I bought my xiomi redmi 1s online in Dec.. After 2 months my charger stopped charging.. I consulted my nearest service Centre.. They saw it and filed a complain for replacement.. After more than one month when I went to get my replaced product they said that my previous charger is a broken piece and that they won't accept it.. Really want some help on this nonsense act

    I gave my phone long back when I dropped it and the screen cracked. I paid for the replacement screen. They replaced it and charged me the amount for it. Now they told me that the motherboard is not working and it was under warranty and had to change it. SO I let them do that. I went today and they gave me a broken phone. It wasn't the phone I gave them. Even though I dropped my phone, it didn't have a single scratch on it and they knew it. They gave me two phones, both scratched. I told them to keep it. I want my phone. My unscratched phone. I have the old screen to prove it. That screen didn't have any scractches on the edges. I can provide the numbers of the people who I dealt with and the place itself. Calling them on the landline is pointless. No answer

      In hyderabad abids (sri vinayaka electronics) xiaomi service centre, i was submitted my phone to that service point on 9th march from today it was going to be minimum 17days.but there is no response from the service centre and they saying that xiaomi service is like this and so on, even they did not not provide any parts to me so that it will not solve like this... plz solve my issue as early as posssible... i was trust xiaomi so that i purchased redmi bt it will not in my hand it is in service centre... my work order num 1501, and i was registered complaint to the xiaomi also num is 65733... plz plz solve my issueee...

          I have given my Mi3 phone for screen replacement at Banglore ECS Koramangala . The phone is still with the service center from past 4 weeks and they have not yet fixed the phone. First of there communication with customers is very poor they never pick up the phone or just pick the phone and put it down. However after calling for hours I was successful in talking to them, whenever I ask them about my phone they come up some stupid and keep on postponing the delivery date. The executives does not care about the customers and there behavior is also very bad. I tried calling Xiomi call center but call never connects. I am fed up with Xiomi India poor customer support.

            Hello, Please find below the details inline. Its already 28 days since I gave the mobile for service but still no response. They not even lifting the calls. They written on Customer unit receipt Hanset missing. When asked them they told me that it written as mistake and they earsed. It is all most 1+ month, i not received my phone. When call they not lift the phone, even if they lift the phone they will simply say your is not ready call monday or thrusday. we have no mother boards stock but no response on my phone status.I also raised the complaint in coustomer but they are also not responding on this.                 Dear Sir, We have lodge complain within Warranty period for my Redme 1S for suddenly DEAD while charging at your Service Center Abhinav Technologies Ahmedabad on 23.02.2015. After checking by them and found problem in Mother Board of the instrument and demand/order new Mother Board at your Head Office/Store for problem solved. But till to date not provided by your said office to your Service center Abhinav Technologies Ahmedabad. My problem hang-out by least 1 Month. Also Complain lodge On Toll free No.[protected] and give Ticket No. 74265. I m attached herewith Copy of lodge Complain. I m requested to you solved may problem at earliest. Also give details date/time when i receive my mobile.

                  HI All, I am purchased Purchased Powerbank 5200 Mah on October 6th 2015, and it is not working from 25th December 2015. So i had made a complaint at MI-India Call Centre vide complaint number 1844 Dated 2nd January 2014 and made repeated followups with call centre and didn't get any response from MI Servicce team. So on 24th January 2014 i had visited Mi Exclusive Service Center (Ablax Services) in Delhi and submitted my power bank and got acknowledged vide recceipt no 161. But till Now no response from MI- Service Team at all. After making regular folllowup's over Mail and Telephone Issue is not been resolved and till now am not Able to get my Power bank back, which is almost two and half months has been completed from by compliant at MI Call centre. Also find attached Mail Remainders to MI-India Service Centers. Is this the kind of service will MI- Provide. Hope my problem will be solved at the earliest or else will proceed legally Regards, Kartheek.

                    I bought a Xiaomi redmi note 3g mobile phone from Flipkart in Nov-14. in which i received a faulty mobile charger. For which I logged a complaint to Xiaomi customer care for replacing of the faulty accessories with complaint No-[protected]. but till date they have not provided the same and every time they say that the product is not available and when it be available they will provide.                       I purchased Xiaomi Note 4g Camera on dated 6 January, 2015 to gift my wife. After some days she started operating it there was a problem with it Camera. It was not working satisfactorily. I went to the Xiaomi Service Centre (Technocare Soulutions Pvt. Ltd) on 24th February, 2015, where they informed me that there is a manufacturing defect in Camera and assured me that they well replace it. After 20 days they replaced but problem is not solved. Now you are requested to refued my money or provide me a New One, otherwise i will be compelled to go to the Court. pl look my matter very seriously.

                          Xiaomi Mi3 is disgusting. it works on its own, theirs no need of human!.                             I gave my Xiaomi Mi3 Mobile(IMEI: [protected]) to change Cracked Touch Screen in Vinayaka Communication, Coimbatore on 12/2/2015. The service center person said " We don't have the Touch Screen in stock. So we need to order and get it." " Total Cost would be Rs. 6700 (I gave Rs.2000 as Advance). It would take 7 to 10 days (max) to replace and we will deliver it by 23/2/2015." " They gave Contact Number of Service Person (Cell: [protected]) to know the status." On 23/2/2015, I called Service person contact number (provided above) but his mobile was switched OFF. I even called to the Service Center Number (Ph:[protected] and they didn't pick the call. For two days, I tried to contact the Service Center from my Mobile but they didn't respond to my calls. On 25/2/2015, I went to service center and the service center person said " We didn't receive the Touch Screen yet. Still It will take 5 days(max) to replace." "we will deliver it by 2/3/2015 for sure. No need for Coming to Service Center for enquiry. We will call and inform you." Since then I didn't receive any calls or Response from them about my Mobile. On 13/3/2015, I called the Service center and they told me the same thing what they said last time. "We will deliver it by 16/3/2015 for sure. " (I am not sure that they will even deliver it by Monday). To be honest I haven't experienced such a irresponsible and worst service center. I also doubt if my mobile is still with them or they have misplaced it and hiding the truth. Why it is taking more than a month just to replace a screen for a authorized service center? (screen hasn't arrived yet and that is a different issue)

                                I have purchase Redme1s on 16 Sep. 2014. In febuaray the phone stop working after new updates. I have submitted my phone to lajpat nagar, new delhi service center, they told me that h/w will be change due to update issue and it will take 15-20 days. It is now 1 month over and did not got my product yet. I have chased service center customer care as well as MI customer care and no one give my any response. I am really wasted my money to poor chineese product. It only God now when I will get my product.

                                  I had purchased Xiomi 1S through Flipkart in November 2014. Yesterday suddenly, the Screen of the mobile stopped working. Searched for the Service Centre at Janakpuri (Unit No. G-5 (II) A, Shop No. 5/126-127, Janak Place, Distt. Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi) & the experience therto was horrifying as the search on Google Maps doesnt work & the number therein [protected] was not picked up by anyone for almost 45 minutes at about 2 pm today. After this 45 minutes of horrendous experience, did manage to reach the place some how & gave the mobile for repair. Received a call from the Centre at about 7:15 pm that the Connector of the mobile internal part was burnt out & needed replacement as the same was not covered under warranty. The charges of the same would be Board replacement - 3980/- + ...& hence I told them to just box up the mobile & return to me as how the hell was an internal damage not covered in Warranty?

                                    Hi, I had purchase Power bank of 10400 Mahs on October 2014 and it is not working from last two month. I had made a complaint at customer care 05 th Jan 2014. But till now no action is taken aganist the same. Its is already completed 60 days days. Whenever we make a call to customer their simply say that your request is escalated on immediate basis but till now nor response at all. And also their customer care is the worst Customer care I have ever face... Don't buy anything from xiaomi as if the product is not working, then it will take years to resolve the issue... Because you have only one number [protected] and mail ID service.[protected]@xiaomi.com, and in that if you complain about any person, it will not take any effect... Rather than Xiaomi buy other as if service care is not behaving properly, you will have another platform to complain about service center... But in Xiaomi they will simply say we can't do anything, do whatever you want (Even the Manager of the service center)... So Don't buy anything from the Xiaomi... Arpit +91-[protected]

                                      Its been two months this people are just waisting our Time. They said it would take 10 days to arrange the parts (wires) & change it & it would be around 1250 rupees for the same.. They never answer the call nor they reply properly when I went in person. Everytime they change the reason for the repairs & would convince us to pay for it. Once they even said it would be 5500 rupees for the repairs. Mine cell phone value is of 6000 rupees only. Do know what to do.. Please help..

                                        I went to xioami service centre in jaipur, they took it inside for checkup and came out with the conclusion that the display and the motherboard both will change for rs 10000.. so i better not give it for repair. later on, i went to a private shop where he opend my phone in front of me and shown me that the proximity censor has been not there .this is ridiculuos .
