I bought a Xiaomi redmi note 3g mobile phone from Flipkart in Nov-14. in which i received a faulty mobile charger. For which I logged a complaint to Xiaomi customer care for replacing of the faulty accessories with complaint No-[protected]. but till date they have not provided the same and every time they say that the product is not available and when it be available they will provide. It has gone almost 3 months but they is no solution and I have no use of my mobile phone without the charger. Request you to please do the needful and help me in the case.     I purchased Xiaomi Note 4g Camera on dated 6 January, 2015 to gift my wife. After some days she started operating it there was a problem with it Camera. It was not working satisfactorily. I went to the Xiaomi Service Centre (Technocare Soulutions Pvt. Ltd) on 24th February, 2015, where they informed me that there is a manufacturing defect in Camera and assured me that they well replace it. After 20 days they replaced but problem is not solved. Now you are requested to refued my money or provide me a New One, otherwise i will be compelled to go to the Court. pl look my matter very seriously.

      i have purchased redmi note through flipkart last month, feb 14, and its justa month the phone has started to hang several times in a day, the photos and videos i take black out, the phone gets heated up and gets hanged, i am very much annoyed and unsatisifed with the phone!!! please help me out as soon as possible

        Xiaomi Mi3 is disgusting. it works on its own, theirs no need of human!. Gave the phone in service centre, they said that motherboard is replaced, next day same problem.i am not touching the screen but apps are opened on its own, keyboard types on its on . Just fedup of this Xiaomi, worst phone ever

          I gave my Xiaomi Mi3 Mobile(IMEI: [protected]) to change Cracked Touch Screen in Vinayaka Communication, Coimbatore on 12/2/2015. The service center person said " We don't have the Touch Screen in stock. So we need to order and get it." " Total Cost would be Rs. 6700 (I gave Rs.2000 as Advance). It would take 7 to 10 days (max) to replace and we will deliver it by 23/2/2015." " They gave Contact Number of Service Person (Cell: [protected]) to know the status." On 23/2/2015, I called Service person contact number (provided above) but his mobile was switched OFF. I even called to the Service Center Number (Ph:[protected] and they didn't pick the call. For two days, I tried to contact the Service Center from my Mobile but they didn't respond to my calls. On 25/2/2015, I went to service center and the service center person said " We didn't receive the Touch Screen yet. Still It will take 5 days(max) to replace." "we will deliver it by 2/3/2015 for sure. No need for Coming to Service Center for enquiry. We will call and inform you." Since then I didn't receive any calls or Response from them about my Mobile. On 13/3/2015, I called the Service center and they told me the same thing what they said last time. "We will deliver it by 16/3/2015 for sure. " (I am not sure that they will even deliver it by Monday). To be honest I haven't experienced such a irresponsible and worst service center. I also doubt if my mobile is still with them or they have misplaced it and hiding the truth. Why it is taking more than a month just to replace a screen for a authorized service center? (screen hasn't arrived yet and that is a different issue)

              I have purchase Redme1s on 16 Sep. 2014. In febuaray the phone stop working after new updates. I have submitted my phone to lajpat nagar, new delhi service center, they told me that h/w will be change due to update issue and it will take 15-20 days. It is now 1 month over and did not got my product yet. I have chased service center customer care as well as MI customer care and no one give my any response. I am really wasted my money to poor chineese product. It only God now when I will get my product.

                I had purchased Xiomi 1S through Flipkart in November 2014. Yesterday suddenly, the Screen of the mobile stopped working. Searched for the Service Centre at Janakpuri (Unit No. G-5 (II) A, Shop No. 5/126-127, Janak Place, Distt. Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi) & the experience therto was horrifying as the search on Google Maps doesnt work & the number therein [protected] was not picked up by anyone for almost 45 minutes at about 2 pm today. After this 45 minutes of horrendous experience, did manage to reach the place some how & gave the mobile for repair. Received a call from the Centre at about 7:15 pm that the Connector of the mobile internal part was burnt out & needed replacement as the same was not covered under warranty. The charges of the same would be Board replacement - 3980/- + ...& hence I told them to just box up the mobile & return to me as how the hell was an internal damage not covered in Warranty?

                  Hi, I had purchase Power bank of 10400 Mahs on October 2014 and it is not working from last two month. I had made a complaint at customer care 05 th Jan 2014. But till now no action is taken aganist the same. Its is already completed 60 days days. Whenever we make a call to customer their simply say that your request is escalated on immediate basis but till now nor response at all. And also their customer care is the worst Customer care I have ever face... Don't buy anything from xiaomi as if the product is not working, then it will take years to resolve the issue... Because you have only one number [protected] and mail ID service.[protected]@xiaomi.com, and in that if you complain about any person, it will not take any effect... Rather than Xiaomi buy other as if service care is not behaving properly, you will have another platform to complain about service center... But in Xiaomi they will simply say we can't do anything, do whatever you want (Even the Manager of the service center)... So Don't buy anything from the Xiaomi... Arpit +91-[protected]

                    Its been two months this people are just waisting our Time. They said it would take 10 days to arrange the parts (wires) & change it & it would be around 1250 rupees for the same.. They never answer the call nor they reply properly when I went in person. Everytime they change the reason for the repairs & would convince us to pay for it. Once they even said it would be 5500 rupees for the repairs. Mine cell phone value is of 6000 rupees only. Do know what to do.. Please help..

                      I went to xioami service centre in jaipur, they took it inside for checkup and came out with the conclusion that the display and the motherboard both will change for rs 10000.. so i better not give it for repair. later on, i went to a private shop where he opend my phone in front of me and shown me that the proximity censor has been not there .this is ridiculuos .

                        I purchased Xiomi Redmi 4G from Airtel outlet on 14 January 2015.within 20 days from purchase i started facing issues with handset due to hanging and non responsive touchscreen. However, a week back the touchscreen became useless and i contacted to customer care who taught me few steps to reboot which was of no use. I then went to the authorised service centre however they close their shutter sharp at 6 pm. I then wrote to Xiomi India at service.[protected]@xiaomi.com however no one one bothered to contact me or even reply me. I then contacted me to customer care who again taught me few steps and advised me to contact s centre for repair. Hope to listen soon from them otherwise other options are open for the customers.

                            Sir/ MADAM I, Himadri Prtadhan (Staying in Durgapur, west Bengal, 180 km away from Kolkata) have purchased Mi3 through Flipkart on October 2014 during its last sell. It worked very smoothly for first month but around end of November 2014, I found it in dead condition. After getting information Xaiomi various blog and website I flashed it but still I found after some time it became dead. End of December I called to customer service as their advice I again flashed it as per their instruction but after 7-8 days it became completely dead. But Not responding in recovery mode (Volume + with power bottom), cannot flash it . Not even responding during charging. Also I got new Miui V6 stable update and I did update also .It is completely dead I want replacement of this product. Regards, Himadri Pradhan [protected]

                              I have a xiaomi Mi3.After using it for some 6 months, I noticed that the phone had started bending from one side.The back metal panel and screen had developed a noticeable bend. I went to xiaomi service centre : SRI SAI CELLS in Indiranagar in Bangalore and they acknowledged it and assured a fix.After 5 days they told me that the phone is repaired and I can collect it, but to my amazement they had not done anything and had not replaced any part.They told me to wait for 1 hour and then they will fix it. I waited there for 2 hours and still they had not properly fixed my phone and I could see some more dents on the so called repaired phone.I told the same thing to the centre incharge Mr Jayashankar who bluntly told me that he has replaced the back and he does not have the new screen and I am free to go anywhere and get it repaired as he can't do it.Actually they had opened the back and fixed it with an old back cover of someone.I could see two dents on the corners and even there were marks of charger port use on the metal.He even told me that the motherboard seems to be bent and he will not replace it.I asked them for the proof of replacement which they did not give me.My work order no was:QCI/XM/14/00215. Then I went to the service centre in Koramangala, who acknowledge it again and said they will do the needful.I am still awaiting a response from them.The xiaomi helpline did not help me in any way as I was demanding a full cell replacement or a full refund as I could no longer trust them.They even said that I should always visit the main centres.Then why have they mentioned SRI SAI CELLS on their website.I feel xiaomi is trying to cheat people and have a very poor service.I want a full refund or replacement but they say that they cannot do it after 1 month of sales.I even sent an email to xiaomi and they did not reply to it.In short DO NOT BUY XIAOMI.

                                moblie is good in performance but problem is with the frequency as this mobile is not working out of india in many countries as im in merchant navy i visit many countries and this mobile redmi note 4g does not accept any sim out of india, i friend my self in a very awful situation when a friend of mine using a nokias black and white mobile and it accepts all sim cards in all countries even all mobiles top brands like samsung microsoft hp all of those accepting, only redmi note 4g not accepting, so i will give no star to this product as its a waste of money flipkart should put a note on the redmi note4g coloum tht this mobile wont work in many countries.i have contacted xiaomi customer support they said its like that only the mobile is not made for other countries use as it does not match the band frequencies, i am a flipkart first customer and im very sorry to say this that dont buy this mobile phone.

                                  I have brought mi3 on 10 october 2014 and my has many issue.my wifi signal are so weak and also it takes time to connect.it heats a lot and also gives cery poor power backup ..require a replacement of phone because of several genuine issue kindly look forward to it...

                                    Dear lawyer. I bought redmi 1s through flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected] in Sep and by Dec its screen stopped working. I submitted it to Pune service center PC Support, on 20th Dec with work order No: AQP/XM/14/00141. They said it is under warrently and will be ready next week. It has been 2 months still I have not received the device. 90% of time service center people do not pick up call and when they pick I get cold answer that it will be ready next week. I have visited service centre 7/8 times and finally I escalated this issue to Xiomi customer care on 16th Feb with complaint no 355, and I received pathetic response that "It will take minimum 15 days for our internal team to acknowledge this issue" and still no commitment on by which date I will get the device. If you compare other companies like Intex has policy to replace with a new device if your device is in service center for more than 45 days. where as at Xiomi there is no policy at all for customer service. I asked them to replace device or even pay the difference and opt for other device, but such a pathetic unprofessional unethical chinese company Xiomi is that it has NO policy at all for customer service. When I again called Xiomi customer care on 19th to follow up on issue, firstly he said your complaint does not exist, then I asked him to search again, then it took 20 min for executive to find my complaint number in his system. I asked executive to forward phone to his manager for escalation, and I got cold response that, no manager is available today .. B*.. If anyone from Xiomi has still some shame left, please look into this matter on urgent basis, else be prepared to face legal action for wasting Indian customer's valuable time. If anyone wants any further feedback call me on [protected], I will provide it with all the proofs.

Then I went to the Mi Exclusive Service Center located at: Banglore ESC (Mi exclusive service centers) Address:No.478, 80 FT Road, Behind Pizza Hut, Near BMTC Bus Stand, 6th Block Koramangala, Bangalore -560095 Hours of Operation : Monday to Saturday, 10:00-18:30 Service Center Phone Number :[protected] The service center guys told me that the phone is under warranty and they will fix the issues . So I deposited my phone on 27-Jan-2015. They told me the phone would be ready by 04-Feb-2015, It is a pain to get connected to this service center as they have only one number which is mostly either busy or no one picks up. Anyways so I could finally get connected to them on 07-Feb-2015. Then they told that the parts are not available and they are waiting for new stock. They asked me to collect my phone on 10-Feb-2015. I gave a call all these days they kept on postponing giving the same reason that parts are not available. Today when I called them they are no sure when parts will arrive.I am not sure why this is taking so long to replace a part and raised a complain to main xiaomi service center office too but no use.This is not professional at all when you don't have parts to replace the non working phones then why do xiaomi have service centers. Please hep me to fix my issues the work order number which I got from service center is[protected]

They said that the parts would be arriving by 5PM and I could call after that. When I called again after 5:45PM they said that the parts have not come and might come the next day, 14-Feb-2015. Then they said that my phone would be ready by Monday, 16-Feb-2015. I am not sure why just replacement of screen is taking so long! There are no functional disorders or major issues. If you do not have stocks to replace a part let the customer know upfront. Had the service center told me that the replacement might take more than 2 weeks or uncertain amount of time I would have never deposited my phone. What is the point in giving lame excuses later on? This is highly unprofessional. I am very disappointed with the uncertainty in service completion time. Please let me know if there is actually a chance that my phone screen would be replaced, if yes then the precise date.
