I placed an order with you guys order id oid81835. Order date 06/05/2016. It's 20800mah power bank. It's not working properly it gets switched very offen. Am not satisfied with the quality of the product. The product is not good. Am feeling like i have been cheated by ebazar. Ninja. I would request you to please take it back and refund my amount. The quality and its performance is just pathetic. There was no warranty card given in the packet as per their promise while placing the order.

    I had my first experience with mi phones and till date (Last 5days) is the worst experience with the phone/customer care/service centre.

    I have bought redmi note 3 the details of the same is given herewith:

    Invoice date – 04.05.2016

    Invoice no.[protected]

    Imei number – [protected]

    Order id - [protected]

    I have received my phone on 05.06.2016, the list of following issues i am facing..
    1. The phone frame is slightly damaged.
    2. It had a mic issues.
    3.Network issues (Many times in network zone it shows no service.) we need to check for manual settings which takes upto 30mins to search the network.
    4. Worst customer care service... I have wasted more than an hr to make the ccs to understand the issue. Adding on they don't have the answer to clarify or solve the issue.
    5. Pathetic service centre respond - amber computers ujjain. 3 days i wasted because he doesn't want to check the phone. Adding on concerned person was very rude talking to us. He didn't support us at all.

    Adding on i contacted mr. Pandey contact no. [protected], sme bhopal, rude replies as if the phone is damaged contact the courier service we can't help.

    Since last 5 days is pain in , i request you to provide a solution in next 24 hrs or i will proceed to consumer forum.

    I have every document available at my end.. Adding on i have the recorded conversation with the sme of your mp state.

    Further adding on to the fact of the case i need to point out the following :

    1. Product shipment delivered as per system on 5th may.2016, though i officially received it on 06.05.2016. After receiving the text of delivery from mi, i got shocked as i have not received the product yet, and it is shown as delivered. It was shown as delivered to sulanke. Without any verification product is being delivered to someone whom i dont know... Later i contacted the courier service and somehow managed to track the courier. He confirmed for his mistakes and confirmed that i will receive my phone by eod. Bt after regular follow up i have received it only on 6th may 2016.

    2. The very next day, i. E. 07th may 2016 around 11.00 am i contacted customer care and informed the issue to ccs. Mr chetan (Ccs executive) informed that please reach your nearest service center and get it verified thru your service center and then only we can accept your return request.

    3. On confirmation, i went to amber computers, ujjain to please check the phone and provide the confirmation, but he informed that, he cant proceed to verify the phone, as copy of invoice is not available with us. I had an emergency and as i am out of town, i tried contacting ccs, who informed that we are not in position to provide an email copy of invoice and you can wait for another 24 hrs for the invoice and then can proceed for get it verified by service center. Mr rahul and asutosh are the relevant ccs.

    4. Next 2 days there is no respond regarding invoice availability. I tried contacting ccs, but the same kind of reply only has been received from ccs.

    5. Being felt helpless, i tried every way to get the invoice and finally on 10th may 2016, i have received the invoice and went to service center for phone verification.

    6. Service center didnt accept the phone, on first saying it is out of warranty as frame is being damaged. I informed him as i have already visited your store on 7th may 2016, (With 24 hrs from receipt of phone) that day you didnt accept it. He was not ready to proceed.

    7. I informed the issue to mr pandey, sme bhopal, but he talked very rudely and adding on he informed that if the phone is damaged contact courier company. We cant help you.

    I have bought this phone from you, not from courier company. Adding on i have contacted ccs within 24 hrs from receipt of phone. I request for a phone replacement and i have a very strong case as i have all the documentary evidence available at my end.

      Dear Concerned,

      I had purchased my MI4 16 gb white phone on 15 th October 2015 through amazon.
      Phone was working fine till Feb 2016.
      there was a issue observed related to phone automatic switching on off, moving on to different applicatins by itself and an issue with the earpiece jack.

      I was able to listen to music but was not able to cal neither receive through a handsfree connected to my phone.

      Since its in warranty, I had given for servicing in MI service center -bannerghatta road followed by MI service center -BTM Layout -Bangalore in month of Apr 2016 & MAY 2016 RESPECTIVELY.

      the issue reported was-Motherboard issue, which needs to be replaced.

      Status: No status update till now and no mother board is procured for this till now.

      I just wanted to know that why is this delay in service.

        Hello,

        I am writing this complaint on behalf one of my friend (Namrata kashyap) who ordered mi redmi note3 on 27, april, 2016 and got the product by 2, may, 2016. She was very happy until she opened the product but fortune was far away from her and it was not getting switched on. She made a request to return the product on 3, may, 2016 & that was fixed for 4, may, 2016, unfortunately no one came to pick it yet. She keeps calling to customer support number and getting same revert that "product will pick by tomorrow for sure". When she fed up with such things and made a refund request, strange they guys even denied to refund the money and said "we don't have any refund policy". How can you so confident on your such cheap policies if you are not able to satisfy your customers. I just want to say that if you can't satisfy your customer then close all your stores with your fake double faces.

        People please help for it and never buy any product from mi.
        Xiaomi India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Never buy Xiomi Redmi Mi Note 3
          Worst services ever seen

          I have purchased one MI Note 3 Phone from the website mi.com. The phone I received was not getting On . I wanted to return the product and wanted my money back but the customer service executive of MI guided me that there are no return policies. Although I have checked the complete website there is nowhere written that if a customer is not satisfied they can't return the product. I agreed for the replacement. It's now been 7 days and no courier boy has come yet to take the product back. I seriously want my money back. I have been calling the customer service of Mi since 7 days but what they are doing is keep on saying tomorrow we will pick the product from you.
          I don't want the replaced product. I want my money back. It is the worst service ever seen in my life. Before this, I have purchased the same phone from Amazon and the same issue was coming, they returned the product and paid my money back in 7 days. But MI is the worst company ever seen in my life. Today I going to take help from consumer court. People never buy any MI product.
          I have ordered it on 27th April, it reached me on 2nd May and I have registered the complaint on 3rd May and replacement was fixed on 4th May
          Same with me Namrata. Ordered Note 3 on 27th April and it got delivered on 5th May. The phone's fingerprint scanner doesn't work. When I called their customer care support to raise a request for replacement, I was asked to visit the service centre and if they are not able to resolve the issue, I need to call up the Customer Care Executive and then probably they'd take down a request for replacement.

          Totally pathetic and unprofessional service from Xiomi. Will raise this issue with their higher management too.

            Hello team

            Couple of days back we have bought mi phone from mi website. We got damaged phone which was not ruining. We have asked to mi help line, service center but didnt get proper response, no delivery person has come yet to take the product, it is been more than 7 days, which is claimed on mi website.

            Very unprofessional, un trust able behaviour, purely against the customer satisfaction, we need the solution asap, we want money back, cant use this fraud company product

              I bought Mi 20800 mah power bank its not work properly. I charged it whole night and it is full. the four lights are shown that this power bank is full charge but when i put him to charge phone he was charge only 2%.                 I purchased mi 4i mobile (Imei serial no is [protected]) on invoice
                Date[protected] from flipkart. From the first day of purchase the phone
                Was having apps running and phone heating problem. After 10 months of
                Purchase, i started having booting and charging problem in my mobile. On 01/05/2016 my mobile camera not starting and a message displayed on phone
                That you restart your mobile. When i rebooted my mobile i was not able to
                Turn it on. I visited authorized service center at “tvs electronics ltd
                –css-mum xi 46, kothari milestone mall, no.-114, first floor s. V.
                Road, malad (W), mumbai-400064”. They just saw the mobile and told that we
                Take rs 150 opening charge for mobile. I said ok to do that. They inspect
                And ask to submit the phone for checking. They took the mobile inside
                Ervice room to examined the phone. After checking they told that there is
                Problem with mother board and display circuit, this type of problem is due
                To any liquid ingress in the mobile and it will take around 11000 rupees
                Cost and it take more than one month time, so it is better that you will
                Purchase a new mobile in same cost. I told that my mobile is under
                Warranty and it was working normal so, why you are charging the cost. I
                Told them to return my mobile so that i can check it at other service
                Center.
                I showed the mobile at ahmadabad mi authorized service center. At
                Ahmadabad service center, they told that this mobile display was changed.
                This display is not of this phone. Ahmadabad service center examiner told
                Me that my mobile is dead, seal is broken and display of phone was
                Different so it will charge around rs 6000/- for display problem. They
                Also told that phone having initial booting problem.
                If service center are doing such type of activity then how we believe on
                Ervice center. Then tell me what should i do?
                Please reply me as soon as possible i'm facing lot of problems because of
                It.

                  Dear concerned, i have purchased a new mi 4 phone from your site on 1st of feb 2016 and just after two months it is having a technical issue for imei no invalid. On 30th april i have submitted my phone to your ludhiana service center under jobsheet number js[protected] and they told me that it will take 10 to 15 days for repair. Surprisingly they don't have any back up phone to provide to the customer. This is very embarrassing for me. It pushes me to purchase one more handset as back up because if your phone is giving such problems just after the two month of purchase, how can i be confident that it will work smooth in future. This is really ridiculous. I have used apple, sony & samsung phones prior to this but not a single problem comes to me. Even with sony, my phone was broke due to accident but when i sent this for repair, they immediately given me standby phone.
                  Now i am really thinking whether to use your phones in future or not. Seriously saying if the same goes in same way, i will not use your phones and will told all my friends to not to purchase your phones.

                    I purchased my mi4i via amazon in september 2015 and today in 7 months the touch screen developed a crack i don't know how as i never dropped it, the lcd is working fine but only a part of the touch is working. I went over the internet and realised that may users have reported the same complaints of the display cracking and part of the display working. My question is weather i should still trust mi for their devices... When such poor quality materials are being reported in the devices... I got my mi5 about 2 weeks back and now i am afraid weather the same problem will be faced in that device too... I am attaching the invoice copy of my device and kindly request you to look into the matter and get me a proper resolution for the cracked screen...

                        Xiaomi is a third class company with low grade customer service staff. more than 1 month i have not got my phone delivered . the display of the phone was got issuse which was in warranty still they have not replaced the display . whenever i call they say 1 week it will resolve. i think their 1 week has more days than normal calender bcas they are cheap in this world.

                        i m filing consumer case and going to sue company and the staff for the harrasment and the breach of policy of warranty.

                                My phone stopped working, I am not able to turn it on. I visited service center they examined and ask to submit phone by saying problem is there with motherboard.
                                later on said its display is broken from inside and ask me to get that repair first, I said I didn't broke it. I am not sure whether technician broke during repair or it was manufacturing defect or how it got broken.

                                I need support to get the phone repair.

                                I have already logged a complaint with service team, complaint no. 1543975

                                Team asked me to revisit the center and asked to call to service team on the toll free number.

                                I visited service center again & I continuously tried to contact to service team but every time got response like "The person you are trying to call is busy" .

                                I request to please help me in getting the support.

                                  I purchased the mi pad on 16.01.2016. From the day one i had an issue with wifi connectivity. When i took it to authorized service center in btm layout bangalore on 16.04.2016 (Service order number: wxin[protected], they told that mother board has to be replaced. Now they are claiming that the spare parts not available.
                                  I request xiaomi india to refund my money.

                                      I have purchased a xiaomi redmi note prime this year around february.. today its the 5th of may 2016.. the backside of the phone the area near the camera heats up so quickly and emits a strange odor. this also happens when i charge it.. then the Mi Drop gets selected automatically if i unselect that option the hotspot gets selected on its own automatically as soon as the other gets selected.. so i cant unselect either of it, it remains selected on its own choice.. now the date is also an error its the 5th of may 2016 (right now) on my phone its 2nd may 2016.. this error cannot be corrected from the settings no matter how i try...
                                      i would like the company Xiaomi to take a look into this matter ASAP else filing a lawsuit for the selling of defective products to the people of India will be the second choice
                                      they will not provide me invoice documents they say we do not have record
                                      From the day 1 i bought this phone, having signal issue.
                                      Given the handset to Service Center in Bangalore.

                                      Till day I haven't received any call or got my phone.

                                      Are you waiting for phone warranty to be over and tell me "its out of warranty"?

                                      Please resolve the issue on priority.

                                      MI 4 blast while charging yesterday
                                      I bought mi3 from China and I am using it in india. I need to change the language from chineese to English in apps, themes, mi forum etc., Indian service centres r asking me consult the vendor.

                                        Very upset with the service. Submitted my in-ear headphones basic on 16th of april at your service center for repair but haven't yet received it back. Was assured by the customer care too but the complaint is yet to be looked upon.
                                        The service is lodged under jobsheet no. JS[protected]. Expected return date was 30 april. Complaint also lodged with the customer care but ni action taken.
