I bought a phone mi prime.and only 15 day work .phone is automatic switch.then phone is not working.i contact service center kankarbagh Patna.my phone is accepted and two months after not repair.I said costomer care
Costomer care said to wait for seven day.again seven day contact costomer care
Said wait seven day .finally my problem is not resolved my is not return in care.
Please help me

I got my phone bent in my pocket can u please just tell me what should be done i m worry its not totally bent its just a slightly bend i can see for away but when i use to see in details i see the damage plzz let me know your opinoin regarding the issue i hope i will get your help thank you
I borrow mi note 3, 3gb, 12000 from snapdeal and after 10 days its battery is going to low when i wake up in morning it gets upto 12 or 13 % by 60 to 70% from night .it and also snapdeal coustomer care no not works properly so please take action againt it as quick as possible.

    I bought a mi phone 3 months ago from snapdeal and it got damaged after 1 month only. Problem was that it was not taking charge. I gave it to service centre in park street kolkata. The job sheet that they provided said that complaint will be resolved in 15 days. Its been about 2 months now and i don't see any progress from their side. Hotline number is not working and their chat support doesn't connect very well. I don't know what should i do. I have tried calling them hundreds of time but it always says busy. I live in burla in odisha and going to kolkata to communicate with service centre is not easy. I prefer hotline or chat support amd it seems to be mi's tactics to hold their customers.

      I have purchased a redmi note 3s prime from xiaomi site on 17th October and i received it on 20th October, now I really regret why I have chosen this phone.
      The moment i received it i have opened it with excitement. this is the least expectation of any buyer the he will get the proper product, but I found it is a defective peace. Very disappointed with it
      The (Glass) screen is not properly attached to it. i spoke to customer care people and asked me to send the pictures of mobile to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com, and i sent it.
      till now i did not get any reply from mi team.
      When i call customer care they keep on asking me to wait for more 24 hrs we do not have any update from concern team.
      I don't understand what concern team is here. I paid the money on 17th and till now am not able to use the phone. when there is problem from your end why should i suffer
      i don't have other mobile to use. you should understand it is a daily usage product. and i have waited long enough and suffered a lot and fed up speaking to customer care people
      can some one look in to this and help me out
      and on 25th some one from escalation team called me and asked me to send me the flyer and box pictures to xiaomi.in, i asked him why did't ask me in the first place when i sent the pictures of mobile. he said we got the update and we are asking you and again i asked him when will i get the proper product, he said i don't know we need to wait for the update from concern team.
      Till now there is no proper information when i will get the proper product asked them for refund they say that there is no option for refund.

      Issue with mobile signal attachement.
      The product is new and it never works fine on mobile data. Never connects to 3g or 4g automatically. Even when connected manyually keep on flapping in 2 minutes.
      My mi 1S data cable has spoiled and i want to by a new data cable
      From nearest xiomi service centre.

        My name is kartikey Tiwari. I have faced problem with my redmi 2 prime which stopped working automatically so I have submitted my product on 2nd September[protected] in Rewa service center. After having hundreds of calls to customer care no information is been provided by Xiaomi customer care. Their service is very pathetic.After waiting almost 2 months the company provides me redmi3s handset only (without charger, usbcable and packaged box )

        Problems I faced

        1) Company says seal packed brand new redmi3s prime to be provided but service center guys gave me only redmi 3s handset (without charger, USB cable and packaged box ). Something is fishy here

        2) Not providing charger is big issue as redmi3s required 2amp charger whereas redmi 2 prime required 1amp charger.

        2) no updated information eachtime from customer care as no coordination with service center and company's policy.

        3) service center guy says whatever they want without any logic. Such as saying many other customer products are not repaired even after waiting for six months. (See here level of there after sale service)

        4) No certainty of anything they always says thing which is uncertain, voque and empty words.

        5) backend team never contacted me in 2 months after saying we will connect you in 48 hours (7-8 time) (see level pathetic service)

        6) Calls connect only after minimum dialing 10-15 times.

        What I demand
        1) brand new redmi 3s prime as promised
        2) warranty extension as my product is in service center for almost 2 months.
        3) Compentation from Xiaomi as mantle torture and harassment.
        4) customer friendly support
        5) drastically improve their Pathetic service

        Please provide solution ASAP because I have wasted my All of time and energy in customer care and service center.

          Hie my mobile back has been heating from so many days because of this below the camera it has burnt and my camera and earphones slot is not working and from 25 days my cell was there in gallery draw as they didn't gave my mobile for any repairing and yet when i gone to take my cell they are saying more 25 to 30 day will be needed plzz see to it or else i have to take some strict action towards ur product it's mine humble request from u plzz see to my complaint.

              I Manoj Kumar Kuila had applied for Redmi 3S through MI.COM on 12/10/216 and I have received the Redmi3S phone in fully bend and damaged condition on 19/10/2016 @ 1.45 pm through Bluedart Courier.

              After opening the box I see that the Box and Phone was in totally damaged condition, therefore, I have talked to your Customer care department with Ms Jyoti. She said to lodge a complaint against this damaged phone.
              Complaint no is[protected].

              I have send them a mails within 30 minutes about the damaged phone with the attachment of the images of the damaged phone twice after I talked to the customer care dept..
              Thereafter, I received a mail from Mr. Manish where he replied that they will took this complain for replacement of the phone within 24 hrs, but till date they have not given any confirmation mail from their side.
              That phone was very valuable to me and I need it urgently.

              Please find the attachment the images of the damaged phone.

              So, I kindly request you to look in this matter at the earliest and I need the phone as replacement or I need the money back what I have paid to them.

              on 31.10.2016 at 06:04 pm Mr. Rana from xiaomi pvt ltd concact me and he told me that send a mail to him side and he write the mail i send the damage phone to there warehouse and send a mail to attached the courier details then send me a new phone in 5 to 7 day.As per the mail communication to Mr. Rana i send the damage phone and send a mail with courier details and i want to reverse the charge in my account.Today the status of courier already reached the phone.

Same has been informed to MI team and they committed to replacement but no one is called or come for pick up old mobile and till date new mobile not yet given by them. i am fad up with MI service. the are not response and keep our call on hold morethen 30 min.                   I just purchased redmi note 3 from amazon a month ago and now the touch keys are not working and the phone goes on vibrating automatically . When i had a conversation with the MI customer care they told me to give the phone for servicing but i needed a replacement because i have only used it for a month and it had started malfunctioning.When i called amazon call center they said it is none of their business...and they said that redmi note 3 have many issues... I said them they are doing business unethically selling a phone which they know is having many issues and fooling people.

                    Its been more than 75 days and these guys simply giving the due dates and i din receive the cell phone till now. Each day am calling them for update and they are like you ll receive it today if not tom. Pl look at issue as soon as possible.

                      On 9th april i recieved redmi note 3 which i ordered from official mi india site. just to be on the safe side i added mi protect worth rupees 375/- in june my handset fell from my hand and the screen broke. i registered a complaint on mi to which they said i have to contact the mi protect which is different from mi official. i went ahead and contacted mi protect to which they told me that i do not have to worry about anything and i will receive my handset in 21 days from the date of pick up from my home which will be arranged by mi protect(one assist). my handset was picked up from my home on 22 June 2016. i called and they confirmed me that i will receive my handset in 21-25 days at most. after around 20 days i called them up and asked about my handset and they told me that mi protect still hasn't received my handset. for the next 2 weeks i had to go through hell as they had no idea where my handset was. i called regularly for 2 weeks and after so much going behind them they finally received my handset. then they assured me that once the estimation is done i will receive my handset in 15 days they told me that estimation process takes up 1 week. still i kept calling them and finally after 20 days estimation was done. now it was the turn for the insurance company. they kept me waiting for a month just to approve the claim. finally they asked me to pay rs 318/- for the processing charge. i paid them the next day ie September second week. now again it was the turn of mi service centre since then there is no availability of the spare part for my phone. every time i keep callin them(mi protect) they tell me that the spare part is not available on the service centre thus they are helpless. when i called up at mi service centre they refuse to provide me with any information as they keep telling that its under mi protect thus we cannot do anything. i even have mails confirming from one assist that i will receive mu hand set on a particular date but just 2 days before the comes they tell me that the date has been extended due to unavailability of spare parts. i was told that i will receive my handset on 5th october . on 3rd of october i received a call from mi protect that the date has been extended to 8th october. on 7th october they called and tol me that the date has been extended again to 15 october .on 12th october they told me that the date has been extended and i will receive my handset on 22 october. on 19 october i called them and they told that the date has been extended again to 5th november.. i litrally dont know whether to cry or laugh. didnt expected this from mi and mi protect.

                        Hello Sir, I am using mi phone but last month my charger was not working and since it is in warranty so I went to your store located at Agra ( M.G road) they submitted the charger and ask to wait for 15 days to get a new one. So I went there after 20 days but they denied to give a new charger as still it's not in a stock and it's been a month since I submitted my charger and I haven't got it and now I have to use some local charger that causing a problem in my phone so I request you to please take my complain seriously and keep proper supply of charger in your Agra store so that I can get my charger.

                          I had ordered for a redmi note 3 and got a defective piece on delivery. I have reached out to them via email and chat for the last two weeks. There is no definite response. False promises. No call back. The defective piece has not been picked up. I now need a refund. Not sure how to go about the same. Every time a customer service executive has no clue about the after service. They dont know when the defective product will be picked up.

                            I have given my charger for replacement under warranty at my nearest service center i. E. Vashi, navi mumbai on 17th sep, 2016. But i still haven't recieved it. I contact them daily on their support chat, where they have no answers for this. They always give excuse that someone from their team will call me regarding the issue in 24 hours, but that never happens, last call was recived on 12th oct with no positive outcomes. It is very frustrating for a customer to be a part of such cheap trips these companies are using.

                                  This phone after 1month. This phone not comfortable for me. Because i am a heavy user. Using online games and apps (Above 50mb) phone starting to over heat. Normal usage no problem. And back camera very very bad like below 8mb clarity. Fingerprint sensor is not good sensing delay. I think this problems are solve after miui update or android update.

                                    Very fragile device. I purchased this device about a month back and I have hardly used it. It fell from my car seat to car floor (which has rubber carpet) and cracked. Service center took more than 15 days to repair it and in that period i got no updates, their phone wasn't reachable, it was only ringing and no one responded etc etc.

                                    They day i collected the phone 20th Oct 2016 from marathalli mi service center. Battery was 0% charged. They plugged in i got few mins to check it I couldn't notice the hairline crack on right corner nor could i test the device for long because it wasn't charged. I think i trusted their service too much. I thought everything must be alright, why would they cheat me?

                                    When i came home and attached it to charger i noticed that display isn't proper and crack was visible. Service center response was very rude and they kept blaming me. As if i was interested in breaking my phone again and spend 2700 again.[protected] customer care took forever to respond. even today i haven't heard from them. My question is if service center had replaced a fault free lcd then did the device just crack on its own inside my purse? It is that fragile? By the way battery performance is not as promised in specs

                                    I would like to return this device and get appropriate refund ASAP.

                                      I ordered a handset mi 3sprime from the mi website on 28/9/2016 for 8, 999/- through cod. the phone was delivered to me by blue-dart on 30/9/2016. while using the phone i noticed that the 3g connectivity of the phone was not working properly. the same was brought to the notice of mi executives on the toll free number. i was told to send the phone back to mi for replacement hence we went to the service center and took work order and mail it to mi. as per the instructions from mi the phone was sent back to mi via blue-dart courier service on 5 sept 2016. waybill no: [protected].

                                      When i got in touch with mi on they said that the phone has not reached their warehouse and they cannot provide a replacement till they get the faulty phone back. on further investigation it was found that the phone was misplaced or lost in transit by blue-dart. mi dosent do followup with bluedart.

                                      I have been following up continuously with blue-dart and mi for the past 10-12 days but failed to get any response from mi for the same.

                                      Kindly provide compensation for what i am suffering asap otherwise i will take necessary action against xiaomi india soon.
