Hi, I bought note 9 pro 6, 64gb phone from a retailer outlet on 21/10/2020 but the phone had a problem on 24/10/2020 as sudden screen black sometimes.I reached the nearest customer care, they just did software update and gave me back, even didn't gave me job sheet record but after the repair and said me it will not happen again but next day it started again and again, next day I reached again to the care they were excusing my problems till 04/11/2020, on 04/11/2020 they took my phone and opened it and said there might be problem in screen or motherboard, and said me to leave the phone for 7 days, but again they didn't gave me any such paper of receiving phone or nothing, I just want to say that if the phone is showing problem and I gone to service centre within 3 days, why they didn't replaced my phone with the new one, when I asked them now they are saying we can't give the new one, but as per I know the policies if phone get issues internally the company should replace it with the new one, one thing more I said them to give my phone Back and order the parts when the parts will reach I'll come to repair they just said it can't be possible.i just want to say that I am really unhappy and frustrated
