Lost my MI 5 mobile on Jan 20th 2017, bearing the IMEI number [protected] and [protected]. I've bought that mobile in the first week of April 2016. I've filed a complaint with the police right after i lost my mobile but still i get no information regarding this.Could you please help me finding it by informing me the exact location of the mobile so that i can get it back....

I have redmi note 3, after purchase (06/10/2016) its adapter is mulfunction or not working, then i submitted to mi care (ahmedabad ) via friend it solved (replace adapter) then after 10 day again same problem adapter is mulfunctioning but this time handset also not charging issue n blavkout issue . Then i contact to mi care(bhuj) they repaired handset and replaced adapter . Then again now i am facing same problem . Now mi care ( bhuj) denie...

I had visited kota for update of software for my above redmi note phone. After update, it was found that mobile is not working, however, there are returning the mobile without checking. Even they do not bother to check it before delivery. The working phone they are destroying. They response is very very poor. I understand technicians who are working are not at all trained. Even they are not trained to handle customer & service to customer...

Redmi 4A phones bought from Amazon are being sold on olx sealed pack for a premium. Is company promoting such unfair practice to create a hype in market? Some sellers on olx are offering to get phone delivered at my address from Amazon. Either Amazon algorithm for random selection is compromised or xiaomi is conniving. Company is losing reputation so please do something about it. Genuine buyers are not getting product but opportunistic profit...

I was very exited when I purchased mi note 4 @₹13k. But after getting my mobile I went to many diffrent parties were I wanted to captured that awesome moment but mi device washed up my wishes ...While we record a video in party Dj sound mi devices can't able to record ...A local phone has a better video recording ...I think mi Is Manind Indian fool...I purchased it online but I want my money back......

I am using MI 3S PRIME and facing recurring problems of heating. I have been visiting the Service center at Bhopal almost everyday since 28th march. Everytime they try to resolve the heating issue but the problem still persist.
I Have submitted the handset in the Service center since 1st April 2017 and i was assured that the issue will be fixed. On monday, 3rd april i got a call from service center for collecting...

Sir, my mobile is mi 4i recently I've updated it to miui8 then the mi account got locked saying it is linked with an existing account but when in customer service query when I've searched with my imei numbers 1) [protected]
2) [protected] it is showing that device is not locked

I have purchased mi 4 through online from mi store one month before. But after few days it getted heated while surfing net and shows message your phone is heated up cool down it. But today I was surfing Facebook it getted off suddenly. Now not getting on. I make the phone on charging but nothing is happening after 2-3 hours on charging it shows charging light. My device is red mi 2 prime.android version 5.1.1 LMY47V. I insert jio in simslot 1 and airtel{any other} in slot2. I use net with jio no problem. But with airtel {or others} select sim 2 mode in network settings automatically 2 mobile signals dead . With out jio if I insert airtel, idea in sim1 sim 2 there is no problem. Solve this help me please . If I off sim 1 if{ jio insert} sim 2 nosignal help me pls...

When I tried to open the App it gave a warning signal stating that the phone is routed and the data will be shared with the mobile phone company and bank will not be responsible for the damage. I am using redmi notev3 & my mobile has an issue - headphones are not connecting.Service engineer replaced the motherboard and 6times flash the software but the problem not solved every time a new problem is there.They have genrated 6 job sheets, Tech support people also not response properly So, pls cross check with service center and replace my mobile .
