HI Xiaomi India,

My MI4I mobile phone was submitted on 18 Apr 2016 with job sheet number was JS[protected] my complaint was my mobile screen was all blank not showing anything, still everything was functioning properly like receiving calls. service center team of gurgoan said your screen will be replaced with new one and they said it will take almost 2 weeks for this as they don't have screen of MI4I.
Now it almost 3 weeks and still they didn't replace my screen its very hard to be without mobile for almost 3weeks is that your company is doing to the customers. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

    Hello, around 15 days ago i had broken my charging socket in my xiaomi mi4i 16gb variant phone color gray, i'm residing in small kind of town name "jamnagar" nearby there is no official or authorized service center in my town, so i have decided to go ahmadabad city, which is almost 320.4km far from the my town, i went to the xiaomi service center which is located in bodakdev area on date[protected], they said before received my phone they need to check what kind of problem my phone has, and finally they said the phone need to replace the particular charging socket, i was ready to pay and ready for they said, but they commit me 3 to 4 days for completing my problem, but today is[protected] time 05:30pm but unfortunately the answer is the same, that they don't have the particular parts. If such a successful company don't have a tiny part lilke a charging socket then we indian people really need to focus and try to take a objection to the foreign company like xiaomi... Here i submitting my failure repairs receipt..

      I bought a mi 4i 32gb mobile from flipcart site. After 2 it was showing lot of problems like screen touch not working properly and had a battery issue and also while using screen got damaged .so we contacted xiaomi service centre TVS Electronic Ltd Bannerghatta road, bangalore tel[protected] .They took mobile on 10th March (order no[protected] but still not getting proper response from them . If we call also they will not pic up our calls. If go directly ask them they will next week but no proper response

        Hi,

        This is a very bad experience today, 03/05/3016 with the branch in charge - mukesh, who is so arrogant, loud, shameless, careless and disgusting. I bought mi prime via flipkart, internet was not working properly, i searched the address and called dwarka service centre for the location twice or thrice as there are 2 market of sector 11. One is adjacent to dwarka sec 4, 5 & 12 and second is opposite sector 19.
        This guy - mukesh is so irritated with my calls, he shouted on the call and cut the call with a bang. I asked him if the service centre is near sec 19 and he was so furious like anything.
        I reached the service centre and asked who is guy i talked over phone and he came out from inside and said "haan vo ma tha" i said this is the way you treat your customer and asked him to call the supervisor over there. He said he is head, i asked him to provide his head email id where i can complain, he refused to tell me and said there is the toll free number and do whatever you want to do loudly "bahar toll free number likha hai, jis marzi se baat kar lo, mujhe koi fark nahi padta".
        This is the worst experience i had with any mobile company and will never recommend mi phone to anyone after this horrible spat with the employee like mukesh.

        I bought this mi4 phone last year in april 25 through flipkart..it blasted today and the customer care is saying tht we cant do anything if it has blasted...the company is making bombs...and the custimer care service is not hearing at all..i urge every one not to buy xiaomi phones in future
        When i tap my phone back it produce sound like something broken in .

          My name is Parameswara Reddy, Actually I bought Mi 4I from Amazon before 2 months only.While Using suddenly my phone screen got problem.Problem is half of the screen light dull andhalf is normal, That dull part is blure slightly its didn't felldown while using normally its happened.after that I contacted Radient e service care which is located in velachery Chennai they took my phone for resolving problem before 1 month till now they didn't resolved.I am calling every to that service care they didn't answer the call.for not only me they did for all customers like this only.we didn't expect this type of worest product and also service from MI.This is shame for your Mi.please solve my problems as early as possible.if product is not good please donot release them into the market.its my kindly request.

            I have bought redmi note 3 silver 16 gb from mi.com site on 07th apr (Order no. [protected]) its received by me on 10th apr (Sunday). Very next day (11th apr) mobile behaves weird, it showing as freeze restart screen & heated till battery drained fully. I thought it was normal issue, but similar issue occurs 5-6 times in weeks time post new version update. I have contacted to service center tvs electronics ltd, shop no. - 4 & 5, oriental arcade building, off dr. Ambedkar road, opp kala chowki signal, lalbaug, mumbai – 400012, land mark, near to chinchpokli railway station. ( east ) on 25th apr afternoon they have said if you have contacted within 10 days then we will sure change your handset but refuses to do so as 10 days already completed. They have suggested they will update your mobile, if you feel problem occur within 2 days then they will change the motherboard. Accordingly they have updated mobile but in evening same problem occurs. Next day i have contacted to service center for the same they have collected mobile & assure that they will change motherboard but it will take 12-15 days. On 03rd may when i call them for status update they said we have used this mobile & there is no issue found in it so refused to change motherboard. I want to resolve my problem by changing motherboard or replacing the handset.

              i had purchased mobile on 30th march 2016 and till today 2nd may 2016 there is no replacement done by the company.
              everytime i called their customer care they told me to wait for some day your replacement is accepted but we are sorry sorry sorry...
              everytime i call them they say sorry nothing we can do..sorry sorrry
              they say my replacement is on high priority, and till now their is no pickup done by them.

              Since when I purchased Redmi phone with in 10 days its getting heating & battery draining issue. I raised call to service center they changed my motherboard & given me after long days 15 days. After one few month same issue m facing. How many time should be do this for this cheap phone. MI is worst cheapest service centre..

                I have tried to purchase redmi note 3 on 27april'2016 on sale day for rs total: ₹10, 374 (Including insurance) from www.mi.com and made the payment through payumoney but later afetr i got my choice color on amazon and place the very same model but different color and then cancel the order done on www.mi.com on the very same day just afer 5-10 minutes of placing it.

                Now, its being more than 5 days and no one bother to call and my refund is showing as status processing return for past 5 days. I have raised concern to payumoney too and don't know how moany days they will take it to refund my money under buyer protection act as per their policy.

                  I raise an dispute stating the manufacturing fault in MI Band, so i send my MI Band to MI office after the confirmation from your side., But till date no confirmation from the MI side, but courier company tacking said it got delivered on April 27th . But till date no confirmation and any message about the replacement.
                  Always your support guys in calls either redirect to email support or simply disconnecting it. Till date no response from MI.

                    I have purchased mi4i from filpkart on 20/10/2015.

                    There was a problem in charging of mobile so i gave it on 14/04/2016 to service center with service id cg04733. I was told that i will get it within 15 days.

                    When i called after 15 days, they told, mobile is still not repaired due to unavailability of parts.

                    I complained on customer care with complain no 1600597 on 29/04/2016. But i am not satisfied with the answer. No one is able to tell me when my mobile will be repaired !!!

                            My mi4 went dead after 2 months so I gave it to the service center guys and it had been 2 months after reached them for the info for my phone and they said it has not been dealt with yet as there are no parts provided from the company itself to deal the problem and told me to check back later or they will soon remind me . Its been one month from then and no reminder from their side has popped. In total it has been 3 months and yet there is no response from their side. But seriously 3 months is way more than required to fix the device .
                            I seriously want my device fixed ASAP or else I want my whole money back.

                              I ordered a tab from Mi India's website and the website sent me an email a few days later confirming the delivery of the tab. The order status at the website similarly shows that the tab was delivered.

                              However the tab had not actually been delivered and when I contacted the company I was informed that the order had been cancelled for reasons they did not specify. I am attaching the proof in the form of screen shot of the status report of delivery.

                              I wonder if it was a genuine mistake or an attempt to show inflated sales. I hope you will look into the matter.

                                I purchased a xiaomi Mi4 in October 2015 worth around Rs. 10000. The screen recently got broken. I went to the authorized service center of xiaomi in shivajingar, Pune to get it repaired. They quoted Rs.9000 as the price of the LCD panel.This is atrocious and downright abuse of a consumer. I am getting the same screen on Amazon for about 2500 Rs. Kindly please register my complaint. I will provide all the details required.

                                  I, Subhankar Ghosh bought Mi 5 White (32G), IMEI:[protected], Invoice No:[protected], Order No:-[protected] last week. The phone is having heating issue. I contacted customer care several times. They suggested me some procedures and I followed their procedures several times but heating issue was not solved. They suggested me to go to service centre and I went there but the issue was not solved. The service centre person asked me to contact MI for replacement.
                                  So I called customer care and they said the replacement team will contact me within 24 working hours. But I am waiting for their call since Wednesday.
                                  Also I asked customer care to provide the details of my transaction so that my bank will accept EMI option. Since Wednesday I called customer care around 6-7 times and they said the same thing that they will mail me the information within few minutes. I told them this is very important because I need to pay the credit card bills within May 3. And after they will provide me some proof then the bank will take 2 days to convert it into EMI. So there is no time for me to share the proof with the bank. Yesterday I again called they said the same thing but I added that if the transaction proof will not come by Friday evening then take your phone and refund my money. Also I wrote a mail where I mentioned all details. The auto-generated mail has come where it's mentioned that they received my email and their Customer Service team will be responding to me soon.
                                  Today I called again but their reply was same. Please help me to solve these issues.

                                      Respected authorities i request the concerned authorities to ban the flash sales kind of model of ecommerce sales in india .These people are creating artificial hype demand scenario.It hold good with all the comapnies holding the flash sales.
                                      Newer reforms should be brought in to e commerce model

                                      Even the company website should be showing all the reviews from the customers while organising the flash sales so people can make good decisions.

                                      Note:i am not making this because i could not purchase from flash sales.I have purchased from many flash sales even from recent xiaomi sales.But govt need to bring in more regulation on companies in ecommerce and electronic space

                                        I have a complaint about poor delivery/service of xiaomi india.
                                        i purchased a mobile on 13-apr-2016 for gifting to my brother on his birthday via order no of [protected]. since i live in a small city, i ordered it to my uncle house at nagpur. they have recd the parcel and sent to me.

                                        as i gifted it to my brother and he opened it, he found that it was a used piece and it was already in number lock position.

                                        since i am used to buy things from amazon and flipkart, i contacted them via chat option.

                                        first they have refused to replace mobile and said you have to complain for defective piece within 24 hrs. i said how can i complaint within 24 hrs as i bought for gifting on birthday. but their first and last line was that i have to complain within 24 hrs. amazon gives us 10 days and flipkart gives us 30 days to return/replace a defective piece.

                                        after that i have called and mailed them so many times, but no resolution till date.
                                        i don't know its head office, thus i am writing company address as bangalore.

                                        plz help me.
