Greetings from Mi India Customer Support. My name is Sudeep.
I certainly understand your concern regarding Mi Band 2. I know you are looking forward to get it resolved at the earliest. I will surely assist you regarding this.
I suggest you to kindly follow below mentioned steps.
-Un-pair your Mi Band once
- Go to Settings and then to Installed Apps
- Go to All Apps and Select Mi Fit App
- Tap on Clear cache
- Restart your device once
- Pair your Mi Band thereafter.
For better results let the app be running in the background of your device and avoid swiping or clearing the same.
If the issue persists then uninstall the Mi Fit App and again install the same after downloading it through Google Play Store .
Also, ensure that the device with which you are connecting your Mi Band should have the android version 4.4.2 or above and Bluetooth version 4.0 or above.
If it is still not working, kindly visit our service center. Please note that our service centers remain closed on Sunday and Tuesday.

Hello, i got my mi band 2 on 2nd of this month from amazon.. it was
working properly initially. But from last 5 days it has stopped
working not getting paired with my phone.. HRM also not working. I
tried to contact your customer service number but it always says busy.
Please kindly resolve my problem. I m really getting upset day by day.
i have waited long for this product and i couldnt even use it for a
month. please call contact me by mail or phone..

This is the mail i got from them after i lodged a complain..
But this mail didn't helped me.
They asked me to go to there service center which is located at bhubaneswar. i stay at roukela traveling there and get my band repair it will cost me same amount for which i buy it i.e 2000.
they dont provide any pickup service. what will i do?

I had purchased Xiaomi MAX Gold 32G online from MI store and received the same on 29.10.16< After using few minutes the power has gone. I had called customer care and as per their advice advice I had visited your Xiaomi Mi Service Centre Contact Details as given below on 02.11.2016. After waiting from 12.00noon to 16.00 hours my device had been examined and in absence of me they had opened it in a closed chamber and bring it out and told me that I had damaged it and the battery has been damaged. I tried to explain that it was not possible for me to open the device and I had brought to you in intact. But they refute and force me to accept that the battery has been damaged by myself. This type of lackadaisical attitude cannot be expected from MI store.
As I was very much need for use of my 4G sim and under extremely compulsive situation I had accepted the false allegation of damaging the battery by myself and change the same with a cost of Rs 985/-
Reference to the above with pain and anguish I Sri Goutam Roy want to put on record that the service & product of Mi Max Gold 32G is the worst in INDIA. They are nothing but cheater and use the service centre also how to cheat the customer

The statement of resolve the complaint is totally false. They have neither refund the cost of battery which I have to replaced forcefully by service centre, neither they have told anything about replacement. Its a totally fraud company. Only they have told sorry over telephone. The call received by me on 05.11.16 vide no: [protected].& on 08.11.16 from no: [protected] and also told they have no replacement policy.
Its a great cheating for me of Rs15000/- as cost of the phone .
