I have purchased new smart phone from mi store with 14% emi (Equated monthly installment) option for 9 months. Rs.15, 999 payment was done using state bank credit card and product was delivered. Now sbi credit card team (Sbi cards & payment services ltd) intimated to pay the emi with 22%. So when purchasing from mi, it was shown only 14% and after buying the same, credit card team charging 22%. I requested both mi and credit card team for my query. Mi support replied that they can't check the payments and check with your credit card bank. Credit card team reply me that there is no change in emi and needs to opt for 22%. I have no complaint for the product, but need clarity for the payment. Otherwise all people buying using the credit card option will be cheated due to this.

    Purchased mi tv through amazon and raised installation request. Tv arrived on[protected] and its instructed not to open the package as it will be installed by mi installation team. Time slot came from mi team for installation as on[protected]pm-3pm, but there is no response from mi nor there is anyone to contact me for doing installation as scheduled.
    No back end activities happening to allocate service provider or to contact me to inform the delay. Soo disgusting that tv got delivered and unable to install for more than 4 days. Dont know how long it will tae to get it installed.

      I bought mi tv remote from online mi.com and it says it have a warranty period of 6 months. After 2 months the remote stopped working and i contacted customer care and they send one technician, checked and found remote is not working but he is saying they can only replace remote if remote came with the tv and tv should be under warranty. Since i bought remote online from mi.com, service center will not give replacement. Customer care says service center will replace. But i am not getting replacement under warranty.

      TV01326844 is the service request which is still pending and no resolution is reached because of policy issues in Xiaomi.

            I have purchased thi mi power bank 20000 mah last year in april through amazon. Within 1 week only i went to store as it was failed to charge and product was not performing. Later i complaint about the same to the xiaomi but it also went non responsive.in the month of february i was out of town where there was no service center of mi about which i have previously written as well. From month of march it is not charging. I visited to the center recently but they responded saying that your power bank charging socket is damaged automatically, where i admitted to make it repair they denied saying we cant repair it better you purchase a new one and just leave it here.
            This sort of answer proves the dis satisfactory service which is nevertheless user friendly. A proper solution should be provided so that customer do not face such disappointment and inconvenience regarding after sale services. Hoping that positive actions will be taken towards this. Seeking for early reply.

                My client sh. Arvind kataria r/o rz 141 a vinoba enclave crpf colony jharoda kalan south west new delhi -110072 was purchased a mi tv - 43 inches 4a patchwall t from filapkart on dated 21/01/2019 vide invoice no fab[protected], bearing order id od[protected], and tv model no is 16940/[protected].
                1. That on dated 10/09/2020 my client's tv show a negitive display problem. This is a technical fault.
                2. That on same day my client contact to xiaomi customer care number but number was not reachable.
                3. That on 11/9/2020 my client again call on mi coustomer care number and share his tv problem and provide me a token id number and ask me wait ing for 24 hrs. After completion of 24 hrs my client again call to customer care they asked to my client due to wrong mobile number written your complaint is canceled. My client again call to customer care number and after waiting of 1 hrs sh. Sanjay was written a complaint.
                4. That on 15/09/202 a technical namely dk jayant come for verify the problem of tv and he click some photos of tv and send for approval. He ask to my client your tv show problem due to a liquid thing inside but no any type liquid gone inside my client tv. This is a penal fault of mi tv. Your company and staff cheated, harassing and manipulate my client.

                It is therefore, i requested to you and your staff to solve the problem of my client's tv within7 working days otherwise under my client instructions i file a consumer case against you.
                A copy of this complaint kept in my office for further reference.

                  I have purchased a redmi note 9 pro aurora blue 4+128 gb from mi sale of 8th sep.2020 and make the full payment, but at the time of order there is a mistake in my ordered contact no. So i am contact mi and as well as there delivery partner ecom express and i have a horrible experience with them they cant listen to your problem and very rudely behave to tye customer, i have registered a alternate number in ecom but they never call, i have waited for 3 days when the mobile is not delivered to me i have called xiomi and requesting them for return they are telling it is not possible but today i. E.15th sep i got the status in my mi store order detail its showing "return rejected" i want my money back.

                    I had placed a order for redmi 9 prime mint green 4gb+128 gb on 31st august 12:00 pm. But had cancelled the order as i wasn't satisfied with the reviews of the phone, so had cancelled my order on the same day 31st august 7:30 pm.
                    It's been more than seven days and i have still not received the refund for my cancelled order.

                      A call came from the number ([protected]) on[protected]. They told me that they are from mi company we are selecting your mobile number for giving a mobile phone (Mi note 9 pro 6 gb variant) in just 4000 rupee. And you pay your amount at the time of delivery.
                      So i agree with their they take my personal information (Name, home address, postal address, father name).
                      They confirming my order by a call (Call number [protected]). And they said you will receive your order by near post by giving 4000 ruppee.
                      So by courier i received a box type parcel by paying 4000 rupee. But instead of mobile patanjali arjun chhal kept in three layer box. Waching this i socked. Then i realise they are fraudsters.
                      Please help me by catching these fraudsters and returning my money.

                        In my mi phone there is an app like playstore named as getapps in this app they gave all band apps in india and some security, privacy threatening apps it is an big issue that we can said that the Chinese mobile company is trying to collect our data please stop it .

                                  I have purchased the Xiaomi 3i band from mi.com & done the payment on advance, I have received the courier for mi.com, but it was empty, when I have raise the complaint with mi customer care, he was registered my complaint, But after 5 days, he was closed my complaint without any justification, I have not received any product or any money,
                                  Those are not refusing my balance.

                                        Hi,
                                        I had purchased mi tv on date:28/05/2019 from flipkart. After using of few days same line created on screen which is increasing day by day immediate on date: 15/01/2020 i called to customer care and log complaint r315224 (Token).
                                        Next day i got call from technician about complaint he ask me few details about purchase and said he will visit my house to check the tv. Next day he not visit then i called to technician, he said we will take charge for visit which i need to pay in cash then i said ok, then he ask me to sent picture of tv and also check is there any mark or crack on screen like outside damage i checked and not found anything.
                                        Again next day i called to technician for follow up he said he sent pictures to company and i will update you once get revert.
                                        Next two three days continuously i called but he is not answering my calls then i contact contact with pune service centre who has going to sent the technician to check the product then they said will update me. I have called two three day but i got same answer then i leave it.
                                        After few days i got call from pune service centre that am i happy with service or not because your complaint is closed.
                                        Now i am shocked no one visit to check the product and with any confirmation they closed complaint by saying that physical damage.

                                        My question is that if you have not check the product and you yourself decided it's physical damage and your people are giving false service to ignore the company policies and brand name.

                                        Again i had log new complaint in july month but still have not got any update on that complaint.

                                        I had sent so many email on service.[protected]@xiaomi.com but i have not got a single revert from mi.

                                        Me and my family members are using mi products like tv and mobile but we never faced this kind of service ignorance.

                                        After this in the month of february i am out station for same official work and stacked in lockdown and inbetween i never got call from mi.
                                        Last week i came back to pune and i checked my tv's 80% part is effected white.

                                        I am not accepting this kind of bad service from such reputed brand.

                                        I request to you please do the needful because no physical damage happened by us it's product fault.
                                        I am attaching old pictures and current pictures of tv. Also i am attaching invoice.
