Hello there,

This is to inform you that I 'Mohd Adnan' had brought a Xiaomi (Mi) tv 4X 163.9cm(65inches) 4K ultra HD Android LED TV ( BLACK) on 16.09.20. through amazon.
My tv has not been working since one week . I had made a complaint for the same to the company. The engineer from the company had come to check the t.v. He had opened the tv infront of me, there was something of light golden colour on the inner components of the tv and he was falsely claiming that it was water. He was also saying that you will not get warranty for the same.
Please see forward to my request at the earliest and try to resolve my problem. If you do so, i will be highly obliged.

    Mob Redmi 7A reg no. IME[protected], IME[protected]
    purchased through Amazone vide their Voucher No HYD8123676 dated 29 Sep 2019.
    Now it is suddenly got off and not working. As it have a 2 year company warrenty i am requesting you that, do the necessary things at the earliest.

        I have ordered mi TV from Flipkart on d year 2018, and I didn't know that the android update was there at 2019 for mi TV 4a models, but now I got to know it and I updated the tv, but my android page never came, it was the inbuilt system fault and I had to raise a complaint about this issue on customer care and it was poor they didn't come on time for the services, and eventhough they came the service charges was too high(399+gst)very worst even if the service center doesn't resolve the issues u have to pay for the service which is waste of money...worst ever eventhough it's the inbuilt product problem, we have to pay for it and the service man who came doesn't even work on tv, and just told to change motherboard of tv which was 6250 rupees and for saying that he charged (470 rupees)what is this fraud service @mi

          Sir,
          Is this why we purchase your flagship phone or we spend some 21000 Bucks on your to get this type of fault each and every time. Since june in my poco f1 phine one security patch update use to show and when dowload gets complete each and time a pop up comes up that not enough memory in cache partition please reboot and every time i reeboot it says same thing... Any how i went to service centre and after installing update manually data of my phone get reset.. and again i have to install everything from starting and now when MIUI 12 update comes it says same thing sir i tell you one thing this phone was my dream phine at a time... It makes me very dissappointing when I have to face such thing. I have attached a screen shot of that.

              I have ordered redmi note 9 pro on 3 oct but it was cancelled due to timeout error. But payment was done successfully. I have done followed up many times since 3 oct. But till now my refund was not initiated. Executive always tell me a new story and commit that i will receive my refund within 3 days.

              Such a irresponsible team regarding refund. Very bad experience with MI store. Kindly refund my amount please i request you now.

                Hi, this is a mail regards with the grievance of mi TV that I purchased nearly two years ago from mi home. And also I express some sort of anguish with this mail, because, I am an enormous user of mi products. Whereas I have a notion that mi products are excellent in performance and high build quality. But it seems futile after the usage of mi TV 4 pro. My TV became utterly dead after the warranty period, the expectations that I reckon on your build quality became contrary. I registered the complaint on your service portal. So kindly consider the mail and also I expect some positive mail on this grievance.

                  I ordered a Redmi Note 9 pro Max Mobile phone on 10th Oct 2020. After passing 06 days my order not even processed, so i cancelled the order. After passing 06 days again today ie 21st Oct 2020, my refund status is unknown.

                  Customer Care representative seems irresponsible who tells quite a new story.

                    I received the product on 17/10/2020 and I found that the product quality was not as per the specifications. The camera and display quality were found to be very poor. It is very very difficult to take pictures without shake on it. The 64MP camera they claim, but the pictures look grainy and like watercolor when zoomed. All the pictures are shaky and grainy. The display always has a yellow tint and it never provides a neutral color temperature in any setting. It is evident that they are cheating the customers with cheap parts now. The viewing quality is extremely poor. They claim it to be 64 MP camera which is actually poor as an old 1.3MP camera. Refusing the return saying an illegal reason that there is no policy to return.

                    I contacted them and asked for a return and refund immediately after receiving the product on 19/10/2020 itself. They just refuse to take return and they do unfair trade practice by saying that 'once sold, cannot be taken back whatever happens'. A company cannot make illegal policies that tamper consumer rights. The product is of inferior quality comparing with its specifications and I am utterly disappointed with the purchase. I have attached a reply they sent me.

                    Kindly consider the seriousness of this issue and provide me a refund and return of this product.

                    I had cancelled my order which was placed on mi store on 17/10/2020 with the above mentioned order id soon after payment. They sent me a mail that they have initiated refund and it will be processed within 3 days. I have called and email their customer service regarding the same and till now the refund is not processed. Its been more than 3 days now. Kindly make them refund my hard earned money immediately

                        I have ordered "mi tv 4x138.8m(55)black and mi extended warranty "on[protected] and paid the amount that is rs.38198/-.
                        It was suppoed to be delivered on[protected] whih they have failed.. Sub order no[protected] having tracking no-[protected]through bluedart. I have called so many times to the courier and mi customeer care but never got an appropriate reply regarding the exact date of the delivery of my ordered product.

                          Touch of my phone is working itself and even it's colour is changing since I bought it.. I took it to the service center they changed the TP (Touch pad) and handed it back. After changing the TP the very second day the same problem started again. So I don't want this defected phone.. I ask for its replacement as it is still in warranty.

                            When I used a loud speaker in my mobile, the second party did not hear the sound from my side and went on turning off the speaker. I went to the service to fix this problem. At that time, the voice was bursting on the speaker and then he said that the network The problem is now, after 15 days, the voice of the second party is bursting from my mobile, which was perfectly fine before the service.
                            Now unable to fix my problem with service center, I have a lot of trouble calling on my mobile.

                                  Recently I have raised complaint regarding my TV 4 pro 55 inches. The panel stopped working during last week on 2nd october in evening hours. The display is not coming while turning on.
                                  I have compliant 3 times through your online portal by filling form and also by speaking with MI customer support team (executive name -yogendra and yamna) they also took all the details over the phone, required for raising complaint ( I hope they have recorded calls as well).
                                  Mi technician visited my place on 4th October in afternoon hours.
                                  He inspected and approved that panel is under warranty and will get replaced without any charges. With in 7-8 working days.
                                  Today being 12th day I am waiting revert from them, now when I am calling Dombivli service centre (Unique telecom -421201.) They are telling that 55 inch panel is not available in inventory and will come from Bangalore in 7-8 days.

                                  This clearly means that when again I will wait - the product will become out of warranty by that time and these Dombivali service centre guys will not entertain my complaint.

                                  I have attached the invoice for reference, by 20th of this month the warranty will get expired.

                                        @Yusuf : You can easily download the copy of the invoice from your Amazon account. You will find the option to download the invoice in your Amazon orders section.
                                        There after, take a print out and submit the invoice copy along with the FIR.
