I have been trying to order the product in both Flipkart and Mi site for the past two months. Not even ordering, I can't even see the 'Place Order' option. Within seconds, the product is being out of stock. Leaving all the daily works, I'm sitting infront of my computer to order the product.Today(14/4/17) also I had a similar experience.Even though it is a Flash sale, it's very disappointed to say that I can't even see the Order Placement option. My friends too are having similar experiences. So I request to do something towards this problem.
Hi​ I am big fan of mi I had booked a mi vr play in mi flash sale I get the delivery within 2_3 days. I did not any mi vr play status update I will rise a complaint against mi about my mi vr play. If possible tell me the delivery status. If possible update my delivery status update about my mi vr play.

    Sir/madam I want one say that my phone is hanging very much. It is not the storage problem . It get switched off by itself and takes the time to get on again and all this is done by the phone only no external order are given to the phone to process. So plz set right this problem or plz change the handset/ phone or plz resolve this problem as it is very difficult these days without the phone. I'm facing a lot of problems so help me and resolve the problem

    Service centre is not pickup the phone at indore I tried so many times.

      I purchased MI band 2 from mi store on 6/April/2017 and it delivered on 11/April/2017 after receiving i use that product and it's function is not working properly the MI band 2 button is not functioning properly when i press harder than it run but at sometime tha band is not function anything .The heart beating calculation function sometime not run and some features like lock screen battery and on process function not work properly so please replace my band soon as possible
      I gave u a vedio of that product and detail of product which I receive.

        I had purchased my Mi note 3 online in July 2016.Despite being very careful regarding using the phone it started hanging & I took it to Mi service centre in Irla on 24/1/17.They could not resolve the issue and changed the motherboard .After some days the phone started heating. Barely after two months I.e.in March the phone started shutting down and would start after sometime.I took it to the same service centre nd they kept the phone telling that they will have to check it.After 2 days they told me that they couldn't find any fault nd returned my phone back. I argued with them but they were not ready to listen.The same day my phone switched off thrice.I called the service centre nd they told me that the battery must be faulty nd they will have to change it.They kept my phone again nd the next day when I went to collect it, I was shocked to see that​ my phone's tempered glass had 2 big crachs nd it was broken from several places. When I confronted them they told that the company does not replace glass nd it might have broken while opening the phone.They told me that they had replaced the battery, but my phone started heating again and it switched off again.I feel cheated and I am very upset at the careless attitude of the service centre providers.My phone is in warranty . Therefore I would like to request the authorities to replace my phone or take some immediate action or else I will have to take the matter to Consumer Redressal Forum.Waiting for your immediate response nd action

          I had booked mi note 4 vide order id: [protected] but instead of that i received mi4 so either refund or replace the phone to mi note4. Customer care told me that the order was done for mi4 if i aggred with this comment (Although it is not correct) than also your policy is saying the refund is possible as i am totally unsatisfied with the quality of this phone. It is clearly mentioned in the following link http://mobile.mi.com/in/service/replacement/. i received the product yesterday and not satisfied with the quality so either refund or replace it to mi note 4.

            1) Buying:
            I bought a new 'MI redMi 3s prime' through http://www.mi.com/in/ website.
            Got delivery within a day.

            2) Product:
            When I opened product it came with default wrong options, and unable to use touch not working and display not working and software not working.

            3) Complaints:
            Raised first complaint on this through customer care support:
            [protected] and[protected]
            They called and told us to get a job-sheet id we will replace the device. We went unnecessarily, to service center created job-sheet id WXIN[protected].
            Later again we raised complaint and they are not at all responding and replacing device.

            4) Concern:
            We bought new mobile and unncessarily roaming for service center and calling care without using mobile. Need replacement for the device.

            Kindly resolve the issue.

              Hi,

              I am cheated by VASHI MI SERVICE CENTER. (New Mumbai)

              I had issue with display touch, Display light and everything was working well, Just touch was not in a working condition. And product was in warranty. A engineer from service center told me, Connecting chip of display s damaged so it's not be a part of warranty. And your screen is working properly because of this chip, Touch is not working.

              I discussed with him and he told me for a small mm chip, I would have to change whole working display(except touch).

              Seriously as he described, was not confident whether it's a real problem or he is gonna cheat me.

              I agree to change because i trusted, He might have change whole display to solve this issue,

              I told him to return my display once you change it after doing service, if because of one single small chip, You are going to change whole screen which is perfectly working.

              And he committed, for sure i will return it to you. I thought if i am paying Rs. 3000 and getting back my screen returned, I told let's go with this.

              I assume, Immediate they only changed that chip and it was ready to pick up.

              I went to pick my phone and asked my Display back, He was shocked because he thought i won't ask him to return my display. But as per commitment i asked and i will because have paid for that.

              Immediate he went to inside the service room and discussed with Engineer what to do now, Because how they could give me display because it was not get changed.

              They called me inside and convinced not to take it back.

              Funny Reason:

              1) Audit is going on, Won't be able to find it, as it is already destroyed.
              When i said, No i will take it back because, I already told you. It's not my problem.

              Then they told me to wait outside, Assured me he is finding
              2) Again was the funny reason, Sir can't give you back as per BMC Rule. LOL they don't know what they said to me.

              3) They assured me to wait n wait, They thought after irretation i would leve but i din't i did wait,

              After sometime they told me that they are not able to find out now, For sure tomorrow they would return it to me. And i asked engineer to give me a written note. And i took it. I would attach it.

              Actually i saw their dump box, No display was there because with in 1 hr they made it ready, How it is possible to dump & destroy, They made me fool and cheated me just repaired the chip and returned it to me.

              100%, I am cheated by MI Service center. I request to concern department to take action because they are not responding, And not receiving my call.

              Display is not being changed, Only chip is repaired which would cost around Rs. 10 and they charged me Rs.2900.
              Highly disappointed.

                Against order no.[protected], order date :18. May. 2017 i ordered a xiaomi redmi note 3 (Dark grey, 16gb).

                Since last one week there is frequent problem observed with display. The display getting blored with a change to multicolored display. Please refer the attached photo for your reference.

                With this situation it is impossible to operate the mobile. So kindly look to this matter and kindly rectify the problem else replace with a new one as this within warranty period.?

                  Hi this is chandan, i want to state that i have experienced the worst moment with MI, i have problem in my mobile phone i.e red mi note 3 i have purchased it on December-7th, with in 3 months there was problem in my handset, i have given the call to executive of MI but they cant solve so i insisted them for pick mi service on 3rd march but till now no one has received the phone, so by force i went for service station the address which was given by red mi executives but while i went there it was found that there is no service station there, i took off from office went 300km long.And i got response from the MI executive so badly that i cant express my view in writing. So i advice to all my friends please be careful while purchasing the handset form MI India.

                    Am having some problem in redmi note4 mobile.i had bought this phone between 2-3months may be but suddenly phone getting hanged. I don't know why so i don't hav large file game like asphalt 8 or some big games i just have some small app based on education only though my phone is getting hang.. Please say some solution for this or make update to solve this but im very disappointed because a 4gb ram can hanged easily this simple. Such a disappointment for me. Only 2 months had gone.

                      I am really disappointed with the services u are providing. No other company has disappointed me this much.
                      I am writing with respect to my previous mail to you, Reference ID[protected].
                      So, i went to the service center again on 8-04-17, showed them the device temp of 54℃ to which they replied that they have done everything they could. They said that they will now send the handset to Bangalore to get it corrected. I had a talk with your customer care executive right there at that time. He also talked to them and i was assured that the handset will be sent to Bangalore and either the issue will be solved or the handset would be replaced.
                      Now, today i got a call from your side on which we talked with the service centre employee on a conference call and i came to know that the handset is still not shipped and when i demanded why that is so, they replied that they never meant to ship it, they were only going to consult the team in Bangalore. Why did they lie to me?
                      Also, today he tells me that the motherboard was not replaced(i have a valid job sheet that it was replaced. No-WXIN[protected]. Now u tell me whether i was lied to earlier about its replacement or i am being lied to now?
                      Also, now he says that they are now replacing the battery of the phone to which i was given no prior information.
                      Why are we being lied to?
                      And why are they holding back information?
                      As a consumer, firstly, i have a full right to information. Secondly, i am asking you yet again to consider replacement of the handset since, it is still in warranty period and now after replacing the motherboard, the battery and the speakers(which stopped working the last time the service center returned the handset after changing the motherboard), now, i dont trust this handset and i dont want any more issues because of it in the future.
                      As far as your team is considered, i hope i get a reply from you regarding this, because i didnt get a response the last time from your side within 48 hours as we are promised.
                      I have been asked today to wait another 24 hrs for a call from your team, i hope i get something concrete this time.
                      Also, i want to remind you that i have all due proof of every talk i have had with ur team as well as the service center and i request you not to force me to take any harsh steps.
                      Very disappointed.

                        I have been using redmi 1S, redmi 3s and redmi 4 mobile. it is very good mobile but REDMI 1S, which i am using for 2 years before has encountered charging problem due to charging pin has been damaged. I have given to mi-service center for repairing purpose. They have taken mobile from 2 month before and did not repair. I call him every after 2-3 days but they always tells lie by saying that we have ordered charging board and will take 3-4 days. I have made called to mi-service center sambalpur many times (about 15 to 20 times) in this two month. but they neither repairing nor giving any proper answer to this. Every time they tells lie. The Mi- SERVICE CENTER SAMBALPUR employees are very lazy and irresponsible to their duties I have been totally put off with this inferior mi-service center. That’s why i am compelled to write this type of complaint. I have never expected like this from mi-service center. Kindly consider this matter and do the necessary action for this.

                          I have purchased "redmi 4a" a 7days back..it's a poor quality smartphone..yesterday l went to get to gather with my frds and l took few video and photo.. after coming to home l started to watch it no audio from the video is audible..l was shocked and saw other videos all r like tat only.than l gone to setting and checked everything is quite good with full volume.again l tested and took auido and video but same thing occurred voice is not audible.than l called to customer care they said this" Xiaomi Redmi 4a "is like this only we can't do anything for this ₹5999 budget u only get like this only..Xiaomi is a grt cheater.. don't believe this company... l have one more smartphone which is ₹1500 less than its price sansuiS50 is better than this..plz don't buy Xiaomi Redmi 4a ..

                          I bought my MI note 3 in December, and its charger has stopped working. It's still under warranty. I live in J&K where there's no MI service centre, still the customer care service assured me that the company will try to reach me and replace the charger. But no action has been taken since 1 week now.

                            I am ravishankar mysore. Purchased the phone about one and a half year back.
                            We didn't have information about their service centre in mysore and it was not their.
                            The phone was not working & because of no service centre kept as it is
                            When we took to service centre, they said you have to change board & cost rs. 5000. But a local technician said it is just software corruption & did it for rs.450 by reloading the software. The phone is working fantastically.
                            The service centre people are just doing day light robbery to the innocent customers without even checking the instruments.

                            A strict action has to be taken on this issue.
                            Sir i buy MI 3S Prime in February 2017 now the touch is not working properly please do anything as i face a lot of problems when it does not work . i am not able to touch at a right place please do something immediately.

                              Sir/madam one month back i purchaser xiaomi mi 3s phone from amazon last month days it as good condition but my phone has unforchnetly drop down not working or not opening so i went to mi service center in begum pet Hyderabad and explain him about phone cened and taken a phone given service request no wxin[protected] she told i will inform with sms got a sms on that day only and went there and ask him what is the problem on that he told it was motherboard was damaged that cost about 4000/- that much amount no i asked i purchase one month back only he said sorry sir i got a dout about phone and removed and see i recognize that he remove my motherboard and kept another one i went but no response i call to customer care i will inform take a complaint no this matter given same number which given in service center wxin[protected] no response i want to now how many customers are facing this type of illegal actives from this type of service center so i request you to help me this matter as soon as possible. thank u

                                I am using xiaomi redmi prime 2 as my handset. Now am using 4g sim. Bt cant use volte facility because of phone configuration. Kindly solve this concern by offer me better updated software. I am using jio 4g sim now.. While i am calling network suddenly broke.. Its not by the network issue.. Pls help me providing me a better updated version so that i can use this phone anymore..

                                  I gautam modi have a mi max, i was continuously using it smoothly but suddenly i got issue in charging this mobile was not getting charged while switch on but in switch off it was easily getting charged. But when i show this mobile in surat (Gujarat) mi service center they made it the godown of problem now i am having problem in it battery i think they changed it's battery so i got lot of issue with this mobile... But yet not have any solution...
                                  I will not use any app in my phone but my phone is highly haeted what a do sir i have very problem my phone is highly heating sir please help.me i very highly heat. Any time .use and not use always heated sir help me

                                      I have redmi note 3, after purchase (06/10/2016) its adapter is mulfunction or not working, then i submitted to mi care (ahmedabad ) via friend it solved (replace adapter) then after 10 day again same problem adapter is mulfunctioning but this time handset also not charging issue n blavkout issue . Then i contact to mi care(bhuj) they repaired handset and replaced adapter . Then again now i am facing same problem . Now mi care ( bhuj) denie to replace adapter (due to warranty expired ) its clearly manufacturing defect . It happen again and again . What should i do now .
                                      I speak with customer care . They answere we cant change your adapter its out of warranty .

                                        I had visited kota for update of software for my above redmi note phone. After update, it was found that mobile is not working, however, there are returning the mobile without checking. Even they do not bother to check it before delivery. The working phone they are destroying. They response is very very poor. I understand technicians who are working are not at all trained. Even they are not trained to handle customer & service to customer is worst. I have visited earlier also & because of their negative & cold reception to customer, i did not took the service and came back after long time. This is the experience by almost 100% customer as i understood from customers (Suffers & victims) waiting for the services from 352 shopping centre - kota, hcl. It is clear they took the xiomi phone for upgrade & destroy the phone and there by earning rs170/- instantly & then earning another rs120/- for further checking to confirm that it will not work or yhey may earn further some handsome amount for repair by creating some problem & then solving. If this continues no body will buy phone from xiaomi make any more. We request you to correct this & cancel the fraud & cheater service centre immediately to save xiaomi business. You may survey this from any customer in kota.
