i have purchase a xiaomi phone(mi4 64gb).But now it has little problem that when i call my voice didnot listen the other caller.
So i went to service center in jodhpur for repairing on dated 19.04.16 they told me that your phone ready in with 4-5 days.
But still problem not solve by us.
When i go service center on date 25.04.16 that told me that we repair within next 4 working days.
They told that parts not available in stock, so
i dnt belive that they give me phone on next 4 working days.

    I purchased a mobile through flipkart on 25/10/2015. A week ago the display screen cracked and the touch screen does not function any more. I had to save all my money to get a phone and now the customer care is asking for rs 4500 in koramangala customer care service to replace the screen. There was no dropping of phone or applying pressure on the screen. It just cracked. Kindly replace the phone or change the screen free for all those who have made a similar complaint as there are hundreds. We are creating a forum and have contacted times now news channel to air the complaints of the thousands who were cheated.

      Have purchase xiaomi redmi note 3 from xiaomi official website via order no [protected] inv #[protected] inv dtd 09-04-16 the set was delivered on 11th apr 2016 as it is for gifting purpose the same was opened on 22nd apr 2015 and it was not switching on after which a complaint was raised the to xiaomi customer care with communication id 1568398 but they have shown their helplessness to replace or refund though we are open for both the option, instead they are suggesting to get it repaired through their service centre which is not solution to our problem as the set purchased for gifting purpose. Request you kind support and intervention.

        I have ordered red mi 2 on 6th may 2015. After 2 to 3 months i was facing heating issues and phone switch off accidently and oll. I have request to mi xiomi and amazon to replace my phone but they were insist me to check the phone at customer care.In customer care they were change my phone's motherboard. And after 3 to 4 months same issue is happen with my phone. And in cutomer care they were changed motherboard again. My phone is still under 1 year warrenty.

        It is clearly seems that there is manufacturing default in my phone. But they are not ready to replace my phone as there is no any policy of replacement in xiomi
        And there is a worth customer service of xiaomi.

            Dear sir,
            I have purchase xiaomi mi5 on the date 6/4/2016 from online store.In this device both sim slot is not working. Therefore we have requested to replace the device aur request id is 1499932. We have call, email and live chat with the costumer care. But from the costumer we are not getting perfect answer, they are talking rudle with us.
            I have senxd you my device mi 5. That device is delivered to xiaomi. That we have proof with full stamps and signature of xiaomi department in the receipt of the gms worlwide express pvt ltd courier. And that delivered at 22/4/2016 1:30 pm. We have attach courier slip and current status screen shot. I have call email and chat with mi service to confrom that the mobile is delivered to you. But no reply from xiaomi india working department. By xiaomi excicutive instruction by a call or a email. We have packed the mi 5 mobile original box bill and with full accessories. And that mobile is delivered to xiaomi india department. But xiaomi india not new replcement mi5 mobile send couriers i have call chat email xiaomi executive said wait wait but not information for mi5 mobile my complian date 13/04/16 no response mi india only for wait wait and wait

            I want the courier tracking id and courier name through which you have shipped the mobile phone.

            I am again repeating my demand that If the phone is not delivered by Monday(Dt-02/05/2016) i am not interested in replacement.I want my 24999/- rs back in my bank A/C.
            Any problem or information regarding this you call me, email or sms any time. i have trusted to xiaomi indai our future relationship. I hope so resolve my problem fast.
            I took this phone on april 12th 2016. From day1 we faced the problem of voice breaking. But i thought it is a problem wit the service provider. Yesterday i tried with another micro sim, thr also i was crossing the same issue.

            Then we found "watever handset we bought is having a manufacturing defect"
            I caaled the customer care executive for replacement but then they are telling we cant replace after 10days from the delivery date


            If a product is genuine it should have at least 1 month replacement warranty - mi 5 is such a worst phone company which is not understanding its customer and not even valuing the money they paid.

            My 25k is ultimately went waste

            I want my handset to be replaced.

                Because this phone is not working properly.. And hanging may times with any apps and speaker also not working

                1. When i contact customer care they reply some troubleshoot will solve the problem after doing the troubleshot phone is not work they will replace the phone there executive said . My calling refrence number to mi service center after talking to mi customer service

                3. I want my replacement of my phone or refund as soon as possible..
                4. Mi is cheating the customer in name of flash sale and replacement policy they are selling defective product in name of flash sale and also not giving replacement ..
                5. Now what i do tell me soon.
                6.I have mailed to customer care regarding to this problem but they are not responding.

                  I ordered redmi 2 prime grey on[protected] in the mi.com website with the order no. [protected] and received redmi 2 prime on 07-04-16. After observing for these 7 days, i found the quality of the image captured by this camera is worse than that of my old redmi 1s phone and this redmi 2 also stuck at home screen twice, which is not expected with a phone having the ram capacity more than that of redmi 1s. I am attaching the photos captured by both the phones for your perusal.

                  As per the direction of mi customer support, i visited the nearest mi service centre and got it checked. They confirmed that the camera is not capturing fine images as per the job sheet no. Js[protected] dtd. 16-04-16 being attached.

                    This phone stopped charging in april 2016. It was under warranty. Sent to company service centre but they coul dnot repair. Given first on 5th april, then again on 9th april and then on 16th april. Since then it is with them.

                    I am asking them to change the instrument as 3 times repaired is doubtful. They dont listen.
                    Xiaomi is a rogue company. They done listen to their customers.

                        Worst customer service:
                        I have given mi4 for lcd screen change in shivaji nagar- pune having work order no[protected] on 29 may 16. Till date it is not repaired. Neither call center nor service center is able to convey date of repair. I tried to contact team leaders in call center they are even worst in reply. No body has answer only answer they are giving is - keep patience!!! Im really fed-up. If anyone knows contact details of very senior person in this organisation plz let me know

                            This is kanav, i have received a damaged redmi note 3, the screen was damaged. I opened the courier after 3 days of receiving as i was not home, but now these mi customer support are saying that they cannot replace my product as i need to inform them within 24 hours but the same is not mentioned on their website, rather it is clear on their website that the damaged product can be replaced within 10 days of receiving the product.

                            these service center people are not picking calls now and if they pick up a call, they just try to get the call disconnected.

                              I had given Mi4i for the damaged charging pin repair at your exclusive service center at VimanNagar, Pune.
                              It was given on 14th April and upon follow-up they informed that it will be done by the next weekend i.e. 30th April due to non-availability of the part.

                              My concern is does it you so long to repair a phone even in major cities like Pune?
                              If that is the case, it is really disappointing to get this phone from companies like Xiaomi which has pathetic service after sales.
                              Do i need to wait for so long to get my phone having a very heavy usage?

                              Would like you to like address the issue asap.

                                I purchased this MI powerbank 10400 mAh and got it delivered yesterday. it worked till today morning, but stopped working since then.
                                I think its a faulty product.
                                The website owner is unreachable on phone and email. i think both the information is fake.
                                Please exchange it and provide a new one instead.

                                  Problem with my Mi4i LCD screen and i have visited Mi service center in Madhapur, Hyderabad a month back. During my first visit they told there is no stock of LCD screens and they asked me to come after one week but again after one week same answer. I have visited 4 times till now and same response always. FYI, i have to visit the center to check the status because they never answer the call. Couple of days back when i called they told they are not sure when they will get the stock and they told me to talk to customer care if i want any more information.

                                  Today when i called customer care the executive simply told me to submit phone at service center and they will repair once they have stock. I asked the executive to transfer the call to her manager but she rejected by request.

                                  But how can i submit the phone where they are not sure about tentative date by when then can repair my phone. I am very worried about their service as my warranty period expires on 30th April and i have to pay around 5000 to get the repair done after the warranty.

                                  Xiaomi — Power bank - service before buying

                                  Very bad service..I have to buy powerbank but since last 1 2 months it is out of stock.So badd service before customers buy it...Need not to know about service after buying it then..Instead go for ambrane, sony, samsung any of them.I tried to contact service centre about 4 5 times but still they even were not having any idea about it.

                                    After 20-25 days i came to know that it's battery is draining too much.

                                    Then i made a call to mi customer care on 1/3/2016.

                                    There they suggested me to visit mi service center.

                                    Then i visited service center & given phone for repair.

                                    After 15 days i noticed same problem again.

                                    Then again i have given phone for repair on 4th april for same problem battery draining.

                                    Then i have given phone for repair third time on 7th april

                                    After repair i got same problem again.

                                    Then i have given phone for repair 4th time on 15th april.

                                    Then they told that it's the last time that i have visited mi service center.

                                    Because they are changing battery.

                                    After battery change i got same problem again.

                                    Problem is same again.

                                    It's almost 75-80 days that i have purchased phone.

                                    And i have given phone for repair four time.

                                    Still my phone is draining battery too much.

                                    Still i got no solution for the same.


                                    I don't expect such a cheap service from any reputed brand.

                                      I have ordered Xiaomi note 3 on 9th April 2016 and recieved on 13th April, while checking time I saw scratch . There is a scratch on the above side of phone. After one hour i have sent a mail to xiaomi service cenetr with the screen shot of the phone. Now, It has been more than 7 days and i am still waiting for a reply. Customer care executive told me that they will revert you within 48 hrs but it has been more than 7 days.

                                        Dear mi,

                                        At the time of purchasing a mobile mi4i it was mentioned we have a centre in across india and we always provide better service to the customer.

                                        My mobile touch was not working when i visited the service centre they have said there is a screen damage its very minor one (I don't have any idea how it happened) and they said it will not cover under warranty. I said ok, then gave my phone for screen replacement it is more than 10 days service center guys do not have any idea about it and also they have responded saying even a part is not available at warehouse.

                                        If this was the case please do not gave uncertain promise to the customer. What should i do? I did mistake of buying this phone ? In this situation they will charge me 4500/- rs so i cannot go buy other phone i have already invested 12000+4500 rs in the phone.

                                        Very poor hardware quality and very poor service. Disappointing.
