Dear sir,

I was playing mi reward play and win game.

Initially I had 621 points.

After starting the game with 100 points. The rotation box had stopped on Redmi9 prime green 4+128 option.

I had played many times. But I had won only 10 tokens each time.

But this time I had won the Redmi9 prime green 4+128 option.

Still the reward is credited in my account.

Neither received the deducted mi points back nor the gift claimed.

Refer to the screenshot below.

Repeatedly I am saying that Sorry...I don't have it.

How could I know that before. Once the gift is claimed...I taught it will be redeemed automatically. If I could have known before that the costly gifts will not be claimed. I might have taken the screenshot before. If a brand company does this. Where should we approach this?

As it is not credited. I had kept the issue before you.

I only have the proof of points deducted to play the game.

Now you are asking for the screenshot that I had win the game. The winners list scrolls very fast and how can I take screenshots of the site.

Kindly look into the issue and do the needful.
Please don't cheat me.

      This is to bring to your kind attention that I purchased MI bluetooth speaker 2 on 16.01.2020. It was delivered to me on 18.01.2020. Since 02.06.20 onwards bluetooth is not getting switched on. I went to a nearby MI showroom which is located in Chirala and it was closed on that day. Again I visited the store on 14.08.2020 on that day also it was closed. I made a call to your customer care number and requested for help. They informed me to visit another store located in Guntur or Tenali which is very far away from my hometown . Also transportation not available due to Covid lock down. Today I went to Chirala MI store but they informed expiry is over in June itself & informed us there will be no repair for this product. Mi customer care team informed to me through mail as Mi accessories cannot be repaired at the service center, it only can be replaced if the accessories come under the warranty. Help us to get new bluetooth speaker.

        Playing vidoes in Google Chrome is not functioning properly as it keeps minimising and the same thing goes with Amazon prime video. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it is in vain. When I tried uninstalling Google Chrome, it didn't uninstall but showed me the option to update. When I updated it, a second copy with the dual app symbol and I cannot delete it at all and it does not appear in the dual app's list as well. Please help me with this as this has only started after the advent of MIUI 12

              I had purchase a note 9 pro before two months camera is not working from last 15 days and I have been visiting service center and calling from last 14 days. They respond that the part are not available.
              This response is not acceptable as I'm a student and dependent on this mobile only for my studies... So kindly help in getting this problem resolved.

                      I have purchased recently redmi note 7 trogh online.Now I am facing some regular problem in my set that's when set switched on it showing "Don't cover year phone area" to turn off this feature off just press volume up button on.This problem also comming in when I am going to call somebody and this is so much irritating because screen is off at that time.so what I should do now .set is purchased just last month. Please help me

                        Hi, on OCT 6th I had tried to order the Mi smart speaker . I tried twice but the payments timeout but my money has been debited via those UPI transactions.

                        I have checked multiple times with my bank and have got multiple confirmations that the amount has been credited to the beneficiary account for both the transactions which I have raised. Attaching the the image from the mail which shows clear cut proof that it has been credited to your account.

                        After multiple follow ups with your customer support they still are denying that they haven't received the money.
                        If that is the case,
                        Please get in touch with your bank and either issue a statement from your bank stating that they have not received it as without any proof from your end I cannot escalate it anywhere UPI ref no's :[protected] and[protected].

                            I ordered to buy Redmi Note 9 Pro mobile from mi .com on 03/11/2020. I received this mobile on 06/11/2020. But when taking the pictures or photos captured by the rear and front camera of this mobile
                            Human looks red or turmeric on face always.
                            According to Xioami customer care, I did the following:
                            (1) I have updated this phone to the latest version MIUI12. But the problem has not been resolved.
                            (2) I went to the service center, where the above problem has not been resolved.
                            So I want my money back or get Redmi Note 9 instead of this mobile, Because I bought Redmi note 9 for my father on 20/08/2020, then this mobile did not have the above problem and is taking a very good picture.So arrange to take necessary action against refund of money for defective product.In this complaint, I wanted to upload one of my photos whose size is 2.7 MB, but www.consumercomplaints.in says the file is too large. The max size is 32MB so how I can upload a photo to you to see this issue.

                              Hi, I bought note 9 pro 6, 64gb phone from a retailer outlet on 21/10/2020 but the phone had a problem on 24/10/2020 as sudden screen black sometimes.I reached the nearest customer care, they just did software update and gave me back, even didn't gave me job sheet record but after the repair and said me it will not happen again but next day it started again and again, next day I reached again to the care they were excusing my problems till 04/11/2020, on 04/11/2020 they took my phone and opened it and said there might be problem in screen or motherboard, and said me to leave the phone for 7 days, but again they didn't gave me any such paper of receiving phone or nothing, I just want to say that if the phone is showing problem and I gone to service centre within 3 days, why they didn't replaced my phone with the new one, when I asked them now they are saying we can't give the new one, but as per I know the policies if phone get issues internally the company should replace it with the new one, one thing more I said them to give my phone Back and order the parts when the parts will reach I'll come to repair they just said it can't be possible.i just want to say that I am really unhappy and frustrated

                                I have purchased a Redmi Note 8 pro on Mar-20.
                                It was my 6th MI purchase last year.
                                Unfortunately, my redmi note 8 pro got a manufacturing issue & the phone was not able to charge.

                                I have submitted the phone for warranty repairs on 27th Oct 2020 to Baner - Pune Iris service center - Pune.
                                The Service order no. WXIN[protected].
                                Service center has confirmed to me that some part of my phone needs replacement & it would take 7 days for repair.
                                I have not received any phone calls for progress about the repair of my phone.
                                & to my surprise when I called them today,
                                The service center guy is bluntly saying that the part is still not dispatched from the warehouse.
                                .When I asked for a tentative date for dispatch, he said that he has no idea about it.

                                It is really unfortunate to get such replies from service center guys.
                                Today is the 7th day & as committed by you, I want my phone back.

                                Kindly repair it or provide me the brand new phone.

                                  I bought note 8 pro 4 months before. it is good and awesome till 2 months.
                                  then after updating miui 12 i face display flicker which can't be noticed by just looking it. if we use it in dark we can able to find the flickering in screen. then while calling i can able to see grains in the display (i dont know it is animation or not).
                                  then a 3 day before my phone display is totally dark or blank after half day the screen starts to work by multiple attempt of reboot the phone by using power button.

                                  by 4 month my phone makes more trouble...

                                  what to do next?

                                    I cancelled the order before delivery and was waiting for refund. I called customer service and they said they have refunded the money on 24th October and after submitting a complain here i recieved three calls asking the same thing did you get the refund which I didn't and they do not seem to help me. They said to contact your Bank but Bank customer says that the money didn't received by Mi.com
                                    What is going on, I need my money back, it's been more than 20 days. And i didn't get the refund amount yet.
                                    I i didn't get the amount back then i will file a case against your Company.

                                      Date of the incident- 27-Oct-2020
                                      I bought this laptop 4 months ago and now it is crashed. Service centre doesn't even have adequate resources to identify the problem then I myself manage to download one BIOS software at my home for speedy resolution and provided that software to its service centre but then they come to know its hard disk crashed then they again asked for 5-7 days to repair. In the meantime I suffered a lot due to this specially in my office work. I have to take urgent flight to Mumbai for my office work.
                                      they also not replying to my mails and not responding positively to my demands.
                                      I require them to provide me adequate compensation for my loss due to their poor after sales service.
