I had purchase MI redmi note prime phone last month. In one month my phone has got charging problem. They have told me it will take 15 days to repair. They are not giving any contact No. on which I can enquire about my phone. I have to wait for their SMS. This is very bad. The service center is not so near, so I can personlly go there. The people over there is also not replying the customer.properly. When I told them please repair it now, I am coming from far away and I have to take off from my job. They said rudely " Do you want to keep the phone or not". Please help me I should get my phone in good condition. And they should not behave with the customer in this way. They should take care of the customer.

    My job sheet num is js[protected] about diplay change on 3/3/2016 was record. And when i go today they are still repeat one thing "the consiment of display is not coming frm head office or whtevr wht kind of service is this harrasing customer my phone is soo mch imp to me all work was on phone they make fun of it by saying next week. If some1 ask about sevice of mi brand i say poor is a good word but they desrves "d" grade rating
    They are not selling xiaomi redmi note 3 32 gb model . This is about 1 month and they have no stock . What can i do . Please do something or get out from india . I want mobile . They are wasting time of indians by giving date and time for sale but not selling RN 3 .please

      I order one MI Note 3 Gold From direct Mi site on 30 march sale and received on 6th of April. but i got network issue in this device. i checked with my another phone it's working fine. call to customer care and tell problem they suggested me to update the software i do the same but again same issue. going to service center they said submitted your phone when we get the update from MI we update you the same.
      i requested to MI give me the replacement but they deny for replacement and said wait for network update MI technical team working on it.
      my main concern only this if customer not satisfied with product on the first day of purchase date then why company claim that if customer not satisfied then they given replacement or return back the money within 10 days.


      for reference enclosed INVOICE.
      yes boss same problem i am facing they have not accepted the return from me also just saying wait for some days, worse customer support it is better to buy in amazon

        Hi,
        I gave my mi 4 for service center in koramangala bangalore on[protected], with work order number[protected]. Still now i didnt get my mobile back. I have contacted the service center people but they were telling mobile was missed some where. Every time i contacted them they are behaving rude. They were not responding to my calls also. Finally they told to contact higher level people now those people also not responding. What ever the contact details they gave is not reachable. What should i do now.
        I had purchased mi redmi note 4G before 2 months now i am having a problem that my device is heating up more n my battery is draining very fast
        please help me to solve this problem
        I am give my phone to service center then I take it back without any service.today I have got my phone from your service center in dead condition so I wants the CC TV vedio of my phone

          I would like to bring to your kind attention that my xiaomi mobile, Mi-4 was given for servicing around 14/1/2016. It was brought to my notice that the problem is related to mother board .The mother board was replaced and returned around 19/1/2016. After 2-3 days, I faced some problem in the mobile again. Most of the time there was no signal in the handset. Hence I again approached for service centre of the company in bengaluru on 5/2/2016 . But the representative at the service centre informed me that the problem was due to software update which was made by me and he formatted my handset and told me that it would solve the problem. Subsequently after formatting they returned the mobile. Even after servicing the same problem did not sort out. Still there was no network for the subsequent 2 days. So again I gave my mobile for servicing on 8/2/2016 and they informed me that again there was problem in the motherboard and it has to be replaced. They told me to come back after a week. but despite of visiting the service centre 4-5 times i was unable to get my mobile. Even after receiving my phone on 29/2/2016, i came to know that the handset was not repaired and was unable to switch it on. Already Frustrated, I again submitted my mobile to the service centre on 2/3/2016 to rectify the problem. The concerned persons in the service centre asked me to come back after 5 days as the motherboard has to be replaced again. I visited the service centre on various occations i.e. 7/3/2016, 9/3/2016, 14/3/2016, 17/3/2016, 21/3/2016 but yet they are unable to repair my mobile. Neither they are repairing my phone nor they are willing to replace the mobile. I have not received my mobile till date.

          I request you to take immediate action to sort this problem. I want my mobile back in good condition or i want my money back as the company is unable to follow their own warranty terms and conditions. Looking forward for your positive response.

            I have purchased mi headphones on nov 2015. They were not audible in january 2016, i went to mi service center to replace the product and they were damn rude and they didn't accepted the product as they were newly open (Excuses). Than i call on mi help care they talked to them they took the headphones and gave me the job-sheet on 29th january 2016 and asked me to wait till 12th feb 2016. Than on 12th feb they ask me to wait more 7 days . Again i was been asked to wait for 14 days than they tried to give me other headphones which were of less amount than what i purchased, than i raised issue towards them that they cannot do such kind of scam with customers.
            Than on march 03rd they ask me to wait for 1 month and today is 9th april 2016 and yet i have not received my headphones. In between this period i tried emailing them but no help, i tried calling them and they too ask me to wait for 72 hours every-time i call..
            Job sheet, invoice copy and email conversation are attached to this complaint. Help me out and suggest the way to sue them.

              My self Atharav from belgaum. I am totally frustrated by the xiaomi service centre. I bought my Mi 3 from Infibeam after a few days use its totally dead and now when I am claiming for my warranty no one is ready to take its responsibility, mi service centre tells me that Infibeam website is not partnered website soo it can't provide service and when I tell this to Infibeam website they they ask me to give the name, place, no., of that staff whom I have called .. But after I call xiaomi service they reject me by telling that they are not allowed to give personal information. There is no one to take a proper step about ..totaly annoyed with the customer service. The Infibeam website is asking me to approach service centre which 500 to 600 km from belgaum just to take customer service which costs me around 800 -1000 rs that to by taking risk that they might reject you...
              Hey please take an strict action against xiaomi and Infibeam website. I am stuck at the middle of them. If this how the producers are behaving this days then where should the customer goo...Please help me out...

                I purchased redmi 2 from flipkart site on 23 july 2015. Yesterday i.E on 07.04.2016 i got issues with phone ... My phone was dead no response .. Touch was dead . As it was given that the phone provides with one year warranty i visited the mi service station at k-22, first floor, lajpat nagar-ii, new delhi. After analysing phone they charged me with 285 rupee just for checking phone and then they said its out of warranty as phone get moisture in it. And they said it will cost u 6-7k approx. How can they harass me like that! My phone's net cost is 7k of brand new. Help me with it.. Its very unfair.

                      I am trying it since from the 1st sell i am using 21mbps speed internet but still its not working clicking on add to cart don't works at tht time of sell.
                      And at the end it is only our heart broken, because we are your fan and geniun buyers so please.

                      Please don't play with your fans expectations.

                        Shell crack damage is considered under warranty period but the unsatisfactory answer from service centre saying that a shell is a net covered slot of the front speaker. Is the estimate of Rs.9, 000 is feasible for Rs.15, 000 phone? And that too its hardly 15 days. As the back panel was faulty due to manufacturing defect, it was under the replacement category. The whole matter will be presented to CONSUMER COURT.

                          There is this warranty note written on a website that Shell crack is under warranty. .

                          I went to service centre at malad
                          they r tell its physical damage in piece..

                          Thats something which is really pathetic...

                          when there is a shell crack it means there is this outer cover or shell which is damaged.

                          they are telling it will be repaired at 9000/- rs

                          now for 15000/- phone you cant afford to 9000/-right...


                          They are provoking us to go to consumer court. ...


                          If any thing can be done in this Mi Brand new phone which has problem do let me know soon

                            I gave my powerbank 5000mah barely used for 7 days to service centre because it stopped working adn now its been over 6 months i dont get anything .and when i contact the cc they say they havnt got stock yet cmon in 6 months no stock u have stock for selling and not to replace ur faulty products.and at the end they just end with we would like u to wait comon its been half year already should i wait for new year again i am really frustrated by this pathetic service

                              Inspite of changing the same problem of network issue of sim slot 2 and camera error and i have had called many times there was not satisfactory solution from there side and everytime for the same problem different body parts are changed its not worth it .
                              My phone is in the service centre for 15 days anddue to that i m facing so many difficulties.
                              I kindly request you to replace me the full handset.
                              My phone is still under warrenty and this problem i m facing from november 2015.

                                I have given my MI4 Phone to MI service Center through Pickup services FedEx, The pickup was made on 16/17th March and it's been 15+ days i still didn't receive any call from your end. I called up MI service center many times they said i have to pay 189 for Pickup and Drop charges, as i told them i have selected the COD mode but now they tell me my PINCODE doesn't support COD ( but while in payment link, COD was clearly selected ) but still i told them ok no problem send me the Payment link again so i will pay and it's been 4 days since my request for new payment i haven't received any yet.

                                      I purchased redmi note 3 from mi.com on 9-march 2016 its order number is [protected].

                                      Receive handset on 11-march after receiving handset i found defect on my handset and i raise complain on call.

                                      There is problem in video play when i play any video voice is breaking .

                                      For this issue i contacted mi chat support and call mi customer care in 10 days of purchasing my phone and talk executive more than four time still i facing this issue and all chat executive not give me proper answer and disconnect chat also i contacted thru call several time .

                                      Now they say its 25 days from purchased so they dont replace my phone


                                      I want replacement of my phone.

                                        I give the set to the pick mi service and the giving day to today date the 1 month I left and my set is not repair till now when I call them thay say wait you tell the wait time is left the time to take action on the pick mi service 1 month is very long time they take and pick mi service tell in 7-8 days the set was delivered to you but there was very late you give my set very soon otherwise to case with the pick mi service or mi phones
