Resp co. i bought this Mi note3 just 20 days ago from Amazon Online; but now i'm facing serious issues wth proximity sensor and Mic disturbance... I'v tried to check caliberation bt unfortunately i showed there results to be failed... Service center is just useless, they did not resolve my problem eve i'v gone there 3 times in a week..! Please Mi resolve my problem.!!

    One of the cheap and dissatisfied worst service given by you.. I ordered one mobile redmi 3s prime, when I use the charger to charge my mobile become so heat and after that charger not working .when I Call customer care on 3rd day, they 1st said that charger can't be replaced you have to send the charger on your price to Bangalore.on 7th day of purchase when I told them to replace the phone because of heating problem they said that you have to send the screenshot by make it 47 degree Celsius of battery heat.On time of charging 44 degree temperature, I can't able to hold my mobile and they said to send screenshot with 47 degree heat .haha. Means game is played in very strategic way. After that when I said that heat is increasing. They say the replacement policy is end now this is the 11th day of your purchased date.If company wouldn't want to replace, then why you all buzzing all around about replacement policy and good service.Order no.[protected]

      I have reported same issue in my mobile phone Xiomi Redmi note 3 again and again but no resolution given as yet and every time they hand over the phone without doing any repair work, they don't pick the call or don't let me know the xat problem in my phone. I am totally help less and phone is under warranty and they are even non replacing it with new one.

        I had purchased Xiaomi MAX Gold 32G online from MI store and received the same on 29.10.16< After using few minutes the power has gone. I had called customer care and as per their advice advice I had visited your Xiaomi Mi Service Centre Contact Details as given below on 02.11.2016. After waiting from 12.00noon to 16.00 hours my device had been examined and in absence of me they had opened it in a closed chamber and bring it out and told me that I had damaged it and the battery has been damaged. I tried to explain that it was not possible for me to open the device and I had brought to you in intact. But they refute and force me to accept that the battery has been damaged by myself. This type of lackadaisical attitude cannot be expected from MI store.
        As I was very much need for use of my 4G sim and under extremely compulsive situation I had accepted the false allegation of damaging the battery by myself and change the same with a cost of Rs 985/-

        Reference to the above with pain and anguish I Sri Goutam Roy want to put on record that the service & product of Mi Max Gold 32G is the worst in INDIA. They are nothing but cheater and use the service centre also how to cheat the customer

        Cheater & bustard company will never refund the money.
        I am writing this message to inform you about the latest update the miui8.i have to say that the overall performance of the phone has increased but changing the notification tab was a huge mistake as the last notification tab had a class of its own.i hope xiaomi will take initiative to change back to the last notification tab.

          My phone hears up very fast while charging. And even current is found on outer area of phone.. While playing games or heats up so quickly. Sometimes I feel that my phone is going to explode. So i am not using my phone. For games and net surfing. I am only using for music and call. At day time it even heats up very fast. Sometimes it heats so much that i feel that inner parts will melt from mobile. I cannot use my phone nor charge for long time. So kindly please do required things... I can even except any other phone which does not heat like this phone.. Thank u

            Sir, i bought redmi note 3 but within 6 months the phone has some charging issue.i send my phone via their service pickmi on 5th of october.but now they are not telling me any satisfactory answer that how many days it will take.i try to contact them but invain.please solve this issue.sir they are not responding to my mails nor to my chats and there number is always busy .

              Sir, i was received a mobile phone' Redmi note 3 'from snapdeal online shoping site on 2 November 2016 but after a few hours said product had not working properly and its Display started Blinking and now the mobile display is totaly Blank...
              so i wants from Indian Consumer Complaints Forum that you will take any legal steps against these types of fraud online shopping sites which play with the sentiments of the consumers...
              Its very humble request to your forum please resolve it as soon as possible...

                Actually i hv purchased redmi 3s prime order no.[protected] and received damage condition so i loged a call on 25 octeber they called replacement team will call u within 24 hr but now 10 days gone but still not received any call. again and again they call please wait some time, have patience etc... i want to replace my mobile kindly help me and take a action. thanku

                There is no response from exclusive mi service center in phone board complaint in xiaomi redmi 2 . now my phone is not get yet after 4 months from mi service center.

                  Very cheap n one of the worst service i ever seen in my life i submit my redminote 3, 2nhalf month before but they didn't giving me any information about my phone i submit my phone at 20th August @surat service center for regarding isue of headfone jack after hiting my phone restarting problem maybe a software isuee...i cll them many times but nw from some day they doesn't allow receive my call tooo plz help me im middle class family man

                    I bought xiaomi max through flipkart. It doesn't show signals for airtel or bsnl sim. I am not able to use this phone. I have tried all options lIke 2g 3g LTE volte .. 15, 000 rs wasted. I have even updated to miui 8 but issue is not solved.                     I took a mobile on Flipkart last 15 days passed ...when I connect to the mi charger the device is lagging ...when connected to other chargers the mobile is working good ...I even complained the xiomai service centre the equiry no given by them is fake and no response from them ...so whom I should complain ...

                      Redmi note 3 gold 32gb mobile. Purchase amazon 1 june 2016 and this product 1 yr warranty. My mobile heat upper 47°c. And battery level decrease automatic. I am two time go to mi care gwalior city but not solve my problem and repair two time but problem not sortout and two time repair but not solve issue this mobile set so solve my issue.. I am depressed. : (. Please contact mi care gwalior and next time go to care and this time solve my problem completely..

                        I bought mi earphones in may 2016. And it stopped working in the month of september ending. I know i am registering this complaint very late because i was not aware of the warranty period of mi earphones. Today i came to know that its warranty period is 6months and my earphones has not exceeded its warranty period yet. So i am registering this complaint. I just hope that my complaint will be addressed properly. The cost of my earphones was rs.300 & rs.50 shipping charges at that time.

                          Hiii my self shashikant pandey i have buy online mobile from mi store after 5 months i am facing some problem in chhattisgarh there are no service center then i am calling at mi customer care he gives me suggetion we have pickmi service to pick your phone from your home then repair then delivered your phone at your home you will have to pay 189 for this service i have asked to what is approx time in that process they says approx 15 days i am aggried for that service and i have pay 189 dated 27/09/2016 (reference number [protected]) my phone is deliver 6 oct 2016 then after days i called in mi customer care and ask about my phone he hold me my phone is back in 7 days and give me time 27/10/2016 but i have not received my phone .please complane a file about xiaomi mi india company .

                              I bought my xiaomi redmi 3s from mi official site but the product hanged and when i tried switching it off it went to bootloop. i've complained about it but i haven't received a reply from thr customer care my order id is [protected].
                              My complaint no. is[protected]. i want refund or replacement as soon as possible. the customer service executive said that the phone will be taken back in 24 hours but no one have connected with me plz respond.

I used it only 2month then battery problem started . so I send it for repair to mi centre by pickmi service. I send it on 4 October . it has reached to them on 12 but still no update about phone or anything they have given me . I called customer care everyday still they ask to wait only . no reply about condition and when I get my phone .

                                    I had recently purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. On Friday, while i was using my phone it hanged and redirected to the "MI Icon" which appears during boot process. I waited for the battery to get discharged and later connected it to my laptop, even then it didn't turned on!

                                    On 28th Oct'2016 I called at Xiaomi service center situated in noida at 11:00 am but no one picked up my call. Later I took the cell to the service center (Noida, sector 18) at 3:00pm Friday, 28th October'2016 and i found that the service center was closed before its scheduled timings i.e. 6:00pm.

                                    I tried calling Xiaomi customer care number but the customer care executive were not supportive. If Xiaomi can't provide a quality service and a quality device then what's the need of manufacturing and promoting it?

                                    Please suggest!!!

                                      Bought redmi note 3.
                                      After using few weeks, it's worrying me.
                                      It's not allowed to operate the phone.
                                      So i lodged complaint about the issue on september 26th, today is 30th october.
                                      Service centre guys took the phone for inspection. On september 26... They owe me to return in 2 weeks.
                                      So 2 weeks means what, and when will you guys return my phone. Stop the chinese things in india.

                                      Give back my phone asap.

                                      Bahut bura service de raha hi mi service senter wale v suport nahi karte hain service senter me mobile dene ke 1-2 mahina hone ke baad v mobile thik karke nahi deta hai

                                      Mother Board problame, Hanginge problame, Slow working
                                      service center in not a saported on coustmor and miss viheb
                                      Problame not solved on end 1 month kip in cervice center.

                                        I have given my handset for battery subboard replacement in Kochi service centre they have taken 2 months for service while giving back they have replaced my original redmi 1s battery with redmi 2's battery and asked me to replace the battery.while informed regarding this they are not ready to accept their mistake and not ready to give my original battery back.they behaved very badly.no proper resolution from the online customer support department also.
                                        I have been delivered a defective piece and im not getting any support from customer service. Request if this can be looked pn priority. Have been behind the Customer care to resolve but have been unsuccessful
                                        My flipkart order no.OD[protected], I purchased a redmi mi2 mobile set on 16.11.15, but now this set's charger damaged before 1year..How can i get service & get a new charger, please confirm me.
                                        Once I downloaded a movie 2 total but due to some suspect I stop downloads and deleted the file.that time no problem occurred but now after months it's always shown in notifications that 2 total is waiting for wi fi to be downloaded it's very teasing and not going from notification while in download manager there is no file for downloads plz help
