Very cheap n one of the worst service i ever seen in my life i submit my redminote 3, 2nhalf month before but they didn't giving me any information about my phone i submit my phone at 20th August @surat service center for regarding isue of headfone jack after hiting my phone restarting problem maybe a software isuee...i cll them many times but nw from some day they doesn't allow receive my call tooo plz help me im middle class family man
I have order redmi, 3s prime 17 oct 16 but i not recived my order but tracking status is show it was deliverd on 21oct 16
Sir. MI ranchi service center is not able to provide new battery for redmi 2 prime. Representatives were trying to deposit my phone and asking 25 days for providing new battery. It's so foolish thing. Now Pl provide me information to how I can purchase a new battery for redmi 2 prime...

    I bought xiaomi max through flipkart. It doesn't show signals for airtel or bsnl sim. I am not able to use this phone. I have tried all options lIke 2g 3g LTE volte .. 15, 000 rs wasted. I have even updated to miui 8 but issue is not solved. I went to customer care centre at lucknow and they could not tell me bybwhen they will return the phone. My email is sudip.[protected]@gmail.com

    I took a mobile on Flipkart last 15 days passed ...when I connect to the mi charger the device is lagging ...when connected to other chargers the mobile is working good ...I even complained the xiomai service centre the equiry no given by them is fake and no response from them ...so whom I should complain ...
    I have order redmi, 3s prime 17 oct 16 but i not recived my order but tracking status is show it was deliverd on 21oct 16

      Redmi note 3 gold 32gb mobile. Purchase amazon 1 june 2016 and this product 1 yr warranty. My mobile heat upper 47°c. And battery level decrease automatic. I am two time go to mi care gwalior city but not solve my problem and repair two time but problem not sortout and two time repair but not solve issue this mobile set so solve my issue.. I am depressed. : (. Please contact mi care gwalior and next time go to care and this time solve my problem completely..

        I bought mi earphones in may 2016. And it stopped working in the month of september ending. I know i am registering this complaint very late because i was not aware of the warranty period of mi earphones. Today i came to know that its warranty period is 6months and my earphones has not exceeded its warranty period yet. So i am registering this complaint. I just hope that my complaint will be addressed properly. The cost of my earphones was rs.300 & rs.50 shipping charges at that time.

          Hiii my self shashikant pandey i have buy online mobile from mi store after 5 months i am facing some problem in chhattisgarh there are no service center then i am calling at mi customer care he gives me suggetion we have pickmi service to pick your phone from your home then repair then delivered your phone at your home you will have to pay 189 for this service i have asked to what is approx time in that process they says approx 15 days i am aggried for that service and i have pay 189 dated 27/09/2016 (reference number [protected]) my phone is deliver 6 oct 2016 then after days i called in mi customer care and ask about my phone he hold me my phone is back in 7 days and give me time 27/10/2016 but i have not received my phone .please complane a file about xiaomi mi india company .

[protected] and received damage condition so i loged a call on 23rd august. they called replacement team will call u within 24 hr but now 60 days gone but still not received any call. again and again they call please wait some time, have patience etc... i want to replace my mobile kindly help me and take a action. thanku

I send it on 4 October . it has reached to them on 12 but still no update about phone or anything they have given me . I called customer care everyday still they ask to wait only . no reply about condition and when I get my phone .

                    I had recently purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. On Friday, while i was using my phone it hanged and redirected to the "MI Icon" which appears during boot process. I waited for the battery to get discharged and later connected it to my laptop, even then it didn't turned on!

                    On 28th Oct'2016 I called at Xiaomi service center situated in noida at 11:00 am but no one picked up my call. Later I took the cell to the service center (Noida, sector 18) at 3:00pm Friday, 28th October'2016 and i found that the service center was closed before its scheduled timings i.e. 6:00pm.

                    I tried calling Xiaomi customer care number but the customer care executive were not supportive. If Xiaomi can't provide a quality service and a quality device then what's the need of manufacturing and promoting it?

                    Please suggest!!!

                      Bought redmi note 3.
                      After using few weeks, it's worrying me.
                      It's not allowed to operate the phone.
                      So i lodged complaint about the issue on september 26th, today is 30th october.
                      Service centre guys took the phone for inspection. On september 26... They owe me to return in 2 weeks.
                      So 2 weeks means what, and when will you guys return my phone. Stop the chinese things in india.

                      Give back my phone asap.

                        I have given my handset for battery subboard replacement in Kochi service centre they have taken 2 months for service while giving back they have replaced my original redmi 1s battery with redmi 2's battery and asked me to replace the battery.while informed regarding this they are not ready to accept their mistake and not ready to give my original battery back.they behaved very badly.no proper resolution from the online customer support department also.
                        I have been delivered a defective piece and im not getting any support from customer service. Request if this can be looked pn priority. Have been behind the Customer care to resolve but have been unsuccessful

                          This this the worst brand which i brought from flipkart.There IS A MOTHER board problem in my hand set.Since 1 and half mouth my hand set is in service center at gulbarga.And no one have capability to solve my problem in MI customer service center.
                          I recieved a new note3 ordered from MI site and found it to have a damage to the hinge. I have raised a complaint with the MI customer service team on 5th Oct and have not got to replacement unit yet as I post this on 26th Oct.                             Hi team,

                            I have purchased mi note 3 product in mi store on september 15th and received the product on sep19th via bluedart courier. When i opened the product inside it is bent fully and damaged. Immediately i have called mi customer care and raised a request for replacement. The raised complaint reference number is[protected]. And have given more than 20 snap shots also.

                            Since september 19th, daily i am tracking the status but till now i haven't received a single update from customer service. I am more worried about my money. It's worth of 11999 rupees.

                            No one has given a call to pic the product for replacement. There is no single call i have received till now.

                            Kindly please take action and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                              I have placed the order for redmi 3s 16 gb on mon, 24-oct-2016 12:28 pm and the devise got delivered yesterday evening.

                              I am facing the below issue for the devise delivered.

                              1) i am getting only 7.40 gb out of 16gb of total memory. I have not installed even a single application other than default application provided by the phone. (Snap shot attached)

                              2) i feel that phone sound is quite low, if the phone is inside in pocket we hardly hear the sound.

                              3) i have compared the redmi 3s with redmi 2 prime and i feels that the phone screen colour is quite different i mean if i say while colour in redmi 3s it seems yellowish white. It happens with all the colour. I have tried with colour saturation and brightness settings but there is no difference.

                              There is no refund policy in the company and some one is saying to go and visit customer care center and another guy from customer care is saying that wait for a call from the concern department.

                              I feel i am trapped now with no option left.

                              Yesterday received a call from MI Banglore team, They said to visit service center and get the phone diagnosed.
                              they will give a job sheet number and refer that number to customer care team then they will process the replacement.

                              is this the way, how can a working person visit service center and that so their service center people didn't pick the call at all, we have to wait for 02 hour just to get your number.

                              horrible experience with MI.

                              was not expecting this.

                              Let see what happen next.
                              My handset Proximatry sancer not working & my adaper is short circuit due to high voltage and my jio sim does not get a good speed while other company hand set using normally. Get resolve these problems soon.

                                This is regarding my redmi note 3 phone which has been given to the indiranagar, just after the 4 months o[censored]se, at indiranagar, bangalore service center on 17th oct 2016. i am not getting any proper response the mi support team, that why it has not been repaired within the said timeline. it has been promised that the phone will get repair in 10 days but still my phone has not been repaired.

                                I have raised so many service request but no one bothers to take care of it.

                                Below are the service request details:

                                [protected] this has been closed saying that, i am not able to contact service center. but in fact, i raised this service request on the day i visited the service center. i submitted my phone and got the job sheet at 17th oct. 12:54:48 hrs., after that i raised a service request at 2:00 pm to make him aware that my phone should get repair within the time they made me assured about it, and this request has been closed saying that "i am not able to contact service center"

                                [protected] this service request has been raised on 24th oct. after when i visited the service center and they said the parts is still not available. i have been promised that i will get call back within 24 to 48 hours from the backend team. they confirmed me on that day that they will escalate the issue but still never received call back from the back end team.

                                [protected] on 28th same service request, this time they said they have escalated with priority and will get call back. i spoke with supervisor ankush, he promised me that he will research my case and will provide an update within 12 to 24 hour. no response from anyone, again i called today on 29th still they say you will get call back

                                  I am very big fan of xiaomi, by that i made a purchase of mi4i, since i like very much, i have maintained it neatly.

                                  Unfortunately it was fell down, screen got damaged, i made a decision to replace the screen, with in 1 week my phone was not working after replacing the screen, since i was very busy at my work i made it to visit service centre in hub mall in hope form circle, it was permanently closed.
                                  I visited marathahalli service centre, they are not responding for more than 3 weeks, i visited again to check my phone status, now they are telling different stories.
                                  No engineer available to check.
                                  Screen to be replaced.
                                  I think it is better to write en email to you get response.

                                  I am happy to attach the bills and invoice.
                                  Let me know if you need for verification.

                                    I have ordered a redmi 3s mobile on 16th sep 2016, bit the same has not been delivered since 2 month neither i got refund for the same

                                    It's very pathetic service mi and blue dart has created in last couple of month. The whole story is to wait for 3 month to get a replacement. Even after waiting for so long the shipment is not yet received. The blue dart has given a status "network issue" on 18th sep 2017, but status has not been changed till today (Expected date of delivery-26 september 2016).

                                    The order no #[protected] has not been delivered me since 2 month. However the same has been lost / missing from courier partner bluedart since 17th sep 2016. As per my request the order has been cancelled from mi india team before 30 days but still the refund value has not been credited to me

                                    As the order was cod order, i have sent my bank details where the relevant amount of the phone needs to be credited.
                                    As per the discussion via interaction id #[protected] i suppose to get the refund of the phone by 4-5 days. But it's 30 days over and i did not get any refund

                                      My redmi note 3 has totally dead after just after 15 days and my mobile has been picked by pick me service at 5th of october and they made commitment that they will hand over my repaired mobile in 10 to 12 buisness days but its 23 days and they say u ll get your mobile sonn . but i am hearing that from more than a week i m totally just harrased by redmi service . i want my mobile as soon as possible . company s commitment is nothing just they dont have any answer regarding my phone.same answers all the time

                                        I am an user of Xiaomi MI 5. I have been receiving Xiaomi v8.0 update notification for 2-3 months but I was avoiding to update the same. Recently I agreed for update and after update the device doesn't boot, it's stuck in MI logo.
                                        Now after visiting service center and talking customer care I get only one solution complete format of device and LOSING all DATA.
                                        It makes me wonder how a company for it's flagship product provide such an irresponsible solution to fix their BUGGY SOFTWARE UPDATE.
                                        First of all their Buggy Software Update caused all the harassment and on top of that they had HACKY solution.
                                        To worsen the matter their customer care and service center BLUNTLY REFUSE to register a complaint regarding the same. They said that the solution of formatting the phone is fine.
                                        I request for further escalation of the issue to the right team to address the problem but it seems they are simply ignorant to PHONE problems and customer grievances.
                                        I would like to know options and path to put and take forward the issue.
