I have purchased redmi note 3 on 11 May 2016 from amazon.in and it mic and battery has some problems. Deposited with MI service center in Moradabad on Sep 24 and still not serviced. Its warranty is getting void while lying in service center and they have not provided any service phone though its almost 2 months. They were telling part is not in supply. Its a brand new handset and I have paid it through my hard earned money and I am now stuck...

I bought Red Mi Note 3 on 25th October from MI online site.. I found this phone to be defective. Mic is not working. I visited the MI service center and had them create a job card for this defective phone. And they told me that my phone would be picked up and replaced. This is Sachin here from Lucknow. I purchased Redmi 3S Prime (dark grey, 32GB) from FLIPKART.COM on September 21, 2016 and which was delivered to me within next two three days. Let me tell you, I live in Lucknow and there was no delivery service of the phone in Lucknow so I ordered it at one of my friends' (Rahul Pandey) address in Delhi. I got the handset on September 28.
