Worst customer service:
I have given mi4 for lcd screen change in shivaji nagar- pune having work order no[protected] on 29 may 16. Till date it is not repaired. Neither call center nor service center is able to convey date of repair. I tried to contact team leaders in call center they are even worst in reply. No body has answer only answer they are giving is - keep patience!!! Im really fed-up. If anyone knows contact details of very senior person in this organisation plz let me know

Xiaomi India — Battery or charging

Yesterday at night I try to charge my phone then it's working but some times later it's not showing green signal of charging. So I switched off my mob then try to chrge it but it's show charging 1% but it not including.so what can I do now please help me.

    Last month I bought a Redmi Note 3 phone from your website. I read all the specifications carefully and ordered. Thereafter I have received the phone within a week. Some days later my phone was felt down on the road and corners got scratch. that time I have discovered that phone is not according to the specification. i have sent some photography of my phone and the specification sheet from your website.
    Please go through the attachment. You should response about the matter with immediate effect. ​

      Hi

      This is kanav, i have received a damaged redmi note 3, the screen was damaged. I opened the courier after 3 days of receiving as i was not home, but now these mi customer support are saying that they cannot replace my product as i need to inform them within 24 hours but the same is not mentioned on their website, rather it is clear on their website that the damaged product can be replaced within 10 days of receiving the product.

      these service center people are not picking calls now and if they pick up a call, they just try to get the call disconnected.

        I had given Mi4i for the damaged charging pin repair at your exclusive service center at VimanNagar, Pune.
        It was given on 14th April and upon follow-up they informed that it will be done by the next weekend i.e. 30th April due to non-availability of the part.

        My concern is does it you so long to repair a phone even in major cities like Pune?
        If that is the case, it is really disappointing to get this phone from companies like Xiaomi which has pathetic service after sales.
        Do i need to wait for so long to get my phone having a very heavy usage?

        Would like you to like address the issue asap.

          I purchased this MI powerbank 10400 mAh and got it delivered yesterday. it worked till today morning, but stopped working since then.
          I think its a faulty product.
          The website owner is unreachable on phone and email. i think both the information is fake.
          Please exchange it and provide a new one instead.

            Problem with my Mi4i LCD screen and i have visited Mi service center in Madhapur, Hyderabad a month back. During my first visit they told there is no stock of LCD screens and they asked me to come after one week but again after one week same answer. I have visited 4 times till now and same response always. FYI, i have to visit the center to check the status because they never answer the call. Couple of days back when i called they told they are not sure when they will get the stock and they told me to talk to customer care if i want any more information.

            Today when i called customer care the executive simply told me to submit phone at service center and they will repair once they have stock. I asked the executive to transfer the call to her manager but she rejected by request.

            But how can i submit the phone where they are not sure about tentative date by when then can repair my phone. I am very worried about their service as my warranty period expires on 30th April and i have to pay around 5000 to get the repair done after the warranty.

            Xiaomi — Power bank - service before buying

            Very bad service..I have to buy powerbank but since last 1 2 months it is out of stock.So badd service before customers buy it...Need not to know about service after buying it then..Instead go for ambrane, sony, samsung any of them.I tried to contact service centre about 4 5 times but still they even were not having any idea about it.

              I have purchased a phone from amazon on 28/01/2016

              After 20-25 days i came to know that it's battery is draining too much.

              Then i made a call to mi customer care on 1/3/2016.

              There they suggested me to visit mi service center.

              Then i visited service center & given phone for repair.

              After 15 days i noticed same problem again.

              Then again i have given phone for repair on 4th april for same problem battery draining.

              Then i have given phone for repair third time on 7th april

              After repair i got same problem again.

              Then i have given phone for repair 4th time on 15th april.

              Then they told that it's the last time that i have visited mi service center.

              Because they are changing battery.

              After battery change i got same problem again.

              Problem is same again.

              It's almost 75-80 days that i have purchased phone.

              And i have given phone for repair four time.

              Still my phone is draining battery too much.

              Still i got no solution for the same.


              I don't expect such a cheap service from any reputed brand.

              Please intervene.

              I tried reaching the Redmi customer service for technical related concerns. The phone hangs plus lot of features are not working. I dont know what went wrong. I followed the manuals, did the reboot and everything but no luck. I tried search for customer service details on http://customercarecontacts.com and other sites, but no luck.

                I have ordered Xiaomi note 3 on 9th April 2016 and recieved on 13th April, while checking time I saw scratch . There is a scratch on the above side of phone. After one hour i have sent a mail to xiaomi service cenetr with the screen shot of the phone. Now, It has been more than 7 days and i am still waiting for a reply. Customer care executive told me that they will revert you within 48 hrs but it has been more than 7 days.

                  Dear mi,

                  At the time of purchasing a mobile mi4i it was mentioned we have a centre in across india and we always provide better service to the customer.

                  My mobile touch was not working when i visited the service centre they have said there is a screen damage its very minor one (I don't have any idea how it happened) and they said it will not cover under warranty. I said ok, then gave my phone for screen replacement it is more than 10 days service center guys do not have any idea about it and also they have responded saying even a part is not available at warehouse.

                  If this was the case please do not gave uncertain promise to the customer. What should i do? I did mistake of buying this phone ? In this situation they will charge me 4500/- rs so i cannot go buy other phone i have already invested 12000+4500 rs in the phone.

                  Very poor hardware quality and very poor service. Disappointing.

                    mi service center's service very slow i submitted mu device MI4 on 4th April 2016 stil i didn't get any response and i called Friday 15th April 2016 they told me " sir u will get your device by Monday or max Tuesday" today when i called the person telling me sir part is not dispacted yet it will be delayed u will get on Friday

                    this type of serivce "how i trust on MI service is very poor and not on commitment" i am a businessman and my all business works via mobile...
                    please help me out if possible..
                    I purchased an Mi band from xiaomi and now i cannot create my account on xiaomi app so now the band bought by me is totally useless for me. If i cannot connect my band via bluetooth to the app then my band will also not work. Please look into the matter .

                      On second day of purchase of the device i started facing problem
                      - auto rebooting during call.
                      - no browsing on mobile network.
                      - excessive heating
                      Wrote an email and followed by call. To support desk. Advised to visit mi exclusive service centre (Most pathetic service desk ever visited)
                      (A band new device ( scratch less device has been termed as minor scratch and dents) i believe this is standard they follow in all the job sheet.
                      They issue a job sheet number and asked me to follow the procedure to replace the handset.

                      Now i have problem with process.
                      Usually when i purchase device from flipkart, the process collection of old device and shipping of new device is hand in hand process in parallel.

                      Now when i purchase the device using mi (Wihout any additional benefit which amazon or flipkart offer, ) the process is terrible .
                      I purchase the device from mi site was to have genuine device.

                      The complete process with take close to 8 days and what am i suppose to day in 8 days.
                      There is no process of refund also.

                          I have bought Xiaomi Redmi note 3 mobile from http://www.mi.com/in/ with the order id [protected]. but it was a defective phone and so I opted for a replacement with the compliant number 1279589. Now it has been more than a month I am not getting any satisfactory reply from Xiaomi customer service. I called several times. For each call, their response was different. One executive said, they don't have the phone in stock!(but in the mean time they were selling the phone via http://www.mi.com/in and other websites. Next time an executive said, your product will be shipped by tomorrow moring and you will get tracking details by evening. But there wasn't any results. When I called them again, an executive said, they don't delivery product to kerala so they can't send it. But I wonder why? When I bought it, there was delivery in kerala but now they are trying to fool me in the name of shipment. Totally frustrated by the service.                             Sir i bought an earphone from the site and it turned out to be defective and thus i made a call to their customer support team telling them the problem!
                            they were not being supportive . they are insisting me to visit the local xiomi centre and get my product examined by their guy and only after that they will be able to procede furthur...sir there is nowhere written on their return/replacement policy webpage that the customer has to visit the centre for examination...it said that in case of any defect, their own examination will make it eligible for return...no other website causes this much in convenience.kindly make them take this defective product back and therefore refund the money immediately!
                            sir its taking long from them to revert me back.kindly make them refund my money/i wasted 1300rs for this defective product!

                                Hi,

                                I am using MI Note prime 4G and I am not able to change the font style.

                                In previous version there is a separate option of font style availbe in settings.

                                But after updation of MIUI7 that option has been removed and now available under themes options but when try to apply the font theme- error showing can't apply theme.

                                This issue is not only in my handset whereas all mi users are facing this issue which are using MIUI7.

                                Requested to fix the issue as soon as possible.

                                    When I was installing stable miui rom in my mi4, mobile get stuck in fast boot mode I tried all the tricks available on internet but i didn't succeed. Yesterday(15/4/2016) I decided to get repaired my mobile from service center on same day I went service center (Plot Road 301- 302, Express road, Kanpur)and discussed issue. They checked my mobile. They asked me about warranty.. but my mobile is out of warranty. then he said there is problem with mother board and to replace it, it will cost around 8000 Rs. I don't afford that much cost for repairing. I didn't repaired it and i returned to my home. Again I tried to install ROM at home and it gets installed successfully.

                                    So my complain is, customer care executive working at this service center are not doing their work honestly...
                                    I don't suggest any solution on this matter but you have to find solution if xiaomi wants more customers in India.
                                    I bought mi band it not at all working and i wanna replace but they said i have to send that product by myself, is this is a 1st company for worst service.then why the hell i bought from official website if i bought from flipkart they itself come and collect. . its worst delivery and customer care service

                                      I am trying to buy a redmi note 3 32gb phone online from amazon and mi.com/in sites. Firstly they sell the product on sale on wednesday exactly at 2pm and you have to register for that in advance. I have registered for last 5-6 sales in amazon and login to site beforehand but at 2 pm when i click to but the phone it shows sold out within 10-20 seconds. This has happened 5-6 times and when i ask their support either they say that site was having problem or there was bulk order. It seems they are fooling people and they do not put 32gb variant of phone for sale...

                                        I baught mi4i 32GB from snapdeal and in a time it got issues with touch, your service center asked me to pay Rs. 13700/ to replace just a touch of a phone that costs 15000/ brand new. This is much of exploitation, my handset contains so many documents and important info and I had to suffer to the extreme level mentally and financially as well. I need compensation for this. You can't harass your customers like this.
