mi service center's service very slow i submitted mu device MI4 on 4th April 2016 stil i didn't get any response and i called Friday 15th April 2016 they told me " sir u will get your device by Monday or max Tuesday" today when i called the person telling me sir part is not dispacted yet it will be delayed u will get on Friday

and my work order no. is PDK/XM/16/00065
this type of serivce "how i trust on MI service is very poor and not on commitment" i am a businessman and my all business works via mobile...
please help me out if possible..
I purchased an Mi band from xiaomi and now i cannot create my account on xiaomi app so now the band bought by me is totally useless for me. If i cannot connect my band via bluetooth to the app then my band will also not work. Please look into the matter .

    On second day of purchase of the device i started facing problem
    - auto rebooting during call.
    - no browsing on mobile network.
    - excessive heating
    Wrote an email and followed by call. To support desk. Advised to visit mi exclusive service centre (Most pathetic service desk ever visited)
    (A band new device ( scratch less device has been termed as minor scratch and dents) i believe this is standard they follow in all the job sheet.
    They issue a job sheet number and asked me to follow the procedure to replace the handset.

    Now i have problem with process.
    Usually when i purchase device from flipkart, the process collection of old device and shipping of new device is hand in hand process in parallel.

    Now when i purchase the device using mi (Wihout any additional benefit which amazon or flipkart offer, ) the process is terrible .
    I purchase the device from mi site was to have genuine device.

    The complete process with take close to 8 days and what am i suppose to day in 8 days.
    There is no process of refund also.

        I have bought Xiaomi Redmi note 3 mobile from http://www.mi.com/in/ with the order id [protected]. but it was a defective phone and so I opted for a replacement with the compliant number 1279589. Now it has been more than a month I am not getting any satisfactory reply from Xiaomi customer service. I called several times. For each call, their response was different. One executive said, they don't have the phone in stock!(but in the mean time they were selling the phone via http://www.mi.com/in and other websites. Next time an executive said, your product will be shipped by tomorrow moring and you will get tracking details by evening. But there wasn't any results. When I called them again, an executive said, they don't delivery product to kerala so they can't send it. But I wonder why? When I bought it, there was delivery in kerala but now they are trying to fool me in the name of shipment. Totally frustrated by the service.           Sir i bought an earphone from the site and it turned out to be defective and thus i made a call to their customer support team telling them the problem!
          they were not being supportive . they are insisting me to visit the local xiomi centre and get my product examined by their guy and only after that they will be able to procede furthur...sir there is nowhere written on their return/replacement policy webpage that the customer has to visit the centre for examination...it said that in case of any defect, their own examination will make it eligible for return...no other website causes this much in convenience.kindly make them take this defective product back and therefore refund the money immediately!
          sir its taking long from them to revert me back.kindly make them refund my money/i wasted 1300rs for this defective product!

              Hi,

              I am using MI Note prime 4G and I am not able to change the font style.

              In previous version there is a separate option of font style availbe in settings.

              But after updation of MIUI7 that option has been removed and now available under themes options but when try to apply the font theme- error showing can't apply theme.

              This issue is not only in my handset whereas all mi users are facing this issue which are using MIUI7.

              Requested to fix the issue as soon as possible.

                  When I was installing stable miui rom in my mi4, mobile get stuck in fast boot mode I tried all the tricks available on internet but i didn't succeed. Yesterday(15/4/2016) I decided to get repaired my mobile from service center on same day I went service center (Plot Road 301- 302, Express road, Kanpur)and discussed issue. They checked my mobile. They asked me about warranty.. but my mobile is out of warranty. then he said there is problem with mother board and to replace it, it will cost around 8000 Rs. I don't afford that much cost for repairing. I didn't repaired it and i returned to my home. Again I tried to install ROM at home and it gets installed successfully.

                  So my complain is, customer care executive working at this service center are not doing their work honestly...
                  I don't suggest any solution on this matter but you have to find solution if xiaomi wants more customers in India.
                  I bought mi band it not at all working and i wanna replace but they said i have to send that product by myself, is this is a 1st company for worst service.then why the hell i bought from official website if i bought from flipkart they itself come and collect. . its worst delivery and customer care service

                    I am trying to buy a redmi note 3 32gb phone online from amazon and mi.com/in sites. Firstly they sell the product on sale on wednesday exactly at 2pm and you have to register for that in advance. I have registered for last 5-6 sales in amazon and login to site beforehand but at 2 pm when i click to but the phone it shows sold out within 10-20 seconds. This has happened 5-6 times and when i ask their support either they say that site was having problem or there was bulk order. It seems they are fooling people and they do not put 32gb variant of phone for sale...

                      I baught mi4i 32GB from snapdeal and in a time it got issues with touch, your service center asked me to pay Rs. 13700/ to replace just a touch of a phone that costs 15000/ brand new. This is much of exploitation, my handset contains so many documents and important info and I had to suffer to the extreme level mentally and financially as well. I need compensation for this. You can't harass your customers like this.

                        The mobile siganl was not getting and saying no network even on the road and changed lot of sim cards and update phone and flashed mobile mi service center also but problem was not solved same issue is facing and mi authorised service center said ask for replacement, then i committed to ask replacement the mi care was not accepeting my request and also forcely opened claim even then they rejected my claim and said as there is no replacement for netword issue please update mobile saying, they are not listining that about the mi service center was said it is a mother board problem also then also saying please wait for next update, the worse service center and waste of my 10000 rs waste mobile

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have ordered Rdemi note3 mobile (Rs.9999) on MI Store app on 6th Apr 16. But they have delivered stone instead of mobile.

                            Immediately i raised complaint to the customer care but they didnt make any support call or mail to me (Except one mail). Which showing very worst customer support and planned cheated customer.
                            When i made a call that till they told investigation going on and after that no feedback.

                            I request you to get the compensation money or mobile as soon as possible.

                            Kindly reject this kind of cheated company (Chinese) business in India for safe guard Indian money.

                            Note: My wife received mobile and she doesn't open and inspect the mobile while receiving from courier person.

                              I ordered a 20800 mah Power Bank and it has turned out to be fake. I am highly disappointed as the product is not just "defected" it is a "fake". It is a golden cheap looking power bank which is a very cheap replica of the Mi powerbank. It is heavy and looks of bad quality, and does not even work.Gives me the impression that everything on the website is fake. Please I would like you to look into and. Also, I need a refund on this. Money is valuable!

                                Sir, i recently bought redmi note 3 on 30th march flash sale. The device was delivered to me on 5th april. Since the day i bought i am facing some issues. I hope you can give me some solutions. The very first day when i logged into facebook and messenger app while chatting and going through time line or news feed then profile icons of my friends or pages don't show their profile pics. And moreover notifications for facebook and messenger are shown late in notifications window. For example, if i am chatting on a chat heads and i would receive a message and even if i would have replied to that message a pop sound will come later 5 seconds and followed by notification in notifications window some 30 seconds late. I face another issue that is when i listen music from saavn app and if i simultaneously open camera or facebook app, then the music itself stops playing. Then next i have to open again saavn app and it will refresh again and then start. Next i recieved help from redmi india and i did try the steps they told me to follow but there is problem. I am attaching screen shots for reference. I downloaded the 1gb file but it was of no help. I was a lot more excited about using mi device but that excitement has turned into grief. I regret buying this mobile. It is leading to wastage of my resources. Apps are crashing way too easily. I can't even download a file in background while going through gallery. I am facing problem with almost all third party apps in one or another way. It's really hilarious. I had placed a request for replacement of my redmi note 3 device on 12 april 2016 @9:30 ist via your hotline. But so far there have been no update in the process. Day before yesterday i got a email stating that courier partners of xiamoi aren't able to connect to me. But they did try only on my alternative mobile number @18:21. Which due to network problem didn't connect. I called even yesterday again for replacement because yesterday's email informed me about cancellation of request. And again today i was told that i will receive update for the process but i didn't get any help or information from xiamoi. I think that since my 10 days from delivery will be finished soon that's the reason because which my request is being avoided. I hope my device will be replaced soon and i will be satisfied with the product and mi.

Ltd.123/b-1, phase 1near pushpak estate, ahmedabad, gu 382445and your customer executive assure me that i get my handset within the time period of 7-10days.On 1april i got a email regarding to do payment of rs.4560 for change of touch and i paid the amount at very moment transaction id : [protected] dt 01/04/16 and keep following the status of my handset first they said you will get your handset before 7th april 2016 and when this deadline over they lodge a complaint under number 1440499 and they assure me that i get the status and your mobile will be repaired in 48 hours but no reply from there side and write so many emails on [protected]@xiaomi.com no reply tread attached, do plenty of calls but every time they said your mobile is repairing and when i asked for date of delivery they said they don't know when my handset get repaired.Its all harassment because i trust a untrusted brand which has no values of customer satisfaction.At last i only want my handset back either in repaired or unrepaired with my repaired amount which i paided as now i get frustrated so much and get so much loss in business due to non availability of my mobile.

                                    I purchased my mi 4i cell phone just 2 months back . I submitted my cell phone to service center on march 12, 2016 as home button is not functioning properly . But unnecessarily they postponing the days . Still i didnt get my cell back . Even i registered compliant regarding this with the customer care but its of no use . Can any one help me in this .

                                    If they are unable to resolve the problem, i am expecting new mobile [since it is purchased just 2 months back] .
                                    Anyone please help me with this .
