I ordered a Redmi Note 9 pro Max Mobile phone on 10th Oct 2020. After passing 06 days my order not even processed, so i cancelled the order. After passing 06 days again today ie 21st Oct 2020, my refund status is unknown.

Customer Care representative seems irresponsible who tells quite a new story.

    I received the product on 17/10/2020 and I found that the product quality was not as per the specifications. The camera and display quality were found to be very poor. It is very very difficult to take pictures without shake on it. The 64MP camera they claim, but the pictures look grainy and like watercolor when zoomed. All the pictures are shaky and grainy. The display always has a yellow tint and it never provides a neutral color temperature in any setting. It is evident that they are cheating the customers with cheap parts now. The viewing quality is extremely poor. They claim it to be 64 MP camera which is actually poor as an old 1.3MP camera. Refusing the return saying an illegal reason that there is no policy to return.

    I contacted them and asked for a return and refund immediately after receiving the product on 19/10/2020 itself. They just refuse to take return and they do unfair trade practice by saying that 'once sold, cannot be taken back whatever happens'. A company cannot make illegal policies that tamper consumer rights. The product is of inferior quality comparing with its specifications and I am utterly disappointed with the purchase. I have attached a reply they sent me.

    Kindly consider the seriousness of this issue and provide me a refund and return of this product.

    I had cancelled my order which was placed on mi store on 17/10/2020 with the above mentioned order id soon after payment. They sent me a mail that they have initiated refund and it will be processed within 3 days. I have called and email their customer service regarding the same and till now the refund is not processed. Its been more than 3 days now. Kindly make them refund my hard earned money immediately

        I have ordered "mi tv 4x138.8m(55)black and mi extended warranty "on[protected] and paid the amount that is rs.38198/-.
        It was suppoed to be delivered on[protected] whih they have failed.. Sub order no[protected] having tracking no-[protected]through bluedart. I have called so many times to the courier and mi customeer care but never got an appropriate reply regarding the exact date of the delivery of my ordered product.

          Touch of my phone is working itself and even it's colour is changing since I bought it.. I took it to the service center they changed the TP (Touch pad) and handed it back. After changing the TP the very second day the same problem started again. So I don't want this defected phone.. I ask for its replacement as it is still in warranty.

            When I used a loud speaker in my mobile, the second party did not hear the sound from my side and went on turning off the speaker. I went to the service to fix this problem. At that time, the voice was bursting on the speaker and then he said that the network The problem is now, after 15 days, the voice of the second party is bursting from my mobile, which was perfectly fine before the service.
            Now unable to fix my problem with service center, I have a lot of trouble calling on my mobile.

                Today, On October 15th, I purchased Mi True wireless earphones from Mi.com (Order ID- [protected] ). Immediately after few minutes I cancelled the order & applied for refund but I have not received refund till yet.                   Recently I have raised complaint regarding my TV 4 pro 55 inches. The panel stopped working during last week on 2nd october in evening hours. The display is not coming while turning on.
                  I have compliant 3 times through your online portal by filling form and also by speaking with MI customer support team (executive name -yogendra and yamna) they also took all the details over the phone, required for raising complaint ( I hope they have recorded calls as well).
                  Mi technician visited my place on 4th October in afternoon hours.
                  He inspected and approved that panel is under warranty and will get replaced without any charges. With in 7-8 working days.
                  Today being 12th day I am waiting revert from them, now when I am calling Dombivli service centre (Unique telecom -421201.) They are telling that 55 inch panel is not available in inventory and will come from Bangalore in 7-8 days.

                  This clearly means that when again I will wait - the product will become out of warranty by that time and these Dombivali service centre guys will not entertain my complaint.

                  I have attached the invoice for reference, by 20th of this month the warranty will get expired.

                    I have received 4X 50 tv on 15/08/2020 from Amazon, the installation done on same day by your representative his phone number [protected], on the installation day he has taken 1000 rupee's from me for extended warranty, and he said he would send receipt to me by my email.i am not receive receipt till today .my email id - [protected]@gmail.com

                        @Yusuf : You can easily download the copy of the invoice from your Amazon account. You will find the option to download the invoice in your Amazon orders section.
                        There after, take a print out and submit the invoice copy along with the FIR.

                          I ordered a mobile redmi note 9 pro 4/128 (15, 999) from mi store on 26 August and on 2nd September i had cancelled the product on doorstep due to some reason but i did not received my refund money till now today's date is 12 October.i did many call many times to customer care but they did not proceed any further process. They are not responding any thing Neither any call nor any mail. Plz refund my money as soon as possible. Customer care follows only these steps create complaint id, remind complaint id and the last is highlight complaint id. I did 5 time calls to customer care . They are following the same only.

                            I have ordered for redmi k20 pro on October 2 from mi.com through emi transaction.Unfortunately I had to cancel the transaction on 03-october due to some reason.Since then I have been following up with MI customer care for refund but no use.
                            The time I cancelled the order the product was not even shipped. But MI customer care people are saying that the product hasn't reached the warehouse yet so only after it reaches warehouse refund will it be initiated.

                            Everyday new story from customer care.

                            on the other hand i had made this transaction as EMI while placing the order. When I reach out to bank people to cancel the EMI transaction they are asking about a refund. But MI is delaying refund.

                            If the refund is not processed before 15th of this month then i need to pay 6 months EMI for a product that i haven't purchased.

                            This is what is not expected from MI.

                                I have bought Redmi note 9 mobile on Dt : 08/08/2020 .
                                After using the mobile for 1 month proximity sensor issue started.
                                Issue rectified by service center by replacing the combo and after 7 days of that again the same proximity sensor issue started. During a call screen getting turned off and it's not getting turned on during call.

                                Service center kept my mobile for 7 days when 1st issue came and after I received from service center in mobile back side I found scratches which is not good.

                                This is my first experience with redmi. I'm expecting better service.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I have order 2 Redmi 9 prime mobile space blue 4gb+128gb on 7th September 2020. But i have received defective product and Customer care said they can't pickup and have to submit at Service center. So I submitted the mobile at Service center around 15th September and gave new address for replacement.

                                    It has been 1 month and still I did not get any replacement or any refund l. I keep calling customer care they keep saying same thing over and over again.

                                    Kindly resolve the issue either send replacement or refund my money.

                                      On 28 sep i purchased a redmi 9 via mi store (Online) by sbi debit card, due to some issues i had to cancel my order. I cancelled it within few hours. Till now haven't receive my money. They are not giving back my money everytime they are making different kind of excuses. As per my conversation with them i send a mail to them but till no response i receive from their end. Are they really being honest to their customers?? Today is 8th october i am not receiving my money since last 10 days. Solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will file a complaint at my nearest police station.                                         Ordered mi 4a pro tv and was delivered to me on 18th sept, 2020. However only after 15 days tv started malfunctioning. It restarts automatically and powers off on its own. Mi engineers visited on 6th oct checked the tv and said there is fault in tvs sensor. He said a repair token needs to be raised and engineer will come and repair it in next 4-5 days. I am asking for replacement as this is a defective product but mi people are telling that replacement is not in their policy. Imagine ordering a new tv and waiting for 5 days to get it repaired only within 15 days of receiving it. I lost trust in mi quality and now this tv has become a headache for me. Can xiaomi pleasr raise their quality and customer service standards. I need replacemnt. Pls help.
