Hello xiaomi

i am hereby attached my invoice, I bought Xiaomi tv, from kamal enterprises, Shalimar garden on[protected], in the evening xiaomi executives comes to my house and fix the tv on wall, after some month tv is suddenly fallen down from the wall, and its screen is broken, as it is the mistake of your engineers who fix the tv loose and due to which suddenly tv fallen down.
I called your customer care, and informed everything about this incident, they schedule a xiaomi consultant, he comes to my house and ask about rs 18 thousand to change its screen, i told him everything, but he said nthat you will sell this tv to me in rs 2000, as tv in in guarantee i need strict action on this, do send me engineer who will fix this tv asap in free of cost, because its your engineer's fault that he fix tv loose and suddenly due to which it is cracked.
I need a strict action within 4 days otherwise will filed a case for this issue that mi cheats everyone for warranty, they cant provide any service.
I hereby attached images of tv, and invoice also, kindly do a strict action.

    Sir,
    My redmi note 6pro display was damage but my phone was working good . I gave my phone to the mi service center Alleppey. To change my display .I gave to mi service center because I trust mi service center. Rather than giving to local shop.i payed 3390₹ for replacing my phone display. If I had given to any local Shop for that I will never have to pay these much amount. After repair they gave me my phone back . But the third day the phone stopped working. I again book to get tocken from mi site due to lockdown in our area it took little delay.when I gave back again telling the reason they checked the phone and told me that the board is short and I have to replace the board .my phone was working fine before after giving for display replacement this happened. I called mi customer they told me they could not do anything if the phone ha out of warranty. Now I lost my cash trusting Mi . My phone problem have after giving to mi service center. I request mi to resolve my problem or request to give back my money which I have spent for replacing my display.if I have given my phone to local repair my phone could be working now . I trust Mi .

      Redmi 7A new update installs automatically an app called mi mover which tracks our phone contacts, call logs, and everything . We can't even restrict if don't want . We cannot even uninstall . Is it not violation of rights of people. They have rights whether they want to use such apps which demands full mobile control or not. We can file a complaint against it in the court.

        My Mi basic earphones had some issue, its left speaker was not working so i thought as it is in warranty period, i would replace it in the service centre. The nearest service centre from my place is 13km from here. I live in gamharia, service centre is in sakchi, Jamshedpur. I contacted the service centre, a lady picked up the call and i told her about my problem, she replied they had earphones in stock so i can visit any time. I called her on 8 august and i asked if i can visit on 10 august i.e. on monday, she said it's fine.
        On monday i.e. on 10 august i went to the service centre travelling 13 km, i told the staff about my problem, he told me to wait. I waited for half an hour then they replied it is not in stock. I told them that i had called them already and inquired about the stock, but they kept on saying they had no stock then. They took my number and details and also the defected earphone which i used and told to inform me about when new stock will come which they promised would be in 2 to 3 days. It has been 10 days now. They haven't called yet. I called them once, same reply came, no stock arrival.
        I don't have any earphone to use now, i think i did a grave mistake in trusting mi authorised service centre.
        Please fix this issue soon, i will be grateful.

                I am using redmi k20 pro 10 month after miui 12 updated can't normal use lag and heating issue (pubg using time over heating issue for low graphics settings ) please how to solve this problem help me

                    Today i brought redmi note 9 at 15800 inr from local retailer. He has charged 2000 rs extra. Even if he has to he could have charged max rs 1000. Are they bound to charge whatever they want to.

                      Poco m2 pro didn't get miui 12 update. It's very bad thing done by xiomi. Who buy poco m2 pro they expect a lot much better service and software updates. I think if company done work like this then users wants to shift on other brand companies.if someone buys the new launched device then they expect the latest features on their devices.

                        I ordered for mi sondbar worth 5k on 12th aug 20 with mi store (Order id:[protected]) thought it will be with better quality rather than ordering in amazon or flipkart. But surprisingly today dated 17th aug 20, received a portable peddle exerciser instead, which i believe xiomi never manufactures. When i raised complained with mi store chat app, the response was very poor, whereas others like amazon or flipkart or any marketplace agrees to return just on one tap.

                        Also the customer number is always busy though i tried for some 5o times.
                        I just want my refund for this product.

                        Uploading images with more proof. The weight of the box and the pasted slip says 2.6Kgs which matches exactly with the product Manual Peddle Exerciser, whereas the actual sound bar weighs only 1.925Kgs. Also I ordered the item on 12th Aug, whereas the FedEx transit happened on 11th Aug itself. More proofs and description can be found on the website I created exclusively for this.

                          Last week i bought a new redmi note 9 pro max mobile from mi store. That mobile receiver is not working within a week. Only loud speakers are working.
                          I contact customer care and explained they ready to replace the mobile and they booked appointment asked me to see nearby mi service center (Aa communication, namakkal). I gave it to replacement. But the service team told we can reset os, if it fixed we can take it or else we will replace. I will explain them clearly its 6th day tomorrow is independence day but they told no issues if it come next 10 days we will replace. After os update i faced more issues like sensor are not working properly and applications are closing automatically often and receiver not working sometimes.in the same day itself i report them they told me o come on monday, today they told we need video record then only we will replace. Just think how can we record these things but they told we should need video record or else we not to do anything.

                            Today i need to inform each and every indian that xiaomi or mi band is one of the fraud company in india. I successfully finished each and every game or quiz contents in mi's get apps more than 39 times but it's still performing as fraudster. Press and win is one of the most fraud game in get_apps as well as in mi store app. I got cheated and lost my 180000 coins and tokens in fraud games.

                              I have purchased tv on 09/08/2020 and got delivered and from 9/08/2020, i have reached to customer care and got the installation slot booked raised an installation request and with the slot booked on 14/08/2020 in b/w : 12:00pm to 03:00pm with token : tv01136810 but no one responded. Again i made a call to customer care and raised a complaint : woin[protected], since it is 36hrs none of them have reached out to me

                              When i call to the engineers most of them have replied tat you will be receiving the call by eve, still didn't receive any response.

                              Forexample : replacement policy is only 10 days after date of delivery and if we get the installation after 10 to 15 days from the date of delivery, what if we there is a manufacturing defect in tv found after 10 days, that will not be replaced right then who is the responsible for that?

                                I buy trimmers from them with 1year warranty and after 6_7month it's not working so i go their service stations and he told me warranty for 6month but actually it's 1 year warranty so they told me do mail so we will solve your issue but after mail they not giving me any kind of solutions

                                    I had purcashed Mi headphone on 10th Aug 2020 via MiStore online and just used it for a day. Within 20 mins o[censored]sing the headphone i got ear irritation and started paining badly. The headphone hurts the ear badly and wanted to return it. Contacted the Mi customer care and they denied to accept return as per their policy. They stick to their policy no matter the consumer ear is hurt or damaged because of the headphone. Same product which is on sale in Flipkart and Amazon accept returning the product, whereas the direct manufacture of the product is not ready accept it which shows that their product is not upto to the mark and once it is sold to the customer the relationship is over. Just money minded, and they dont have simple sense unless the consumer tries the product he is not sure to go with it. If customer is happy he will keep the product else return it back. But Xiaomi is forcing the customer to keep the product even its not worth it and say that as per their policy its non returnable which i want to break it. YOU CANNOT FORCE THE CUSTOMER to keep your product when the customer is not happy and dont try to FOOL the customer.
                                    I want to return the product and need a refund.
                                    I feel the product is a danger and could damage the ear i[censored]sed regularly, so i havent purchased it to keep it in my cupboard or throw it in the store. Purchased to use it and i need it to he justified.

                                      My redmi note 8 battery got bulk up and due to that power button came off and after reaching service çentre (Subhas pally, 109/1, barrackpore trunk road, dunlop, saket nagar, bonhooghly government colony, kolkata, west bengal 700108) they told me you have to chng the battery cost rs1365 and enquiring abt power button one of guy said that its ur damage u have to give extra bla bla. So charges for battery goes upto rs1400 as they are asking for glue charges. After that they asked me to wait for 2 hr for battery replacement. After 2 hrs they told me that battery is not in stock we replaced another person battery we need 7 or infinity days for battery replacement. They are only harrasing customer like this. The guy with mixed white hair has a rude behaviour.
