Dear sir,

I have raised below complaint with xiaomi. Kindly refer the below email and would request you to initiate the necessary action.

Dear sir,
I have purchased redmi 3s prime (Gold, 32 gb) on september 07 2016through flipkart, order id: od[protected]. The product was delivered to me on september 10 2016. Suddenly few days back (From 28th sept 2016) the phone stopped working, its went in sleep mode whenever i received or make a call or open any application, and for awakening up i have to restart the phone.

It is clear from the above facts that my product is not good. I have visited the service center and submitted the phone but the service center is saying that i have to pay rs. 3000/-, for repair. My question is ‘why should i pay the said amount i. E. Rs.3000/-‘, since my phone is in warranty period and the warranty period is 1 year. Neither my phone is broken nor its went in water then why should i pay the amount.

My demand are as follows:-

1) replace my phone with some another phone

2) if above is not possible then my current phone need to repair without any cost and in good condition

3) and i should must receive some standby phone for use in return without fail, till my phone don’t get repaired.

I request your goodselfs to seriously look into the matter and provide your submission within 3 days from the receipt of this letter.

Relevant documents to support the above facts are enclosed herewith for your ready perusal.

    I ordered 2pcs. Mi 3s prime mobile in october month. But still my product not delivered to me. Order status shows its delivered. From that time to till date i was complaint many times on toll free no., and via email but no response. Customer care executive told me its in process but no time limit or not sure how much time it will take to resolve. 20-30 times i mailed or 8-10 times i was call on toll free no.
    2months done.

      Hi,

      Few weeks ago,

      When i was playing cricket i kept my phone aside and after that i took my mobile into my hand and i'm trying to unlock but the phone is not responding.. Simply it is in switch off mode.. I don't know what to do at times and again i started switch on the phone by holding lock button for some time.. Then also it wasn't switch on.. Then finally i tried it with removing battery then also no luck... So finally went to the customer care center and revealed the situation what happened earlier and also i have shown my warranty too. What they said is initially we have to check your mobile for that it charges around 300/- and if it is not working properly then we let u know the thing that what we need to do. So after 1 hour they came up with the word that your mother board and screen have to replace so it charges upto 6000/- my mobile is redmi2s and it is only 7000/- so i came out of the store and i kept aside my mobile ideally.. Please go through this issue and help me out.

          I order mi 3s prime from mi official site/portal and they delivered me defective piece without testing. After when i request for replacement, initially they were not ready to replacement of my phone. After complain to on official fb page they initiated replacement process after 3 days of continue request. Now i am asking for replacement id, the customer support executive give me fake details about bluedart tracking id which is not existing on mi official page as well as bluedart portal. Now i am frustrated about mi india service and there is not status of my mi phone which is i gave to mi for replacement. Waiting for reply from mi headquarter and about my phone.
          MI MAX and bigg size jiski waja se return karna hai aur iska fingerprint bhi nahi chal raha iske badle redmi note 3 aur baaki rufund ruturn

          Every time my phone is going to hang.

            I am P.Ravikumar from Erode, Tamilnadu.I have purchase new mobile on 20.11.2016 at Amazon site. Now, My mobile's any application when open then default on FM player not stopping, & call speaker not working.

            i am going to the Erode B2X service center. (Service Order:WXIN[protected] The executive say to me, 4 days taking for servicing. ok. After 1 weeks complete... but still now my mobile is not give to me. when i calling to this centre, busy-busy-busy. no one has taking the phone.

            I have paid amount Rs.12, 000/- for this product. my family members are angry & asking new mobile replacement. So, i want new mobile.

            I purchased this phone on 5th Nov'16 and have started using from 8th Nov'16, from last week i.e. 26th- 27th, have observed that the screen of my mobile is bent, dimensions changed near sim card area, unable to disconnect calls.
            Need this phone to be replaced at any cost. Going through one of the worst experience on online purchase.

              I update MIUI 7 to MIUI 8 in my REDMI 3S PRIME and I forgot the pattern.Kindly help me to unlock REDMI 3S PRIME without losing any data.The hard reset of my phone can't be done by Volume Up + Power button.After pressing Volume Up + Power button, Recovery mode come but after touching Recovery mode, no action is performed.So please also tell how to hard reset the phone
              I am very much disappointed that after 2 times motherboard change in my Redmi 2 prime phone still not OK...

              I visit 4-5 times but last time no change happened just hold it for 10 days and return back as it is...

              Phone is under warranty but no body is resolving the problem... Just making fool...

              Pls suggest for further action...

                          I had ordered Xiaomi REDMI NOTE 3 from Amazon.Please find detailed bill attached for reference.

                          Within 20 days the phone gave problems.I called Amazon they said you need to go to Xiaomi for the complaint.
                          I gave my phone for servicing on 5-11-16
                          problem - not getting charged, volume button not working, phone started hanging

                          I guess the issue was resolved and i received my phone back on 12-11-16.

                          Within 2 days it started hanging i.e on 15-11-16
                          I had to give my phone again for servicing on same day and received it back on same day

                          Again after 20 days i.e on 7-12-16 phone started hanging, touch pad was not working, main screen keys not working.

                          Are we fools to pay such a huge amount and get such third class phone?How am i supposed to work if the phone is not working in every 15 days?

                          Please take care of this issue and get my phone replaced asap.

                          I hope you guys dont check my patience any more because i have been patient since last 3 months and now I cant.

                              I booked a redme 3s prime but my phone after unboxing since first not charging.. And customer support now says that they cant pick up the phone from my delivery address. I have to send it by my own expense. How it should possible. It is loss of my money and working time. Customer support also sent me at exclusive customer service centre for knocking the incident and then i called again for request register the replacement complain with the job sheet no. But here they create a more pressure, as They mentioned a 72 hours period for courier it.. I am not at front of the phone. I came outstation.. How it is possible to courier it within the mentioned time period . And it is their manufacturing fault and for them why I have to sufferer by paying advance the sum of 9000 by online for the phone? Please suggest me if possible.

                              My phone got a complaint that charging time should be taken about 4 to 6 hours so i went to mi service at kochi(ravipuram), kerala...the taken my phone and said to come after 2 weeks then go their after 2 weeks but my complaint remains ..i hope you will take action against them

                                Issue: On october 28th 2016 noticed Battery draining very quickly, over heating of phone with some noise. As am WHEELCHAIR MOBILISED I requested my sister who had come to home for vacation from Mumbai to give my mobile for service with all the details, handset and charger. After two and a half week my mobile was ready so I requested my father to get my mobile as my sister had gone back. The service center people only gave mobile to my father but not the charger.
                                Later I called those guys to enquire regarding the charger and they completely denied taking charger and also argued that it was not seen in CCTV footage. Hence I requested my sister to call and speak with them and convinced my dad to go there and check the footage, as soon as they saw my dad they took 5 minutes and handed over some old not working charger without any word uttered or seeing the footage.
                                After informing my father regarding this he asked me to resolve this issue on my own, there was no proper response for my calls and they talk in such a way that I did not want to call them again. I don't want to buy new charger as I deserve to receive my original charger back or a brand new charger from service center.
                                Request: Give back my original charger or replace the old charger which you gave me with the brand new one, I can't visit your service center so home deliver it or send your representative and a unconditional written apology for cheating me.

                                  With reference to inquiry Number [protected] undersigned purchase THE MI mobile online from mi store on 7th July 2016 and my order num is [protected] .On 16th Nov. 2016 during charging of mobile, Mobile was not working afterwords undersigned Immediately registered the complain telephonically. MI official registered the complain and schedule the pick up on 18th Nov. 2016 But No one from MI Store has come to pick the phone on 18th Nov. 2016 After that I continue called to the MI Store on daily basis regarding Pick up the mobile but response from MI Store was really horrible .they are not willing to even response they simply put the phone on hold for more than one hour That kind of behavior was not expected from such a big reputed company .After repitative follow up, Mi official pick up the mobile on 28th Nov 2016
                                  As per policy of Mi store Phone is under warranty for one year . As mentioned earlier mobile was purchased only 5 month back so mobile was under warranty period and i am fully confident that after giving my 200% effort and so much mental harassment for picking the phone the from mi official i will get the mobile after repair with 5- 6 day .But on 6th Dec i got a mail from MI Store that phone was not working due to liquid damage As mentioned earlier phone was not working while changing, so without any doubt phone was not damaged due to leakage of water and interesting thing is that MI Store demanding more than Rs 7000 for repairing the phone.and mi official asked to deposit the money with in 2 days.
                                  Sir as per warranty policy it was mi store's responsibility to repair the phone and not taking the charges from customer. As mentioned earlier i already fully mentally harassed from MI Store I requested you that as a reputed company it is expected that please repair the phone without taking any charges and keep your customer happy and stress free.

                                      I have purchased a mi 3s from mi.com
                                      But when it was delivered it starts giving me problem.
                                      For same i have registered complains on both call and email but it wont solved.
                                      After that i ask them to refund but they told me they only can replace it so i told them to do that.
                                      After 2 days they told me you have to go to service center to first diagnosis you device { note mentioned in their rules} and when i told them you delivered me it in courier so come and collect it back. As other website do.
                                      But they told me then will not do this and we are canceling the replacement.
                                      I have fracture in my legs so how can i go their and main point is that why should i do that they send a defective product so its their responsibly to collect it back.
                                      Now you tell me what i do with this defective new phone.
