    I purchased redmi 8 mobile 4 months back on 1/8/2020, one month worked fine then after Speaker problem araised.I unable hear the recipient voice, i took my mobile to my nearest service center they solved problem but after 1 month same problem came.I want piece replacement immediately
    .otherwise i will filed complaint against your company to Consumer court.

      I purchased Redme Note 5 device ten months before. It started giving problems of ring tone and speakers. Gave device for repair two times still problem not resolved. Not getting proper response as well service to fix the problem.

        In Xiaomi Getapps when we go for redeem our product than they will show out of stock 24 hour but only at 10 Am and 3 Am come for 3 second.

          Sir, I purchased a new redmi.8 sapphire Blue 4 GB/64GB mobile at Trichy Market during June 2020. My phone IMEI1: [protected], and IMEI2:[protected]. Manufacture in 6/2020 only. But from the date of purchase the touch screen act it self and send unnecessary messages to every one. Further more i am not able enjoy even youtube / facebook since the window changed itself with in a fraction of seconds and the display is running fast. My guarantee card and bill misplaced. According to your manufacture date it is covered under warranty. Hence I approached your redmi service center near Hindi shaba tennur road, they advised to change the touch screen at a cost of Rs. 2700/- My question is as per manufacture date with in 6 months whether it was covered under warranty or not. My phone No. [protected]. I am not able to scan my Q.R code to get warranty on line. Kindly help please to avoid such situation.

            I have an issue about my mi notebook that is problem when is battery is less than 100%.When is pluged into power mode.This shows fully charged . when I take to this problem to service center . the service center said that is any problem in window so i say that any solution service told we install window again . after install new window this time problem not occur . but when i come home at night This problem occur again.so I realise that I take wrong deccsison to buy mi notebook

                I've bought a redmi note 9 pro for 16-18k. Now a newer model is coming out with far better specs. How do I go about a refund? The phone was bought approx 1 month ago with 1 year full body insurance. This is preposterous!

                    I would start with this. I should tell it as worst experience of my life. I ordered a TV on October 30, 2020. Today it's 19-November-2020. Still I didn't receive the product. As soon as I ordered, I got tracking ID from them. They also sent something via courier it's nothing but just the wall mount. Raised my first complaint (WOIN[protected]) with customer care on 04/11/2020. Two days later got information from them stating that the product will be delivered in 3 working days. Nothing arrived. Again I called and asked. They just heard what I told and raised a new complaint WOIN[protected] on 09/11/2020. After waiting for 4 days received same response. Nothing arrived. Raised my third complaint WOIN[protected] on 15/11/2020. Same response but with few toppings added that they have prioritized this time. Nothing nothing happened. Today I was asked to raise a new complaint WOIN[protected]. Don't know what they are going to do this. I have called the customer care some 20 times and they use the same terminology. They are the best human robots I have come across in my life. They don't think out of the boundary. Hating my life because of these irresponsible people and the system they follow.

                      I have ordered a redmi 9a 2/32 gb of amount 6799 rs paid through amazon upi transaction gets sucessful but payment status does not get updated on site and order gets cancelled after contacting them for refund they say we dont recieve any payment then i confirmed from bank and get confirmation payment is sucessful i have sent bank confirmation to them but they decliing that they have recieved payment yesterday i recieved call from their agent saying refund for your order is initiated on 15th oct but still i have not recieved any refund they reply to my complaint on national consume helpline on that case they still replied they dont have recieved payment if they dont recieved payment how did they initiate refund for order mi is rippng my money pz help me with thar

                        I bought Poco M2 pro about a month ago
                        and I am very much satisfied with the phone but i have a serious issue with the phone which I encountered i.e., the charging of the phone. Company is claiming about fast charging but it took more than 2 hours to charge from 35% to 55% and took 8-10 hours to charge full battery.

                        It is very hectic to charge the phone.
                        Please help me.

                          Dear sir,

                          I was playing mi reward play and win game.

                          Initially I had 621 points.

                          After starting the game with 100 points. The rotation box had stopped on Redmi9 prime green 4+128 option.

                          I had played many times. But I had won only 10 tokens each time.

                          But this time I had won the Redmi9 prime green 4+128 option.

                          Still the reward is credited in my account.

                          Neither received the deducted mi points back nor the gift claimed.

                          Refer to the screenshot below.

                          Repeatedly I am saying that Sorry...I don't have it.

                          How could I know that before. Once the gift is claimed...I taught it will be redeemed automatically. If I could have known before that the costly gifts will not be claimed. I might have taken the screenshot before. If a brand company does this. Where should we approach this?

                          As it is not credited. I had kept the issue before you.

                          I only have the proof of points deducted to play the game.

                          Now you are asking for the screenshot that I had win the game. The winners list scrolls very fast and how can I take screenshots of the site.

                          Kindly look into the issue and do the needful.
                          Please don't cheat me.

                              This is to bring to your kind attention that I purchased MI bluetooth speaker 2 on 16.01.2020. It was delivered to me on 18.01.2020. Since 02.06.20 onwards bluetooth is not getting switched on. I went to a nearby MI showroom which is located in Chirala and it was closed on that day. Again I visited the store on 14.08.2020 on that day also it was closed. I made a call to your customer care number and requested for help. They informed me to visit another store located in Guntur or Tenali which is very far away from my hometown . Also transportation not available due to Covid lock down. Today I went to Chirala MI store but they informed expiry is over in June itself & informed us there will be no repair for this product. Mi customer care team informed to me through mail as Mi accessories cannot be repaired at the service center, it only can be replaced if the accessories come under the warranty. Help us to get new bluetooth speaker.

                                Playing vidoes in Google Chrome is not functioning properly as it keeps minimising and the same thing goes with Amazon prime video. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it is in vain. When I tried uninstalling Google Chrome, it didn't uninstall but showed me the option to update. When I updated it, a second copy with the dual app symbol and I cannot delete it at all and it does not appear in the dual app's list as well. Please help me with this as this has only started after the advent of MIUI 12
