I bought the mi note 3 last October. It was a 3 gb ram with 32 gb rom of golden colour.it has been 5 months since then, the phone is working perfectly but the golden colour has faded and it came out to be of something like a silver one. I am amused that a product like this is delivered by xiomi .its pathetic.
Means its totally disgusting.i loved the golden colour.please suggest me what can be done about that.

    Mi service center branch mp nagar bhopal is very bad service provider.
    these staff members is not capable for handling the customers.
    engineer vivek nagore is totally confused for identify the problem of mobiles.
    And demanding the money for solving problem.All staff members demand the money for every issue of mobile from everybody.
    all customers is not happy there sevice.
    This type of staff members and there service will crack the image or value of Xiomi.
    let us real example i am using MI note3 but its battry is drain fast and heating prblm occurs..I have go MI center and told this all problm to executive but staff members told me your battery dead purched new battery 1000/-
    i told to everyone my mobile is on waranty period and allmost 3 month old.why you are charged me for that.
    but staff members and also encharge not agree and finally i have pay 1000/- .
    and after 2 day mobile highly heat and i have go again in service center.
    staff told me you will leave the mobile.then i agree and after that just 8 day to go he told me your PCB is not working .and changed the PCB..but after 2 day mobile is very high heating and once again i leave the mobile on service center and staff told me once again your PCB changed...this whole process takes 1 month overall 30 days.
    but my problem is not solved til now.
    i will never purched Xiomi handset and never suggest to anyone
    thank you MI members.

    I'm using mi note 4... I dun know what happened to my phone I'm not getting any call but from other side ringing... I'm not able to call n it's not network problem because I'm using mobile network.. please kindly let me know wat is wrong with my phone...

      Xiaomi Phone battery blows up. Battery blew up in 6 months o[censored]se on the Redmi Note 3. Though still under warranty, Mi India refuses to cover it under their warranty.

      The phone inners are completely melted, have lost all my data and SD card in the phone.

      They claim that I have caused damage to the phone.

      There is no recourse with the Xiaomi India, and this is a serious issue that their phone battery blows up. This is a safety concern as well as a concern that if the companies acknowledges this claim, then their Quality Checks are not in place.

        My phone purchased from flipkart on 16 Oct 2016 .It got hanged three times on Mi screen .Visited official service centre of Mi but still problem is there .I complaint at Mi CC but MI company dotted faltu peoples at there place .Mi MATLAB chutya banane ka company hai ..
        I have purchased a handset mi3s from the site, i have received dead mobile on date 05 march 2017 i request returned the product. company picked up the dead mobile dated 07 march 2017. but there is no product send to me.

          I order a phone 3s prime in november 2016.and given to phone service in December 2016. They service my phone till the date March 2017.when I ask for replacement .they said give to service center they will repair soon.they doing more than 3month repair there is no solution .I report this in your mi customer care earlier.but no one response.when I changed another service center.they said we can't service this mobile.I asked detail .they said part was missing in device.when I asked first service center I agree complaint of missing part you again visit to same center.we will align the part .I make complaint of erode first service center.I move back to another service center in Coimbatore. They do three to four service .I get no solution.again I called mi service center.they said simply go to erode center.you will get solution.when I service more than three time and take my part cheating(complaint register on erode) and then only I moved to another service center.how you can tell this again and again.you company no one response this incident .when I called customer care no one give solution.from you rule repair in any condition within one month.but you can't do that.still my phone was in service center .I want only only new phone or replacement of money.when repair the phone I can't pick up the phone .more than month what you do.my order ID=[protected] I purchased mobile in mi app. Response quickly I register complaint in consumer Court ID no:210235 there is no response from you .             I had purchased this phone on 17 March pre order and was delivered on 22nd March
            The phone is 4gb 64gb black
            I have been delivered a defective product the screen has dead pixels the whole screen is full of red, green, blue and white dots I have tried to contact Sangeetha but no response from them and the local shop at my location does not want anything to do with online orders please give me a refund or replacement as soon as it is possible

            I had great respect for xiaomi and purchased this product will full trust but Sangeetha and Amazon has let me down this problem is there from the first day I purchased this product will not recommend xiaomi to anyone one anymore I used to fight with people on forums for xiaomi and finally xiaomi has let me down

            Also they are charging 500rs extra for this they don't have shame to give a defective product

            Both the companies didn't even bother to reply I had to go to a service center about 60kms from my location to get the screen replaced thanks to Xiaomi they did it for free please don't buy phones using sangeetha online and don't use pay with amazon for any of your transaction as amazon doesn't care about these transactions its better to buy it directly from amazon itself as they are much more trust worthy

              I drop my redmi s3 prime phone on water accidentally so it failed to turn on. Brought to Redmi Services center (Park St. Kolkata) for inspection. They told me it couldn't be fix and advised me to buy a new set. Any phone damage caused by wet is not applied under warranty service which i agreed. Yet i dont understand why i have to pay Rs.115 for inspection charge though my phone is under warranty. Something not right.

                I have purchased a MI 3s mobile in December 2016 but in March there was a problem occurred in the incoming call speaker volume .The handset was submitted in the service center and which is returned back unrectified on 23 March again I have visited the centre and on 24 it was returned stating that the same is rectified and some part is replaced...but since then there is a problem of no service/ no network is there...I am a senior citizen aged 70 yers and hence can not run to the centre again and again...please help in the same

                  Dear sir, I am a regular cyclist, for tracking my cycling exercise I was in search of fitness band.I saw one on internet which was from xiaomi India, I then called there customer support center on 20th march at11.11 am, call lasts for 8min20sec, in the conversation i clearly mentioned i want this band for cycling purpose and the person told me it is useful for cycling too, he told me when you padle it will show how much steps you have taken and how much calories you burnt, I told him frequently that I need band for cycling and if itt is not uese ful i will return it and he says ok.
                  Yesterday I received my band and today for cycling I wear it, actually I rode 8.96 kilometers and burnt 223 kcal according to my mobile app, but the fit band shows me 9 steps and 11 calories burnt and was very wrong.So in the morning i called customer support and they refuse to refund, I told them by giving wrong information you have sold your product you must have recording of my previous call, but they refuse every thing.Please do help for these type of wrong marketing strategies.

                    I have purchased my xiaomi 3s prime last december..its gettng off by itself attimes.last time when i took my phone to check msg seeing notification, i cudnt find it gettng open.i tried calling my number from other phone.i can hear the dialler tune but my phone doesnt rings.it was little hot to at the same time.this problem started one month after i purchased my phone.

                      But from last few weeks am facing problem
                      For incoming and outgoing call
                      When I speak on normal mode the person standing on another end of phone /receiver is not able to hear my voice or he get very low voice.
                      I have done hardwear mice taste too And result also came as pass
                      To trouble shout this problem I also visited your service centre in Ghatkopar that also 3 times
                      First time they changed mice, on second time they updated softwear and on Third time they kept my phone observation and all thre resons more than a week.
                      But still am facing the same problem.
                      Please trouble shut this problem .
                      And from this problem am not only person is sufreng

                        MI INDIA TRYING TO RUN AWAY WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY my order id [protected]. i placed an order on feb 3rd.. i wrongly purchased 2gb ram model. i made the payment using netbankingof an amount 9999 rs . while delivering i didnt accept the phone.. i called customer care..they told me i will get my money BACK in 7 to 8 working days.. it has been almost two months.. i didnt got my money back. whenever i called i was getting same reply like i will get my money in another 7 working days.. they are simply cheating..

                          Better you may visit the Xiaomi Service centers which is reliable to reach in your locality. Also i[censored] could not know where the service centers are available means you may check in their official website. Your problem will settle down by them. Because i faced some problem in my mobile as Touch pad is not working. But after visiting their service center i got repaired without any cost. Also If you Phone is under Warrentee period means go with bills.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I purchased Mi Note 3 on 25 May 2016 through amazon in bangalore, karnataka india. On 02 Mar 17 onwards my mobile battery indicator showing charging but even after putting full night on charging, actually its not charged even a single percent. I keep trying to charge then suddenly in between two time its charged upto 60% and then stop there only but battery indicator still showing charging even after changing the charger. When i contacted to mi customer care in [protected] on 04 Mar 17, he suggest me to check few things like battery health and battery life. when i checked its shows battery health good and temp 33 deg which was good as per customer care executive then he suggest me to visit nearby service center as problem persist with hardware. So on 04 Mar 17, i visited TVSE begumpet hyderabad (Opp Pace Hospital) around 1300 Hrs as that time i was in Hyderabad for my official trip.When i projected my issue with the customer service center lady, initially she told me problem is there with my charger but when i showed my charger then she said will format the phone and if problem remain persist then only will check mobile hardware which was really shocking for me as i don't have taken any mobile backup so i requested her to check hardware first instead of formatting it but she rejected my request. Same day around 1600 Hrs i received my phone back, when i checked it with supply its showing charging from 20 to 22 % so i came back to my home as i was new there and staying around 16 km away from bagumpet. As per service record, there is problem with Sub Board and repair method used is 102pcb, 601. But problem remain same when i checked it back after returning to my home even after changing that sub board assembly as well as after formatting my phone. Moreover my power button was not working smoothly so when i checked it i found a small gap in between both the cover near power button only, While pressing the covers, power button work perfectly. So i was trying to contact the customer care immediately but as Mi working hrs is upto 1800 Hrs so i was not able to connect them.
                            On 05 Mar 17, i already the registered complaint to customer care executive Mr Gagan regarding the same issue and he give me a docket number[protected]. As sunday xiaomi service center remain closed and on monday i came back to Bangalore so not able to visit there again.
                            On 07 Mar 17, i got a phone call from Mr punit regarding the same issue and he suggest me to visit the nearest service center so that service center also give their opinion regarding the case.
                            On 11 Mar 17, i visited Mi indranagar banglore service center regarding the same issue. Miss Ranjeeta (Service center engineer) told me that the part which was changed by begumpet service center is not the correct one and thats why charging problem remain same. She also told me that Begumpet service center not done the servicing in correct manner and thats why mobile display bent slightly and there is no warranty sticker available inside the phone so i have to pay approx Rs 3200 for repair it again. immediately i contacted to customer care executive for further conversation with Mr punit as punit was not available there so Neetu Verma contacted me through phone. She also spoke with Ranjeeta regarding the same issue but as she was not able to handle the situation so she transferred the call to his senior supervisor Mr Iftekhar. Mr Iftekhar also spoke to Ranjeeta regarding the same issue and after that he told me that problem is there from the side of begumpet service center so will raise the matter through proper channel and it will take few time, as warranty sticker is not available so its not possible for service center to accept the phone as per policy, moreover today is saturday so will proces it on monday.
                            On 14 Mar 17, when i contacted to customer care executive around 1100 Hrs, he told me that we already sent the mail and awaiting for their reply. After that i said i want to talk with Mr punit as he only handling my case but he said punit is from another department so punit will call you back within 24 Hrs as mail already sent to punit.
                            On 15 Mar 17, when i didn't got any reponse from punit or from customer care support then i contacted to senior supervisor Mr Guru regarding the same issue then he said it is still under progress and punit will call u back before pack up.
                            On 17 Mar 17, i got a call from Mr trilok and mail from Mr Sai[censored]lla, Regarding to visit the service center for repairing of my mobile phone. As per trilok, he already sent the approval mail to indranagar service center.
                            On 18 Mar 17, when i visited Indranagar service center again this time Mr Lokesh (Service center Engineer) saw the mobile visually(Without checking) and told me that this is happened because of battery damage. When i told him the whole story then he checked and told me that begumpet guys try to close the mobile in wrong way thats why this display bent. He also told me that as dent is there in top left corner so he can't replace it without approval as its not coming under warranty but on the same time he said that this gap is coming because of wrong servicing done by Begumpet service center, not because of misuse. Immediately i contacted to Mr Trilok reagding the same issue and then he spoke to Mr lokesh regarding the latest information. Mr trilok said he will look after this case again on monday.
                            On 21 or 22 Mar 17 ( Date exactly not remember), i got a call from Mr Rajesh and he told me that in conference someone is there from Begumpet service center. While conversation his voice is not clearly audible but he said me to visit begumpet service center and they will repair it free of cost and later on phone disconnected due to my battery problem.
                            Keep trying to get any reolution from customer care executive on 22 and 23 Mar 17 too but didn't got any result.
                            On 24 Mar 17, when again i contacted to customer care executive, he told me that it is under process and will take few more time when i asked for trilok or nikhil then he transferred the call to senior supervisor Akhshita. She told me that our back up team already talked with you around 0920 am regarding the same issue as there is dent in yours mobile so will not repair it under warranty. Shocking and surprising news is that i didn't got neither any call nor missed call from Mi Service center then how could it be possible that they updated it in their system. Moreover as per customer care executive complaints is under process and will take another fews days but as per akhshita that one is already closed, I don't know whose is giving correct information. When i asked the same thing to that lady then she told me that she will arrange the call back from back up department in another 15 Min thats before 1755 Hrs. But as usual i didn't got any call back from anywhere when i tried again then its shows thats there working hrs is closed for today.
                            On 25 Mar 17, when i spoke to Mi Customer Care Executive Akhshita again regarding her promise which she done on 24 Mar 17 for arranging call back from back department. then she said she got a mail from back department that Anandita already spoke to customer on 24 Mar 17 at 0920 Hrs and she (Anandita) already passed the message that as dent is available in mobile so Mi can't change the display in warranty and thats why this case is closed and even customer is also agreed upon this point so now case is closed.
                            But actually things is that i didn't got any phone call neither from Mi side nor from anandita as Mi senior executive told me or as updated in their system even i didn't got any missed call from any number during that period which Mi check from my mobile operator also and the same message i convey to Akhshita also, then Akhshita said on monday she will arrange the call back again.
                            There are few question :
                            (1) Why Mi service center engineer gaves different opinion regarding the same issue and same device moreover same service center. Why they are not able to find out all the problems and solution together at one time.
                            (2) How is it possible that Begumpet service center engineer forgot to put that warranty sticker back and the part which he replaced that also is not ok. which clearly indicated that Mi put which type of engineer in their service center who are actually problem creator instead of problem solver. who forgot to put sticker in device which is the basic requirement of mi, can do anything.
                            (3) For resolving one small issue, Mi take 3 weeks till now and that also not kill. Moreover not able to assigned one person for that task. Starting from punit, neetu verma, iftekhar, Guru, Saif, Trilok, Rajesh, Nikhil, Akshita and many many more. How is it possible for a customer to tell each and everything to different different guys. Which clearly indicated that wat type of working culture is going on in MI. All are taking money and wasting their time like this way only.
                            (4) Customer care executive told me that complaint is under progress whereas akshita told me that its closed. Only god knows who is telling correct, moreover she told me that within 15 Min back up department will call you but again false commitment and after that simply disappeared. I don't know who make her supervisor.
                            (5) as per Mi, as dent is there so they can't take it in warrenty even i don't want any warrenty from mi, i just want that give me my mobile the way i hand it over to service center begumpet. For that who will pay (Mi or that fool engineer who done all this stupidity) that i don't know, even Lokesh (indranagar Service center enginer) clearly told me that this all happened because of wrong servicing done by begumpet then why don't Mi listen to your own engineers words.
                            (6) In india everythting is possible. if we give so much love to you guys then we know how to treat with defaulter also. So its my humble request to you please take action now onwards to yours customer care executive as well as service center else things goes worst in futures. The biggest example is NOKIA...

                              When a phone is given for repairing one time they ask for mi password and they are not able to login through their own device so they try to change password and furthermore after that all the formalities they say they require net connection on the phone ...is this real...so no phone internet no service ???
                              THEY keep saying that you should refer to the manuals before coming to the service center although no such manual exists not that i can find and they too cant (funny right )...they have a new requirement every time you visit the service center... and we are forced to visit the centers 5 times before the process actually begins

                                There are several products that are being sold online on ebay india that are genuine Xiaomi India products that come with Warranty and Xiaomi has refused to accept the warrant.

                                Have a bought a mi pad 1 from ebay india that comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty and Xiaomi is refusing to provide warranty.

                                Obviously this is what you can expect from the so called Chinese Brands

                                  The LED was not damaged due to any crack but your guys didn't believe it. It got suddenly stopped working without any real cause.

                                  Your phones are faulty.

                                  And I had to pay rs 9500 due to my own business urgency.

                                  After that they didn't return the phone without checking and in switched off condition.

                                  When I charged it at home and then found that speakers were not working.

                                  Then again had to go service center.
                                  Also they deleted all my data without informing me

                                  And without any backup

                                    Sir I have purchased redmi note 4 and after 10 days it suddenly switch off and unable to start I went to authorized service centre in surat where they were not accepting mobile phone initial and 3 to 4 times after they have accepted phone and after 1 day they tell me that it cannot be corrected qs it is defected so give it to company and company is not accepting mobile phone

                                      I have given my Handset from last 10 days at service centre, they are not solving my problem and says that hardware part is not available so it will take time.I don't have mobile and I am unable to attend my calls.I am getting trouble from this but still they are not solving it and their service executives are not answering properly. Solve my problem.
                                      Why don't you guys suggest to close down the company itself, when you dont have phones to sell. who do you think is an idiot. tried a week then took iphone, and suggested all who tried for any mi product I satrted giving the worst revies and promote other models. keep flashing and keep the phones you make. stupid fools,

                                        I have purchased Redmi 2 Prime from Amazon in the month of May 2016. Handset in the starting used to switch off even if put on pillow. Now I will be talking loudly but other person on call cannot hear me. Camera is not working from Dec 2016. I called help line on same that rear camera doesn't work. They said me upgrade to new version MI8 so that further i will not face problem. As said I upgraded to new version. Now even front cam doesn't work to take pics except to talk on video call.I have again called help line that after upgrading i found new issue along with old issues of camera & microphone.They said again some thing new. Now Warranty period is about to expire & whenever I complain I am sure some thing new they will say till expirydate arrives.I request replacement of mobile or repair or refund.
