some problem on home key. My warranty was valid till 31.08.2017 and the imei no - [protected], [protected]. Please check and verify and take the necessary action.

                I bought a Redmi 3s a few months ago. It was working fine up until recently when it started getting heated up during normal usage. I also complained to the officials but got no satisfactory answers. On 21 April, while charging it suddenly started getting hot and before I could do anything or unplug the device, it caught fire. I tossed it aside as soon as I could and in few seconds it was on fire. I have lost all my important data.

                  I have received faulty product for the 2nd time now & people from Mi want me to go to service center after submitting all the proofs, snaps etc through email.

                  Now they are saying replacement or refund can only be processed after I get some job sheet number. How can anyone go to the service center during office hrs. Not even understanding the issue.

                  Their awkward policy says that pickup for faulty product can only be done for the first replacement which means customer should visit their service center every time cause Mi India keeps sending us faulty products. Strange policy.

                    I am thinking of ordering a screen protector for my mi note 4 for the last few weeks. I also had asked you, to notify me once the product is available. But seems like your product won't make it to me, as your availability is outstanding and excellent. Please understand, probably your smartphones are doing excellently well in the market, but the way you guys are managing the mi store is pathetic, which indirectly will hamper the repeat purchase of your products and accessories( if at all it is available in your store .) I have had wasted quite a bit of money in getting the perfect screen guard, as I am not getting the right product. Having said all that, just wanted to suggest you, on improving the availability of the products in your store, else you might lose on a good customer base.

                      I bought Mi 3s prime 32gb(on 6th dec 2016) phone from MIstore website it is not getting ON. So I went to the nearby Xiaomi Exclusive service centre, but they charge me Rs.500 for the replacement of charging point.
                      (Reason: they say that it is a physical damage) I don't think i have ever dropped the phone from my hand how can they say that.
                      Mi should get ban from india...
                      When we are on calling voice is not hear clear & breaking voice.

                        I was purchased orent induction top at the end of nov-2016. i got a failure product. then i complained to the shop person where i purchased from, he told that complain to customer care, i contacted then the service engineer approved for replacement. but shop person and supplier playing games with me since last 4 months the product is not available i attached the list of purchase bill, service engineer copy

The battery life was Awesome for 10 days, no phones can beat it in battery of mi note 4, but after 10 days the battery get the worst it drains a lot lot as I can't think about that. Now I'm getting my phone to Xiaomi Service center. I hope Xiaomi Service will not disappoint me

                            On february i buy a mi 3s & now i am facing lots of problem about its battery. It's charging percentage is not exceeding above 47%.                               My phone which i bought 6 months back is not getting battery charged. I went to the nearby xiaomi exclusive service centre, but they are saying they will charge rs. 640 for the replacement of the part. (Reason: they found colour fading inside the part and it may be because of moisture and they won't give warranty). I never dropped my phone in water. Then how can they say this?

                                Hi, my power bank stopped charging after 3 months of my purchase and after that I visited the service. They said that they would give me a replacement within 15 days. I got a replacement after 45 days. But the piece provided was again faulty and I had to again give it to the service center. Till date I have't received any calls from any of the Xiaomi team. I've called their customer care center multiple number of times. Each time they have placed my call either on hold or given me false promises that your complaint would be addressed by our seniors. Is this how you provide service and on top of that a replaced piece which was again faulty.

After 5 day eventually i contacted and they gave me answer you had to contact within 24 hours... They not gave me proper answer. My.. Soow how can i replace my demaged phone... Mi have some kind of responsibility or not... Please replace my phone quickly...

                                    It is approximately 1 month of the time i bought my new phone that is this mi note 4... One day i fall on the floor and mobile is inside my pocket and suddenly i saw in my pocket i find that it gets bend.. Yes it's true my newly mi note 4 is bended from that time.. And we can call it as mi note 4 curve...
                                    Soo customer care will u please answer me how can i get out of this major problem..???
                                    U will replace my mobile or else u will fix it without getting any external charge??
                                    Answer me as fast as you can please...
                                    I believe in mi products and from the starting i m using mi products

                                      I have purchased Xiamoi Not3 from Sangeetha RR.Nagar, Bangalore on 10/12/16 from the day one the Censer is not working getting heated up too much if we use for 5 mins continuously finally we went to Sangeetha for repair first question was who asked to buy this phone it is not good and we are really surprised and do know what to react secondly when we purchased the sales person told us clearly that within 1 year if any complaints you can bring it here now he refuse to take the faulty one. Finally we went to Service center in BTM layout after spending Ola charges 1280(up and down) and the service center no fan nor the air conditioner is working finally we got repaired or cleaned since it was hot in standing there we just moved and when we reached home the Censor is not working and we can't see the display. When i contacted the Helpline of MI they also not positive and again asked me to go to service center. I am not sure if the phone is genuine or refurbished moreover what guarantee the phone will work again. Really frustrated with the phone after spending harden money we have to go through these problems and I am requesting for refund or good phone which is working.

                                        I ordered a redmi note 3 from xiaomi on 30/3/2017. Later I changed my mind and canceled the order. Payment was done using Visa Debit Card.

                                        I got a mail from xiaomi that my refund was initiated on 2/4/2017 and i would receive the refund in 5 to 10 days. As of 20/4/2017 I am yet to receive my refund.

                                        I contacted xiaomi India and sent my bank statement to them showing that no money had been refunded. The told me to go check with the bank which I already did.
