xiaomi customer care is the greatest chutzpah and i am very regret to buy the product and i swear in my whole life never going to buy the cheapesters product not even recommend to buy anyone.

last day, while i was updating my phone, it was stuck in mi screen, while i take it to the customer care they told its mother-board is crashed because of water and it all by just watching my phone i said it may be due to software update.
he told "look at the ph paper inside the phone which is red " which according to him happens only when water goes inside.
i told them it may be due to heat(42-43 celsius) and their are also various resigions of being red that i know afer research on ph paper. :-D
but he even doesn't bother to check physically any water test and ask me 170rs to make a job sheet and demanded 3200rs for repair.
i mean what the sit it is mobile cost is 5000 itself, why should i pay even when it was under warranty.
i screwed up with the xiaomi products.
all my emails that i send to them, getting no authentic reply and even phone no. is always busy.
i think they are kidding with Indian user, government must ban them.

    Hi sir
    I ordered mi power bank 10400mah and the product which i received is a fake one. It is damaged and not working. Please refund my amount or else replace another product with this damaged ones. I already raised a complaint. But its of no use. Please kindly replace my product. If it not getting replaced i am going to lodge a complaint to police regarding this product and cheating which have been done to me. So please make it as a notice and replace my product with another ones. The reference number of my product is [protected].

    Xiaomi India — The virus that is been preloaded into the Tab by xiaomi which cannot be removed!!!!

    I want to remove those viruses !!! As they are treat to my me!

      Worse service from MI customer care
      call is not connected to toll free number
      if connected wait for 15 minutes and call get automatically disconnected

      the thing is if you go to service center at 6 pm they said it is closed while on the door they wrote working hours is 10:00 to 6:30

      Another thing is asking them give another number to call they said call the toll free number i have dialed se result waiting for 7 minutes and call get disconnected

      The mail i have sended to them woth same query there is no reply from xiaomi

      After asking again givee another number to call or register my complaint about call not get connected and no reply from email he said i m not from mi i am from TVS ...lol what the hell thia is the reply from mi service center and on the door they write authorized mi service center

        Re :request for replacement of mi 5 - new mobile set purchased on
        [protected] received on[protected] getting heated when power button is put on

        Vide :
        Invoice no:[protected]
        Invoice date : 21st april 2016
        Order no: [protected] - one mi 5 - new mobile set purchased on
        [protected] delivered the said address on[protected].

        After opening the packet and when the power button was put on the body of phone gets "heated" .
        On[protected] customer complaint was made over phone no: [protected]
        Complaint no: 1573204
        The customer support over phone directed me to re-boot the phone .
        The guidance did not solve the problem.
        On subsequent calls they told me to take the phone to their company's service center - at 20 park street, kolkata for getting the problem solved and
        Getting a technical report from them.
        The service center is about one & half hours drive from my residence.
        Today on[protected] my phone calls tomi park street, kolkata service center on land line no:[protected] were not attended.
        On reaching there and having taken a token no-41 to my query- the staff bluntly told me that their land line is out of order - the excuse - which i could not accept, as at times i found the said line to be busy when i was trying to contact them.
        The asked me for the invoice - i produced the above refereed tax_invoice which was received by me along with mobile in sealed packet.
        They refused to acknowledge - saying they wanted - print of soft copy which the company had sent through e_mail .
        Here i told them no such mail has been received from the customer support center.
        I requested them to contact the customer support with reference to my mobile contact no. And the complaint no. And do the needful.
        They bluntly refused.
        Sir, i request your office to look into my complaint and assist me in getting "replacement"

          Dear sir,
          I have purchase xiaomi mi5 on the date 6/4/2016 from online store.In this device both sim slot is not working. Therefore we have requested to replace the device aur request id is 1499932. We have call, email and live chat with the costumer care. But from the costumer we are not getting perfect answer, they are talking wait & wait rudle with us.
          I have send you my device mi 5. That device is delivered to xiaomi. That we have proof with full stamps and signature of xiaomi department in the receipt of the gms worldwide express pvt ltd courier. And that delivered at 22/4/2016 1:30 pm. We have attach courier slip and current status screen shot. I have call email and chat with mi service to confrom that the mobile is delivered to you. But no reply from xiaomi india working department. By xiaomi excicutive instruction by a call or a email. We have packed the mi 5 mobile original box bill and with full accessories. And that mobile is delivered to xiaomi india department. But xiaomi india not new replcement mi5 mobile send couriers i have call chat email xiaomi executive said wait wait but not information for mi5 mobile my complian date 13/04/16 no response mi india only for wait wait and wait
          "i have trust to consumercomplain department that mi will give mobile in this three working days i have send you my device mi 5. That device is delivered to you. And that mobile is delivered to your department. Now there is no responsibility for this to me. For this we have not get any information.
          yesterday your executive call 8.19 Pm ([protected]) to me your device shipping for information but not information for me courier name and treking id please give me information treking id and courier name.
          i hope so quickly information courier name and treking id in my email or my mobile sms.
          Any problem or information regarding this you call me, email or sms any time. i have trusted to consumercomplaints our future relationship. i hope so resolve my problem fast.

            I purchased Note 3 from http://www.mi.com/in/
            My phone got damaged the second day. The site shows 10-day "Hassle-free replacement" policy. So tried to contact them from their helpline no.[protected]. Tried over 100 times, but it doesnt connect. Dropped them a mail, but they are not replying. Contacted them via their Chat service, the agent says only 1 thing: "Your request is in process". What to do with the phone now??

                I've been waiting for a whole week just to buy xiaomi redmi note 3(32Gb variant) and when the day comes i'm always the unlucky one. So i request the company to please stop selling your product through online process only. Make it available through all retail outlets so we the customer can get a taste of your product, after all customer is a KING. Your product is good and i wish whoever wants to buy it will get a chance.

                  Hi I'm Chandresh Padaliya I have bought mi power bank delivered at Sunday date 25 April 2016 but it doesn't work
                  It only charge the phone till 10 minutes about 5% of charging and it is not of mi Xiaomi branded power bank and colour of the product is green that I have not ordered it is totally bad . I just want my money 448 rs back as soon as possible..
                  Customer care is also totally not responding it automatically end the call when I called please give response.

                    I m not getting access to internet even though h+ is there n i have been getting charged for the same... this was there since i bought the phn n it was solved somehow by your expert advice team n was working normally.. evn though it pop up frequently... bt yesterdy it fell down n same problm startd again...
                    The problem is i can access my app its showing no network where as i can access services like chrome gmail ... messaging app are not working..
                    Help me with this... since i brought the phn i m some some sort of troubles sometomes with network connection n other time due to misc files taking hell lot of my memory space..

                      Product Deliver on 6th April at 4:38, and found problem on 16th April, not connecting with Blue tooth and Wi-Fi. Misguiding of call center representative mobile stuck on Mi & Fastboot Logo. Mi Team not replacing the mobile as per them 16th is not count as 10th day. As per them there is no mistake of call center guy, service center said mobile locked and it will take three weeks to repair.
                      Pathetic and customer harassing services, all are rude not ready to listen customer. Company making Indian people fool, as we run behind cheaper things.

                        Purchased Redmi note3 four days back. Its was hanging, turning off, says no network even in full netwotk lines, so i called Mi customer care they said do mi version update . First of all it should give me the set with all the updates updated, for i have not taken second hand mobile. Some problems got resolved after doing update. But then again while i was playing video automatically google pop opens and stops my video... So i asked customer care to simply return as m highly unsatisfied with this mobile. Cuatomer care said they can Not return mobile as per policy but they can replace and for that i have to visit service centre, wherein on site its mentioned for replacrment it will be picked up from ur delivery location...they want me to keep running to there service centre for a brand new mobile.fraud information on site about the replacement procedure

                            I'm a delhite and gave my mi4i at an authorized xiaomi service center located in district center, new delhi. I first submitted my phone a month and a half ago. My screen was damaged and so they repaired it out of warranty and i got it back within a week. Screen was well repaired, or i must say the new screen was working good but i started to have problems with the proximity sensor, charging, and led notification. I gave it for servicing some 15 days before. They solved this issue, i was happy with the service but then came another problem. I realized it a day after a got my phone back. No incoming and outgoing calls plus camera focus was damaged. I went back, talked to them, and what i get to listen in return is "sir aap check kr lete yahi. Humne toh kiya tha." a bunch of dumb people are on desk there. How could anybody know what problem is there mere holding the phone in hands. How could anybody be so irresponsible regarding one's work. They repair a thing, they damage another. I've other things to do too. Giving the phone for servicing, taking it back, copying all the data back again, deleting it again, and then giving it back again and the process continues. I don't have only this irritating thing left in my life. And when we go talk to them and make a complain regarding their services, the way they response is absolutely pathetic. They are their to provide service to ua not to taunt us or to talk to us as if we've done something wrong to them. Are they just trying to get slapped by someone? I want them to be contacted and if required, questioned regarding this attitude of theirs. Now i've been paying a visit there since last 3 days and they response the same way. I believe that you know how important a phone is in anybody's life. And so i want you to look into the matter and try to find a good team for the servicing of your phones.                               I have given my Mi4i to service centre at Vadodara situated at At Trident Complex, Race Course Circle, Vadodara due to non working of its LED display on 8th March 2016.
                              It's 26th April, 2016 today and still they are not servicing the phone mentioning the reason that the parent service centre situated at Bangalore is not providing any part of the phone which is required to repair.
                              The customer care toll free number is also not working and the local service centre number always remains in no reply mode.
                              My job sheet number is JS[protected].

                                I have purchased a phone from ur website and till date i am suffering harassment from ur side. Was that the mistake o[censored]s to purchase the phone online.

                                12/4: order received
                                12/4 : found defective piece
                                14/4 pick by bluedart
                                18/4 : phone received by mi

                                From 18/4 till 26/4 i have not got any information for the phone replacement

                                Ur website mentions it is hassel free replacement for the customer but i think it was a torture experience with you people.

                                Every time i call up mi, i am told 5-7 working days, what the hell is this?

                                I dont want any phone from your guys and refund my money back and even the customer care does not how to handle the customer and their queries

                                They have unnecessarily placed my on hold so that when i am fed up i will cancel the call

                                      I had cracked the display of my mi3 phone and had given the phone for repair at tara tele & mobile, karnal, the authorized service centre on 22nd feb. I was promised that the set will be repaired within a week. However, it is now more than 2 months that the phone is not repaired. All emails to xiaomi service goes unanswered. No one picks the phone at the toll free number.
