Sub- Delay in Repair of Mobile Hand set MI3 in warranty period
Sir,
I had purchased a MI3 mobile handset on 19.8.14 through Flipcart vide order ID OD[protected], IMEI no. [protected]. In December 2014 the hand set got defective (touch not work), I gave it for repair to your service centre at Jaipur vide work order no. JAI/XM/14/00324 dt 19.12.14 (Ensure support services India Ltd).Since then I have contacted them a number of times but so far it has not been repaired. I have also lodged complaint through customer service 4-5 times but there is no positive response. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. I have been first asked to approach you for redressel of my problem by National consumer Forum(ref 568197).

when i went to vashi service centre on 31 october they stared blaming me for breaking the phone, , , eventhough there was no dropping of phone.
she asked for 10000 as screen repair for a phone costing 13000...i was amused at their ignorance and bit schoked by their rude attitude.
Mi xiaomi are THUGS!!!
