Redmi note 9 proximity sensor issue

I have bought Redmi note 9 mobile on Dt : 08/08/2020 .
After using the mobile for 1 month proximity sensor issue started.
Issue rectified by service center by replacing the combo and after 7 days of that again the same proximity sensor issue started. During a call screen getting turned off and it's not getting turned on during call.

Defective Mobile not sending replacement from 1 month

Hi Team,

I have order 2 Redmi 9 prime mobile space blue 4gb+128gb on 7th September 2020. But i have received defective product and Customer care said they can't pickup and have to submit at Service center. So I submitted the mobile at Service center around 15th September and gave new address for replacement.

It has been 1 month and still I did not get any replacement or any refund l. I keep calling customer...

Refunded money not received

On 28 sep i purchased a redmi 9 via mi store (Online) by sbi debit card, due to some issues i had to cancel my order. I cancelled it within few hours. Till now haven't receive my money. defective mi tv delivered to me

Ordered mi 4a pro tv and was delivered to me on 18th sept, 2020. However only after 15 days tv started malfunctioning. It restarts automatically and powers off on its own. Mi engineers visited on 6th oct checked the tv and said there is fault in tvs sensor. He said a repair token needs to be raised and engineer will come and repair it in next 4-5 days. I am asking for replacement as this is a defective product but mi people are telling that...

mi phone redmi 9i refund

Manufacturing Defect in POCO F1

Need refund immediately

I ordered product from xiaomi on 18 Sep 2020, also made online payment. Find attachment for email & text msg.
My order id Order ID #[protected].

But till date there's no response from Xiaomi. I am not able to track my order on their link provided & in my xiaomi account website.

I also complained about two times on xiaomi service, but got no postive response about my order delivery status.

Old damaged mobile delivered

I have Jio sim in Redmi note 3 and whenever I call jio numbers installed in redmi note 7 and redmi note 9 pro, the CALL ENDS.
Please solve this issue as its really problematic when the person is having a redmi note7 or redmi note9 pro and they don't use any other number other than JIO.

I have purchased mi power bank 3i. 5 days days. It capacity is 10000 mah but it wont last for 4000 mah. So I thought of replacing or refund. But these China looters don't have policies to return or replace. They said we need to go and get repair from service centers. In this pandemic situation I don't need to go service center and get repaired for newly purchased gadgets....

Poco x2 camera changing

I am ordered mi dual driver earphone in mi.com on[protected] . After unboxing it i had seen the defective at night on same day.. next day morning i had informed to mi customer care and send photo copies of damage portion to official mi mail id.

After they take the complaint and working for it. Finally[protected] accept replacement request and gave nearest mi service center address to submit the product with in 24 hours time....
