Sir I have purchased redmi note 4 and after 10 days it suddenly switch off and unable to start I went to authorized service centre in surat where they were not accepting mobile phone initial and 3 to 4 times after they have accepted phone and after 1 day they tell me that it cannot be corrected qs it is defected so give it to company and company is not accepting mobile phone...
