Call centre & service centre is not responding to calls .Call centre are telling that phone is in service centre they will response for your phone they are not knowing how handle client my phone complaint is gallery app is not working they had destroyed mother board of phone now they are telling wait for 15th days we will repair mother board then will give after 15 days they are telling till now wait more 15 days we are not having spare parts what can we do now tell me friends

    I bought note 3 on September 2016 after 15 days mic was not working fine I called mi customers care and update some. Software then it was started working after some same problem arrived and customer care people asked. Me to reboot my phone did the same again started working. But from last 20 days my voice is not listened by anyone incoming, outgoing callsalso. In what's app messages. I decided to visit service center of kamala jaguar Delhi they asked me to keep my phone and asking me to wait for 15 days which very bad I mean how can I live without my phone. You should take back this faulty phone Nd change it immediately as many of mi note 3 user having a same issue. I have checked on Internet. Worst service ever

      Saltlake servic centre is not co operating
      because they have prepared job sheet offline
      they are neither mailing the job sheet to dhanbad service centre
      no they are co operating to transfer offline jobsheet to online jobsheet
      and for this reason dhanbad service centre is denying to accept my phone for service
      repeated mails and call have been made to call centre of mi
      but they are also not resolving the issue
      only sorry for inconvenience is being said by call centre and email team
      no on call resolution nothing is provided
      please help me
      i m in very urgent need to get my phone repaired
      before none of the service centres were having spare parts
      now when spare part is available dhanbad service centre is denying the service because before hand my phone was repaired at kolkata service center and they have not uploaded online job sheet for the work done on my mobile

        Subject: request to take back your mobile (redmi 3s gold 16g) having over hyped specifications and refund the entire money of rs.6999/-.

        Dear sir,

        Yesterday (i. e. 07/11/2016), i got delivered a redmi 3s gold 16g mobile against my order no.: [protected] placed through mobile app of mi (xiaomi) bearing invoice no:[protected] and invoice date: 02 nov 2016 (copy attached).

        But i am very fed up with the performance of redmi 3s gold 16g mobile as it is not according to the quoted specifications, also given on your website - www.mi.com/in/redmi3s/specs/

        At your website page www.mi.com/in/redmi3s/ it is stated as follows:
        "all comparisons to other smartphones are made with mi products."

        But in comparison to intex-cloud s9 that i have, i felt that following specifications of redmi 3s are faked and overhyped :-

        1. 13mp camera: its performance on full screen 16:9 with high picture quality is not superior than 8mp camera of intex-cloud s9.

        2. display (1280 x 720 resolution): its display screen's pixels density is lower than 294ppi as compared to 267ppi of intex cloud s9. it may be easily checked while reading any e-news-paper.

        3. network speed: at the same place and same network of jio, as compared to other mobiles it shows full tower signals with less internet speed, while other mobiles shows less tower signals with better internet speed.

        4. i have also noticed overheating issues with this redmi 3s especially while charging.

        I have also submitted my above complaint vide no.[protected] dated 08/11/2016, telephonically, at your customer hotline:[protected] to mr. piyush.

        So, once again, it is kindly requested to take back your above mobile (redmi 3s gold 16g) having over hyped specifications and return my money of rs.6999/-.

        I had purchased a Mobile of Xiaomi MI4I on 06th September 2015. In this mobile there is no Volte support and 4G is not supportable. While purchasing this mobile it was said to me that it support 4G.
        I am sorry to say that I was fooled by the compnay.
        Please refund me my cost of mobile.
        I recieved the phone Redmi 3s prime ordered from xiaomi websitebduring diwali sale on 25th nov. Since then, I am facing a problem in my phone that is gets heated up very quickly. Specially during the calls, the phone is getting heated up. While working continuously on phone for more than 5 minutes, the problem is faced. Please help solvong it.

          Hello Sir/Madam,

          This is Sachin here from Lucknow. I purchased Redmi 3S Prime (dark grey, 32GB) from FLIPKART.COM on September 21, 2016 and which was delivered to me within next two three days. Let me tell you, I live in Lucknow and there was no delivery service of the phone in Lucknow so I ordered it at one of my friends' (Rahul Pandey) address in Delhi. I got the handset on September 28.

          Now, let me come to the problem I am having with the phone. I got the phone on September 28. I used it smoothly for next three-four days. There was an upgrade of MIUI 8 so I put the phone on upgrade. After few minutes it asked me to reboot the phone. I rebooted. But then after that the phone got dead. There was only MI logo on the screen and nothing was happening. I kept it as it was for next two hours thinking it would be all okay but nothing happened. It remained the same. Next day I approached the Lucknow service centre. They said it was a software problem and fixed it within an hour. The phone was working. Again, after only two day, it got dead again. That time, I did not upgrade anything or did anything. The phone was in my pocket and when I picked it out, I found it dead. Again the same MI logo on the screen and nothing else. I again approached the service centre which is around 20kms away from my place. They again did the software thing and the phone was okay. I used it for next three-four days and the same thing happened - the phone got dead - only MI logo and nothing else. This time the technician at the service centre suggested me to change its motherboard. I submitted my phone for the same on October, 15 for next 20 days. I got my phone back on November, 2. It was working properly. But once again, it went dead on November, 5.

          Sir, I am a student and I do not earn a lot. I only take few tuitions which pay my pocket money only - not so much. I saved this much money for last some months and bought this phone. But since I have got this phone, every week I have to go to the service centre. It is like the service-centre-people have used my phone more than I have used it.

          Sir, I want a stable and valid solution for this problem. I cannot go to the service centre every week - actually nobody can go there every week for the same problem. It is so far and I lose a lot of money in travel expenses. Even after changing the motherboard, the problem is still the same. And also the service-center people even damaged my phone's body and later says that this phone's lock is very tight so it's obvious to damage and they are doing nothing for scratches and bends on my phone's body.

          Please, help me and do something stable and valid.

              I PURCHASED XIAOMI REDMI NOTE 3(Gold, 16 GB) under invoice number#KA-BLR[protected] on 12th Sept through Online from Amazon under order id#[protected] & it was delivered to on on 19th Sept but after 10 days it had some internal issue/fault then i submitted to MI service center(Noida sec-18) they took 25 days to repair & after 1 days same problem occurred again they took 5 days to repair.

              they fails to rectify the defect & again it has some problem i have been frustrated & want a resolution highest priority.
              please help me out

              Yes automatically restart with MI LOGO..I HAVE BEEN FEDUP, again i have submitted to repair in service center still they gave a false assurance that your mob will get repaired & it will take 25 to 30 days ...I know my all warranty period will be finished to repair this phone

                After 25 Days my mobile not repaired by Service center and nobody pickup the phone INDIA-MAHARASTRA-MUMBAI-DADAR[protected].
                When I called in Xiaomi Hotline: [protected] your Customer care Person told me to he have not any information for my mobile and he told me to call to service center where I submit this phone before 26 days.But in this service center nobody pickup the phone.
                Its my humble request to you If you are not able to repair my mobile which is already submitted on[protected]:20:14 at DADAR Mumbai-Y CARE Please give me to replacement of the new mobile as same.

                One surprising Incident or explanation is given me to customer care person before 25 days when i called him to two time, that time he told me to wait for 25 days whatever services center given to you.
                But now a day Xiaomi Hotline: [protected] person told me to contact direct to the cervices center because he have not any information of my mobile.

                My Redmi mi 3 doesn't work with any earphones ... It doesn't connect to the earphones. Do I have to buy only xiomi earphones or it is a phone problem

                  I have purchased the phone on[protected].And i was able to properly use only for 2 months.The touch works automatically and a sound comes from phone and a pop up google page comes.Ihad given to service centre banglore and thy told the problem is resolved.Still i faces the serious issue.I cannot even use t for day to day activities .I need ma complaint to be resolved.Else i will take action against this.

                    I had purchase mi note 3 Mobile from Amazon.in. After a two month my mobile use to switch off. So I had registered pick up service for service of Mobile by mi pick service. But it's almost 1 month and my mobile is still not repaired and there is only I reply under process. Since last month I am without my mobile. So I request you to give replacement or refund of my mobile. Pls solve this problem as soon as possible.
                    Need to visit service center 3 times for camera issue
                    Service center told me that they replaced camera but they lie to me
                    Sir I am a red mi note 3 user my hand set has screen problem screen is not working. I have brought the phone one month ago from mi store. It is too bad . customber service not answaring my call. Plz replace my phone of solve my problem.

                      This cell was good .. but the voice recorder of my redmi 3s prime is just a [censored].. because the recorded voice is so rough n poor in quality it got lots of fluctuations n noises .. Its results are worst as the final recorded audio. The audio recording quality of a 700rs bar phone was more better then this . .
                      Basically Im a musician . And voice recorder app is very usefull application for me. Coz i had to record many of ideas in my cell.
                      When i get this product i was satisfied. But first id use its voice recorder and heard the result . For a while get really upset coz i had high expectations.. which this cell cant fulfill...
                      Plzzz help me n tell me is it hardware problem of the mic or software problem ????

                        From about 3 days my note 3 is heating like it is on fire. I tried every possible way but it is still heating. With it, it hangs a lot especially on typing. It feels like it will explode at anytime. I think after updating my phone it has started happening. I updated the phone 3 days ago only and after updating i think this problem has started, maybe. Please see to the problem and give me solution or change and replace my handset whatever best u can do for me. Its really terrible and scary using it as it heats like hell. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

                          Never buy any mi product from their own mi online store. If the product is faulty they never return it back. If they call it so, i tried contacting and complaining them about the faulty mi product which was delivered to me. I tried informing it for a return they said they wont take it back their policy does not allow for a return. Then i said please replace it with a new on as this is faulty. I got a reply that it is only possible at their service centre. I need to return it from service centre and they will give a new one.

                          Service centre people say their is no available product now hence i may have to wait 1-2 months for its replacement.

                          Then i call their service centre and they say that we are inityiating a request for its return and it will be picked within 2-3 days
                          After 5 days from the call centre affirmative i called again and they again said it will take 1-2 days more
                          I waited another 2 days and again i got the same assurance that ur case is urgent and now it will be picked up in next 2 days.

                          Till date also the same faulty product is lying with me
                          Please help. Mi has proven its chinese tag. I am sorry to say thios but its all true.

                            This is with regards to the service provided by xiaomi . I had given my phone which had some power issues about 1.5 months back to the only service centre in goa. First of all it doesn't look like an authorised service centre . The lady told me it would take 2 days to repair my phone . When I called them up they say they need to change the board and it would take another 10 days. 10 days later I called them they say he board is ordered and will take another 2 weeks. 2 weeks later and still the board hasn't arrived. Which makes me think that this is some of kind of joke . I have never seen such a clumsy, irresponsible mobile service centre . That too xiaomi being one of the fast growing mobile brands in the country . I don't have my phone as yet and as a result I haven't been able to access so many files which were on that phone which has resulted in me losing a lot of money indirectly . I am very disappointed at the way the customer is treated. I need to know how can I get compensated for the same .

                              I ordered redmi phone from mi store.
                              After receiving, it is not working. it shows only mi written over the screen when i switch on.

                              I registered complain and initated return of this phon.
                              It is being 2 weeks, it is not yet returned.no any pick up boy come for this.

                              i tried calling so many times to customer support. but they only tell.. it will be returned within 2 days.

                              i think ..now i have to go for legal action for consumer exploitation as well lodge a case against mi store.

                                My account is locked.I used only once mi cloud services.My current email id is linked with it.I have account number but I don't remember password.Before starting the device it is asking for password to "activate".I have inserted sim also in redmi but I am not able to see imei number also as screen is locked for activation.I didn't get any mail regarding password at that time, I don't know how mi cloud account created.I just opened once.I dnt remember whether I gave password or mi cloud created password automatically.please help me because of the I am not able to use redmi mobile.

                                  I had submitted my Mobile to Noida Sec-18 Service center and they told me there is an issue with mobile screen only and after approx 45 days i got my mobile back with replaced screen. For this they charged me Rs.4100
                                  when i got my mobile back i observed that my mobile front camera is not working. Again i visited service center and submitted my mobile for front camera. Than i received my mobile back after one month with camera issue fix. than It worked for 1-1.5 month and again i am facing issue with screen. I visited again to service center and they were saying their is an issue with screen and i need to pay again (RS.4100) for screen.

                                  My money and Time totaly got wasted.

                                  Spent 12000 on mobile + 4100 on screen and still mobile is useless.

                                  Could you please look into this as it looks that they are not using genuine parts.

                                    Initially display got off after use for 3 months .
                                    Submitted to service center on 26 August

                                    Besides number of visits to service centre and calls to customer care and emails
                                    The only response I am getting that issue is escalated and concern team will call you back this is what I hear from them everyday.
                                    During last visit to service center problem of motherboard failure was detected by them as said in misleading manner.
                                    Still I don't know when I will get the call back from concern team and no hopes of getting the phone back.
                                    It would have been better if it was stolen then I would have not waited for that.

                                      I have received new mobile - redmi 3s prime throgh filp kart on 20/09/2016, (Have booked on 14/10/2016) after 3days of delivery, moible is stops working so i have given it at mi care - race course cirecle baroda on 23/09/2016 and return back to me on 25/09/2016 then after again problem created - on 02/10/2016 and once again given at mi care and they have return back on same day then after again problem created in evening on same day but not able to give back to mi care on 03/10/2016 as they have denied to accept as time is over for that day, so mobile submitted on 05/10/2016 as 04/10/2016 is holiday on 04/10/2016 (Tuesday) and that time they have confirmed that mobile having mother board issue and it to be replaced and it will take time of 15 to 20 days. Till today (04/11/2016) i have not received and i have given complain at flip kart and mi during the period many times but till date i have not reciived any concrete solution on this. Now flip kart is not ready to replace product still it is defective and mi care is not doing repairing. I have requested to both the replace mobile or refund back. But till date no any solution received from both

                                        Resp co. i bought this Mi note3 just 20 days ago from Amazon Online; but now i'm facing serious issues wth proximity sensor and Mic disturbance... I'v tried to check caliberation bt unfortunately i showed there results to be failed... Service center is just useless, they did not resolve my problem eve i'v gone there 3 times in a week..! Please Mi resolve my problem.!!
