I purchased Xiomi Redmi 4G from Airtel outlet on 14 January 2015.within 20 days from purchase i started facing issues with handset due to hanging and non responsive touchscreen. However, a week back the touchscreen became useless and i contacted to customer care who taught me few steps to reboot which was of no use. I then went to the authorised service centre however they close their shutter sharp at 6 pm. I then wrote to Xiomi India at service.[protected]@xiaomi.com however no one one bothered to contact me or even reply me. I then contacted me to customer care who again taught me few steps and advised me to contact s centre for repair. Hope to listen soon from them otherwise other options are open for the customers.

      Sir/ MADAM I, Himadri Prtadhan (Staying in Durgapur, west Bengal, 180 km away from Kolkata) have purchased Mi3 through Flipkart on October 2014 during its last sell. It worked very smoothly for first month but around end of November 2014, I found it in dead condition. After getting information Xaiomi various blog and website I flashed it but still I found after some time it became dead. End of December I called to customer service as their advice I again flashed it as per their instruction but after 7-8 days it became completely dead. But Not responding in recovery mode (Volume + with power bottom), cannot flash it . Not even responding during charging. Also I got new Miui V6 stable update and I did update also .It is completely dead I want replacement of this product. Regards, Himadri Pradhan [protected]

        I have a xiaomi Mi3.After using it for some 6 months, I noticed that the phone had started bending from one side.The back metal panel and screen had developed a noticeable bend. I went to xiaomi service centre : SRI SAI CELLS in Indiranagar in Bangalore and they acknowledged it and assured a fix.After 5 days they told me that the phone is repaired and I can collect it, but to my amazement they had not done anything and had not replaced any part.They told me to wait for 1 hour and then they will fix it. I waited there for 2 hours and still they had not properly fixed my phone and I could see some more dents on the so called repaired phone.I told the same thing to the centre incharge Mr Jayashankar who bluntly told me that he has replaced the back and he does not have the new screen and I am free to go anywhere and get it repaired as he can't do it.Actually they had opened the back and fixed it with an old back cover of someone.I could see two dents on the corners and even there were marks of charger port use on the metal.He even told me that the motherboard seems to be bent and he will not replace it.I asked them for the proof of replacement which they did not give me.My work order no was:QCI/XM/14/00215. Then I went to the service centre in Koramangala, who acknowledge it again and said they will do the needful.I am still awaiting a response from them.The xiaomi helpline did not help me in any way as I was demanding a full cell replacement or a full refund as I could no longer trust them.They even said that I should always visit the main centres.Then why have they mentioned SRI SAI CELLS on their website.I feel xiaomi is trying to cheat people and have a very poor service.I want a full refund or replacement but they say that they cannot do it after 1 month of sales.I even sent an email to xiaomi and they did not reply to it.In short DO NOT BUY XIAOMI.

          moblie is good in performance but problem is with the frequency as this mobile is not working out of india in many countries as im in merchant navy i visit many countries and this mobile redmi note 4g does not accept any sim out of india, i friend my self in a very awful situation when a friend of mine using a nokias black and white mobile and it accepts all sim cards in all countries even all mobiles top brands like samsung microsoft hp all of those accepting, only redmi note 4g not accepting, so i will give no star to this product as its a waste of money flipkart should put a note on the redmi note4g coloum tht this mobile wont work in many countries.i have contacted xiaomi customer support they said its like that only the mobile is not made for other countries use as it does not match the band frequencies, i am a flipkart first customer and im very sorry to say this that dont buy this mobile phone.

            I have brought mi3 on 10 october 2014 and my has many issue.my wifi signal are so weak and also it takes time to connect.it heats a lot and also gives cery poor power backup ..require a replacement of phone because of several genuine issue kindly look forward to it...

              Dear lawyer. I bought redmi 1s through flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected] in Sep and by Dec its screen stopped working. I submitted it to Pune service center PC Support, on 20th Dec with work order No: AQP/XM/14/00141. They said it is under warrently and will be ready next week. It has been 2 months still I have not received the device. 90% of time service center people do not pick up call and when they pick I get cold answer that it will be ready next week. I have visited service centre 7/8 times and finally I escalated this issue to Xiomi customer care on 16th Feb with complaint no 355, and I received pathetic response that "It will take minimum 15 days for our internal team to acknowledge this issue" and still no commitment on by which date I will get the device. If you compare other companies like Intex has policy to replace with a new device if your device is in service center for more than 45 days. where as at Xiomi there is no policy at all for customer service. I asked them to replace device or even pay the difference and opt for other device, but such a pathetic unprofessional unethical chinese company Xiomi is that it has NO policy at all for customer service. When I again called Xiomi customer care on 19th to follow up on issue, firstly he said your complaint does not exist, then I asked him to search again, then it took 20 min for executive to find my complaint number in his system. I asked executive to forward phone to his manager for escalation, and I got cold response that, no manager is available today .. B*.. If anyone from Xiomi has still some shame left, please look into this matter on urgent basis, else be prepared to face legal action for wasting Indian customer's valuable time. If anyone wants any further feedback call me on [protected], I will provide it with all the proofs.

                I bought a MI3 on[protected] . IMEI number :[protected] On January the phone stopped working(Not booting) . Then I went to the Mi Exclusive Service Center located at: Banglore ESC (Mi exclusive service centers) Address:No.478, 80 FT Road, Behind Pizza Hut, Near BMTC Bus Stand, 6th Block Koramangala, Bangalore -560095 Hours of Operation : Monday to Saturday, 10:00-18:30 Service Center Phone Number :[protected] The service center guys told me that the phone is under warranty and they will fix the issues . So I deposited my phone on 27-Jan-2015. They told me the phone would be ready by 04-Feb-2015, It is a pain to get connected to this service center as they have only one number which is mostly either busy or no one picks up. Anyways so I could finally get connected to them on 07-Feb-2015. Then they told that the parts are not available and they are waiting for new stock. They asked me to collect my phone on 10-Feb-2015. I gave a call all these days they kept on postponing giving the same reason that parts are not available. Today when I called them they are no sure when parts will arrive.I am not sure why this is taking so long to replace a part and raised a complain to main xiaomi service center office too but no use.This is not professional at all when you don't have parts to replace the non working phones then why do xiaomi have service centers. Please hep me to fix my issues the work order number which I got from service center is[protected]

                  I bought a Redmi1s in the second week of Jan 2015. After 2 weeks the screen developed some dark patch. They said that the parts would be arriving by 5PM and I could call after that. When I called again after 5:45PM they said that the parts have not come and might come the next day, 14-Feb-2015. Then they said that my phone would be ready by Monday, 16-Feb-2015. I am not sure why just replacement of screen is taking so long! There are no functional disorders or major issues. If you do not have stocks to replace a part let the customer know upfront. Had the service center told me that the replacement might take more than 2 weeks or uncertain amount of time I would have never deposited my phone. What is the point in giving lame excuses later on? This is highly unprofessional. I am very disappointed with the uncertainty in service completion time. Please let me know if there is actually a chance that my phone screen would be replaced, if yes then the precise date.

                    Hello Sir, I bought a Redmi Note 3G phone a month back from flipkart. I had high hopes buying from a brand already having it's marks established in India. The phone worked like a charm. I was totally satisfied by phone's performance until I witnessed that keeping your 5.5" phone in the pocket with proper screen guard and back cover, might make your touch screen unresponsive somehow, even I can't figure out it was due to it or some inherent defect in the phone itself because not a single occasion it has taken a fall or any kind drop which will put it under the category of damage. So I decided to vist the customer service center (which in itself was hard to locate, only a single operational service center in a big city like pune). I deposited my phone waited two days to hear from them, and shockingly they told me the motherboard is damaged so it the touch screen, and that the reason was watermark inside the circuit and so it's not covered under warranty. This was a complete shock because the phone has never been exposed to any water or even vapours and to hear such excuses totally damaged my faith in the company. I asked them to perform a proper check as this simply is not the case here but they refused to operate on the phone. It's a totally brand new phone. I don't have money to claim the right to something that is already promised to me by the company in the warranty terms. I feel like I have been mocked. I ask the Xiaomi support to address this trust breach and to provide me the service I am entitled to.

                    I have faced similar issues with my Redmi Note as well. Trust me this is an inherent defect in the model, there are multiple forums listing problems with the touch screen another few on youtube. I am disappointed to say that Xiaomi despite of throwing numerous decent features and competitive edge to the Redmi note 3G sseries, has failed to provide a reliable and quality touch screen. This would put a large set back to their trust and image if they are failing to provide even the services one would expect at the least.
                    I echo the problems as shared above. I too maintained the phone in good condition. However, , it suddenly stopped the touch feature thereby locking the phone. Banjara Hills, Hyderabad MI service center quoted 12, 000 for the overall repair for no fault of mine. They claim that water has entered the phone and has damaged the mother board, which is definitely not true. Can someone please provide details of any initial troubleshoot?
                    I too have same problem with redmi note 3 g. It never exposed to water.but service centre says it is water damaged and I have to pay 7500 /- for repairing on a 9000/- rs phone. Though it's in warranty.i don't know what to do with guys . Service center is at borivali.
                    horrible experince at vashi navi mumbai centre. they are thugs, just ready to put blame on customers and not accepting their fault. i got mi 4 two months back and suddenly on 31 october while i was talking on phone it cracked.. when i saw the screen it was broken,
                    when i went to vashi service centre on 31 october they stared blaming me for breaking the phone, , , eventhough there was no dropping of phone.
                    she asked for 10000 as screen repair for a phone costing 13000...i was amused at their ignorance and bit schoked by their rude attitude.
                    Mi xiaomi are THUGS!!!
                    Xioami are very bad they are not help costumer they are thugs

[protected]. In December 2014 the hand set got defective (touch not work), I gave it for repair to your service centre at Jaipur vide work order no. JAI/XM/14/00324 dt 19.12.14 (Ensure support services India Ltd).Since then I have contacted them a number of times but so far it has not been repaired. I have also lodged complaint through customer service 4-5 times but there is no positive response. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.                         Sir, I have purchased Xiomi REDMI 1S on[protected]. Last week the phone stopped working. When I switch the phone on, the XIOMI logo is coming but it is again getting switched off. I went to the XIOMI service at Kochi. They are telling that a drop of some liquid entered into the mobile board and board got damaged. But I am sure that the phone never dropped into water or any other liquid. Even the phone never dropped from my hand. They agreed that the phone never dropped into water. But they are telling that a drop of some liquid entered through the power button or volume button of the phone. How it will happen ????? Whether the sweat in my hand will enter to the phone??? It is a clear design/technical issue of the phone. But they are not ready to accept this under warranty agreements. So please let me know, how should I proceed to take some action Thanks, Anil

                          My Redmi 1s was purchased about 3 months back and was working all good with no heating issues or such. Last week when I kept the phone for charging and came back to make a call in just 5 mins and saw that the charging pin melted the phone and is now stuck inside the phone. The lower body of the phone (near the charging pin) is molten. The phone is working fine but the only problem is I cant charge it now since the pin is stuck and wont come out. I reported the incident in the nearest MI repair center (Touch-Srishti Services 10th Main, 4th Block, Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore) and they told this wont be covered under warranty. This is purely the charger defect problem and I am not sure why it is not under warranty. The policy says that it should be covered under warranty but still they refuse to repair it. Please assist.

                          I purchase a Xiaomi 1S phone in September 24, 2014. on 16.01.2015 there is network issue in the phone. when I go for Service Centre i.e. J-34, Basement, Noida Sector-18, UP. He give the assurance for repair the same by 7 days, but now 19 days gone, I am not receive the phone from service centre. Today, i.e. 03.02.2015 when I call to Customer Care Xiaomi, they told me that the phone will be repair within 20 more days. So, I suggest all that you never purchase the Xiaomi's any product, because there is no any service in india.

                              I had purchased one Xiaomi Redmi 1s phone from flipkart on 24th Oct 14 with order ID OD[protected] who display stopped working from 4th Jan 15. We had given the phone to Prodcon Tech Service Pvt Ltd on 5th Jan 2015 for repair which is Xiaomi service.The service center informed us that the screen would get replaced under warranty and gave us a work order no HER/XM/14/00584. Till date we not received the phone and we are finding it difficult to survive without the phone from last one month. We had also escalated the issue to Xiaomi call center about the same on 21st Jan 2015 and again on 30th Jan 2015 but they gave only a complain no 2650 and nothing was informed on the progress of repair.                                 hi i have given my xiaomi mi3 phone to the service center 49/62 A, 7th Street, Tata Bad, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore-641012, Tamil nadu on 3rd december 2014. after visiting them for 6-7 times since they don't have a working phone, i finally got my broken display fixed with only 2 led back light on screen buttons working. But the casing of the phone was not mine, it was replaced with a worn out casing. when i asked the service centers guys that it was not my casing they responded that it was not their duty to look after it and asked me for proof stating that i was a lier. i got really fed up hearing them talk like this. i filed a complaint to xiaomi customer care on 7 January 2015 after that i have called the xiaomi customer service about 4-5 times regarding this matter and still haven't received a solution from them. My phone is still at the service center. My job sheet number is 12967 my complaint id is 2084.

                                  Hi, I have submitted my Redmi 1s to service centre HCL ASP, Address: 14, Shivaji Nagar, Near Hotel Pride, Behind LIC Building, Pune – 411005 on 14 December 2014 and till now i have not got my phone repaired. There is small issue that phone is not charging and they are saying parts are not available for repair. They are not giving any confirm date of repair also. Called Xiaomi Customer Care also but no response from there.
                                  Xiaomi India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I had purchased one Xiaomi Redmi 1s phone from flipkart on 24th Sep 14 with order ID OD[protected] whose Network Problem from 15th Jan 15. We had given the phone to Satyam Communication, J-34, Basement, Sector-18, Noida, UP on 16th Jan 2015 for repair which is Xiaomi service.The service center informed us that the Network Issue has been resolve under warranty and gave us a work order no OIA/XM/14/00600. Till date we not received the phone and we are finding it difficult to survive without the phone from last 20 days. We had also escalated the issue to Xiaomi call center about the same on 02nd Feb 2015 and again on 03rd Feb 2015 but they gave only a ticket no 21151 and nothing was informed on the progress of repair.                                     I have submitted by phone at HCL Touch, Shop No.2, Parshvanath Arcadia, Plot No. 739/1, MG Road, Sector-14, Gurgaon, Haryana-122001 on 27 Dec-14 Also logged a complaint regarding this on Xiaomi support. Complaint ID- 2355 Job Sheet No- 17534 But the phone is still under repair as the required spares are not available at the service center. Kindly do needful at priority to get the same repaired at Earliest.
                                    Xiaomi India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Hi, I had purchase Power bank of 5200 Mahs on October 6, 2014 and it is not working from last one month. I had made a complaint at customer care vide request no - 1844 on 02nd Jan 2014. But till now no action is taken aganist the same. Its is already completed 13 days. Whenever we make a call to customer their simply say that your request is escalated on immediate basis but till now nor response at all. Regards, Kartheek.

                                        Hi I have bought Xiaomi MI 3 on 29th July. On 17th November it charged successfully and from then it sometimes showed charging LED glowing but phone was unable to start. I have shown the phone two service centres. Details for last service centre are Name : ccom Telecommunications Location : Thane work order number : PKD/XM/14/00211 Date submitted : 13th December 2014 They have not repaired the phone yet. They are not mentioning specific date for resolution . They only say hardware issue requires time. I have contacted Xiaomi customer center too. Complaint was registered on 03 Jan 2015. When they mentioned callback in two days, which is yet to come. Kindly help me help me to resolve the matter with swift repair / replacement / refund. Thanks Pankaj Kapse Pune contact : [protected]
