Im hanok from kochi .. I'm writing this in a heart breaking situation ..i had purchased my phone redmi note 3 before 3 months ago.. i lost my almost 2000 very important photos from my hidden folder section . I Dont know what's happening in my phone.. I'm sure that those photos are still on my device since the space is full.. that photos are damn important please help me sir .....

I purchased a Redmi note 3, online, a few months ago. Everything was fine and working properly. 1 months ago my phone's screen cracked. I Gave it for servicing and got it back last week. The screen was new but then today just few minutes ago my phone fell down from my hand just by 3 inches, my phone just touched the ground and it has cracked again ! I paid RS.2500 for servicing my phone and yet the same. Pls help me regarding the replacement...

1 month ago purchased the phone from flipkart... Getting multiple restarts everyday... Visited service centre... They updated the software.. But still problem persists. They declared motherboard is defective.in the same service centre numerous people with the same problem was present. Please replace the phone to safeguard your image in general crowd....

I have submitted my handset mi4i to the service centre in erla, vileparle west mumbai.
4 months have passed, i receive calls from main office banglore to collect my handset/replacement as earliest from the service centre.

I had given my phone xiomi mi 4 for servicing on 19, august 2016 at patto plaza panjim-hcl service station.

The issue is, sim card not getting detected. The phone is under warranty.

In august, three times i was called at the service station saying that the phone was repaired but actually it wasn't when i asked them to test it.

I go to xiomi centre at kolkata lake city they are so misbehaving very bad my mi charger was not working so i went there for repair but they just said that we have to submit our mobile what the hell problem is in my charger and how rough they are speaking when i called xiomi they said that they cant do anything oh seriously chinese are realy cheap. I purchased the mobile and received the mobile on 24th september and it was the damaged unit. Also requested for replacing a mi 3s prime (Gray) of mi order id ([protected]) [incident:[protected]]. Its been 52 days now i did not received my mobile. Every time i call customer service they say we rise the complaint be patience you will receive the mobile. How long i need to wait? I haven't seen such a worst customer...

On 12nov (Saturday) my ph got wet due to rainfall.. Earlier it was facing some touch problem which i already mailed u.
Now thing is that on saturday my ph was completely dead..
Today (14th nov morining) i went to service centre in haazra, kolkata
They took my ph without any ""token no & without any jobsheet""amd afyer 10min returned...

I gave my phone for 3 times service in warranty period but same problem was not solved, & from customer care not giving proper reply. I m businessmen, i used ur 4 phones but this is the first time its too highly headache, i[censored] can't do anything, give me a new phone or give me my money back... Or i will take legal action... My son in law who lives at hyderabad purchased redmi note 3 through snap deal on 14.6.16.
With in no time the instrument got repair, when approached to service centre at hyderabad, they informed that mother board is to be replaced.
We got the instrument after 30 days..

Hello there,
I have already registered the pickMi service to collect my faulty redmi2 handset 2 days before to customer care.
I haven't yet received any notification from Pickmi service. My phone's expiry validity will be expired within 2 days.
This is very ridiculous.
Xiaomi India nor provides good service and listen to their customers.
