I have purchased Mi note 3 in may 2016, the auto stop charging after battery full is faulty and it damaged battery by overcharging, i go to service center and they says this is physical damage and out of guaranty and I have to pay INR 800/- for battery replacement,
Now i want to know that this is a non removable battery and damaged

I purchased a Redmi 2 prime a year ago, recently there is a fault in motherboard. I given to service centre in last month (cell is in warranty period), they said it will take 30-40 days. Actually i have given my phone to one assist to fix the problem but these guys didn't fixed the phone and told us that they are sending back my mobile.

I had problem such as abnormal display on the device like keypad typing some garbage numbers randomly, icons getting selected automatically. that's y i had sent my device through pick mi service on 17th september 2016 (inquiry number [protected]). i was asked to make a payment on 29th of rs.3098, as device dint come under warranty for physical damage. but the service center people returned my phone within two days without any repair....

But now when i have received my phone (26/09/2016) i saw a dent on its left side corner and thus my brand new phone is not at all looking new. Syska gadget secure — damage insurance claim

My phone was accidently damaged. I have submited my handset to syska 240 days before now. I am contacting syska since 8 months.
And i claimed mi-redmi irla vile prale prime mall service centre but his say no proper id proof and no document etc. This is a fraud policy
Today 240 days has been crossed and i still didn't get my cell phone.
Also they are cheating...

I went to mi service centre for repair my mi bluetooth speaker on 27/08/2016 and they took my speaker and said after 20 day you contact us and when i contact them they said from now 20 days more and till toady i didn't get my speaker.

It is not good you know that i purchased a mobile red mi -2 by online for your service. Uncertain with in warranty period, my mobiles have to come problems. How can it be even possible that a sale which started at 2 PM ends in just 1 second! even less then that. If you guys have no desire to give away products then don't show it on your website. Leave this cheap way to bring traffic to your website.
At 02:00:00 sale starts and at 02:00:01 it shows it's out of stock! how can it be out of stock in bloody 1 second!!
