I have bought Xiaomi Redmi note 3 mobile from http://www.mi.com/in/ with the order id [protected]. but it was a defective phone and so I opted for a replacement with the compliant number 1279589. Now it has been more than a month I am not getting any satisfactory reply from Xiaomi customer service. I called several times. For each call, their response was different. One executive said, they don't have the phone in stock!(but in the mean time they were selling the phone via http://www.mi.com/in and other websites. Next time an executive said, your product will be shipped by tomorrow moring and you will get tracking details by evening. But there wasn't any results. When I called them again, an executive said, they don't delivery product to kerala so they can't send it. But I wonder why? When I bought it, there was delivery in kerala but now they are trying to fool me in the name of shipment. Totally frustrated by the service. Xiaomi India — Battery or charging
Yesterday at night I try to charge my phone then it's working but some times later it's not showing green signal of charging. So I switched off my mob then try to chrge it but it's show charging 1% but it not including.so what can I do now please help me.
