On 9th april i recieved redmi note 3 which i ordered from official mi india site. just to be on the safe side i added mi protect worth rupees 375/- in june my handset fell from my hand and the screen broke. i registered a complaint on mi to which they said i have to contact the mi protect which is different from mi official. i went ahead and contacted mi protect to which they told me that i do not have to worry about anything and i will receive my handset in 21 days from the date of pick up from my home which will be arranged by mi protect(one assist). my handset was picked up from my home on 22 June 2016. i called and they confirmed me that i will receive my handset in 21-25 days at most. after around 20 days i called them up and asked about my handset and they told me that mi protect still hasn't received my handset. for the next 2 weeks i had to go through hell as they had no idea where my handset was. i called regularly for 2 weeks and after so much going behind them they finally received my handset. then they assured me that once the estimation is done i will receive my handset in 15 days they told me that estimation process takes up 1 week. still i kept calling them and finally after 20 days estimation was done. now it was the turn for the insurance company. they kept me waiting for a month just to approve the claim. finally they asked me to pay rs 318/- for the processing charge. i paid them the next day ie September second week. now again it was the turn of mi service centre since then there is no availability of the spare part for my phone. every time i keep callin them(mi protect) they tell me that the spare part is not available on the service centre thus they are helpless. when i called up at mi service centre they refuse to provide me with any information as they keep telling that its under mi protect thus we cannot do anything. i even have mails confirming from one assist that i will receive mu hand set on a particular date but just 2 days before the comes they tell me that the date has been extended due to unavailability of spare parts. i was told that i will receive my handset on 5th october . on 3rd of october i received a call from mi protect that the date has been extended to 8th october. on 7th october they called and tol me that the date has been extended again to 15 october .on 12th october they told me that the date has been extended and i will receive my handset on 22 october. on 19 october i called them and they told that the date has been extended again to 5th november.. i litrally dont know whether to cry or laugh. didnt expected this from mi and mi protect.

    Hello Sir, I am using mi phone but last month my charger was not working and since it is in warranty so I went to your store located at Agra ( M.G road) they submitted the charger and ask to wait for 15 days to get a new one. So I went there after 20 days but they denied to give a new charger as still it's not in a stock and it's been a month since I submitted my charger and I haven't got it and now I have to use some local charger that causing a problem in my phone so I request you to please take my complain seriously and keep proper supply of charger in your Agra store so that I can get my charger.

      I had ordered for a redmi note 3 and got a defective piece on delivery. I have reached out to them via email and chat for the last two weeks. There is no definite response. False promises. No call back. The defective piece has not been picked up. I now need a refund. Not sure how to go about the same. Every time a customer service executive has no clue about the after service. They dont know when the defective product will be picked up.

        I have given my charger for replacement under warranty at my nearest service center i. E. Vashi, navi mumbai on 17th sep, 2016. But i still haven't recieved it. I contact them daily on their support chat, where they have no answers for this. They always give excuse that someone from their team will call me regarding the issue in 24 hours, but that never happens, last call was recived on 12th oct with no positive outcomes. It is very frustrating for a customer to be a part of such cheap trips these companies are using.

          My was phone submitted on 04th june'2016 at xiaomi service centre surat location (Kataragm), service order & bill is attached for your reference,

          My handset is xiaomi mi 4i, local service centre is not responding as well as customer care, even i was mailed too but didn't get any respond & as per local service centre "mother board was faulty & can't repairable, it should be replace or new phone or money"

          Please help... :)
          Still not get delivered. Blue dart people saying not valid track no.

              . I am using redmi note 3 (32gb)
              This phone after 1month. This phone not comfortable for me. Because i am a heavy user. Using online games and apps (Above 50mb) phone starting to over heat. Normal usage no problem. And back camera very very bad like below 8mb clarity. Fingerprint sensor is not good sensing delay. I think this problems are solve after miui update or android update.

                Very fragile device. I purchased this device about a month back and I have hardly used it. It fell from my car seat to car floor (which has rubber carpet) and cracked. Service center took more than 15 days to repair it and in that period i got no updates, their phone wasn't reachable, it was only ringing and no one responded etc etc.

                They day i collected the phone 20th Oct 2016 from marathalli mi service center. Battery was 0% charged. They plugged in i got few mins to check it I couldn't notice the hairline crack on right corner nor could i test the device for long because it wasn't charged. I think i trusted their service too much. I thought everything must be alright, why would they cheat me?

                When i came home and attached it to charger i noticed that display isn't proper and crack was visible. Service center response was very rude and they kept blaming me. As if i was interested in breaking my phone again and spend 2700 again.[protected] customer care took forever to respond. even today i haven't heard from them. My question is if service center had replaced a fault free lcd then did the device just crack on its own inside my purse? It is that fragile? By the way battery performance is not as promised in specs

                I would like to return this device and get appropriate refund ASAP.
                Hlo sir I had a new redmi note 3 phone I buyed it from snapdeal in august so there is a problem I m facing with tye earphone slot can u plzz provide me information about to how to replace that I have a warranty of one year so help me to solve this problem

                  I ordered a handset mi 3sprime from the mi website on 28/9/2016 for 8, 999/- through cod. the phone was delivered to me by blue-dart on 30/9/2016. while using the phone i noticed that the 3g connectivity of the phone was not working properly. the same was brought to the notice of mi executives on the toll free number. i was told to send the phone back to mi for replacement hence we went to the service center and took work order and mail it to mi. as per the instructions from mi the phone was sent back to mi via blue-dart courier service on 5 sept 2016. waybill no: [protected].

                  When i got in touch with mi on they said that the phone has not reached their warehouse and they cannot provide a replacement till they get the faulty phone back. on further investigation it was found that the phone was misplaced or lost in transit by blue-dart. mi dosent do followup with bluedart.

                  I have been following up continuously with blue-dart and mi for the past 10-12 days but failed to get any response from mi for the same.

                  Kindly provide compensation for what i am suffering asap otherwise i will take necessary action against xiaomi india soon.

                    I just brought a redmi note 3 mobile, after 1 month it gave charging problem, when i had gone to service center, they told me that it will require 10-12 days to repair, but now 1 month passed, no part of the MI mobile available in that nagpur service center,
                    i have recorded there response. don't buy MI mobiles, very very bad service. i have wasted my money.

                      I have submitted my phone to the Xiaomi Service center located in Maninagar for the Mother Board replacement. Though they have given initial time line of the 10-12 days my device is yet not repaired after more then 15 days.

                      Xiaomi has very pathetic service center and the experience with this device is also very poor.

                      Not expected such expensive device to sort its mother board in less then 5 months.
                      I purchased MI Max from on 02.10.2016. After that I got update prompt of MIUI 8 and I accepted. After that I observed that camera is not recording video. I called customer care several time and no resolution. XIAOMI is least concerned about customer issues.
                      One must go to consumer courts.

                        I received a faulty phone from mi.com and after complaint they took 10 days in reverse pickup of phone and another 9 days for the replacement.Their customer care care is so poor that they don't take customer's problem seriously and they don't seems to give an early solution to the problem rather seems to linger on the problem too long. secondly I had purchsed Mi protect policy on my previous phone so i asked to replace that also. Again I contacted and e mailed the documents to micom but they are not giving me the replacement letter which i required to change my policy to new phone. Now I am frustrated with this and going to sue the company by registering a case in consumer court.
                        Im ordered red mi note 3 on18 oct but the status of this phone is still DC To SHIP when will i get my mobile please tell me..
                        Due to some malicious update of mi my phone got struck in bootloop when I tried the solution provided over there site, it doesn`t get repaired but now even my touch is also not working.

                          I Have purchased an new Redmi 3s prime mobile phone from Flipkart before few days but, After 15 days of purchase the charger of the phone stopped working.
                          I have visited the authorised service center of MI many times where i could not get chance to register my comlain due to unlimited amount of pending complains and so many people were in row before me at the end after 10 days i got the chance to register the complain the officials told me to replace the charger within 15 days and for this they told me submit the existing charger
                          Please explain how i will manage to charge my cell phone in these 15 days after submitting the charger
                          I should get a new charger from the company at the earliest, since the product is newly launched and i have purchased it in the second slought only.
                          Please look into the matter, and arrange to provide a new charger at the earliest

                            I bought a Redmi Note 3 (32 GB) from Snapdeal.com being order No. [protected] its IMEI No. [protected] registered in the name of Rangali Bhattacharya. Invoice Number S27E64/ 16-17/ 23963 Dated 28.07.2016 through its Seller TVS ELECTRONICS LTD. BLR_Dasana_SK. After i received the product it was not working at all. Then, I made a complaint within 7 days to snapdeal, they sent a service engineer but there was no result even after then. XIAOMI service centre is now not even paying heed to my complaints and are not being interested in replacing the product.
                            I want the product to be replaced by a new one as soon as possible cause its totally a damaged one otherwise I will have to move on with legal steps.
                            Today around 2pm this 1rs offer on Redmi 3s I have been waiting from 1pm and within few seconds after 2pm is showing all product availed., [censored]f xiomi

                              Purchased REdmi note 3 on 27/04/16, amazon. problems: heating, auto switching off, charging fault, etc. Submitted the faulty handset on 05/10/16. Was told the motherboard replacement will be done within two wks. Till to date nothing has been done. I two wks I am to leave India for 2 mths. Either give me a good srved handset or replace a new or refund my amount.

                                I submitted my mi4 phone on 21 st may, 2016 with job sheet no. Js[protected] @ rohtak state - haryana care centre.

                                Gurgaon mi exclusive service center, shop no. 1, parshvanath arcadia, plot no. 739/1, mg road, sector-14, gurgaon, haryana-122001

                                The expected date of return was 31st may, 2016. 4 months passed, i got my phone 27 th sept, 2016.

                                I received my phone after 4 months and submitted the job sheet no. Js[protected]. I called the care center so may times. All the 3 no. Were switched off.

                                These guys have given me that much mental harrassment that you can`t think. That to listen "no" i have traveled 130 km and wasted my whole day.

                                I complained the care centre against the rohtak care centre, under different complaint no. As[protected],[protected]. But you guys didn`t take any action against rohtak care center or against suraj - the executive.

                                I mailed to "service.[protected]@xiaomi.com" and they also told me to wait and have patience. Are you testing my patience. But the issue was never resolved.

                                I went to rohtak care center again on oct 1, 2016, asked for that it was not working. They asked me angrily "you have updated to miui8" to put me at fault. I told then that it was miui7. Just after 1 day, it showed me "google services has been stopped", camera was not working, even it was not recognizing network. I reset to factory setting and again tried.

                                Then they updated the software. I came back to my home.

                                After two days, it again showed signs of problem.

                                Note it showed "google play store has stopped working". I went to rohtak care centre again on oct-05, 2016.

                                Again the executive "suraj" there, he put the same words again. And try that it is ok. But i showed him the snapshot of "google android services has been stopped". Then he asked me that "i will ask make your receipt of hardware change and it will take 4 months again."then i went to gurgaon mi authorised care centre and submitted my phone on 12 oct., 2016. The care centre told me that he will contact when phone is ok. I agreed.

                                After 10 days, i called the gurgaon care centre to know the status whether they have repaired or not. They told me that you have done the pcb soldering outside not from the care centre and asked me to take back the phone, as according to him the guarantee has been void.

                                He lied me that he called me to take the phone back but he never called me rather than i called him.

                                I talked to care centre [protected] and they asked me to go to rohtak again to talk to the executive.

                                This is the ridiculous thing.

                                This is the height of the cheating, not listening to the customer, always putting the customer at fault.

                                I hardly used this phone for 2 months, still then it is in care centre and the care centre not handling the case.

                                If you are not taking action, i am finally moving to consumer court. I am having the chatting and audio recording of the calls, which i will present to the court as a proof.

                                  I booked my redmi 3s prime on 28/09/2016, in mi website and it come in my hand 02/10/2016 after 8 days on 10/10/2016 my mobile stoped working i sent email for replacement and went to service center vashi they give me service record of mobile and i called customer care for replacement they agree for that and i sent my mobile in my own cost by dtdc curior service it reached banglore warehouse dated on 17/10/2016 and now its 24/10/2016 yet my new replacement product is not sent by them my Incident id is[protected] customer care said that when it reaches warehouse we send replacement and yet they didn't send my new mobile if you want to send please refund my money 8999+550= 9599 Rs 550 is curior charge

                                    I have submitted my redmi note 3 for service on 01 october 2016. Officials said it is a problem of motherboard and will take 2weeks for replacement. Now its 23rd of the month that means 23 days i have waited and they are saying for additional 20 days. They are also not sure of the proper duration of time it takes . Very poor after sales service by xiaomi and xiaomi officials are publishing that how proud they are by selling 20 million redmi note 3 in india.

                                      My name is Prashanth and I had a ordered a new redmi note 3 for my cousin. The phone started rebooting automatically within 2 months o[censored]sage. After sending it to a service centre in bangalore, they returned the phone after a reformat. And it again showed the same problem. The whole story repeated two more times where the service centre reformatted the phone, "claimed" to have tested it, it's gone bad again now. This is a lot of trouble for us, as we are not residents of bangalore and need to courier the phone and ask a friend to submit it.
                                      The negligence shown by mi is too much. I want to demand for a replacement. The phone has been unusable since the last 2 months.

                                        I purchased Redmi note3 and two other accessories on 16th Sept 2016 in from mi.com and done online payment of 10, 898.Now its 23nd of OCT and still my mobile is unknown.
                                        Bluedart courier said that your order is lost somewhere and talk to mi but mi customer service just do vice-versa.Either give my products or back my money nothing else as I am from middle class family I need it badly after many months of saving I am able to purchase this phone but this is very unfortunate.please do something.
