Hi the concerned authrity,

This is rishi ranjan, bought an mi4 64 gb handset on 17th march 2015 for rs.24000/-. This phone worked fine for 8-9 months. Then after it started troubling me. Once the phone restarted on its own. Then i thought that i must have mistakenly pushed the power button that's why it has happened.
Then after sometime it started happening on a regular interval. It used to go on restart mode automatically and started getting stuck in the loop for minutes. When it comes back with the home screen, it had by that time drained out the mobile battery.
I thought that there must be some system update or some virus update pending because of which these are happening. So i did the update many times. That worked for some time. But ultimately i gave up and went to the mi service centre to get help.
I handed over the phone to the service centre, rohini, delhi on 01st march 2016. Then on 21st march, 2016 after 20 days, i got a call from the centre that the mobile is repaired and the mother board has been replaced. I should collect. When i went there and i got the hands on to my handset, i concluded that some new problem has cropped up which was "no mobile network" even after inserting the sim card.
The service centre guy took the phone back and returned the phone back exactly after one month (On 27th april 2016) with no problem and with new mother board as they said at the time of delivery. I also verified the imei no which was another one. But i could not convinced myself that the motherboard which was put in my mobile handset was new as the same old problem started coming back just after 3 days of the delivery of the phone. So the motherboard which must be fixed inside my handset must be sub standard or a old one of some other handset of other customer.

So request to look into the problem and oblige me by a new handset which does not have infected motherboard.

I would appreciate an early reply.

    Dear SIr,

    The Product is Delivered to me but the delivery service of Blue Darth is so
    worst. The doesn't deliver a product at my location and also don't tell me
    the reason. It was really difficulty of finding their address because
    on-line they provide the address of old office which is already shut down.

    Please try to improve the delivery. I have a worst experience of product
    delivery.

      I ordered a redmi note 3 gold 32g on mi.com website on 18 may 2016.
      It had been over a week but still i haven't received the product. My order details are :

      After a lot of going back and forth and calling the customer care i had not
      Recieved a satisfactory response.
      The last time i had a word with your team, i was told that the product had been
      Ent for shipping and they clearly stated that it is my job to track my order by following up the product delivery.

      First of all its unacceptable, what kind of service is that where the consumer have paid you and not fedex or any third party. It is your responsiblity to ship it to my doorstep in a given time period.

      However, i went an extra mile and talked to fedex for the product who actually
      Gave me a false commitment that product is to be delivered in maximum 1 week.
      However even now i had been told that product is in their node center in delhi (Moti nagar).

      Having said that, i asked the mi team to cancel my order but they clearly refused. And said that i can only cancel the product only if the product is recieved by me. This clearly doesn't makes any sense to me.

      This is really frustrating. I need you to answer my following queries immidiately :

      1. If i paid you for the phone (Including all charges) whose responsibility is
      To make sure the product is delivered on time?

      2. If i am the buyer and you are the seller and i payed you, then whose responsibility is this to track the order?

      3. What is the sla (Service level agreement) - target time for product delivery.

      4. The most accurate information on where my phone is and when will it be delivered?

      I need the answer to my aforementioned queries else i shall be forced to knock the doors of consumer court.

        This is to inform you that I being a regular Customer of Xiaomi products failed to judge a latest product this time.

        On 18th May I placed an order for "Redmi Note 3" from the Mi store and the product was shipped and was received on 22 May around 6:00 in the afternoon.

        I unboxed it, switched on the phone to have a look. Later switched off and kept it on charge with the charger provided. Allowed it to charge it to 45% apprx. Took off from charge and thought to put Sim card in it.

        The moment I "opened the sim tray using the pin provided" a bright spark happened near the charging port. And within no time Smoke started to come out with phone getting too much heated up and suddenly It caught internal fire destroying the phone completely. With that I threw the phone on the bed and it destroyed the bed sheet too.


        On CONTACTING CC""Sir we cannot provide replacement"we only provide for hardware issues.
        I fail to understand IS BATTERY NOT A HARDWARE AND PART OF A MOBILE

          My mobile Mi4 got damaged it was insured and had deposited at the Mi service centre in bhopal on 19 Apr 16 . They asked for Rs 3000 as advance which was deposited it was promised that set will be repaired in 10 -15 days its more then a month now the set is not repaired, every time i call they give silly excuses tried calling hotline service there response was again unprofessional and pity full

            Xaomi service centre, worst service center-they have and the staff people
            _ - attender checked my phone after i already sufferd from a lot of trouble to get there in indore ...coz they have made me around 5 days late to reach there ...before that they were giving me the phone pick up service which runs 5 day but still after that they didnt picked up my phone ...so i travelled to indore to get my phone repaired...i gave my phone to them they told me that they ll check the problm and contact me tommorrow n tell me about the req. time they ll need to repair the phone ...i said ok. i returned back to my city...but today they told me that they found moisture in my phone..so 'they cant repair it'...

            my phone was not even a single time got in contact with water..em sure abt that.)...it may be due to the temp.. here in burhanpur which is 48 degree...what would i do in such case... if they cant make a phone work in 48 degree temp...then they should tell in adavnce - not to be sale for hot landareas...or not to be used in summer..
            u see how stupid is that//
            but u know everybody is turning there views abt this co. ...so plz do smthing


            i lost all my data just because of the temp...wtf...sir plz do smthing as now i have been told that my phone is now of no use ...if repaired it ll cost me around 90% of phone cost... i cant do anything in such conditions ...
            if a phone gets stopped working on its own then u should shut down your co...
            plz listen to this complain seriously/...

            and i now i want u to exchange me phone...without any cost otherwise i ll make sure that all service in india and ur co. in india gets shut down

              With reference to the trail mail and the subsequent various telecoms my brother Mr Satish & had with the above mentioned representatives regarding the replacement of MI Redmi Note 3 purchased vide Inv No[protected] dt 13.05.2016 under order no [protected], received on 16.05.2016. We had subsequently lodged a complaint no 1698740 on 17.05.2016 as the handset had hanged and not even getting charged and heating problem.

              Please go through the mail and it will be evident that on 17.05.2016, we were informed that the matter was discussed over call and that they have all the necessary details of our's, so the representative is forwarding the concern to the logistic partner for the pickup of our device and we were in constant touch with the representatives as mentioned above regarding the pickup of device by the logistic partner and every time, we have been assured that the logistic partner will attempt for the pickup of device and suddenly on 23.04.2016, we have been asked to send the the product at our own cost to the Bengaluru destination as they will not be able to arrange for reverse pick up since the pin code does not fall under the serviceable are to pick up the device. We tried our level best to send the faulty device through DHL/Blue Dart, Professional Courier but no body is ready to ship the same. DHL/Blue Dart are ready to ship the mobile if the battery is detachable but in case of MI Redmi Note 3, the battery is in built and non removable. Hence, could not ship the same by any courier. But, when we contacted the representative, they opined that they can not do anything about it but we have to faulty device to the addressed as mentioned in the trail mail.

              Here, one thing is very amusing, in case of delivery of the mobile set, the MI is able to deliver it to the destination mentioned but in case of reverse pickup, the area does not fall under the serviceable area. We live in Mumbai and not in a remote area, where the excuse of non serviceable area is understood. If in city like Mumbai, we are harassed under the guise of non serviceable area, we could imagine the plight of the people of other parts of the country.

              We, strongly oppose to the attitude of the MI Company who has put the customer at receiving end. To add insult to the injury, we have been given 48 hours within which we have to provide the MI Company with tracking ID of the Logistics company or the request for replacement will be cancelled.

              We hereby inform and suggest to arrange for reverse pick up or give us the Logistic' company's serviceable area's address in Mumbai.

              In case of failure, the cost of instrument along with legal cost and charges for mental harassment will have to borne by the MI Company, which please note.

              If we do not receive the reply within 24 hours, the matter will be published in National Newspapers/dailies

                There was a software upgrade notification which I followed and downloaded the new version and nightmare started.
                Ever since the new version was download, my phone started misbehaving, latency, application response time increased, phone started getting hand for longer duration and start up became major issue.
                One fine day, phone got switched off and never woke up. It remained on MI logo on the screen and did not move forward.
                When i visited the MI authorized service center ( Gurgaon), and I told them that I had downloaded the newer software version, the supervisor there immediately said " It is not going beyond MI logo on screen.. right"
                and that was the problem actually and he knew it. This problem is known to MI officials and they very well know that software upgrade is causing issue.
                Icing on the cake is, they told me the remedy is to change the mother board and which is for Rs. 6000. The Redmi note 2 now cost Rs. 8000.
                I wrote to customer care and they have been lingering on the issue and not addressing the issue.
                While, if i give an example of Automobile industry, if there is a problem in the car, All big companies call their vehicles back to correct the fault in the part, here Xiaomi knows that motherboard is an issue, they are not replacing it at all. They should replace the Motherboard for free or only service charge should be asked for.
                Please replace the mother board as this is a manufacturing fault.

                  My phone`s screen broke within a month of purchase i repaired it.. again within a week it broke, , so none of my buttons are working now its been two months since am using soft buttons of various apps like easytouch, back button.. but the problem is now even the those apps are failing to operate after some moment of switching on accessibility, all of sudden they disappear.

                    Hi,
                    I purchased this phone in jul'15. Now mother board get crashed with warranty period, submitted the device mi service center (Hcl - vikas marg new delhi), dated 05/07/2016. They are not giving me a proper date for delivery, just saying not receiving the parts from company.
                    When i communicated with mi customer care, they said, "we are delivering the parts to service centre.

                    Don't know what this company is doing with indian customer, they are participating in make in india or making the fool to indian customer.

                    Xiaomi, give good offers at the purchasing time but worst service after sales,
                    Means they don't have any value to retain the customer.
                    I really frustrated from this type of service.

                      I had to Take my all Xiaomi phones to Service center except Redmi 1s. I had a heating issue with Redmi 2 and Got mother board replace ment in 4 days. But Now my Friend and Cousin have issue with Mi4i Mother board and Side Buttons but Service centers people telling that there is no supply of spare parts and My cusin gave it to Service center a month Ago still no reply from Service center (Koramangala Bangalore). When these issues will be solved. With redmi 2 quality of device also decreased out of 10 devices 4-5 are getting mother board replacement. Due to which Sales may decrease in future. Thanks.

                        Hi, i have received a faulty device from mi. Complaint no-1700570. It has been a week time now but no one came to pick up the faulty device for replacement. I am following up with customer care in daily basis but they are not responding and always ask for "wait for sometime". I am living in a metro city - mumbai. Still i am getting this type of service. I cannot expect service of xiomi in small towns. I have buy device with additional warranty which costs me 26000+. I don't want xiomi now and want my money back. Please help me

                          My compliant against xiaomi india‎ as i buy mi5 handset from this company but facing heating problem and for the same i got one time replacement but new handset also have same issue so its seem it product issue, i ask self-declaration certification form regarding hardware and software test result but they refuse.

                          In normal condition mobile body heat its fine but this phone have different issue its heat on earpiece so i am not able to talk with any one, also due to heating issue i am facing network issue.

                          So via this complain i requesting you to ask certificate of test result of hardware of this particular handset and if they have this certificate than how output product is different than certificate.

                          I want my money back because replacement not a solution for this particular handset.

                            I am abhishek joshi from nagpur. I bought xiaomi mi4 in july 2015 through amazon.In (Invoice no. Ka-blrs[protected]. On march 21st 2016, there is a display problem arises in my handset. I went to the local service centre for repairing. They made the job sheet (Js [protected]) and told me to take it after 10 days. Upon asking for the 10 days long time. Excuse was given that the spares are not available.

                            I contacted service centre on 1st april for the handset. The extremely unprofessional staff said that "your handset is not ready, if you want you can take it as it is". Then i asked for the failure in commitment. They said your handset is under warranty and service centre gives first preference to without warranty handsets. Then they said if your handset is not repaired with one month of submission, company will take immediate action and provide you with the solution.

                            On 2nd may, i got the call from service centre that your handset get repaired and you can collect it. After reaching there they said the problem is still not rectified and you will have to wait for 2 more days. After 2 days they make the new job sheet (Js [protected]) saying that there is a new problem arises in handset
                            And we don't know how much time it will take to get repaired, and if you have any query you can call on toll free no.

                            Is this the way xiaomi works all over the globe. Shame on you if you provide this type of service to your clients. Any local chinese company is better then your service.

                            Kindly provide me with the immediate solution for my problem.

                              I was purchased a red mi 2 prime white mobile thru flip kart on nov2015, i got problem "camera couldn't connect"" and sim slot not working contacted thru phone to mi service centre, they were given some ideas to resolve the issue like, finally factory reset.
                              But no use. One fine day i spoken with flip kart customer care and given a complaint and they transferred the issue to mi service centre. Finally my mobile was picked up on 14/05/16 FedEx track no:[protected], my inq no:[protected].

                              Till date i have not received my item
                              I spoke several time to [protected] but not good response.

                              Please give a solution to resolve my issue at earliest.
                              1] Please repair and give my mobile within a week.
                              2] Please take back defective product and give a new same model product.
                              3] Please give other model new item the difference amount will

                                As USB port in y phone (Mi4i) is burnt I gave my phone for servicing at MI store anna nagar, chennai. I gave my phone on 9th may, But I haven't recived my phone yet. I tried to call them. But they aren't attending the call. I mailed them. But their reply is not satisfactory. They said the part isn't available yet. So, How long will these guys take to just replace USB port ??

                                  I had ordered a redmi note 3 and recieved it on the 10th of this month. I found the piece to be defective and requested for a replacement. They said the phone will be picked up for replacement in a couple of days and no one has arrived. Today, it has been a 11 days. Now, I ask for the refund and they say its not in their policy to refund the money. I don't know what to do now. They have tested my patience enough.

                                    Dear sir/madam i have submitted my mi4i 16 gb white colour phone on 9th of may 2016, issue was charging not increasing, battery drain very fast, slow charging, no headset audio. Service center guy said that we have to change the parts and at this time it is not available with us said you have to submit your phone for 15 days, they gave me 24th may of 2016 tat, now its been more than 10 days and i keep visiting there service center which is located at xiaomi exclusive - noida f-2, f-3, first floor, above bamboo shoots restaurant sector 18 noida (Up). And they are saying that still part is not available. Now i don't know what kind of company this is (Xiaomi) they can't understand that in these days people they can't be able to work without phone and they keep saying just wait just wait. Seriously i am very disappointed with there services. I saw at there service center there are lots of people they are facing the same problem as i am facing now. So it's my humble advice to find the solution asap.

                                    I am amazed now its been more than 18 hours and no response now it shows that what kind of company Xiaomi is. I will never ever suggest anyone to take there products.
                                    never go for Xiaomi mobile. Fake company fake people fake product

                                      I have requested for the MI Band replacement against the order # [protected] on May 2nd 2016. I have sent the package through professional couriers (Tracking idMAA[protected] and it got delivered to their bangalore warehouse on May 3rd 2016.

                                      After this, I was talking to their call centre, customer representative through chats with the incident #[protected] for the past 17 days. I m extremely frustrated as none of their team is able to tell exactly the problem or give any idea on when the product will be replaced as they are always give an answer " Our team will call" and I m not sure when this call will happen,
                                      As per their policy with in 2 days of receiving the device, they will send the replacement device. But nothing of this sort has happened as it is now 14 business days.
                                      I had never had such a frustrating experience with any other provided so far both with customer service representatives as well call center agents.
                                      Though their products are decent, their service is pathetic. Your only hope is get the product in good shape otherwise your money and time gone.

                                        I buy a mi redmi note 3 on may 4 2016 whose barcode is[protected]and the tax invoice no. Is[protected] and in that imei no is not metioned. So how could i prove in warrant. Or in any services. And it is extended warraty phone but no extended warranty no. is mentioned.
