I am trying to buy a redmi note 3 32gb phone online from amazon and mi.com/in sites. Firstly they sell the product on sale on wednesday exactly at 2pm and you have to register for that in advance. I have registered for last 5-6 sales in amazon and login to site beforehand but at 2 pm when i click to but the phone it shows sold out within 10-20 seconds. I baught mi4i 32GB from snapdeal and in a time it got issues with touch, your service center asked me to pay Rs. 13700/ to replace just a touch of a phone that costs 15000/ brand new. This is much of exploitation, my handset contains so many documents and important info and I had to suffer to the extreme level mentally and financially as well. I need compensation for this.
