Have given my xiaomi mi5 phone at kormangala service centre! They haven't returned since 1 month! They aren't returning my phone too!

Do not Use or Purchase MI phone. Its a totally fraud/cheating company.

I am writing this message to inform you about the latest update the miui8.i have to say that the overall performance of the phone has increased but changing the notification tab was a huge mistake as the last notification tab had a class of its own.i hope xiaomi will take initiative to change back to the last notification tab.

I have submitted my phone before 3 month. They asked me to pay Rs 3000/-. I paid the same. But even after 3 month of submission they are not returning my phone. Saying parts not available.

सर Xiaomi and Snapdeal की तरफ से अभी तक कोई REPLY नहीं मिला..जबकी मैं Daily Complaints कर रहा हू.. अाज भी है complaint number[protected]अंशुल जी) से बात हुई.सर कोई Legal Action लिजिई| Snapdeal and xiamo वाले तो Customers को कुछ समझते नहीं आप ही कुछ करिए सर |इनकी terms and condisions के हिसाब से 24 Hr में complaint पे product replace की Policy हे | जबकी मैने Phone receive के कुछ ही Hours में पहली Complaint कर दी थी | तब से अभी तक मै तीन बार Complaint कर चुका हूं वो हमेशा आशवासन देते हैं की कोई executive अाएगा ओर product ले जाएगा | लेकिन ना कोई आता हे ना कोई Call अाती है | अब मेरी आखरी उम्मीद आप ही हैं | Please कुछ कीजिए इनके खिलाफ |

There is no response from exclusive mi service center in phone board complaint in xiaomi redmi 2 . now my phone is not get yet after 4 months from mi service center.

Please change these items

Sir. MI ranchi service center is not able to provide new battery for redmi 2 prime. Representatives were trying to deposit my phone and asking 25 days for providing new battery. It's so foolish thing. Now Pl provide me information to how I can purchase a new battery for redmi 2 prime...

I took a mobile on Flipkart last 15 days passed ...when I connect to the mi charger the device is lagging ...when connected to other chargers the mobile is working good ...I even complained the xiomai service centre the equiry no given by them is fake and no response from them ...so whom I should complain ...

I have been delivered a defective piece and im not getting any support from customer service. Request if this can be looked pn priority. Have been behind the Customer care to resolve but have been unsuccessful

My flipkart order no.OD[protected], I purchased a redmi mi2 mobile set on 16.11.15, but now this set's charger damaged before 1year..How can i get service & get a new charger, please confirm me.

Once I downloaded a movie 2 total but due to some suspect I stop downloads and deleted the file.that time no problem occurred but now after months it's always shown in notifications that 2 total is waiting for wi fi to be downloaded it's very teasing and not going from notification while in download manager there is no file for downloads plz help
