I baught mi4i 32GB from snapdeal and in a time it got issues with touch, your service center asked me to pay Rs. 13700/ to replace just a touch of a phone that costs 15000/ brand new. This is much of exploitation, my handset contains so many documents and important info and I had to suffer to the extreme level mentally and financially as well. I need compensation for this. You can't harass your customers like this.

    The mobile siganl was not getting and saying no network even on the road and changed lot of sim cards and update phone and flashed mobile mi service center also but problem was not solved same issue is facing and mi authorised service center said ask for replacement, then i committed to ask replacement the mi care was not accepeting my request and also forcely opened claim even then they rejected my claim and said as there is no replacement for netword issue please update mobile saying, they are not listining that about the mi service center was said it is a mother board problem also then also saying please wait for next update, the worse service center and waste of my 10000 rs waste mobile

        Dear Sir,

        I have ordered Rdemi note3 mobile (Rs.9999) on MI Store app on 6th Apr 16. But they have delivered stone instead of mobile.

        Immediately i raised complaint to the customer care but they didnt make any support call or mail to me (Except one mail). Which showing very worst customer support and planned cheated customer.
        When i made a call that till they told investigation going on and after that no feedback.

        I request you to get the compensation money or mobile as soon as possible.

        Kindly reject this kind of cheated company (Chinese) business in India for safe guard Indian money.

        Note: My wife received mobile and she doesn't open and inspect the mobile while receiving from courier person.

          I ordered a 20800 mah Power Bank and it has turned out to be fake. I am highly disappointed as the product is not just "defected" it is a "fake". It is a golden cheap looking power bank which is a very cheap replica of the Mi powerbank. It is heavy and looks of bad quality, and does not even work.Gives me the impression that everything on the website is fake. Please I would like you to look into and. Also, I need a refund on this. Money is valuable!

            Sir, i recently bought redmi note 3 on 30th march flash sale. The device was delivered to me on 5th april. Since the day i bought i am facing some issues. I hope you can give me some solutions. The very first day when i logged into facebook and messenger app while chatting and going through time line or news feed then profile icons of my friends or pages don't show their profile pics. And moreover notifications for facebook and messenger are shown late in notifications window. For example, if i am chatting on a chat heads and i would receive a message and even if i would have replied to that message a pop sound will come later 5 seconds and followed by notification in notifications window some 30 seconds late. I face another issue that is when i listen music from saavn app and if i simultaneously open camera or facebook app, then the music itself stops playing. Then next i have to open again saavn app and it will refresh again and then start. Next i recieved help from redmi india and i did try the steps they told me to follow but there is problem. I am attaching screen shots for reference. I downloaded the 1gb file but it was of no help. I was a lot more excited about using mi device but that excitement has turned into grief. I regret buying this mobile. It is leading to wastage of my resources. Apps are crashing way too easily. I can't even download a file in background while going through gallery. I am facing problem with almost all third party apps in one or another way. It's really hilarious. I had placed a request for replacement of my redmi note 3 device on 12 april 2016 @9:30 ist via your hotline. But so far there have been no update in the process. Day before yesterday i got a email stating that courier partners of xiamoi aren't able to connect to me. But they did try only on my alternative mobile number @18:21. Which due to network problem didn't connect. I called even yesterday again for replacement because yesterday's email informed me about cancellation of request. And again today i was told that i will receive update for the process but i didn't get any help or information from xiamoi. I think that since my 10 days from delivery will be finished soon that's the reason because which my request is being avoided. I hope my device will be replaced soon and i will be satisfied with the product and mi.

              I book a complaint to xiaomi customer care regarding non functioning of my phone lower touch and send my handset mi4i through your pickmi service on payment of rs.189 dated 28/03/16 sent to address hetal patel
              C/o qarmatek services pvt. Ltd.123/b-1, phase 1near pushpak estate, ahmedabad, gu 382445and your customer executive assure me that i get my handset within the time period of 7-10days.On 1april i got a email regarding to do payment of rs.4560 for change of touch and i paid the amount at very moment transaction id : [protected] dt 01/04/16 and keep following the status of my handset first they said you will get your handset before 7th april 2016 and when this deadline over they lodge a complaint under number 1440499 and they assure me that i get the status and your mobile will be repaired in 48 hours but no reply from there side and write so many emails on [protected]@xiaomi.com no reply tread attached, do plenty of calls but every time they said your mobile is repairing and when i asked for date of delivery they said they don't know when my handset get repaired.Its all harassment because i trust a untrusted brand which has no values of customer satisfaction.At last i only want my handset back either in repaired or unrepaired with my repaired amount which i paided as now i get frustrated so much and get so much loss in business due to non availability of my mobile.

                I purchased my mi 4i cell phone just 2 months back . I submitted my cell phone to service center on march 12, 2016 as home button is not functioning properly . But unnecessarily they postponing the days . Still i didnt get my cell back . Even i registered compliant regarding this with the customer care but its of no use . Can any one help me in this .

                If they are unable to resolve the problem, i am expecting new mobile [since it is purchased just 2 months back] .
                Anyone please help me with this .

                    I am trying to buy a Redmi Note 3 32GB phone online from Amazon and MI.com/In sites. Firstly they sell the product on sale on Wednesday exactly at 2PM and you have to register for that in advance. I have registered for last 3-4 sales in amazon and login to site beforehand but at 2 PM when I click to but the phone it shows Sold Out within 20-30 seconds. This has happened 2-3 times and when I ask their support either they say that site was having problem or there was bulk order. It seems they are fooling people and they do not put 32GB variant of phone for sale

                      I had purchase MI redmi note prime phone last month. In one month my phone has got charging problem. They have told me it will take 15 days to repair. They are not giving any contact No. on which I can enquire about my phone. I have to wait for their SMS. This is very bad. The service center is not so near, so I can personlly go there. The people over there is also not replying the customer.properly. When I told them please repair it now, I am coming from far away and I have to take off from my job. They said rudely " Do you want to keep the phone or not". Please help me I should get my phone in good condition. And they should not behave with the customer in this way. They should take care of the customer.

And when i go today they are still repeat one thing "the consiment of display is not coming frm head office or whtevr wht kind of service is this harrasing customer my phone is soo mch imp to me all work was on phone they make fun of it by saying next week. If some1 ask about sevice of mi brand i say poor is a good word but they desrves "d" grade rating
                        They are not selling xiaomi redmi note 3 32 gb model . This is about 1 month and they have no stock . What can i do . Please do something or get out from india . I want mobile . They are wasting time of indians by giving date and time for sale but not selling RN 3 .please

                          I order one MI Note 3 Gold From direct Mi site on 30 march sale and received on 6th of April. but i got network issue in this device. i checked with my another phone it's working fine. call to customer care and tell problem they suggested me to update the software i do the same but again same issue. going to service center they said submitted your phone when we get the update from MI we update you the same.
                          i requested to MI give me the replacement but they deny for replacement and said wait for network update MI technical team working on it.
                          my main concern only this if customer not satisfied with product on the first day of purchase date then why company claim that if customer not satisfied then they given replacement or return back the money within 10 days.

                            I gave my mi 4 for service center in koramangala bangalore on[protected], with work order number[protected]. Still now i didnt get my mobile back. I have contacted the service center people but they were telling mobile was missed some where. Every time i contacted them they are behaving rude. They were not responding to my calls also. Finally they told to contact higher level people now those people also not responding. What ever the contact details they gave is not reachable. What should i do now.
                            I had purchased mi redmi note 4G before 2 months now i am having a problem that my device is heating up more n my battery is draining very fast
                            please help me to solve this problem
                            I am give my phone to service center then I take it back without any service.today I have got my phone from your service center in dead condition so I wants the CC TV vedio of my phone

                              I would like to bring to your kind attention that my xiaomi mobile, Mi-4 was given for servicing around 14/1/2016. It was brought to my notice that the problem is related to mother board .The mother board was replaced and returned around 19/1/2016. After 2-3 days, I faced some problem in the mobile again. Most of the time there was no signal in the handset. Hence I again approached for service centre of the company in bengaluru on 5/2/2016 . But the representative at the service centre informed me that the problem was due to software update which was made by me and he formatted my handset and told me that it would solve the problem. Subsequently after formatting they returned the mobile. Even after servicing the same problem did not sort out. Still there was no network for the subsequent 2 days. So again I gave my mobile for servicing on 8/2/2016 and they informed me that again there was problem in the motherboard and it has to be replaced. They told me to come back after a week. but despite of visiting the service centre 4-5 times i was unable to get my mobile. Even after receiving my phone on 29/2/2016, i came to know that the handset was not repaired and was unable to switch it on. Already Frustrated, I again submitted my mobile to the service centre on 2/3/2016 to rectify the problem. The concerned persons in the service centre asked me to come back after 5 days as the motherboard has to be replaced again. I visited the service centre on various occations i.e. 7/3/2016, 9/3/2016, 14/3/2016, 17/3/2016, 21/3/2016 but yet they are unable to repair my mobile. Neither they are repairing my phone nor they are willing to replace the mobile. I have not received my mobile till date.

                              I request you to take immediate action to sort this problem. I want my mobile back in good condition or i want my money back as the company is unable to follow their own warranty terms and conditions. Looking forward for your positive response.

                                I have purchased mi headphones on nov 2015. They were not audible in january 2016, i went to mi service center to replace the product and they were damn rude and they didn't accepted the product as they were newly open (Excuses). Than i call on mi help care they talked to them they took the headphones and gave me the job-sheet on 29th january 2016 and asked me to wait till 12th feb 2016. Than on 12th feb they ask me to wait more 7 days . Again i was been asked to wait for 14 days than they tried to give me other headphones which were of less amount than what i purchased, than i raised issue towards them that they cannot do such kind of scam with customers.
                                Than on march 03rd they ask me to wait for 1 month and today is 9th april 2016 and yet i have not received my headphones. In between this period i tried emailing them but no help, i tried calling them and they too ask me to wait for 72 hours every-time i call..
                                Job sheet, invoice copy and email conversation are attached to this complaint. Help me out and suggest the way to sue them.

                                  My self Atharav from belgaum. I am totally frustrated by the xiaomi service centre. I bought my Mi 3 from Infibeam after a few days use its totally dead and now when I am claiming for my warranty no one is ready to take its responsibility, mi service centre tells me that Infibeam website is not partnered website soo it can't provide service and when I tell this to Infibeam website they they ask me to give the name, place, no., of that staff whom I have called .. But after I call xiaomi service they reject me by telling that they are not allowed to give personal information. There is no one to take a proper step about ..totaly annoyed with the customer service. The Infibeam website is asking me to approach service centre which 500 to 600 km from belgaum just to take customer service which costs me around 800 -1000 rs that to by taking risk that they might reject you...
                                  Hey please take an strict action against xiaomi and Infibeam website. I am stuck at the middle of them. If this how the producers are behaving this days then where should the customer goo...Please help me out...

                                    I purchased redmi 2 from flipkart site on 23 july 2015. Yesterday i.E on 07.04.2016 i got issues with phone ... My phone was dead no response .. Touch was dead . As it was given that the phone provides with one year warranty i visited the mi service station at k-22, first floor, lajpat nagar-ii, new delhi. After analysing phone they charged me with 285 rupee just for checking phone and then they said its out of warranty as phone get moisture in it. And they said it will cost u 6-7k approx. How can they harass me like that! My phone's net cost is 7k of brand new. Help me with it.. Its very unfair.
