My redmi note 3/ 16 GB battery drains fast even as in staby mode like 1% in 5minute which was bought on 22.10.2016. So please reply me what to do. It is 7.5.3 version. When I bought it, drained the battery and made full charge and also repeated 2 times, but still happens the same problem. Where as my another mobile of other brand having same capacity battery (without battery saving mode) operates best as 300% more than redmi note 3 battery. I think you may got the problems. Please suggest or resolve.
Sir I purchased redolent 3s prime . But device hardware problem. I complaint return to 18/11/2016.but I no response my phone not pickup . this complaint

    Redmi 2 was purchased on 08.08.2016 from Mi site and its battery has started creating problem within 2 months of its purchase..Problems like late charging and early vanishing or vanishing of the battery so fast like 1% within 1 minute even if the phone is not in use..

    Because of the busy schedule was not getting the time to visit the store but somehow i manage to go to the laxmi nagar store once but as it was overcrowded i had to drop the idea and return as i was having a meeting with one of my client so could not wait there for my turn.

    Today, again when i visited the store, an executive named Devraj was there to whom i had explained my problem of the battery and in return he told me that he need to check the phone as there could be a problem in phone and not in battery and due to that checking the data in phone will be deleted. I was kind of shocked to listen that the battery is creating problem due to some problem in phone..or in his words battery is vanishing or charging late due to some phone problem and it is not battery problem.

    Then i called my daughter who actually booked this phone and when she requested him to check the battery and provide the new battery after full satisfaction (which is the actual procedure to replace the battery of every company or actualy of those company whose phone i was own earlier before switching to this company Like samsung, nokia etc.) But that executive sticked on his point said that no we need to check the phone as it could be a phone problem and not battery problem then my daughter asked what kind of phone problem it could be then he said that for that we need to check then my daughter asked him to give atleast one example of what kind of problem it could be because of which u need to check the phone then again he said that for that he need to check and it is the policy of the Company and then my daughter told him that this is not any policy as my friend has also changed the battery of MI 4 from kamla nagar store and there they did not put any such condition meanwhile he handed over the phone to me back and my daughter was still on the line to which he didnt listed and the name of the ExecutI've was Devraj. Strange was this thing to know that the company is having such a strange policy "AND IF IT IS REALLY A COMPANY POLICY THEN I THINK THAT THE COMPANY SHOULD MENTION A DISCLAIMER ON IT SITE THAT FOR REPLACING BATTERY YOUR PHONE WILL BE CHECKED AND YOUR DATA WILL BE LOST SO BEFORE COMING UP TO ANY OF THE STORE KINDLY SAVE ALL YOUR DATA AND THEN COME SO THAT YOUR DATA AND YOUR TIME BOTH CAN BE SAVED."

    As i have said earlier also, that the company like samsung and nokia whose phone i was carrying earlier didnot have such a strange policy and even other companies also dont have as we have heard from some or the other friends o[censored]s that what is the procedure of replacinh the battery.

    Because of his misbehavior, i have to indulge in other such works despite of the fact that i dont have much time like talking to customer care of mi and writing this complaint etc and the most important i will again have to visit the store after having words from the senior executives of the Company as i have registered a complaint to the customer care.

    No doubt that the company is doing great justice with its products and providing best technology products etc but this being a customer is a request that kindly be strict wih your executives also who actualy has to deal with your customers as they play an important role in imcreasing and decreasing your client if the client will not be satisfied with their words, behaviour etc which can ultimately ruin your goodwill as the customer will run to the store as and when the device will be giving any of the problem.

      I had made a prepaid order for "redmi 3s flip case black" order id - [protected] on 11th november 2016. the company provided tracking details as[protected] through fed ex. as i tracked its progress i discovered that it was sent to imphal - manipur (another state 500 miles away)

      I had written to costumer support center on the 14th november and was replied by (manjunath) (11/15/2016 05:00 pm) who informed me that my orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days and that once the product is shipped they will send me tracking details.

      Again i wrote to them on the 15th november and was again replied by a different executive friya (11/15/2016 04:57 pm) who again educated me on the same lines as above.

      How can i contact somebody who can actually resolve my problem. its been 16 days since i have made the purchase and till date the product is lying in another state.

        I have recently purchased Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 mobile through Amazon on 01 october, 2016. After using few days, now device has not working suddenly. There was some bad smell coming out of device, hence I approached to authorised service centre at Indore. Service centre was totally insensitive and has declined to help for resolution. After repeated request they had written that product is not covered under warranty.
        I have sent number of mails to customer support, but they are not bothered there to respond.. This is totally insensitive approach towards customer grievances. I have also tried to approach customer care number, but did not provide any solution

        Pl let me know how this issue will be resolved. If I do not get any solution, then I will have to take resort for
        legal action against the company

          I have order red me note 3 gold on 02/11/2016. I have received the same on 09/11/2016. But mobile sim card slot was not opened. I have immdiately shown in service centre, they also refused and suugested to get the replacement. Request for replacemement is accepted by them and mobile was picked up by them & reached the warehouse on 10/11/2016. There after till date i am taking the follow up for repalcement. Today response from them is that mobile is not recevied by them only box is received.in such case who is responsible? I think it is clear cut fraud... Do not purchase from mi.com.. Invoice no.[protected] tvs electronics limited.

            The service center number is always busy to provide an update and while getting connected after 100 times of call, they have responded me that we will call you after 15 days only and we dont have any update now.

            Is this the service i am expecting for a Mic issue in my mobile after 8 working days. This is ridiculous and it is not my first experience as well. Previously, i have experienced the same bad service from this service center as well.

              I have submitted my Xiaomi Redmi 3s smartphone since 10 days . It is in guarantee period. I have purchased it since 2 months. It is not working. So that's why I deposited my smartphone in service center which is una in himachal Pradesh. I am suffering a lot. But no response from una (H.P) service center. I think they are wasting my time and not well educated. They are very poor in their field. So I request you to do necessary steps against them as soon as possible. Please call me [protected].                 I had purchased Redmi 2 Prime 16 GB, white color vide order no Snap deal order no [protected] placed on 7th November 2015. The phone was delivered to me on 11th November 2015. However I did not receive any invoice with the phone. On talking with the snapdeal representative, I was told that a duplicate invoice can be generated from the site. But that feature does not seem to function. I was also told that the order number would suffice for any issue.
                the phone was working fine till august 2016, when I noticed that it has gotten too slow and would take ages to start up. When I visited the noida service centre in August, I was told there was the problem of the phone getting too many temp files and cache had to be cleared. the service centre executive sort of cleared it but after a week the problem came back. I continued using the phone . On 7th of November the phone shut down and would not reboot. I visited the service centre on the 9th November at 5.00 pm. But tey refused to accept me on the ground that no more service request can be accepted for the day. I went again on 11th to be told that there is a software issue with my phone and which would cost me rs 300. I told him that the phone was in warranty but I was asked to produce the invoice. I gave him the order number but he would not accept and wanted a hard copy of the invoice. Today again I went to the service centre with a snap shot of the order history of snapdeal as the invoice cant be retrieved. But the service centre was closed today for some maintenance issue.Now my problem is that Iam not in a position to log my complaint even with the service centre for no fault of mine and my warranty as expired. please redress.

                  I have purchased the MI Note 3 phone from SNAP deal and the supplier is TVS ELECTRONICS LTD-BLR-PC-VOI..Bangalore .When I collected the product from courier person the box was empty and No phone inside the box. Its really very disappointed and cheating case by TVS Electronics.

                  Please team take some action on TVS ELECTRONICS LTD-BLR-PC-VOI, so that they can understand that people are not FOOL and paying for empty box.

                  I am also going to register the complaint police station too.

                    I had purchased MI MAX handset in Aug-2016. Phone not responding on start up. Visited BTM service centre, Bangalore for service on 14-Nov-2016
                    They said mother board has issues and need to be replaced. Till date don't know the status of issue or when can I expect the phone. MI India is harassing its customers with poor service provided by its service centers.

                    Mai apna mobile 1Nov.2106 nu purchase kita c Red mi 3s gold ehnu purchase kite nu hale 12 days hoye ne . Eh mobile hang hon lag geya. Jdo mai instagram open krda ta eh jang ho janda & snapchat open krn te oh app apne aap band ho jandi aw. Kai var ehdi speed slow ho jandi aw.
                    After upgrading my Red Mi Note 3 to last upgrade, wifi speed is reduced from 4 Mbps to less than 1 Mbps. Even speed of other connected devices gets reduced if Note 3 is connected.
                    I have raised the issue through feedback app which is pre installed to my phone, but no respond I received till now.
                    I am very sorry to complain about the issue that there is no attendent for customers during working hours

                      It was about 1 month of buying the redmi note 3 32gb from amazon the phone i.e. redmi note 3 32gb stopped getting charged then i visited chandigarh service centre they told the charging slot is damaged and it will take approximately 2-3 months of getting it repaired then i visited ambala service centre they asked me for 1 month for getting the charging slot repair. After 1 month when i took my phone from ambala service centre after using it for two month it again started giving me problems with
                      1) not recognising of fingerprint
                      2) getting hanged
                      3) camera started lagging
                      4) battery draining very fastly
                      then i visited jaipur service centre they told me o[censored]pdating the software as they told me that i updated my phone to miui 8 it started showing me problems after getting updated it again started showing me with the same problems that i have lisited above again after a week i visited again to jaipur service centre they told me it will take about 2-3- months as they are not receiving the parts from the company side. After a month i visited service centre they instantly repaired my phone and given and asked me not to update it to miui 8 and we have changed your dotter board as it was having the problem. After using it for a week it again started giving me the same problem. I contacted mi costomer care they asked me again to visit service centre. It was just a 5 months of buying the phone and has gone to 4 times the service centre and in few days again it will be going in the service centre. i think that this phone is made to be kept in the service centre only.

                      no one is taking this issue serious i think i should visit now consumer court and file pil case rather then visiting service centre then they would come to know and they will not make fool to any other customer.

                        I bought phone online through snapdeal model redme note 3 (32gb). For 15 days it continuously hangs and i have to switch off many times, sometimes unable to switch off too. Very poor hand set. I am fed up with this. I went krishna nagar service centre for this but was told to switch off when this problem occurs. What is this? Why are u making fool to customers. I want replace with new other perfect model. If my problem was not sort out then have to go for another step.

                          I have purchased of-line mobile from "new balaji custom shop, sangli, maharashtra, on diwali dt 29/10/16.

                          Yesterday night, i would like to re-charge mobile & i am inserted charger socket into mobile socket, it not shows charging progress & %. I removed pin & then re-inserted, but same was happening. I. E no charging. Today complete battery is discharged, now mobile is in switch-off mode.
                          Since iam living at kolhapur-maharashtra.

                          Now please help me, resolve this serious complaint matter urgently.

                              Hi my name is Vatsalya Verma and I had an hardware issue in my Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 which is currently under warranty. I went to the customer service centre which is located in Noida Sec.18 just beside Bamboo Shoot Restaurant on 12th October 2016 and told them about the issue. They said it was related to the motherboard of the phone and I would have to leave my phone there for a maximum period of 25 days and after that I will surely get my phone back. The phone is purchased on my Father's name (Sharad Kumar Verma). Its been over 5 weeks and still I haven't got the confirmation that my phone has been repaired from the customer service centre's side. Neither do they call me nor they pick up my phone, every time I call them, there phone keeps on ringing and they don't answer it. I have also complained in the MI call centre and after my tons of calls they have put my case under high priority but that is of no use since they told me that they would be contacting me and would be providing me update regarding my phone today i.e, on 18th of November 2016 but they didn't reached out to me and then after going through a lot of frustration I again rang up to them and asked them to transfer my call to senior executive... finally I was able to talk to some supervisor but he was also unable to provide a proper solution as to when my phone will be repaired. He told me that I should give them some more time. I don't understand what does this "Some more time" means to them.
                              The service centre people have answered my call may be a couple of times and the last time I spoke to them was on 16th November, 2016 but they told me that my phone has not been repaired yet and the part which was meant to be repaired in the phone has not been shipped from Bangluru since last month and they also said that may be the "motherboard" has been shipped yesterday and would be reaching their office today and they told me that I would get my phone back soon. I didn't know how come they didn't got the part since the last month. Was the part they demanded was coming on foot or what??? or had they been fooling around with me and actually they were carefree and didn't asked for my phone's part from their headquarters or else they they didn't informed the headquarters about my problem??? I asked them to give me my phone back till Saturday i.e, 20th November 2016 in whatever condition it may be and then I told them that I will be filing a legal complaint against them that they have been so much poor in their customer service which includes all sorts of problems I went through during this period and what all I did to get my phone back. They then said to me that they will try and repair my phone till Saturday and will be updating me before hand and till this time I haven't received a call from their side.
                              The problem with my phone was that it was running on Beta rom and when i tried upgrading it to stable rom it displayed a message stating that the'update package cannot be verified'. Then I contacted the MI call centre and told them about the problem and they asked me to fastboot or manually flash my rom on the phone. I did it and after I completed that process I found out that in my phone's hybrid sim slot my 1st sim was not detected and only one sim was detected in that. Then I again rang up to MI call centre and told them about this issue, and they asked me to perform a hardware test on the phone which would tell me that my phone's sim slot is working or not and when I ran the test it displayed 'Failed' notification so when I told them this they said it was the issue with the motherboard of the phone and I would have to take it to the nearest customer service centre. Next day that was on 13th October 2016 I submitted my phone on the below mentioned address and all my necessary details and Jobsheet which they gave me as a complaint ID which is attached herewith.

                              Also the no. which they have provided on the net is not working for the Noida service centre and so I asked for an alternate no.form them and they gave me a personal no. of their head staff which currently works their.

                              He is the person responsible for all sorts of trouble I have gone through after the submission of my phone.
                              This is the customer service no. for the Noida centre for all the people who might get to the end of this complaint.
                              I demand them to return my phone as within 2-3 working days else they provide a new handset to me or they give me a complete return of my phone as it is under warranty for the next 4-5 months.

                                I have given my note 3 in this service center. This is to note that I had bought this phone on 25th oct and within 15 days it's display was all black. I requested Amazon the seller to return it but per them their return window was exhausted. So I given it to rdc Ghaziabad service center they checked my phone and confirmed that there is some manufacturing defect but denied to replace however promised to repair in next 10 days. When I am calling no one is picking phone. After about 15 attempts gentleman picked up however very very rude he told me to com on 20th that is Sunday to pick phone. Really poor and rude customer care. I will make sure not to use next time mi.

I'm writing this in a heart breaking situation ..i had purchased my phone redmi note 3 before 3 months ago.. i lost my almost 2000 very important photos from my hidden folder section . I Dont know what's happening in my phone.. I'm sure that those photos are still on my device since the space is full.. that photos are damn important please help me sir ..

                                    I purchased a Redmi note 3, online, a few months ago. Everything was fine and working properly. 1 months ago my phone's screen cracked. I Gave it for servicing and got it back last week. The screen was new but then today just few minutes ago my phone fell down from my hand just by 3 inches, my phone just touched the ground and it has cracked again ! I paid RS.2500 for servicing my phone and yet the same. Pls help me regarding the replacement of my Mobile phone's screen !

                                      My incident number is[protected], and my order number is [protected]. I had blue shade at bottom of the screen and i also noticed unusual shutdown for 2-3 times .since it has been 3 days, my faulty device reached your warehouse.i donot get any updates.customer care is lethorgic and give silly answers.i need the replacement at the very earliest.please make them take this thing as a serious issue.

                                        Sir/madam,

                                        I have been using mi mobile right from redmi to latest mi4i and redmi 3s. Its has always successfully cater my requirement.
                                        But recently there was an update MiUi 8 which destroy the complete experience of mine.Now my phone lags a lot, all button press response time is increased, in shorts the whole system become slow, which was never a case with other miui.

                                        I request to please resolve the issue, otherwise you will lose thousands of loyal customer like me.
