I have submitted my phone to the Xiaomi Service center located in Maninagar for the Mother Board replacement. Though they have given initial time line of the 10-12 days my device is yet not repaired after more then 15 days.

Xiaomi has very pathetic service center and the experience with this device is also very poor.

Not expected such expensive device to sort its mother board in less then 5 months.
I purchased MI Max from on 02.10.2016. After that I got update prompt of MIUI 8 and I accepted. After that I observed that camera is not recording video. I called customer care several time and no resolution. XIAOMI is least concerned about customer issues.
One must go to consumer courts.

    I received a faulty phone from mi.com and after complaint they took 10 days in reverse pickup of phone and another 9 days for the replacement.Their customer care care is so poor that they don't take customer's problem seriously and they don't seems to give an early solution to the problem rather seems to linger on the problem too long. secondly I had purchsed Mi protect policy on my previous phone so i asked to replace that also. Again I contacted and e mailed the documents to micom but they are not giving me the replacement letter which i required to change my policy to new phone. Now I am frustrated with this and going to sue the company by registering a case in consumer court.
    Im ordered red mi note 3 on18 oct but the status of this phone is still DC To SHIP when will i get my mobile please tell me..
    Due to some malicious update of mi my phone got struck in bootloop when I tried the solution provided over there site, it doesn`t get repaired but now even my touch is also not working.

This is taking too much time.. The service centre dont show result... I need my charger as soon as possible

      I Have purchased an new Redmi 3s prime mobile phone from Flipkart before few days but, After 15 days of purchase the charger of the phone stopped working.
      I have visited the authorised service center of MI many times where i could not get chance to register my comlain due to unlimited amount of pending complains and so many people were in row before me at the end after 10 days i got the chance to register the complain the officials told me to replace the charger within 15 days and for this they told me submit the existing charger
      Please explain how i will manage to charge my cell phone in these 15 days after submitting the charger
      I should get a new charger from the company at the earliest, since the product is newly launched and i have purchased it in the second slought only.
      Please look into the matter, and arrange to provide a new charger at the earliest

        I bought a Redmi Note 3 (32 GB) from Snapdeal.com being order No. [protected] its IMEI No. [protected] registered in the name of Rangali Bhattacharya. Invoice Number S27E64/ 16-17/ 23963 Dated 28.07.2016 through its Seller TVS ELECTRONICS LTD. BLR_Dasana_SK. After i received the product it was not working at all. Then, I made a complaint within 7 days to snapdeal, they sent a service engineer but there was no result even after then. XIAOMI service centre is now not even paying heed to my complaints and are not being interested in replacing the product.
        I want the product to be replaced by a new one as soon as possible cause its totally a damaged one otherwise I will have to move on with legal steps.
        Today around 2pm this 1rs offer on Redmi 3s I have been waiting from 1pm and within few seconds after 2pm is showing all product availed., [censored]f xiomi

          Purchased REdmi note 3 on 27/04/16, amazon. problems: heating, auto switching off, charging fault, etc. Submitted the faulty handset on 05/10/16. Was told the motherboard replacement will be done within two wks. Till to date nothing has been done. I two wks I am to leave India for 2 mths. Either give me a good srved handset or replace a new or refund my amount.

            I submitted my mi4 phone on 21 st may, 2016 with job sheet no. Js[protected] @ rohtak state - haryana care centre.

            Gurgaon mi exclusive service center, shop no. 1, parshvanath arcadia, plot no. 739/1, mg road, sector-14, gurgaon, haryana-122001

            The expected date of return was 31st may, 2016. 4 months passed, i got my phone 27 th sept, 2016.

            I received my phone after 4 months and submitted the job sheet no. Js[protected]. I called the care center so may times. All the 3 no. Were switched off.

            These guys have given me that much mental harrassment that you can`t think. That to listen "no" i have traveled 130 km and wasted my whole day.

            I complained the care centre against the rohtak care centre, under different complaint no. As[protected],[protected]. But you guys didn`t take any action against rohtak care center or against suraj - the executive.

            I mailed to "service.[protected]@xiaomi.com" and they also told me to wait and have patience. Are you testing my patience. But the issue was never resolved.

            I went to rohtak care center again on oct 1, 2016, asked for that it was not working. They asked me angrily "you have updated to miui8" to put me at fault. I told then that it was miui7. Just after 1 day, it showed me "google services has been stopped", camera was not working, even it was not recognizing network. I reset to factory setting and again tried.

            Then they updated the software. I came back to my home.

            After two days, it again showed signs of problem.

            Note it showed "google play store has stopped working". I went to rohtak care centre again on oct-05, 2016.

            Again the executive "suraj" there, he put the same words again. And try that it is ok. But i showed him the snapshot of "google android services has been stopped". Then he asked me that "i will ask make your receipt of hardware change and it will take 4 months again."then i went to gurgaon mi authorised care centre and submitted my phone on 12 oct., 2016. The care centre told me that he will contact when phone is ok. I agreed.

            After 10 days, i called the gurgaon care centre to know the status whether they have repaired or not. They told me that you have done the pcb soldering outside not from the care centre and asked me to take back the phone, as according to him the guarantee has been void.

            He lied me that he called me to take the phone back but he never called me rather than i called him.

            I talked to care centre [protected] and they asked me to go to rohtak again to talk to the executive.

            This is the ridiculous thing.

            This is the height of the cheating, not listening to the customer, always putting the customer at fault.

            I hardly used this phone for 2 months, still then it is in care centre and the care centre not handling the case.

            If you are not taking action, i am finally moving to consumer court. I am having the chatting and audio recording of the calls, which i will present to the court as a proof.

              I booked my redmi 3s prime on 28/09/2016, in mi website and it come in my hand 02/10/2016 after 8 days on 10/10/2016 my mobile stoped working i sent email for replacement and went to service center vashi they give me service record of mobile and i called customer care for replacement they agree for that and i sent my mobile in my own cost by dtdc curior service it reached banglore warehouse dated on 17/10/2016 and now its 24/10/2016 yet my new replacement product is not sent by them my Incident id is[protected] customer care said that when it reaches warehouse we send replacement and yet they didn't send my new mobile if you want to send please refund my money 8999+550= 9599 Rs 550 is curior charge

              When I Purchase this Redmi 3 s prime they said 1years manufacturing warrant. Present the mobile too heat and also charger .

              Where. I should complain please suggest me.

                I have submitted my redmi note 3 for service on 01 october 2016. Officials said it is a problem of motherboard and will take 2weeks for replacement. Now its 23rd of the month that means 23 days i have waited and they are saying for additional 20 days. They are also not sure of the proper duration of time it takes . Very poor after sales service by xiaomi and xiaomi officials are publishing that how proud they are by selling 20 million redmi note 3 in india.

                  My name is Prashanth and I had a ordered a new redmi note 3 for my cousin. The phone started rebooting automatically within 2 months o[censored]sage. After sending it to a service centre in bangalore, they returned the phone after a reformat. And it again showed the same problem. The whole story repeated two more times where the service centre reformatted the phone, "claimed" to have tested it, it's gone bad again now. This is a lot of trouble for us, as we are not residents of bangalore and need to courier the phone and ask a friend to submit it.
                  The negligence shown by mi is too much. I want to demand for a replacement. The phone has been unusable since the last 2 months.

                    I purchased Redmi note3 and two other accessories on 16th Sept 2016 in from mi.com and done online payment of 10, 898.Now its 23nd of OCT and still my mobile is unknown.
                    Bluedart courier said that your order is lost somewhere and talk to mi but mi customer service just do vice-versa.Either give my products or back my money nothing else as I am from middle class family I need it badly after many months of saving I am able to purchase this phone but this is very unfortunate.please do something.

                        Most unfortunately I bought Redmi Note 3 on 07/07/2016 bearing invoice No :[protected] and

                        IMEI:[protected]

                        Within a months time the mobile phone stoppedworking due to charging problem. To add to my agony, this company does not have service centres in Hubli Karnataka excepting Bangalore. There also most of the centres hv closed.

                        After so much of efforts I could find a most unprofessional service centre at Begumpet Hyderabad - tvse.

                        My so Furqan has given it for servicing on 24/09/2016.

                        But till date the phone has not been repaired.

                        What kind of service is this.

                        Kindly look into the matter and resolve in a couple of days time.

                        I am sure this issue will not get escalated.

                        Looking forward to hearing from you now.

                        I have written a mail to regional manager. Mr. Vishnukumar, but till date even he has not bother to rectify the issue.
                        It is cheating to innocent public. The begumpet service centre told that I would receive a Sms if the Mobil phone is repaired.

                        There are so many people visiting your service centres and getting phones repaired and cursing you.
                        Don't take the Curse of people.
                        Resolve all the huge pending complaints.

                            The service center in chandigarh is not providing services up to the mark.

                            I purchased 2 mi mobiles 2 months back and one of the mobile's charger is not working after 1 month o[censored]se. I went to service center for replacement and after 4 hours of waiting they kept the adapter and said you will be informed regarding further details, adapter will come to service center after 20 days. They din't even gave any reference number and when i asked to share at least some reference details their response was rude.

                            After that i have not got any further communication and they are not picking phone number mentioned on their website.
                            This is really harassing. You guys are setting up market selling products in bulk and then failing in providing services.

                              Hi,
                              I visited the service centre in pune shivajinagar.
                              It was only 10.30 and the people responsible for taking service complaints had already lost their patience.
                              They did not call my service token number and when asked about the same, they said that I missed the call.
                              Which is absolutely rubbish.. Why will a customer waiting for his number eagerly miss the call.
                              And they were not ready to entertain my complaint. And in very harsh words they have refused services.. They are sitting there to serve customers.. Not to bash them with abusive language.. This is not at all acceptable. If this continues it is very much possible that people will stop trusting the brand. Please take the customers seriously.

                                I dont know anyone takes action from this forum or not, but m sure someone will read this forum, may be a potential customer.

                                So here's my advice


                                Xiaomi hasWorst after sales services! Shameless customer services representatives. I observed many posts having same problem of frequent on-of & motherboards & then several months of service centre delays for repairing it. Kindly do not go for Xiami's product, it was my fault that i bought their device. Better to pay little extra and go for Samsung or some other reputed brand, at least you will be assured about the product you own, otherwise you can understand.

                                  Hi I'm bought this phone on 4th from Amazon, it slipped fm hands n fell from a distance of two feet within mind the touch panel stopped working it was just 15days since it bought the mobile, my old Samsung phone fell 100times but even after three yes still working fine.

                                  When we went to rajajinagar service Centre blore we took token waited for our turn the staff attended our complaint without giving any job sheet returned our phone without the Sim slot the we realized when my husband came back home. Next day when it went there n enquired abt the Sim slot they started arguing that they never take Sim slot, where is ur jobs sheet the girl on the counter was not ready to listen the they have not given us any job sheet n Sim slot is missing. The guy who attended our phone was sitting next to her dint say anything finally in called my husband to come the n tLk
                                  Show me the guy who attended our phone yesterday once he came the guy sitting next to the said sorry n returned our Sim slot which the girl claimed is hers she is giving us because we r falsely complaining. These people r looting customer's by steel ING mobile accessories in ur MI service center rajajinagar blore.

                                    I have purchased xiomi 3s prime phone on dated 18/10/2016 online from xiomi official website. When i checked the phone found that finger print senser and camara is not working. I called to customer care for return from last 3 days but not getting proper response and as per company rule i can return in next 10 days. But customer care is not supporting. I also email to customer support but they are also not supporting.
                                    Kindly help to resolve the issue.

                                      I have purchased Mi note 3 in may 2016, the auto stop charging after battery full is faulty and it damaged battery by overcharging, i go to service center and they says this is physical damage and out of guaranty and I have to pay INR 800/- for battery replacement,
                                      Now i want to know that this is a non removable battery and damaged
                                      by a faulty charging system, how can they says it that this is physical damaged even i not opens it till date, what is my fault,
                                      It is purely charging system fault and company must replace it without any charge because it is in guaranty period.

                                        I purchased a Redmi 2 prime a year ago, recently there is a fault in motherboard. I given to service centre in last month (cell is in warranty period), they said it will take 30-40 days. Before visiting them again i called at service centre many times they always comes with unsatisfactory answers. Like “abhi part nahi aaye hai”, “thik ho jayega to call kr lege” yesterday i called they said we don't when it will get repaired aur aapko jaldi hai to aise hi le jao. I asked them to provide me a substitute for that time of period, they refused, said there is no policy like that. I visited them yesterday they said it will take another 10 days, it already been 40 days plus 10 more days. If they can't provide service of warranty period cellphone in given number of days, what happens to out of warranty period cells. Fed up with Xaiomi Redmi. Even you get there to buy a charger for a Redmi phone, they will ask you to wait for 20 days. Not necessary you will get after that. They have engaged their Hotlines cant talk to any official. Members at services centre don't know how to behave with costumers, simply don't care neither they nor company.
