This cell was good .. but the voice recorder of my redmi 3s prime is just a [censored].. because the recorded voice is so rough n poor in quality it got lots of fluctuations n noises .. Its results are worst as the final recorded audio. The audio recording quality of a 700rs bar phone was more better then this . .
Basically Im a musician . And voice recorder app is very usefull application for me. Coz i had to record many of ideas in my cell.
When i get this product i was satisfied. But first id use its voice recorder and heard the result . For a while get really upset coz i had high expectations.. which this cell cant fulfill...
Plzzz help me n tell me is it hardware problem of the mic or software problem ????

Plzzz help me .. in solving out this problem ...

    From about 3 days my note 3 is heating like it is on fire. I tried every possible way but it is still heating. With it, it hangs a lot especially on typing. It feels like it will explode at anytime. I think after updating my phone it has started happening. I updated the phone 3 days ago only and after updating i think this problem has started, maybe. Please see to the problem and give me solution or change and replace my handset whatever best u can do for me. Its really terrible and scary using it as it heats like hell. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.
    Not performing repair since 40 days of redmi note 3.

    Not able to hear properly . calls getting cut frequently. the receiver cannot hear properly. The cell was purchased 2 months back only.

    I have brought mi 3 just 3 mnths before...and now it got switched off and it is unable to start...i show it to service center and they told me that it will take atleast 2mnths...its motherboard is not working...i am completely dependent on this mobile ...please do something to make it repair asap...i just have 3 to 4 days that...
    This mobile camera picture quality is not good. Slow process & Hanging problem so I want to return this phone.

      Never buy any mi product from their own mi online store. If the product is faulty they never return it back. If they call it so, i tried contacting and complaining them about the faulty mi product which was delivered to me. I tried informing it for a return they said they wont take it back their policy does not allow for a return. Then i said please replace it with a new on as this is faulty. I got a reply that it is only possible at their service centre. I need to return it from service centre and they will give a new one.

      Service centre people say their is no available product now hence i may have to wait 1-2 months for its replacement.

      Then i call their service centre and they say that we are inityiating a request for its return and it will be picked within 2-3 days
      After 5 days from the call centre affirmative i called again and they again said it will take 1-2 days more
      I waited another 2 days and again i got the same assurance that ur case is urgent and now it will be picked up in next 2 days.

      Till date also the same faulty product is lying with me
      Please help. Mi has proven its chinese tag. I am sorry to say thios but its all true.

        This is with regards to the service provided by xiaomi . I had given my phone which had some power issues about 1.5 months back to the only service centre in goa. First of all it doesn't look like an authorised service centre . The lady told me it would take 2 days to repair my phone . When I called them up they say they need to change the board and it would take another 10 days. 10 days later I called them they say he board is ordered and will take another 2 weeks. 2 weeks later and still the board hasn't arrived. Which makes me think that this is some of kind of joke . I have never seen such a clumsy, irresponsible mobile service centre . That too xiaomi being one of the fast growing mobile brands in the country . I don't have my phone as yet and as a result I haven't been able to access so many files which were on that phone which has resulted in me losing a lot of money indirectly . I am very disappointed at the way the customer is treated. I need to know how can I get compensated for the same .

          I ordered redmi phone from mi store.
          After receiving, it is not working. it shows only mi written over the screen when i switch on.

          I registered complain and initated return of this phon.
          It is being 2 weeks, it is not yet returned.no any pick up boy come for this.

          i tried calling so many times to customer support. but they only tell.. it will be returned within 2 days.

          i think ..now i have to go for legal action for consumer exploitation as well lodge a case against mi store.

          please help me asap.

            My account is locked.I used only once mi cloud services.My current email id is linked with it.I have account number but I don't remember password.Before starting the device it is asking for password to "activate".I have inserted sim also in redmi but I am not able to see imei number also as screen is locked for activation.I didn't get any mail regarding password at that time, I don't know how mi cloud account created.I just opened once.I dnt remember whether I gave password or mi cloud created password automatically.please help me because of the I am not able to use redmi mobile.

              I had submitted my Mobile to Noida Sec-18 Service center and they told me there is an issue with mobile screen only and after approx 45 days i got my mobile back with replaced screen. For this they charged me Rs.4100
              when i got my mobile back i observed that my mobile front camera is not working. Again i visited service center and submitted my mobile for front camera. Than i received my mobile back after one month with camera issue fix. than It worked for 1-1.5 month and again i am facing issue with screen. I visited again to service center and they were saying their is an issue with screen and i need to pay again (RS.4100) for screen.

              My money and Time totaly got wasted.

              Spent 12000 on mobile + 4100 on screen and still mobile is useless.

              Could you please look into this as it looks that they are not using genuine parts.

                Initially display got off after use for 3 months .
                Submitted to service center on 26 August

                Besides number of visits to service centre and calls to customer care and emails
                The only response I am getting that issue is escalated and concern team will call you back this is what I hear from them everyday.
                During last visit to service center problem of motherboard failure was detected by them as said in misleading manner.
                Still I don't know when I will get the call back from concern team and no hopes of getting the phone back.
                It would have been better if it was stolen then I would have not waited for that.

                  I have received new mobile - redmi 3s prime throgh filp kart on 20/09/2016, (Have booked on 14/10/2016) after 3days of delivery, moible is stops working so i have given it at mi care - race course cirecle baroda on 23/09/2016 and return back to me on 25/09/2016 then after again problem created - on 02/10/2016 and once again given at mi care and they have return back on same day then after again problem created in evening on same day but not able to give back to mi care on 03/10/2016 as they have denied to accept as time is over for that day, so mobile submitted on 05/10/2016 as 04/10/2016 is holiday on 04/10/2016 (Tuesday) and that time they have confirmed that mobile having mother board issue and it to be replaced and it will take time of 15 to 20 days. Till today (04/11/2016) i have not received and i have given complain at flip kart and mi during the period many times but till date i have not reciived any concrete solution on this. Now flip kart is not ready to replace product still it is defective and mi care is not doing repairing. I have requested to both the replace mobile or refund back. But till date no any solution received from both

                    Resp co. i bought this Mi note3 just 20 days ago from Amazon Online; but now i'm facing serious issues wth proximity sensor and Mic disturbance... I'v tried to check caliberation bt unfortunately i showed there results to be failed... Service center is just useless, they did not resolve my problem eve i'v gone there 3 times in a week..! Please Mi resolve my problem.!!

                      One of the cheap and dissatisfied worst service given by you.. I ordered one mobile redmi 3s prime, when I use the charger to charge my mobile become so heat and after that charger not working .when I Call customer care on 3rd day, they 1st said that charger can't be replaced you have to send the charger on your price to Bangalore.on 7th day of purchase when I told them to replace the phone because of heating problem they said that you have to send the screenshot by make it 47 degree Celsius of battery heat.On time of charging 44 degree temperature, I can't able to hold my mobile and they said to send screenshot with 47 degree heat .haha. Means game is played in very strategic way. After that when I said that heat is increasing. They say the replacement policy is end now this is the 11th day of your purchased date.If company wouldn't want to replace, then why you all buzzing all around about replacement policy and good service.Order no.[protected]

                        I have reported same issue in my mobile phone Xiomi Redmi note 3 again and again but no resolution given as yet and every time they hand over the phone without doing any repair work, they don't pick the call or don't let me know the xat problem in my phone. I am totally help less and phone is under warranty and they are even non replacing it with new one.

                          I had purchased Xiaomi MAX Gold 32G online from MI store and received the same on 29.10.16< After using few minutes the power has gone. I had called customer care and as per their advice advice I had visited your Xiaomi Mi Service Centre Contact Details as given below on 02.11.2016. After waiting from 12.00noon to 16.00 hours my device had been examined and in absence of me they had opened it in a closed chamber and bring it out and told me that I had damaged it and the battery has been damaged. I tried to explain that it was not possible for me to open the device and I had brought to you in intact. But they refute and force me to accept that the battery has been damaged by myself. This type of lackadaisical attitude cannot be expected from MI store.
                          As I was very much need for use of my 4G sim and under extremely compulsive situation I had accepted the false allegation of damaging the battery by myself and change the same with a cost of Rs 985/-

                          Reference to the above with pain and anguish I Sri Goutam Roy want to put on record that the service & product of Mi Max Gold 32G is the worst in INDIA. They are nothing but cheater and use the service centre also how to cheat the customer

                          I am writing this message to inform you about the latest update the miui8.i have to say that the overall performance of the phone has increased but changing the notification tab was a huge mistake as the last notification tab had a class of its own.i hope xiaomi will take initiative to change back to the last notification tab.

                            My phone hears up very fast while charging. And even current is found on outer area of phone.. While playing games or heats up so quickly. Sometimes I feel that my phone is going to explode. So i am not using my phone. For games and net surfing. I am only using for music and call. At day time it even heats up very fast. Sometimes it heats so much that i feel that inner parts will melt from mobile. I cannot use my phone nor charge for long time. So kindly please do required things... I can even except any other phone which does not heat like this phone.. Thank u

                                Sir, i was received a mobile phone' Redmi note 3 'from snapdeal online shoping site on 2 November 2016 but after a few hours said product had not working properly and its Display started Blinking and now the mobile display is totaly Blank...
                                so i wants from Indian Consumer Complaints Forum that you will take any legal steps against these types of fraud online shopping sites which play with the sentiments of the consumers...
                                Its very humble request to your forum please resolve it as soon as possible...

                                  Actually i hv purchased redmi 3s prime order no.[protected] and received damage condition so i loged a call on 25 octeber they called replacement team will call u within 24 hr but now 10 days gone but still not received any call. again and again they call please wait some time, have patience etc... i want to replace my mobile kindly help me and take a action. thanku

Representatives were trying to deposit my phone and asking 25 days for providing new battery. It's so foolish thing. Now Pl provide me information to how I can purchase a new battery for redmi 2 prime...

                                    Very cheap n one of the worst service i ever seen in my life i submit my redminote 3, 2nhalf month before but they didn't giving me any information about my phone i submit my phone at 20th August @surat service center for regarding isue of headfone jack after hiting my phone restarting problem maybe a software isuee...i cll them many times but nw from some day they doesn't allow receive my call tooo plz help me im middle class family man

                                      I bought xiaomi max through flipkart. It doesn't show signals for airtel or bsnl sim. I am not able to use this phone. I have tried all options lIke 2g 3g LTE volte .. 15, 000 rs wasted. I have even updated to miui 8 but issue is not solved.                                         Redmi note 3 gold 32gb mobile. Purchase amazon 1 june 2016 and this product 1 yr warranty. My mobile heat upper 47°c. And battery level decrease automatic. I am two time go to mi care gwalior city but not solve my problem and repair two time but problem not sortout and two time repair but not solve issue this mobile set so solve my issue.. I am depressed. : (. Please contact mi care gwalior and next time go to care and this time solve my problem completely..
