My client Sh. Arvind Kataria R/O Rz 141 A vinoba enclave crpf colony jharoda kalan South West New Delhi -110072 was purchased a mi TV- 43 inches 4A patchwall t from filapkart on dated 21/01/2019 vide invoice no FAB[protected], bearing order ID OD[protected], and TV model no is 16940/[protected].
1. That on dated 10/09/2020 my client's TV show a negitive display problem. This is a technical fault.
2. That on same day my client contact to Xiaomi customer care number but number was not reachable.
3. That on 11/9/2020 my client again call on mi coustomer care number and share his TV problem and provide me a token ID number and ask me wait ing for 24 hrs. After completion of 24 hrs my client again call to customer care they asked to my client due to wrong mobile number written your complaint is canceled. My client again call to customer care number and after waiting of 1 hrs Sh. Sanjay was written a complaint.
4. That on 15/09/202 A technical namely DK Jayant come for verify the problem of tv and he click some photos of tv and send for approval. He ask to my client your TV show problem due to a liquid thing inside but no any type liquid gone inside my client TV. This is a penal fault of mi TV. Your company and staff cheated, harassing and manipulate my client.
It is therefore, I requested to you and your staff to solve the problem of my client's TV within7 working days otherwise under my client instructions I file a consumer case against you.
A copy of this complaint kept in my office for further reference.
