I prakash gupta recently purchased redmi 3s on 4th nov.
On 12nov (Saturday) my ph got wet due to rainfall.. Earlier it was facing some touch problem which i already mailed u.
Now thing is that on saturday my ph was completely dead..
Today (14th nov morining) i went to service centre in haazra, kolkata
They took my ph without any ""token no & without any jobsheet""amd afyer 10min returned me committing that it was due to liquid damaged and mother board of this phone is completely damaged and u have to pay for that if repaired..
I asked how much??"5500"inr only sir... Now u just imagine ph cost is 6999 only..
Just u thing this situation.. Who's d hell will going to pay and repair that one... Completely blunder...
Ok i took my ph & returned back..
I'm a mechanical engineer and have a very good knowledge of electronics parts and gadgets.. I opened my ph with help of my friend and checked it with multimeter and find everything ok.. And dried and jumped the ph and within an hour it is ready and back to initial condition..
1. Now you say those illetrate man & lady at shop making me fool or not??? U decide it... My ph mother board was shorted or not???
2. Shall i pay 5500 to safeguard my ph warrenty period from damaged apart from liquid & physical???
Although my ph was ok and mother board was in outstanding condition..
How those people committed your ph mother board damaged and pay rs 5500... How???
3. Won't u thing they r double crossing the customers???
4. Now what u committe for this??? ""sorry sir your ph warrenty period is over bcz u have opened it your lself"""

I m writing this mail by my new ph only... Its mother board is ok.. Running well.. U can cross check from ur server..

Now let me know dat how those peoples at mi shop touched and opened my ph without any token & jobsheet.. Is my ph warrenty period is over???
Alll BS r working at your shop and making fool... And doing simply robbering common people money...

    I gave my phone for 3 times service in warranty period but same problem was not solved, & from customer care not giving proper reply. I m businessmen, i used ur 4 phones but this is the first time its too highly headache, i[censored] can't do anything, give me a new phone or give me my money back... Or i will take legal action... Need your response immediately
    Sir i have a prblm regarding mi issue phone is locked plz help.me. i have lost the number on which the account is created when i go service centre excutive not ready for help they said we cant help anymore plz sir help what i do now in this case

      My son in law who lives at hyderabad purchased redmi note 3 through snap deal on 14.6.16.
      With in no time the instrument got repair, when approached to service centre at hyderabad, they informed that mother board is to be replaced.
      We got the instrument after 30 days..
      Surprisingly again during the month of october again same problem repeated. As my son in law is at our place vizianagaram (Ap) we approached nearest service point visakhapatnam (55 km away).
      We were really fed up with the crowd there at service centre. For more than 3 hours we could not able to approach the service desk.. Hundreds of customers, just pushing each of them. Only one or two counters were on to receive and deliver.
      We again went all the way from our city.. On 5.10.2016 and surprisingly again
      We were informed that the phone has to be sent to company and may take one month again to get it repaired.
      See the plight o[censored]s:
      1) contact numbers of visakhapatnam service centre provided are not at all accessible at any day. Either it says the numbers does not exist or not working
      2) if we personally go all the way from our place to enquire status, we have to wait for hours to get out turn to enquire
      3) on 7.11.16 when i talked to call centre [protected].. I have been given a complaint number [protected] and informed that i will get phone call from the concern within 72 hours.
      4) surprisingly till today (Even after 8 days) no phone call was received
      5) when i again called the call centre, the concern person coolly informing that they dont know the status and not sure when our instrument will be ready.

      This is nothing but playing with customers...
      The worst attitude of xiomi india.. Supplying the most inferior quality. Poorest service.. Most irresponsible towards customers.

      We strongly insist company to return our amount with sufficient compensation for facing lot and lot of problem by not having mobile note pad which is become a necessary part in our life..

      Please do needful in this regard.. Kindly advise us what to do in this regard

      I was Purchase Redmi 3S Prime, It is Very Good Mobile phone less price and More features but some time it create problems.
      In this mobile I faced problem according to Load Speaker and Receiver its not working properly.

          I have bought a phone xiaomi mi redme 3s phone through flipkart which was received in damaged condition but the phone was working and opened after 15 days as it was purchased for gifting to my parents, it stopped working after 1 month o[censored]se and phone stopped charging and getting on, when i have been at service centre for the same reason they said phone is damaged and it can't be serviced in warranty further when they opened phone they said that phone has got liquid no idea from where the same liquid has came from its the quality of product and repairing charges is told about 9500/- total and new phone can be purchased for rs. 5850/- from market.

            Hello there,
            I have already registered the pickMi service to collect my faulty redmi2 handset 2 days before to customer care.
            I haven't yet received any notification from Pickmi service. My phone's expiry validity will be expired within 2 days.
            This is very ridiculous.
            Xiaomi India nor provides good service and listen to their customers.
            Update me.

              We have purchased mobile “Redmi Note 3 Gold 32G” online which is delivered on 2nd November, 16 as per following details.

              We have found the screen defected “Display spot”, on same day, on 3rd October a complaint was lodged at Customer HotLine no:[protected], support executive asked to visit nearest service center available in Indore to diagnose the problem.

              We have visited service center they also find same problem and issued a “DOA certificate”.

              Almost 15 Day's gone and there is no definite response. False promises to get a call revert within 48 hrs of time.

              No call back. The defective piece has not been picked up.

              I need a refund now. Every time a customer service executive has no clue about the after service. They don't know when the defective product will be picked up.

              I am really disappointed with this sort of response from MI team.

              If my mail reach to the top of the executive, kindly concern of a customer complaint.

              or answer of these question?

              Who will pay the interest of one month time - amount paid on delivery and delayed in product replacement.

              If product price is decreased after a month, will this amount will be born by you?

              If your answer is NO ! than you people understand the pain of the customer and think you and me are not earning the money to get the false services.

              also share the contact no of senior person to whom i can contact get the refund of this product.

                I have purchased redmi note 3 on 11 May 2016 from amazon.in and it mic and battery has some problems. Deposited with MI service center in Moradabad on Sep 24 and still not serviced. Its warranty is getting void while lying in service center and they have not provided any service phone though its almost 2 months. They were telling part is not in supply. Its a brand new handset and I have paid it through my hard earned money and I am now stuck with my phone lying at service center without any action. They are not even providing any updates. Example of cheap quality Chinese product dumping their trash in India

                  Two weeks before i brought my redmi 3s phone, but the biggest issue is that, it automatically connect to mobile internet even data connection is OFF, , i receive whats app & hike messages without turning data ON, , , this really made me sad, , , , as possible, , dont know why it is connecting without data ON, , , is xiaomi theft my personal datas, , , please solve this issue as soon as possible, , redmi is the fastest sellingmobile in india

                    SUB: PROBLEM WITH MY NEW REDMI NOTE 3
                    To whom it may concern:
                    Dear Sir/Madam, my name is Don Joseph and I am an engineering student. Four months back (June 3, 2016) I bought a new Redmi Note 3 from "flipkart.com".After two months the phone starts to act abnormally .It reboot by itself every five minutes. I contacted with your authorised service center and they told me that it is the problem with software .So they reinstalled the software, but the phone again starts to reboot by itself.They reinstalled the software.The very next day the phone stops working. I again went to service center .This time they told me that it is the problem with ''board'' and for rectification it would take some time .So submitted my phone at your service center on 12 -september -2016 (Jobsheet No. JS[protected]) .They told me that the expected return date is 20 -september -2016, but it may take up to 45 days . Even after 45 days I have not got my phone back .Then I called to your toll free number ([protected]) on 27 -october 2016 and told them the problem and about the delay.Xiaomi agent assured me that they will call me back within 48 hours with the reason for delay .But that call was not made .I made another call on 29-october-2016 and told them the same thing .This time they told me that they will provide the details on or before 2-november-2016.But that response was also not done .

                    I hope you understand my situation, after purchasing a new pone for Rs:11999 the phone crashed after two months usage(which had a 1 year warrenty).Actually I had used the phone only for 2 months and the phone had been with you for the next 2 months.With no replay from your side and no specific date on which the phone will be returned.

                    So I don't know what to do now and I am writting this hopping to get a replay.I am not expecting this kind of a service from a big fish like Xaomi.I am a great fan of Xiaomi and I don't think this is the way Xiaomi treat it's fans.Even now, if I am not getting a suitable replay I am planning to file a case against ''xiaomi india'' at consumer fed.The details of my Redmi Note 3 is being attached below.

                      Redmi 2, i have bought this mobile 4 months ago( approx) but from 2nd month onwards its start hanging and automatic switch off mode . and i have gone to mi servics centre but they do not take it seriously they simply update the phone and i have gone 3 times they simply update the phone...so as the redmi lover its my humble request for the replacement of phone.

                      I have an serious issue with myphone (redmi note 3 phone) it starts hanging from some days and sometimes it does not respond for some time and starts automatic reboot, sometimes proximity and front speaker does not work so i have to reboot it again and agian and i have gone to mi service center theysimply update the phone and does take it seriously
                      so its humble request to resolve the problem

                        I have book one mobile phone from mi website on 17th October 2016 @ 10:21 AM for Mi Redmi note 3 Dark Grey Color 32 gb for Rs.10, 999.00 (COD). My Order No. is [protected] . My mom received one courier on 21 October 2016 at around 11:30 AM from delivery boy for Delhivery Company and Pay COD Amount for Rs.11, 000.00. I have open the packet at 4:10 PM. I have not received my order phone. There are no Mi Redmi Note 3 Phone there are other company phone (Butter M15).

                        I have registered one complaint (Complaint no.is[protected] but still I am waiting now. mi don't work my complaint and he was don't replace my phone.

                        Please return this product and deliver my original product urgently as per order. If you don't deliver the original products please refund my amount for Rs.11, 000.00

                            I had given my phone in Mi service center in Erode long before a new one was started in Coimbatore. They initially said that board issue and have to pay Rs.650 but I told it’s just issue with software update and then they wrote job sheet as software issue. Later after 20 days, they came up with the board issue again. Since Erode is very far away for repairs and enquiry, I got it back from erode and gave it in Coimbatore. The Coimbatore service center gave a job sheet 2466 and yesterday I got a call that cables are missing(a new issue) and have to give my phone in Erode (Either of them stole/didn’t restore it).What can a customer like me do when issue like this comes, Should I pay for something I have not done? I don’t mind paying the money as per their demands but this is unethical.
                            When I enquire Mi chat, they say that the issue is in high priority, but nothing ever happened even after 50 days in service centers.
                            Please help me. I am in a distress.
                            What should I do? Am I made an accused now?I have attached proofs.

                              I got a xiaomi mi band 2 from amazon on 2nd October. Initially it worked properly but on 20th it stopped working. i sent mail to there customer care but there reply was not of any help to me. i called them but still didn't get any useful help. I haven't used it for a month. I have waited for this product for a long time and as soon as it got released i ordered it. but it is of no use.please help me with this.

                                  I bought Red Mi Note 3 on 25th October from MI online site.. I found this phone to be defective. Mic is not working. I visited the MI service center and had them create a job card for this defective phone. And they told me that my phone would be picked up and replaced. Since then, 15 days have gone by.I sent them 3 to 4 mail regarding this and called them up as well. But, still MI customer care is as silent as ever. I am really disappointed with this sort of response from MI team.

                                  I was trying to call almost all service center in delhi but even 10 out of one is dare to oick the call then why Mi is provided the phone no. to customer . its only for panic the customer nothibg else . i will going to recommend everyone my family frnds colleagues not to buy Mi product . worst experiences ever in life

                                    Hi Team,

                                    your phone got defective in 2 months only. My back camera got blur and not capturing perfect shot.

                                    Yesterday I have visited to your service center but they had told me to submit the phone and it will take 7-10 days for repair.

                                    Why I should kept the phone for so long when I don't have alternate option.

                                    I need the immediate solution or replace my phone.

                                    There is no warranty on phone if it gets opened or repaired.

                                      I sri goutam roy want to put on record that the service & product of mi max gold 32g is the worst in india. I had purchased mi max 32g gold and received a defective product on 29.10.16. As adviced by customer care i had visited your xiaomi mi service centre contact details as given below on 02.11.2016. After waiting from 12.00noon to 16.00 hours my device had been examined and in absence of me they had opened it in a closed chamber and bring it out and told me that i had damaged it and the battery has been damaged. I tried to explain that it was not possible for me to open the device and i had brought to you in intact. But they refute and force me to accept that the battery has been damaged by myself. This type of lackadaisical attitude cannot be expected from mi store.

                                      As i was very much need for use of my 4g sim and under extremely compulsive situation i had accepted the false allegation of damaging the battery by myself and change the same with a cost of rs 985/-

                                      This is nothing but a cheating company. Beware of mi product, rather than purchase sony, motog or samsung for best service.

                                      The statement of resolve the complaint is totally false. They have neither refund the cost of battery which I have to replaced forcefully by service centre, neither they have told anything about replacement. Its a totally fraud company. Only they have told sorry over telephone. The call received by me on 05.11.16 vide no: +918046582300. Its a great cheating for me of Rs15000/- as cost of the phone .

                                        I purchased this handset through flipkart (vx04189)
                                        Dated on 04/10/2016. with invoice no. foyqi[protected].&we also submitted invoices copy.
                                        Dear sir we have following problem in handset. (redmi prime 3s).
                                        1. (speaker not working)
                                        Ome time front & back speakers are not good working during phone calls. the voice received like intrupated voices.
                                        2. (phone mic not working)
                                        Ome time our voices will not clearly received by caller person. they complain me that my voices is not clear hearing.
                                        3. (touch screen not working)
                                        Some time when ever call received by any other person we can't call answering due to touch will not working.
                                        I will go to the your authorized service centre & give the complaint about handset but they only make the device reset. & the above problems are continuing till dated. please resolve it & send the new handset.
