I ordered the mi Redmi Note 9 Pro Mobile online in mi store and when the order came and opened, I saw an old Samsung j7 damage mobile box inside was completely packed. Samsung's j7 mobile came out when I requested xiaomi India,
it said you send photos of box and product i send all photos and unboxing video Later he said that the item was sent well from our side. Your complaint is closed

First I called the company and registered the complaint Then that loco gave me a complaint number and them he gave all the pictures Then I send him all the photos and after a day or two, his email came that the seal product was sent from us, so we close your complaint. Below I am sending you an email that I received Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Mi India Support. My name is Abdul. This mail is in regards to your complaint regarding Wrong Product Delivered. This email is to inform you that we have investigated from our end and found that the product was delivered in intact condition. Hence, we will not be able to process the request.     On 29th September 2020, I ordered mi powerbank 2i blue 10000mAh . It has been 5 days over and my order status is same. Whenever I call the customer service since 2nd October 2020 they everyday say that my order will dispatch in the evening of the same day I call them or within 24 hours...

    I got coupon from mi get apps which is of xiaomi only, where they provide coupons of various products with exchange mi coins. So, there I redeemed coupon of powerbank ...

    I have all call recordings of which they promised me and screenshots of their chat support...

    Please help me with the same ...

      I have Jio sim in Redmi note 3 and whenever I call jio numbers installed in redmi note 7 and redmi note 9 pro, the CALL ENDS.
      Please solve this issue as its really problematic when the person is having a redmi note7 or redmi note9 pro and they don't use any other number other than JIO.
      I mean how can we contact them?
      Solve the issue as soon as possible please.

        I have purchased mi power bank 3i. 5 days days. It capacity is 10000 mah but it wont last for 4000 mah. So I thought of replacing or refund. But these China looters don't have policies to return or replace. They said we need to go and get repair from service centers. In this pandemic situation I don't need to go service center and get repaired for newly purchased gadgets.

          My poco x2 had some problem. Both of my cameras are not working. So i went to mi service centre to solve the problem. They told me that mobile will be ready after 1week.But i have been waiting for 3weeks and they are not even responding properly. They are just skipping dates as there wish and making me sick.

            I am ordered mi dual driver earphone in mi.com on[protected] . After unboxing it i had seen the defective at night on same day.. next day morning i had informed to mi customer care and send photo copies of damage portion to official mi mail id.

            After they take the complaint and working for it. Finally[protected] accept replacement request and gave nearest mi service center address to submit the product with in 24 hours time.

            With in that time[protected] i reached there and give the product. But they said no approved mails come from mi for this replacement so we can't replace your product, please contact mi for approval mail to send us.

            I again called the customer care and said to them what the service agent said. But the customer care said to me that mail sending options we don't have, our technical team having that rights so taking this as complaint and we will forward to our technical team.
            But still no mails send to the service centre to give approval.

            Mails repeatedly comes to me go to service centre with in 24 hours again and agian.

            I forward the mails to service centre and ask them, but they strictly told me if approved comes from mi we will definitely replace it. Or otherwise we can't do that.

            On same day[protected] after went the service centre from mi one mail came. That is your replacement requst rejected, we will give you the good condition product. So can't take the product again.

            I am call again to customer care asked about it, they said also like that.

            I am also tell it, the product comes with the defective and all informations beginning to ed.

            On the day[protected] from mi send the same old mails to me please submit your product to the service centre with in 24 hours, its comes repeatedly to me but no approved mails send to service centre..

            I am confused.

            I called the customer care and ask what the current status of complaint. They said you have the replacement, please wait some times. I said what happened from all details and they take new complaint today[protected].

            Mi fraud 10 days replacement policy. Mi care not supporting to the customers to give exact solutions.

            Please help me to replace my defective product..

              Hello,

              I know this is a very old order but since last year i was trying to exchange Redmi Note 3 mobile to some other mobile in (Amazon, Xiaomi & Flipkart) but i was getting error (IMEI is not correct). Initially I could not figure out the error. I tried to exchange below mobile to multiple mobiles but getting the same error.

              Then I thought let me check the invoice once. When I checked the invoice I found the IMEI number is different from the mobile IMEI number (which i got by dialing *#06#). Below IMEI number i am getting from mobile(Screenshot of that also attached)

                I had purchased mi dual driver earphones from flipkart through the seller - SuperComNet on[protected] and got the product on[protected]. I want to return it as its jack isn't compatible(not going fully in the 3.5mm Jack) and the sound is low, that's why I want to return and get a refund for it.                   I had purchased Mi tv 55 inch pro 5mm screen 4k tv from amazon.in on
                  Invoice Date : 10.04.2019

                  Invoice Number : SBOB-3505

                  Invoice Details : MH-SBOB[protected]

                  The tv screen had issues. White patch showed up.
                  I had raised issue on 4.04.2020. Under Warranty period. The servicemen was not able to pay visit because of lockdown.

                  The company has discontinued the model and hence cannot provide a brand new tv-screen is giving used one. The replaced a used one and it stopped working after 8 days.

                  The tv screen given to me has a black tape on it which is clear indication o[censored]sed one.
                  The Mr.Amol said that since the product is discontinued they cannot provide a brand new screen. This means that i am going to get a used tv screen, for sure. Also the replaced screen can die any given point of time.

                  We are asking for a full refund because of no indication was given prior to discontinuing the product and also because of all the fake ads ran by the company.
                  Company's like TATA have requested major call backs which incurred crores of rupees in loss. Still they took the step and took care of their customers including my car Tata Indica.
                  But
                  Mi is very malicious and looting consumers.
                  The Tv's ads were made sooo promising which lead stating -
                  World's first 5mm tv screen.
                  revolutionary product.
                  amazing quality products

                  The remote seems soooo cheap plastic made. makes sounds like 50rs remote.

                  I think within two years this company has stopped the production after launching it.

                  Why?????

                  In other words, these claims made by the company were not test.

                  FALSE + FAKE PROMISES + NON- TESTED PROMISES.

                  The company is willing to replace me a 55 inch tv with thicker or regular TV screen without considering that it is my loss if i switch from 5mm tv screen to regular tv screen.

                  Hence we asked for tv screen of 65 inch. they company say's they'll charge extra Rs.10, 000 for it which is absolutely ridiculous.

                  I want my new tv or money back or 65 inch tv

                  65 inch tv because of all the headaches and issue that I have faced at my home because this tv issues.

                  the service provider is not answering calls nor replying my messages on Whats-App even after seeing my messages.

                  If you check Mi website, especially under TV, section, you won't find single negative review about it's product. But you can find the positive and negative feedback on rest of the online platforms. How come this is possible ???????This raises company's intentions to hide the facts and the honest reviews and which makes people believe that Mi brand is very good ( which is not true) and also the potential buyer is tricked to believe that Mi has no negative review and bring a false presumption in the buyers mind that Mi has amazing range of TV. Which is not true.

                  Clearly reviews are filtered and uploaded. Malicious Act. This is not fair. Must be take strict action so company do tend to be over smart.

                      As my phone is still on WARRANTY, request you to think about replacing it, as this phone is having defaulted issue.

                      Because its very hard to always run to service center for the issues.

                      As suggested by your team, I had visited the Xiaomi service center today.
                      But to my surprise the employee said they can not take the phone today - due to some month end they cannot login to system and register the issue.
                      Instead they asked me to again come on 1st Oct 2020. Really NOT SURE what sense that month end makes.

                      Below are the phone details along with the issue that I have faced or facing -

                      Handset - Redmi Note 8
                      Bought on - 15/May/2020
                      On Warranty - YES

                      ISSUES
                      1. Battery bulged automatically - went to service center on 1/9/2020 and got the phone delivered on 11/9/2020.

                      2. On the next day of delivery- the phone didn't detect SIM - Again went to service center then they said there is some loose connection and kept the phone for 1 day and returned - worked fine.

                      3. Current issue - The phone gets automatically switched off that too repeatedly in a single day.

                      Please look into these issues, as its very bad impression that the brand leaves on the customer.

                          I have purchased new smart phone from mi store with 14% emi (Equated monthly installment) option for 9 months. Rs.15, 999 payment was done using state bank credit card and product was delivered. Now sbi credit card team (Sbi cards & payment services ltd) intimated to pay the emi with 22%. So when purchasing from mi, it was shown only 14% and after buying the same, credit card team charging 22%. I requested both mi and credit card team for my query. Mi support replied that they can't check the payments and check with your credit card bank. Credit card team reply me that there is no change in emi and needs to opt for 22%. I have no complaint for the product, but need clarity for the payment. Otherwise all people buying using the credit card option will be cheated due to this.

                            Purchased mi tv through amazon and raised installation request. Tv arrived on[protected] and its instructed not to open the package as it will be installed by mi installation team. Time slot came from mi team for installation as on[protected]pm-3pm, but there is no response from mi nor there is anyone to contact me for doing installation as scheduled.
                            No back end activities happening to allocate service provider or to contact me to inform the delay. Soo disgusting that tv got delivered and unable to install for more than 4 days. Dont know how long it will tae to get it installed.

                              I bought mi tv remote from online mi.com and it says it have a warranty period of 6 months. After 2 months the remote stopped working and i contacted customer care and they send one technician, checked and found remote is not working but he is saying they can only replace remote if remote came with the tv and tv should be under warranty. Since i bought remote online from mi.com, service center will not give replacement. Customer care says service center will replace. But i am not getting replacement under warranty.

                              TV01326844 is the service request which is still pending and no resolution is reached because of policy issues in Xiaomi.

                                    I have purchased thi mi power bank 20000 mah last year in april through amazon. Within 1 week only i went to store as it was failed to charge and product was not performing. Later i complaint about the same to the xiaomi but it also went non responsive.in the month of february i was out of town where there was no service center of mi about which i have previously written as well. From month of march it is not charging. I visited to the center recently but they responded saying that your power bank charging socket is damaged automatically, where i admitted to make it repair they denied saying we cant repair it better you purchase a new one and just leave it here.
                                    This sort of answer proves the dis satisfactory service which is nevertheless user friendly. A proper solution should be provided so that customer do not face such disappointment and inconvenience regarding after sale services. Hoping that positive actions will be taken towards this. Seeking for early reply.

                                        1. That on dated 10/09/2020 my client's tv show a negitive display problem. This is a technical fault.
                                        2. That on same day my client contact to xiaomi customer care number but number was not reachable.
                                        3. That on 11/9/2020 my client again call on mi coustomer care number and share his tv problem and provide me a token id number and ask me wait ing for 24 hrs. After completion of 24 hrs my client again call to customer care they asked to my client due to wrong mobile number written your complaint is canceled. My client again call to customer care number and after waiting of 1 hrs sh. Sanjay was written a complaint.
                                        4. That on 15/09/202 a technical namely dk jayant come for verify the problem of tv and he click some photos of tv and send for approval. He ask to my client your tv show problem due to a liquid thing inside but no any type liquid gone inside my client tv. This is a penal fault of mi tv. Your company and staff cheated, harassing and manipulate my client.

                                        It is therefore, i requested to you and your staff to solve the problem of my client's tv within7 working days otherwise under my client instructions i file a consumer case against you.
                                        A copy of this complaint kept in my office for further reference.
